Description

The present invention relates to a hairdressing and beauty salon, and more particularly to a hairdressing and beauty salon characterized by a joining structure of a blade member and a finger ring member of a blade body constituting the hairdressing and beauty salon.

The hairdressing salon is made by pivoting two blades. As shown in FIG. 25, the blade body is made of a semi-finished blade member and a finger ring member made of a material such as metal or ceramic having functional characteristics required for each member, such as forging or casting. After being manufactured separately by means, both are joined and the surface is polished or bladed to complete the finished product.

As a means for joining the blade member and the finger ring member, there are means such as tacking and screwing in addition to welding. However, those that are fastened or screwed are inferior in welding stability, accuracy, strength, and design compared to welding, and are generally performed by welding (for example, Patent Document 1 to Patent Document 3). reference). In addition, there are various types of barbers and beauty salons, such as cut scissors with straight blades, and scissors with one blade shaped like a comb. There are various shapes of blades and finger rings.

Therefore, in order to provide barbers and beauty salons that meet the various needs of barbers, barbershops have prepared various shapes of blade members and finger ring members in semi-finished products in advance. After the order is received, the blade member and the finger ring member according to the order are selected and welded, and then various processes such as grinding and blade attachment are performed to finish and deliver the finished product. However, it takes time from the customer's order to delivery because it takes time to perform precision adjustment by welding, grinding, finishing and welding deformation until the finished product is finished.

On the other hand, there is a demand for a hairdresser who uses a barber / beauty salon to always use a barber / beauty salon that is familiar and familiar to the hand. Nevertheless, for example, when requesting a manufacturer for sharpening processing when the sharpness of a barber / beauty salon has fallen, the blade member and the finger ring member are not treated even if only the blade member is processed. Since they were joined by welding, they could not be separated, and it was necessary to leave the hairdressing salon directly to the manufacturer. For this reason, barbers need to prepare spare barbers, and during that time they were forced to use barbers not familiar with their hands.

Some hairdressers seek a hairdressing salon with enhanced uniqueness by putting a pattern on the finger ring or blade of the hairdressing salon or attaching jewelry. However, if the blade member and the finger ring member cannot be separated, for example, if the sharpness does not recover even after sharpening, and the repair is not possible, the entire barber must be replaced with a new one. No. In this case, even if the barber / beauty salon was decorated, it had to be processed again when it was replaced with a new barber / beauty salon. .
International Publication No. 02/32631 Pamphlet Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-14048 Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-52767

In order to solve the above-described problem, it is necessary to join the blade member and the finger ring member by a method other than welding in which the blade member and the finger ring member can be separated easily and firmly after the joining. In other words, if a joining method other than welding is adopted, the manufacturer only needs to perform various processing such as polishing on the blade member and the finger ring member, and join them when the customer orders, The time until delivery can be shortened and the production cost can be reduced.
Also, on the hairdresser's side, for example, when requesting maintenance and repair such as sharpening processing to the manufacturer, the blade member and the finger ring member are separated, and only the member that requires maintenance and repair is left to the manufacturer, It becomes possible to attach the spare of one member to the remaining member and use it.
However, it has been difficult to employ conventional joining methods other than welding because the stability, strength, accuracy, and design of the joining portion are significantly inferior to those of welding as described above.

Therefore, the present invention can easily join the blade member and the finger ring member, and can separate them even after joining, while having sufficient joining stability, joining strength and joining accuracy, An object of the present invention is to provide a hairdressing and beauty salon having a blade joining structure with excellent design.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the means of the invention described in claim 1 is a hairdressing and beauty salon formed by pivotally attaching two blades, wherein the blades include a handle portion and a finger ring portion. A finger ring member comprising: a blade member comprising a blade portion and a pivotally attached portion; and a connecting member that joins the finger ring member and the blade member together by connecting the finger ring member and the blade member.

In other words, the hairdressing and beauty salon according to claim 1 is configured such that the blade member and the finger ring member, which are conventionally joined by welding, are joined using the connecting member that is the third member. As a result, the blade member and the finger ring member can be joined easily and firmly in a separable manner, the joining accuracy and stability can be improved, and the workability of the blade body can be improved. it can.

Furthermore, the means adopted by the invention of claim 1 is that the finger ring member has a joint convex part formed on the end face of the handle part, and a finger ring member side locking part formed on the plane of the handle part, The blade member is formed with a joint housing portion in which the joint convex portion is housed on the end surface of the pivoting portion, and a blade member side locking portion is formed on the plane of the pivoting portion. At both ends, locking claw portions that are respectively locked to the finger ring member side locking portion and the blade member side locking portion are formed, and after the joint convex portion is received in the joint receiving portion The finger ring member and the blade member are connected and joined by locking and attaching the locking claw portion to the finger ring member side locking portion and the blade member side locking portion, respectively. is a beauty scissors, it said.

