【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a CAD system for a unit building that supports design work of a unit building using a computer.
[0002]
[Background]
Conventionally, a unit type building constructed by combining a plurality of box-shaped building units manufactured in a factory at a construction site has been used.
As shown in FIG. 14, the building unit of the unit type building has a rectangular
[0003]
According to such a unit-type building, when manufacturing a building unit at a factory, most of the work conventionally performed at the construction site is performed at the factory, and the work at the construction site is remarkably reduced, and high quality There is an advantage that a building can be constructed in a short period of time.
[0004]
Therefore, the building as a product to be provided to the customer is ready-made and made into a unit type building, thereby limiting the types of products to be designed and manufactured, and improving the efficiency of design work and manufacturing work. In this case, it may be difficult to sufficiently respond to various requests of customers.
Therefore, CAD is designed to support design work so that the efficiency of design work can be sufficiently secured when designing and designing unit-type buildings one by one according to customer requirements, as in general custom-built construction. A system is used (refer to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-137930).
[0005]
In this CAD system, when designing the overall shape of a unit type building, the shape of the building unit constituting the unit type building is input, and an operation of combining these building units is performed. Specifically, a shape menu in which the planar shapes of a plurality of building units are expressed numerically is displayed on the screen of a display device that constitutes the CAD system. When the operator selects one of the shape menus, the display screen switches to the floor plan of the unit type building, and the building unit of the selected shape is displayed. By repeating this operation, A unit building is formed by a plurality of building units.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it is necessary to display the shape menu every time the building unit shape is input, that is, to switch the screen, which complicates the operation of the keyboard and mouse, requiring a lot of labor and time for the design work. It was. In addition, since the shapes of the plurality of building units are all expressed by numerical values, there is a possibility that the operator misidentifies or misoperates.
[0007]
The objective of this invention is providing the CAD system for unit type buildings which can perform a design work easily.
[0008]

[0009]
According to the present invention, the shape of the building unit can be set by simply selecting two different points from the intersections of the plurality of grid module core wires provided on the plan view of the unit type building. You can select and set the shape of the building unit on the floor plan and design the unit type building by combining them, so you can switch the screen as in the conventional CAD system for unit type building. There is no need to select from a menu. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the labor and time for mouse operation and the like, and the design work can be easily performed.
Furthermore, since two points that are the vertices on the diagonal line of the building unit are selected, a specific shape can be imaged, and misidentification and erroneous operation are reduced compared to the case where the shape of the building unit is selected numerically.
[0010]

Thus, the design work of the parts in the first floor plan is completed.
[0052]
Next, the operation of the present embodiment in the design work of the second floor plan view of the unit type building will be described.
On the screen of the
Here, when the first-floor plan view duplicating means is activated, the first-floor plan view is duplicated and displayed on the second-floor plan view. That is, on the second floor plan view, the shape and arrangement of each building unit on the first floor and the thickness and arrangement of the partition are duplicated and displayed, and the grid module core line G1, the boundary line G2, and the outer wall line G3 are displayed. Is displayed. Based on the duplicated first floor plan, the second floor plan is designed in the same procedure as the procedure for designing the first floor plan.
[0053]
Next, the operation of the present embodiment in the design work of the elevation view of the unit type building will be described.
The elevation of the unit type building is automatically generated by the elevation design means 35 based on the first floor plan generated by the first floor plan design means 31 and the second floor plan generated by the second floor plan design means 32. Is generated.

Therefore, according to this embodiment, there are the following effects.
(1) The shape of the building units T1 and T2 can be changed by simply selecting different first and second points M and N among the intersections of the plurality of grid module cores G1 provided on the plan view of the unit type building. Since it can be set, that is, the unit type building can be designed by selecting and setting the shape of the building units T1 and T2 on the plan view of the unit type building and combining them, the conventional unit type building There is no need to switch the screen and select from the shape menu as in the case of a CAD system.
[0057]
(2) When two rectangles are selected by the shape selection means 51 and one shape (a) is selected from a plurality of preset L-shapes, the L-type building unit setting means 53 automatically selects the L shape. Since the building unit T3 is displayed on the plan view, L-shaped building units having various shapes and sizes can be generated by a simple operation, and the work efficiency of the design work can be improved.
[0058]

(5) After creating the first floor plan by the first floor plan design means 31, when creating the second floor plan by the second floor plan design means 32, the first floor plan view by the first floor plan copy means Can be duplicated on the 2nd floor plan. Therefore, since the shape, arrangement, etc. of the building unit constituting the unit type building are almost the same on the first floor and the second floor, the design work of the second floor plan can be performed quickly based on the first floor plan. Work efficiency of design work can be improved.
Furthermore, when designing the floor plan of the second floor, it is possible to design the arrangement of water-related parts such as partition walls, toilets, sinks, etc. in consideration of the partition wall of the first floor and the position of the pipe space. Design work can be performed efficiently.

[0068]
According to the CAD system for a unit type building according to claim 4, since the shape of the selected part is automatically reversed only by selecting the part, for example, the opening and closing right and left like a door and a window are left and right. For a part or a part that needs to be shaped like a room, such as a system kitchen, it is only necessary to register one planar shape of the part, reducing the number of registered parts and improving the work efficiency of the design work. It can be improved.
[0069]
According to the CAD system for a unit type building according to
Furthermore, when designing the floor plan of the second floor, it is possible to design the arrangement of water-related parts such as partition walls, toilets, sinks, etc. in consideration of the partition wall of the first floor and the position of the pipe space. Design work can be performed efficiently.
[0070]
According to the CAD system for a unit type building according to claim 6, even when an elevation view of a building unit having a different floor height from a building unit having a normal floor height is designed, a window, a door, etc. By simply setting the horizontal position on the elevation of the part, the height position setting means automatically sets the height position of the part and determines the position on the elevation. Therefore, it is not necessary to register part information according to the number of parts, the number of registered parts can be reduced, and the work efficiency of design work can be improved.
[0071]
According to the CAD system for a unit type building according to claim 7, the selected floor or partition wall is automatically set to the ALC material only by selecting the floor or partition wall of the building unit. Since an ALC material can be used as a wall material or a floor material according to the demand of the above, the degree of freedom in design can be improved.
