Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a portable dust collector in which a tank unit for storing sucked dust and the like and a head unit for storing a motor and the like are detachable, and particularly relates to a positioning structure of the head unit with respect to the tank unit of the dust collector. Is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional dust collector will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 is a front view showing a conventional dust collector, FIG. 6 is a left side view of the dust collector shown in FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is a plan view of the dust collector shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, a general portable dust collector has a tank portion 5 for storing dust, liquid, etc. conveyed through a duct hose (not shown). A head unit 4 having a motor or the like as a driving source is detachably attached to the unit 5, so that dust or the like accumulated in the tank 5 can be discarded after the head unit 4 is detached from the tank unit 5. It is configured.
[0003]
The head unit 4 is provided with a dust collecting fan rotated by a motor, a switch 3 for starting and stopping the motor, and the head unit 4 is viewed from above depending on the shape of the motor and the dust collecting fan. In addition to the substantially circular shape, the opening above the tank portion 5 corresponding to the head portion 4 is also substantially circular.
[0004]
Further, the tank unit 5 is provided with a clamping device 9 for fixing and releasing the head unit 4, a connection unit 7 to which a duct hose for transferring dust and the like can be attached and detached.
[0005]
In such a configuration, when the switch 3 is turned on, the dust collecting fan is rotated by the motor, and a suction force is generated in the duct hose through the tank portion 5, and dust or the like passes through the duct hose using this suction force. It is transported and stored in the tank unit 5. When the dust collection in the tank unit 5 is discarded, the clamping device 9 is released, the head unit 4 is lifted upward and removed from the tank unit 5, and the collected dust is discarded by turning the tank unit 5 overside. is doing. After disposal, the head unit 4 is placed on the tank unit 5 that has been rebuilt, and is fixed at a free position by the clamp device 9.
[0006]
However, in the above-described dust collector, when the operator places the head unit 4 on the tank unit 5, there is nothing that regulates the rotational direction of the substantially circular head unit 4 having the switch 3. The connection part 7 and the switch 3 mounting surface of the head part 4 are hardly located on the same straight line, and the present situation is that they are incorporated unconsciously without the operator being aware of it. For this reason, after assembling the head part 4 and the tank part 5, when the dust collecting work is performed, the operator notices that the switch 3 surface is not facing the operator side, that is, the work is performed while pulling the dust collector body with the duct hose. Since the side is the worker position, if there is no switch 3 surface at this position, the worker has to go around the dust collector body and operate the switch 3. In other words, since it is necessary to operate the switch 3 every time work is started, interrupted, or terminated, if there is no switch 3 surface at an appropriate position, it takes time to turn the switch 3 on and off. There was a problem of inviting a decline.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the conventional dust collector, there was no means for positioning the head portion at an arbitrary position with respect to the tank portion, so the connection portion of the duct hose provided in the tank portion and the switch surface provided in the head portion, Are not located on the same straight line, and when an operator on the duct hose connection side performs an on / off operation, there is no switch surface on the duct hose connection side. Since the switch has to be operated and it takes time to turn on / off the switch 3, there is a problem that the operability and workability are deteriorated.
[0008]
The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, provide a positioning means for the tank part and the head part, and make it possible to always match the connecting part of the duct hose and the switch surface, thereby improving operability and workability. Is to improve.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention accommodates a motor that is a driving source and a dust collecting fan that is rotated by the motor, and has a substantially circular head when viewed from above, and is attached to the head. A switch for turning the motor on and off, and a substantially circular opening corresponding to the head portion, and being transported by the dust collecting fan located below the head portion. A tank part for storing dust, a duct hose detachably attached to a connection part provided in the tank part, and a tank part provided to fix and release the head part to the tank part. A dust collector provided with a pair of clamping devices, wherein a visible convex portion is provided at a lower end of the head portion located between the pair of clamping devices and below the switch; A between a pair of clamping device, the upper end of the tank portion located above the connecting portions, in order to adjust the position of the tank portion and the head portion, which can be visually engaging said protrusion When a concave portion is provided, the convex portion and the concave portion are disposed between the switch and the connection portion, and the head portion is fixed to the tank portion by the clamp device, the surface on which the switch is provided, and the convex portion The part and the concave part and the connecting part are arranged in a straight line, and when fixing by the clamping device, the alignment work can be performed while visually checking the relation between the convex part and the concave part. There is one feature.
