BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lens cartridge that houses a plurality of lenses.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Some lens cartridges include a cylindrical lens storage case that stores a plurality of lenses from an opening, and a cap formed of a detachable flexible member that closes the opening of the lens storage case. It is used when a plurality of lenses are stored and transported or stored in a lens manufacturing process, or when a completed lens is transported to a user.
[0003]
In this conventional lens cartridge, a cap is attached by inserting a rubber or resin cap into an opening for storing a lens provided in a cylindrical lens storage case for storing a plurality of lenses. .
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the rubber or resin cap is inserted in this manner, the space for attaching the cap depends on the size of the opening of the lens storage case, and this opening is stored in the lens storage case. It depends on the shape and size of the lens.
[0005]
For example, a lens having a small diameter or a special shape used for recent CDs and DVDs cannot naturally secure a sufficient space for inserting a cap. In addition, since the insertion portion of the cap is thin and has no rigidity, when the operator performs the insertion operation, the cap is buckled, which makes it extremely difficult to insert, resulting in poor workability. Furthermore, since the shape of the opening of the lens storage case and the cap shape depending on the lens shape, a cap must be manufactured for each type of lens, which is a major factor in increasing the cost.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and the cap can be easily and reliably attached and detached, there is no risk of dropping off during use, and it is greatly dependent on the shape of the lens and the opening of the lens storage case at low cost. It is an object to provide a lens cartridge that can share a cap.
