Description

The present invention provides a connection recess formed on a curved inner surface of a segment in a connection portion between segments used for constructing a shield tunnel, and a closing member for a connection recess that closes an opening portion of a connection recess provided in a structure or the like. The present invention relates to a connecting structure of segments having a closing structure.

When constructing a shield tunnel, a segment is used as a material for tunnel construction, but this segment has a different structure depending on the condition of the ground and the intended use of the tunnel. Various structures for connecting the segments are prepared according to the structure. Some of the segments are made of concrete, but in concrete segments, the end edge portion is provided with a connection recess formed in a concave shape, and the inside of the connection recess and the outside of the end edge of the segment are provided. Adjacent segments are connected to each other by passing a bolt through a bolt hole that passes through and fastening the bolt.
The connection recess is composed of a member in a substantially rectangular box shape made of metal, and each of the connection recesses arranged at the end edge portion of the segment is connected by a hook-shaped member, and has an integral structure, and The segment is covered with concrete and prevented from corroding, and the segment has a curved plate-like structure.

That is, in the tunnel mine constructed with segments, the bolts for connecting the segments are exposed in the connection recesses, so that the connection recesses are filled with mortar or the like so that the bolts do not corrode. Or, as shown in Patent Document 1 below, this connection recess is covered and covered, and the space inside the connection recess in this lid is filled with a filler, etc., preventing corrosion of bolts and the like as fastening members, and The inner surface of the tunnel was smooth.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-305595

However, in the conventional segment connection structure described above, mortar or the like is simply filled and filled, and there is a risk of dropout or damage due to age deterioration. In the structure of the connecting portion shown in Patent Document 1 described above, the connecting recess is formed so that the lid member does not easily fall off from the connecting recess. A groove-like engagement portion is formed in the opening edge portion of the lid, and the edge portion of the lid member is fitted.

In addition to the structure described in Patent Document 1 and the like, as shown in FIG. 13, a resin anchor nut 104 is provided in advance on the bottom surface of the connection recess 103 of the segment 101 connected by the bolt and nut 102, and the resin anchor nut 104 is provided there. 14 is screwed as shown in FIG. 14 so that the bolt 105 is implanted in the connecting recess 103, and a lid member 106 is attached to the tip of the bolt 105 with a nut 107 and filled with a filler 108. However, since the segment 101 must be manufactured so that the anchor nut 104 is embedded in the segment 101 itself, it is very complicated, and the accuracy when the anchor nut 104 is embedded is not high. When the connecting recess 103 is closed, the position of the bolt 105 tip and the lid member 106 is not accurate. There was also disadvantages.

Accordingly, in order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a connection recess closure member having a structure for easily and accurately closing a connection recess formed at an end portion of a segment. An object of the present invention is to provide a segment connection structure that can reliably support the lid member covering the connection recess.

The rotating portion 16 is made of a hard resin equivalent to the mounting base 11 and is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape substantially equal to the outer diameter of the mounting base 11, and the connecting convex portion 13 of the mounting base 11 is fitted at one end. A fitting recess 17 having an inner diameter is formed. The fitting concave portion 17 is provided with a retaining convex portion 18 on at least a part of the inner peripheral surface. And the connection convex part 13 of the attachment base part 11 fits in this fitting recessed part 17 so that an axial direction may correspond, and the ditch | groove 14 and the prevention convex part 18 are mutually fitted and connected. In the connected state, the retaining protrusions 18 in the recessed grooves 14 are prevented from coming off easily, and the retaining protrusions 18 can slide along the recessed grooves 14, that is, mounted around the axis. The base portion 11 and the rotating portion 16 can be rotated relative to each other in the circumferential direction. The attachment base 11 and the rotation portion 16 are connected to each other by, for example, forming a notch portion connected to the concave groove 14 at the tip of the connection convex portion 13 of the attachment base 11 in the axial direction so that the rotation portion 16 is attached to the attachment base portion. 11 may be configured such that the retaining convex portion 18 is guided into the concave groove 14, or the connecting convex portion 13 of the mounting base portion 11 is press-fitted into the rotating portion 16 without providing a notch groove or the like. It is good also as a structure which makes it the coupling | bonding by making the removal convex part 18 fit in the ditch | groove 14, and making it carry out.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a support arm 19 is provided at the other end of the rotating portion 16 so as to extend in the axial direction. The support arm 19 is formed with a long hole 20 penetrating perpendicularly to the axial direction. The long hole 20 is formed so that the longitudinal direction of the inner diameter is the same as the longitudinal direction of the support arm 19, that is, the axial direction of the rotating portion 16. As shown in FIG. 3, the support arm 19 includes a pair of flat surfaces 19 a that are vertically positioned in the present embodiment and are orthogonal to the penetration direction of the long hole 20.