[0010]
Another feature of the present invention is that a motor that is a drive source and a dust collecting fan that is rotated by the motor are housed, a head portion that is substantially circular when viewed from above, and the motor that is attached to the head portion. A switch for turning on and off, and a substantially circular opening on the upper side corresponding to the head part, and located below the head part for storing dust conveyed by the dust collecting fan A tank part to be connected, a duct hose detachably attached to a connection part provided in the tank part, and a pair provided in the tank part to fix and release the head part to the tank part In the dust collector provided with the clamp device, a visible recessed portion is provided at a lower end of the head portion located between the pair of clamp devices and below the switch, and the pair of clamps Be between devices, the upper end of the tank portion located above the connecting portions, in order to adjust the position of the tank portion and the head portion is provided with a visible protrusion to be engaged with the recess, When the convex portion and the concave portion are arranged between the switch and the connecting portion, and the head portion is fixed to the tank portion by the clamp device, the surface provided with the switch, the convex portion and the concave portion, , And the connecting portions are arranged on a straight line,
When fixing by the clamp device, the alignment work can be performed while visually observing the relationship between the convex portion and the concave portion.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The dust collector in a present Example is demonstrated using FIGS. 1-4. 1 is a front view showing an example of a dust collector in this embodiment, FIG. 2 is a left side view of the dust collector shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a right side view of the dust collector shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a diagram of the dust collector shown in FIG. It is a top view.
[0012]
1 to 4, the dust collector has a motor 1 as a drive source, a dust collecting fan 2 directly connected to the motor 1, and a head portion 4 having a switch 3 for starting and stopping the motor. The head portion 4 has a substantially circular shape when viewed from above due to the shape of the motor 1 and the dust collecting fan 2. A tank portion 5 for collecting collected liquid or dust is disposed below the circular head portion 4, and a duct hose 6 for transporting dust and the like is attached to and detached from the tank portion 5. A connecting portion 7 is provided in place. The tank unit 5 is provided with a clamp device 9 for fixing and releasing the head unit 4. A part of the lower end of the head part 4 is formed in a substantially U-shape 8 protruding downward, and a part of the upper end of the connecting part 7 for attaching / detaching the duct hose 6 provided in the tank part 5 is U. It is a concave shape (U-shaped groove) that matches the shape 8, that is, the U-shape 8. The protruding portion of the U-shape 8 and the concave portion are formed on each of the head portion 4 and the tank portion 5 so as to be positioned on the same straight line.
[0013]
In the above configuration, when the switch 3 is turned on, the motor 1 is activated and the dust collecting fan 2 rotates, so that a suction force is generated in the duct hose 6 via the tank portion 5. Dust and the like are conveyed into the tank unit 5 through the duct hose 6 by this suction force. When discarding dust collection or the like in the tank unit 5, the clamping device 9 is released, the head unit 4 is lifted upward and removed from the tank unit 5, and the dust collected by tilting the tank unit 5 sideways is discarded. be able to. After disposal, the head unit 4 is placed on the tank unit 5 and fixed by the clamp device 9. At this time, the U-shape of the connection portion 7 in the tank unit 5 is adjusted by aligning the U-shape 8 with each other. 8 becomes a guide part, and can be fixed by the clamp device 9 in a state (appropriate state) in which the position of the connection part 7 of the tank part 5 and the surface of the switch 3 of the head part 4 are always set to the same position.
[0014]
Therefore, since the switch 3 surface is always located on the operator side, the operability of the switch 3 is good and the workability can be improved. Further, since only the lower end shape of the head portion 4 is changed and the shape of the duct hose connecting member of the tank portion 5 is changed, and there are no additional parts, it is possible to provide a dust collector that can be reliably positioned with an inexpensive configuration.
[0015]
As a shape for aligning the head part 4 and the tank part 5 at the same position, a part of the lower end of the head part 4 is directed upward to form an inverted U-shape, and a duct provided in the tank part 5 You may match the upper end part shape of the connection part 7 which attaches / detaches the hose 6 with a reverse U-shape. That is, the same effect can be obtained even if the U-shaped direction is provided in reverse. Furthermore, in addition to the U-shape described above, a V-shape may be used. Further, the embodiment in which the protruding portion or the recessed portion shape is integrally formed by the member that forms the head portion 4 or the tank portion 5 has been described, but the protruding portion or the recessed portion shape forms the head portion 4 or the tank portion 5. You may form with a member different from a member.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the connecting portion of the duct hose and the switch surface are matched by providing a protruding portion facing downward at a part of the lower end of the head portion and providing a concave portion corresponding to the protruding portion in the tank portion having the connecting portion. Therefore, the operability of the switch is good and the workability can be improved. In addition, since only the lower end shape of the head portion is changed and the shape of the duct hose connecting member of the tank portion is changed and there are no additional parts, it is possible to provide a dust collector that can be reliably positioned with an inexpensive configuration.
[0017]
In addition, the duct hose connection portion and the switch surface are aligned by providing a protruding portion facing upward in a part of the upper end of the tank portion having the connection portion, and providing a recess corresponding to the protruding portion in a part of the lower end of the head portion.
