Description

The present invention relates to a printed matter that is suitably used as a sample book for building materials widely used in business negotiations in the housing equipment industry, the interior industry, and the like.

。   Usually, a sample book or a sample book file bound to the sample book is used at the time of business negotiations performed in the housing industry, the interior industry, and the like. Conventionally, as this sample book, a construction material in which a part of the actual building material is pasted on the mount is used, but a sample book of a type using this part of the material is manufactured, handled, and discarded. Since all these matters are difficult, a printed material that can be used as a simple sample book is known (see Patent Document 1).

In the printed matter described in Patent Document 1, a pattern printing layer is formed on a paper substrate by offset printing, a transparent cover layer is formed over the entire pattern printing layer, and a silk cover is formed on the transparent cover layer. A transparent pattern of convex portions is formed by screen printing.
JP 2002-67469 A

The printed matter described above is excellent in that it can express the texture of the actual product, such as unevenness, gloss, color tone, volume, feel, etc. when used as a sample book for building materials. Since the convex portion is formed by screen printing using a non-colored gloss ink or a non-colored mat ink for silk screen printing, there is a problem that the unevenness is inevitably poor. And even if it was printed several times to obtain a sufficient uneven feeling, it was impossible to obtain a large uneven feeling.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and the object of the present invention is to have a large unevenness, and when used as a sample book for building materials, it is possible to express a sample that looks like an actual product. It is to provide a printed matter.

The method for producing a printed material according to the present invention is a method for producing a printed material produced by bonding one printed paper and the other printed paper that has been pre-pressed in a predetermined pattern with glue. A step of printing a release OP varnish for preventing adhesion of glue on a portion corresponding to the convex portion of the blank press pattern on the other printing paper, and a back surface of the one printing paper. By applying the entire surface of the paste, the portion where the release OP varnish is printed is repelled, and the paste is applied to a portion other than the portion where the release OP varnish is printed. A step corresponding to the step of superimposing the other printing paper provided with the release OP varnish on the back side on the surface of the one printing paper to which the paste is applied, and a portion corresponding to the convex portion of the empty press pattern on the other printing paper Die cut A process of superimposing a paper protector on the other printed paper, and three sheets of the one printed paper, the other printed paper and the protector are passed through a press roller and pressure bonded. And a step of performing.

According to this production method, one printed paper and the other printed paper subjected to idling with a predetermined pattern are bonded to each other via glue, and the idling pattern is printed on the other printed paper. A peeling OP varnish is provided on the back surface side of the convex portion of the first printing paper, and the peeling OP varnish is printed on the one printing paper at a location corresponding to the convex portion of the empty press pattern on the other printing paper A printed matter in which the one printing paper and the other printing paper are bonded to each other at a portion other than the portion where the peeling OP varnish is printed is obtained.

The printed matter obtained in the present invention has the convexity of the protruding feeling that the convex part of the empty press pattern in the other printing paper is not crushed while maintaining the adhesive strength of the interleaf made of two printing papers. Therefore, by printing, for example, a pattern of a building material sample on the portion to be subjected to the idling process, it is possible to express a sample close to the actual object with a large unevenness.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an application example of a printed matter obtained by the present invention. This printed matter 1 is a sample book in which residential sanitary ware is reproduced on a double-fold spread mount, and a plurality of types of pottery samples a to g reproduced by printing are arranged on one inner surface of the mount. For example, the colors of the pottery samples a to g are a: pure white, b: off white, c: ivory, d: blue gray, e: pink, f: sand beige, g: fog green .

The printed matter 1 in FIG. 1 is produced by bonding two printed sheets. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the interleaving method. As shown in the drawing, the printed material 1 is bonded to one printing paper 2 serving as a cover and the other printing paper 3 serving as an inner surface. The protector 4 made of paperboard that has been subjected to die cutting is used.

One printed paper 2 is used as a cover of a sample book, and is printed on the front side of the paper base material with predetermined printing, for example, a company name, a product name, a description, a photograph or the like.

The other printing paper 3 is the inner surface of the sample book, and is used that has been subjected to idling with a predetermined pattern. In the case of this printed matter 1, a ceramic color print layer is formed on a paper base material by offset printing, and a transparent cover layer is formed by any means covering the color print layer. The press-printed printing paper is idly pressed into a shape corresponding to the printing pattern. The printing performed on the other printing paper 3 is not limited to color printing or pattern printing, and appropriate printing is employed according to the use of the printed matter 1.

As the protector 4, one obtained by performing die cutting at a portion corresponding to the convex portion of the idle pressing pattern of the other printing paper 3 is used. That is, the protector 4 is provided with the openings 4a in a pattern corresponding to the convex portions of the idle pressing pattern of the printing paper 3, as shown in part in the plan view of FIG. As the protector 4, paperboard such as white paperboard or cardboard is used, and among them, paperboard made of double-sided polypropylene is preferable. Further, the paper thickness of the paperboard needs to be 1.5 times or more the height of the convex portion of the idle pressing pattern, and the size of the opening 4a is made about 3 mm larger than the outer periphery of the convex portion.

The manufacturing procedure of the printed matter 1 will be described with reference to FIG.

First, the entire surface of the printing paper 2 is coated with glue on the back surface (upper surface in the figure). Next, the other printing paper 3 is superposed on the back surface of one printing paper 2 from above the paste with the convex portion of the idle pressing pattern facing up. Next, the protector 4 is overlaid on the other printing paper 3 so that the opening 4a thereof matches the convex portion of the idle pressing pattern. Then, the three printed sheets 2 are passed through a press roller and pressure-bonded, whereby one printing paper 2 and the other printing paper 3 are bonded together. In addition, as a paste used for a slip sheet, a slip sheet paste "Emar" made by JSP can be cited.

In this way, by separately creating a protector 4 made of paperboard that has been punched out at a location corresponding to the blank press pattern and passing it through the press roller while being superimposed on the blank press printing paper, the roller pressure is empty. The interleaving paper is not applied to the pressed pattern portion.

Due to the mechanism of the interleaving paper, it is difficult to apply glue at a spot. Normally, the application of glue to one printing paper 2 is applied to the entire surface. For this reason, unadhered or undried glue remains below the convex portion of the idle pressing pattern after the slip sheet. Therefore, if a load is applied to the idle pressing pattern due to stacking after interleaving, etc., the protruding portion of the idle pressing pattern may be crushed and bonded to the other printing paper 2 underneath.

Therefore, it is preferable to devise a method in which the convex portion of the empty press pattern of the other printing paper 3 does not adhere to one printing paper 2. Specifically, as shown in the partially enlarged view of FIG. 4, the peeling OP varnish 6 for preventing the adhesion of the glue 5 is printed at a position corresponding to the idle pressing pattern on one printing paper 2. To. By doing in this way, even if paste is applied to the entire back surface of one of the printing papers 2, the portion of the peeling OP varnish 6 is not applied because the paste 5 is repelled. In addition, when the amount of glue to be applied is large, the glue 5 may be pressed and moved toward the convex part of the idle pressing pattern when pressure bonding, so to prevent this, It is preferable to provide a peeling OP varnish on the back side of the convex portion. Examples of the release OP varnish include “DG release OP varnish” manufactured by Inktec for offset printing, and “2000 medium” manufactured by Teikoku Ink for silk screen printing.

The printed matter obtained by the present invention can be used in the form of a two-fold form as described above, or in the form of a single sheet, a booklet cover, an arbitrary page, or the like. The printed matter of the present invention is suitable for use as a sample book for building materials, but can also be used for other sample books and sample displays.