The support shaft 23 is a straight shaft rod-like member made of hard resin and having male screw portions at both ends, like the mounting base portion 11 and the rotating portion 16. One end 23 a of the support shaft 23 passes through the long hole 20 of the support arm 19, and the other end 23 b extends in a direction substantially orthogonal to the support arm 19 (upward in the drawing). Is attached to the support arm 19 as described above. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a flange-like support collar 25 is formed at the other end 23b. The support shaft 23 is slidable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the long hole 20, and the support arm 19 which is above and below the long hole 19 is formed on the male screw portion of the one end 23 a passing therethrough. Nuts 26 and 27 are screwed at both positions sandwiching the pin, and the extension length of the support shaft 23 with respect to the support arm 19 is fixed. That is, the extension length of the support shaft 23 with respect to the support arm 19 can be varied at the screwing positions of the nuts 26 and 27. The pair of nuts 26 and 27 are also made of resin and abut against the flat surfaces 19a of the support arm 19 described above.

The lid body 30 is formed in a substantially rectangular flat plate shape made of a hard synthetic resin, and a hole 31 is formed through substantially the center as shown in FIGS. Each length of the horizontal width and the vertical width of the lid body 30 is formed so as to substantially correspond to the opening shape of the connection concave portion 3 formed in the segment 1. A fastening portion 32 as a concave portion formed in a concave shape is formed around the hole portion 31 on the front surface side of the lid body 30, and a step portion 33 corresponding to the fastening portion 32 is formed on the back surface of the lid body 30. Projected. Further, as shown in FIGS. 4C and 4D, substantially straight slit grooves 34 extending from the step portion 33 to the four corners are formed on the back surface of the lid body 30. The slit groove 34 is open at each corner. In the state where the lid 30 is arranged in the connection recess 3 of the segment 1, the other end 23 b of the support shaft 23 penetrates the hole 31, and the step of the lid 30 is inserted into the support flange 25 of the support shaft 23. The portion 33 is placed, and a hexagon nut member 37 as a nut member is screwed in the fastening portion 32 to be fixed to the support shaft 23.
The fastening portion 32 of the lid 30 is formed in a circular shape, and is external to the nut member 37 that is screwed and fastened to the other end 23b of the support shaft 23 protruding through the substantially central hole 31. The fastening portion 32 is used as a tool insertion portion when the nut member 37 is fastened, and a cap 40 that conceals the fastening portion 32 is fitted and closed. Is done.

The filler 41 is made of a hard foamed urethane resin or the like, and is filled in the space in the connection recess 3 that is closed by the lid body 30. In addition, as this filler, you may comprise as cement, mortar, an epoxy resin, etc.

Next, the construction procedure in the segment connection structure will be described.
The mounting base 11 and the rotating portion 16 are connected in advance, the elongated hole 20 of the rotating body 16 and the support shaft 23 are temporarily assembled, and the support shaft 23 is orthogonal to the support arm 19. It is attached and temporarily fixed with a pair of nuts 26 and 27.
The segments 1 are constructed in the tunnel almost simultaneously with the tunnel excavation, and each segment 1 extends along the circumferential direction a of the tunnel and the length direction b of the tunnel, in the adjacent segment 1 and in the connection recess 3. The bolt 7 and the nut 8 are fastened and fixed. After all the segments 1 are connected, or after the connection construction of the segments 1, the construction in each connection recess 3 is performed.

