【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記容器内へは粘性の流動体を収納させることが多いが、このような容器にあっては使用開始後に次第に収納物がノズル外面を伝わって口頸部外面とキャップ周壁内面との間に入り、更に口頸部下方の肩部上面まで流出することがあり、そのため該容器に対する消費者の信頼を損なうことがあった。

その原因は次のように考えられる。即ち該容器の使用はまずキャップを外し、容器体胴部圧搾による胴部内高圧化により、収納物は吐出弁を通りノズル上端から注出され、消費者は注出された収納物を使用するが、胴部圧搾開放と同時に吐出弁は閉じ、そのためノズル内には収納物を残したままで再度キャップをすることとなる。

第1の手段として弾性圧搾可能な胴部2上端から、収納物の注出筒を起立すると共に、該注出筒の下部内に吐出弁11を設けた容器体1と、上記注出筒外面へ周壁を螺合させたキャップ31とからなる容器において、上記注出筒を、容器体口頸部4と該口頸部内へ嵌着されて起立するノズル21とで形成し、上記口頸部4が有する雄ねじ5の谷底よりも深く、口頸部4にキャップ上部内への外気導入溝41を縦設した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図1と図2とが示す第1実施形態について説明する。まず従来公知の構造について説明すると、1は圧搾可能な胴部2を有するチューブ容器等の容器体で、胴部上端から肩部3を介して口頸部4を起立する。その口頸部外面へは雄ねじ5を周設させている。又口頸部4の下端内面には内向きフランジ6を付設している。

本発明にあっては、図2が示すように口頸部4の外面に、キャップ上部内への外気導入溝41を穿設した。該溝は図1が示すように雄ねじ5の谷底よりも深くし、キャップの雌ねじ39によってはその溝が閉塞されないよう設けている。図1にあっては上記外気導入溝41を介して、キャップ周壁下端と容器体肩部上面との間の間隙が、上記ノズル上部外面とキャップ周壁上部との間の間隙と連通する。 上記キャップ付き容器において、キャップ31を外し、容器体胴部を圧搾すると、容器体内収納物は吐出弁11を開き、ノズル孔25上端から注出され、上記圧搾開放によって吐出弁11は閉じる。上記ノズル孔上端から注出された収納物を指先等で除去し、かつ使用後等にキャップ31を嵌合する。
