The water injection device 20 includes a nozzle 110 from which water is ejected, a water introduction port 112, a water amount adjustment lever 114 for adjusting and turning on and off the water amount of the injection water, and a grip 116. The water inlet 112 is connected to a pipe 24 for water supply. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the main part showing the shape of the nozzle 110, and the nozzle 110 has an elliptical recess 122 around the outlet of the nozzle hole 120, and the periphery of the outlet of the nozzle hole 120 is the top. A mountain-shaped raised portion 114 having an inclined surface 115 descending to the left and right in the major axis direction is formed. Further, the mountain-shaped raised portion 114 is sandwiched by a pair of wall surfaces 116 from the left and right of the ellipse in the short axis direction. FIG. 6 is a front view (a) and a plan view (b) of the nozzle 110. The reference numerals are the same as those in FIG.
[0019]
With such a configuration of the nozzle 110, the spread 130 of water composed of fine droplets ejected from the nozzle hole 120 spreads in a fan shape in one direction as shown in the plan view of FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 is not limited and spreads by the influence of the wall 116 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 and the oval depression 122, but spreads only in the direction 1 as shown in the front view of FIG. 7B. It spreads in an oval or elliptical shape.
[0020]
The spray water composed of such fine droplets spreading only in one direction allows the spray water to be uniformly applied to the surface of the excavated product, and the energy of the spray does not concentrate on a specific point. It is preferable that the energy of the injection is excessively concentrated on a specific point on the surface of the excavated product and the surface of the excavated product is not damaged.
[0021]
FIG. 8 shows a flow chart of water supply means for supplying water to the water injection device 20. The water supply means includes a boiler that is a heating means for heating the raw water, a pump that is a pressurizing / water supply means that pressurizes the raw water and sends the raw water to the water supply pipe 18 (FIGS. 1 and 2), and the boiler. And a burner for heating. The pressure of the hot water is adjusted to a predetermined pressure by a pressure gauge, which is a temperature adjusting means, and a pressure adjusting valve provided in the middle of the pipe extending from the pump. The temperature of the hot water is adjusted to a predetermined temperature by adjusting the amount of fuel to be sent to the boiler with a temperature controller as a temperature adjusting means and a fuel preparation valve.
[0022]
In the present invention, the temperature of hot water used for washing excavated items such as earthenware is preferably 40 ° C. or higher because of its strong detergency. A temperature of 55 to 70 ° C. is preferable in that the cleaning power is strong and the glove cannot be heated excessively during the cleaning operation. A temperature of 60 to 65 ° C. is most preferable in that the cleaning power is strong and the gloves are slightly heated during the cleaning operation.
[0023]
The pressure of the hot water supplied to the water jet device 20 to obtain jet water composed of fine droplets can be changed as appropriate depending on the degree of dirt, but it is 1 to 4 mPa (absolute pressure), which damages the excavated products. It is preferable in that it is not performed and effective cleaning is performed.
[0024]
Further, in the excavated item cleaning apparatus of the present invention as shown in FIG. 1, the operator performs the excavation of the excavated item such as the earthenware with both hands while observing the inside of the box 4 through the transparent plate 11. The position and angle of the jet water spray composed of fine droplets can be visually adjusted according to the condition of the dirt on the product. Moreover, the temperature of water and the injection pressure can be adjusted according to the state of dirt of excavated products. Thereby, compared with the conventional system, the excavated product can be efficiently cleaned.
[0025]
Since the excavated item 22 is washed with hot water having a predetermined temperature as necessary, the transparent plate 11 fitted to the shielding window 10 is clouded. Further, the cleaning water adheres to the transparent plate 11 and the inside of the box 4 becomes difficult to see. For this reason, the shielding window 10 is equipped with a wiping bar 30 having a function similar to that of a car wiper. The wiping bar 30 may be configured to move the wiping bar itself like a car wiper. However, in FIG. 1, the wiping bar 30 is fixed to the box 4 and placed on the surface of the transparent plate 11. Then, the circular transparent plate 11 is rotated around the central axis of the transparent plate 11 perpendicular to the surface. This method is preferable because the wiping bar 30 does not move and does not interfere with the cleaning operation.
[0026]
FIG. 3 shows a mode in which the transparent plate 11 is rotated. 3A is a schematic front view of the lid 8, and FIG. 3B is a schematic cross-sectional view in the AA ′ direction of FIG. The transparent plate 11 is rotated by the rotating means 34. The rotating means 34 includes a driving device 36 having a rotating rubber roll 40 and four rolling rolls 41 that respectively roll the transparent plate 11 at four positions on the edge of the transparent plate 11. The peripheral surface of the rotating rubber roll 40 is in contact with the edge of the transparent plate 11, and is rotated by the driving device 36 attached to the plate member 58 to drive the edge of the transparent plate 11. It rotates around the central axis C of the transparent plate 11 indicated by the one-dot chain line in FIG. FIG. 3C shows the engagement relationship between the transparent plate 11 and the transfer roll 41. The rolling roll 41 rolls the transparent plate 11 by fitting the edge of the transparent plate 11 into a fitting groove 54 provided around the circumferential surface of the rolling roll 41. The rolling roll 41 is pivotally attached to a shaft 45, and the shaft 45 is fixed to a plate member 58 that forms the front portion of the lid 8.
