従来の腰壁カウンターの設置構造では、腰壁パネル下側に支持材を取付け、支持材を直接床パンの据付け面に載置しているため、位置出しのための墨出し作業をする際に、床パンと腰壁カウンターの両方の位置出しが必要であり、また据付け面自体に凹凸がある場合には、レベル調整作業をする際に、床パンと腰壁カウンター両方のレベル調整作業が必要になり、結果として施工の手間がかかり、施工費も上がるという不具合があった。

上記目的を達成するために発明では、平面視において、架台に載置された床パンの少なくとも一辺に前記架台の突設部形成され、前記突設部に前記床パンと別体の腰壁カウンターが支持材を介して取付けられ、前記支持材には高さ調整機構が備えられていることを特徴とする腰壁カウンターの設置構造なので、位置出しのための墨出し作業をする際には、床パンの墨出し作業のみを行えばよく、床パンと腰壁カウンターの両方の位置出しは必要なく、同様に、据付け面自体に凹凸がある場合でも、床パンのレベル調整作業のみを行えばよく、床パンと腰壁カウンター両方のレベル調整作業が必要ない。また、床パンと腰壁カウンターの設置位置がずれていたり、建築躯体と干渉したりした場合には、床パンのみを移動してレベル調整を行えばよく、床パンと腰壁カウンターを同時に移動させたり、再度両部材の墨出し作業、レベル調整作業を行う必要がない。