As shown in FIG. 5, first, the attachment base 11 is attached to the bolt 7 head or the nut 8 located on the inner surface of the connection recess 3 after the segments are connected. The mounting base 11 is mounted so as to be fitted to the bolt 7 because the recess 12 is substantially the same as the outer shape of the bolt 7. Further, since the attachment base 11 is provided with the magnet 10, it is engaged with the bolt 7 by a magnetic force, and is prevented from falling off.

When the placement of the mounting base 11 is finished, the extension length of the support shaft 23 is adjusted as shown in FIG. The length of the support arm 19 is such that the pair of nuts 26, 27 screwed to one end 23 a of the support shaft 23 is rotated so that the other end 23 b of the support shaft 23 is positioned substantially at the center of the connection recess 3. The hole 20 is slid, and the screwing positions of the nuts 26 and 27 are adjusted so that the other end 23b is at the same height as the opening edge of the connection recess 3 or a position slightly below. Adjustment is made so as to extend substantially perpendicular to the support arm 19 of the portion 16.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, urethane foam 41 is injected into the bottom of the connection recess 3. The amount of the urethane foam 41 injected is such that the volume in the connection recess 3 is sufficiently filled after the foam expansion, for example, the foamed urethane before the expansion immediately after the injection is about 2/3 of the connection recess volume from the bottom. Is set.

Next, the lid is quickly attached while the injected urethane foam is gradually expanding. As shown in FIG. 8, the lid body 30 has the peripheral end edge thereof related to the stepped portion 3 a formed at the opening edge of the connection recess 3, and the other end of the support shaft 23 in the substantially central hole portion 31. 23b penetrates, and it is attached so that the step part 33 of the cover body 30 may be mounted in the support collar part 25 of the support shaft 23, and the connection recessed part 3 internal space is formed. Immediately after the lid 30 is attached, the nut member 37 is screwed to the other end 23b of the support shaft 23 that protrudes through the hole 31 of the lid 30. The nut member 37 is located in the fastening portion 32 of the lid body 30, and the fastening portion 32 is clamped between the support flange portion 25 of the support shaft 23 and the nut member 37 by fastening the nut member 37, that is, the lid body. 30 is fixed to the support flange 25 in a state where the substantial center is supported.

After the nut member 37 is fastened, the urethane foam 41 that expands in the connection recess 3 space after a predetermined time elapses is filled in the connection recess 3 almost without any gap, and the connection recess 3 and the lid 30 are connected to each other. Urethane foam leaks out through a slight gap such as a gap or a gap between the support shaft 23 and the nut member 37 (reference numeral 41a in FIG. 9).

The surplus foaming urethane 41a leaking out from each gap is confirmed, and the surplus foaming urethane 41a is cured, whereby the filling of the space in the connecting recess 3 is completed.

The surplus foamed urethane 41a leaking from the gap and cured is removed by cutting or the like using a cutting tool such as a cutter or a knife.
Next, as shown in FIG. 10, a cap 40 is fitted and attached to the fastening portion 32 of the lid 30, and the other end portion 23 b and the nut member 37 of the support shaft 23 are covered and covered. The fastening portion 32 is closed, and is substantially flush with the surface of the lid 30 (see FIG. 1).

Next, an epoxy resin caulking agent or the like is applied to the gap between the peripheral portion of the lid 30 and the opening edge of the connection recess 3 and the peripheral edge of the cap 40 to completely fill the gap. And it is completed by finishing the curing of this caulking agent.