[0027]
Furthermore, in the excavated item cleaning apparatus 2 of the present invention, the angle between the front surface of the lid 8 and the bottom surface of the box 4, that is, the inclination angle of the transparent plate 11 can be changed by moving the lid 8. Further, the lid 8 can be moved to open the front surface of the box 4 and the sample can be taken in and out from the opened mouth. This aspect is shown in the schematic side view of FIG. In FIG. 9A, a latching cut 40 is provided on the side surface of the lower end portion of the lid 8. On the other hand, a short bar-shaped latch 42 is attached to the lower portion of the side surface of the box 4 by latching the notch 40. Further, an elongated hole 44 is provided in an arc shape on the side surface of the upper end portion of the lid 8. A short bar-like guide 43 is attached to the upper side of the box 4 so as to engage with the elongated hole 44 and guide the movement of the lid 8. By pushing the front upper portion of the lid 8 toward the inside of the box 4, the lid 8 is guided by the guide 43 that engages with the elongated hole 44 with the latch 42 as a fulcrum, and from the position A to B Move to position. With such a simple operation, the inclination angle of the front surface 44 of the lid 8, that is, the inclination angle of the transparent plate 11 (FIG. 1) can be changed so that the inside of the box 4 can be easily seen.
[0028]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9B, the lid 8 is moved from the position C to the position D by a simple operation of removing the notch 40 and the latch 42 and lifting the lid 8 with the guide 43 as a fulcrum. The front of the box 4 is opened, and the sample can be taken in and out from the opening.
[0029]
As another aspect of the present invention, a configuration in which a rubber disc 85 with a slit is fitted into the opening 12 provided on the front surface of the lid 8 as shown in FIG. A hand is inserted through the slit 87 for operation. It is recommended to put work gloves on the hands. The slits 87 are provided radially from the center of the rubber disk 85. The thickness of the rubber disk 85 is preferably about 2 to 2.5 mm.
[0030]
Although various aspects of the present invention have been described above, cleaning of the excavated earthenware using a conventional brush requires 1 to 3 minutes per piece, while the excavated item cleaning apparatus 2 of the present invention makes it fine. The hot water consisting of droplets can be sprayed evenly over the earthenware, and the washing time can be reduced to 10 to 30 seconds per piece, about 1/6 of the conventional method.
[0031]
Further, the excavated item to be washed contains a large number of pieces of earthenware, and it takes a considerable time to sequentially wash these pieces using the excavated item washing apparatus 2 of the present invention. In the present invention, the time for the main cleaning using the excavated article cleaning apparatus 2 can be shortened by pre-cleaning a large number of samples at once.
[0032]
A mode of preliminary cleaning in the present invention is shown in FIGS. FIG. 11 is a perspective view of the main part of the appearance of the excavated material preliminary cleaning device 70 used for preliminary cleaning. The excavated article preliminary cleaning device 70 has a cleaning container 76 stored in a cleaning chamber 74 of a main frame 72 with legs. The cleaning container 76 has a handle 77 and can be taken in and out of the cleaning chamber 74. At least a part of the bottom 78 of the cleaning container 76 is made of a sieve body 75 such as a mesh, through which water after cleaning, mud and sand contained in the water pass. A sample 79 to be preliminarily cleaned is placed on the bottom 78 of the cleaning container 76, and shower-like water or jet water is sprayed from above by a water jetting means 80 such as a shower nozzle. At this time, the cleaning container 76 is vibrated left and right by the vibration means 81 housed in the machine room 82.
[0033]
Due to this vibration, a large number of samples 79 can be uniformly washed. The amplitude of vibration is preferably 5 to 60 mm. More uniform cleaning is possible when the amplitude of vibration is 20 to 40 mm. The vibration period is preferably 1 to 300 cycles / min. If it is less than 1 cycle / min, there is no effect of spreading the washing water uniformly to each sample, and if the frequency exceeds 300 cycles, the sample moves excessively in the washing container 76, so that the samples or between the sample and the washing container 76 may be used. The sample wall may collide and damage the sample. Most preferably, the frequency is 50 to 100 cycles / min.
[0034]
The porous sheet-like material forming the bottom 78 of the cleaning container 76 is preferably a net using a plastic-coated wire or a bristle wire made of plastic, since the sample is hardly damaged by vibration. It is preferable that the mesh has a roughness of 5 to 15 mesh because the fine excavated product 79 is retained and water is easily removed. Most preferred is 7 to 13 mesh.
[0035]
FIG. 12A is a schematic side view of the excavated item preliminary cleaning device 70 for illustrating a mode in which the cleaning container 76 is vibrated. FIG.12 (b) is sectional drawing of the AA 'direction in explanatory drawing of Fig.12 (a). In FIG. 12, a frame 90 on which a cleaning container 76 is mounted is attached to a main frame 72 via a swing arm 92. The upper end portion of the swing arm 92 is pivotally attached to the stator 94 fixed to the main frame 72, and the lower end portion of the swing arm 92 is pivotally attached to the frame 90. ing. Thereby, the frame body 90 can swing in a substantially horizontal direction. One end 95 of the frame 90 is connected to a crankshaft 99 provided in the crank mechanism 98. The machine chamber 82 houses a crank mechanism 98 and a rotary drive device 100 that drives the crank mechanism 98. When the rotation driving device 100 is driven in such a configuration, the frame body 90 on which the cleaning container 76 is mounted vibrates left and right as viewed in the drawing of FIG.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
Washing of earthenware that has been excavated using a conventional brush took 1 to 3 minutes per piece, but with the excavated product washing apparatus of the present invention, the washing time was 10 to 30 seconds per piece, compared to the conventional method. It can be shortened to about 1/6.
[0037]
As described above, the excavated item washing apparatus according to the present invention can be used to efficiently wash excavated items such as earthenware.
[0038]
In addition, the excavated item to be washed contains a large number of pieces of earthenware, and it takes a considerable amount of time to sequentially wash these pieces using the excavated item washing apparatus of the present invention. In the present invention, it is possible to shorten the time of the main cleaning using the excavated article cleaning apparatus by pre-cleaning a large number of samples at once.
[0039]
With the excavated item cleaning method according to the present invention, a large number of excavated items such as earthenware can be efficiently washed.