Therefore, in the segment connecting structure configured as described above, the mounting base 11 is engaged with the head of the bolt 7 for connecting the segments 1 located in the connection recess 3, and this is used as a reference position, and the rotating portion 16. The position of the support shaft 23 can be adjusted by the rotation of the support shaft 19, the elongated hole 20 of the support arm 19 extended to the rotating portion 16, and the extended length with respect to the elongated hole 20. The relative position with respect to the hole 31 formed in the approximate center of the lid body 30 can be adjusted, that is, the position of the support shaft 23 that supports the lid body 30 can be adjusted in the front-rear direction, the left-right direction, and the vertical direction. . Thereby, since the structure of the connection recessed part 3 part is provided with the cover body 30, the curved inner surface of the segment 1 becomes smooth, and the attachment structure of the cover body 30 to the connection recessed part 3 connects the segments 1 to each other. The bolt 7 is supported by the mounting base 11, the rotating part 16, and the support shaft 23 on the basis of the position of the bolt 7 so that it will not easily fall off. Furthermore, there is no need for complicated operations and processes such as providing an embedded nut to which the support shaft is screwed in advance on the segment body side as in the prior art, and this is based on the bolt 7 for connecting the segments 1 to each other. Since the extension state of the support shaft 23 from the bolt 7 and the distance from the bolt 7 can be adjusted, the other end 23b of the support shaft 23 is surely provided in the hole portion 31 formed in the approximate center of the lid 30. Becomes a through state, and the nut member 37 can be screwed and fastened to be fixed. In the state where the filler 41 is filled, the mounting base 11, the rotating portion 16, and the support shaft 23 are supported by the filler 41, and the lid 30 is bolted 7 by these members 11, 16, and 23. It is the same as the connected state, so that it does not fall off inadvertently, and the application of a caulking agent prevents the occurrence of problems such as water immersion.

In the above-described embodiment, the example in which the attachment base 11 is attached to the heads of the bolts 7 that connect the segments 1 to each other and the respective parts are attached is described, but the nut 8 side (see FIG. 5) is also the same. It is the same as the above by attaching so that the concave portion 12 of the attachment base 11 is fitted to the nut 8.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the example of the configuration in which the magnet 10 is provided in the recess of the mounting base 11 and is engaged with the bolt 7 by magnetic force has been described. For example, it may be provided with a locking piece 51 as shown in FIG. The structure of the locking piece 51 is inclined and inwardly extended on the inner peripheral edge of the base 51a formed in an endless ring shape using a hard resin material or stainless steel material having a spring property. For example, as shown in FIG. 11 (a), the structure is constituted by six locking pieces 51 so as to contact each outer peripheral surface of the bolt 7, and the inclination direction is set to the insertion direction of the bolt 7 into the recess 12. Thus, after insertion, the tip of each locking piece 51 bites into the outer peripheral surface of the bolt as shown in FIG. Thereby, the attachment base 11 is attached to the head of the bolt 7 without wobbling, and the position of the support shaft 23 can be adjusted with the attachment base 11 as a reference, as described above.

Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the description has been given as an example of the structure in which the connection recesses 3 are provided on the four sides around the segment 1, but one side as shown in FIGS. A similar structure can be adopted for the segment 1 which is the connecting recess 3 and is provided with the embedded nut-like member 9 on the opposite side edge.

In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the support shaft 23 is fixed to the elongated hole 20 with a pair of upper and lower nuts 26 and 27 screwed to the support shaft 23 has been described. Of the nuts 26 and 27, the upper nut 26 can be omitted, that is, a flange-like member is configured in a fixed state in the middle of the support shaft 23 in the same manner as the support flange 25. It is good. According to this configuration, the support shaft 23 can be slid along the longitudinal direction of the long hole 20, and can be fixed to the long hole 20 by fastening operation of only the lower nut 27. Such a configuration is effective when the extension length of the support shaft 23 from the long hole 20 is predetermined. That is, when the arrangement position of the long hole 20 in the connection recess 3 is determined to be a certain length from the opening of the connection recess 3, there is no need to operate the upper nut 26 or a flange-like portion instead of this, This simplifies the mounting operation and simplifies the configuration of the parts. Therefore, according to the configuration of the above-described embodiment provided with the nuts 26 and 27 on the upper and lower sides, the extension length from the long hole 20 can be set to a desired length, and versatility is improved.