Furthermore, in the hairdressing and beauty salon according to claim 1 , first, the joint convex portion formed on the finger ring member is accommodated in the joint housing portion formed on the blade member, and then connected between the blade member and the finger ring member. By attaching the member, the blade member and the finger ring member can be joined. Specifically, after the joint convex portion is inserted and accommodated in the joint housing portion, the connecting member is attached so as to span the blade member and the finger ring member. In this connecting member, the locking claw portions formed at both ends thereof are respectively connected to the blade member side locking portion formed on the plane of the pivoting portion of the blade member and the finger ring formed on the plane of the handle portion of the finger ring member. The finger ring member and the blade member are joined by being attached to the member side locking portion. Thereby, the joining state excellent in stability which does not produce backlash, a distortion, etc. between a blade member and a finger ring member is securable.

Further, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the finger ring member side locking portion is formed with a first taper portion inclined downward from the end surface side of the handle portion toward the finger ring portion side. The member side locking portion is formed with a second taper portion that is inclined downward from the end surface side of the blade member toward the blade portion side, and the locking claw portion includes the first taper portion and the second taper portion, respectively. A third taper portion corresponding to the taper portion is formed, and the first taper portion and the second taper portion are respectively attached by attaching the connecting member while being pressed against the blade member and the finger ring member. It said third contact tapered portion and sliding the blade member and the finger ring member and the hairdressing scissors you characterized in that so as to move in a direction to close contact with each other, it is.

Hairdressing scissors as claimed in claim 1, in Yubiwa member side locking portions and the blade member side locking portions are formed on the finger ring member and the blade member, respectively forming the first tapered portion and a second tapered portion In addition, a third taper portion corresponding to the first taper portion and the second taper portion is formed on the locking claw portions formed at both ends of the connecting member. Thereby, when attaching the connecting member to the finger ring member and the blade member, the third taper portion formed at both ends of the locking claw portion is the first taper portion formed in the finger ring member side locking portion; The blade member and the finger ring member can be moved in the direction in which they are brought into sliding contact with the second taper portion formed on the blade member side locking portion, respectively.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the finger ring member, a protrusion is formed on the end surface of the handle, a locking groove is formed on the plane of the handle, and the blade member A fitting part is formed on the end face of the pivoting part, and a fitting recess is formed on the plane of the pivoting part. One end of the connecting member is engaged with the locking groove part. A locking claw portion to be stopped is formed, and at the other end, a fitting convex portion to be fitted to the fitting concave portion is formed, and after the protruding portion is fitted into the fitting portion, the locking The finger ring is engaged with the groove part, the fitting convex part is fitted into the fitting concave part, and the connecting member is attached to the blade member and the finger ring member. The barber and beauty salon according to claim 1, wherein a member and the blade member are connected and joined.

Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the touch point is formed only on the blade member side, so that the function of the touch point is impaired even when the blade member and the finger ring member are separated. The hairdressing and beauty salon according to claim 1, wherein the hairdressing and beauty salon is not.

The touch point is an arc-shaped portion around a hole through which a bolt serving as a fulcrum shaft of a pair of blade bodies that are opened and closed. When cutting an object, the back sides of the pair of blades tend to be separated from each other by the cutting resistance, but at the same time, the cutting resistance is large enough to hinder the smooth opening / closing operation of the pair of blades at the touch point. Is on. Therefore, by applying a force larger than the cutting resistance to the heel and sliding in a state where the contact points are pressed against each other by the applied force, the back sides of the pair of blade bodies are not pressed apart from each other. The object is cut by being opened and closed in the state where it is applied. As described above, the touch point greatly affects the sharpness of the eyelid. In the hairdressing and beauty salon according to claim 2 , it is formed only on the blade member side. That is, since the touch point is determined on the blade member side, even if one of the blade member or the finger ring member is replaced, its function is not impaired.

According to the hairdressing and beauty salon described in claim 1, the blade member and the finger ring member can be separated by attaching the connecting member so as to span between the blade member and the finger ring member and joining them together. It can be firmly joined. Thereby, compared with the conventional joining methods, such as welding, a blade body can be produced now in a short time and easily.

Furthermore, according to the hairdressing and beauty scissors described in claim 1 , the joint convex portion formed on the blade member is housed in the joint housing portion formed on the finger ring member, and the blade member and the finger ring member are hung. Adopting a structure that attaches the connecting member so as to pass and joins both, and when attaching the connecting member, the locking claw portions formed at both ends of the connecting member are locked to the blade member side By engaging with the ring portion and the finger ring member side locking portion, rattling or distortion is unlikely to occur between the blade member and the finger ring member, and the finger ring member and the blade member are also excellent in aesthetic sense. Barber / beauty salon can be provided.

Furthermore, according to the beauty scissors according to claim 1, the first to third tapered portion formed on the engaging claw portion, respectively formed on the Yubiwa member side locking portion and the blade member side locking portions By attaching the connecting member while being brought into sliding contact with the tapered portion and the second tapered portion, the blade member and the finger ring member can be brought into close contact with each other, so that the joining accuracy and strength can be further improved.

According to the hairdressing and beauty salon described in claim 2 , in addition to the effect of the hairdressing and beauty salon described in claim 1, since the touch point is formed only on the blade member side, one of the blade member or the finger ring member is replaced. Even in such a case, the position of the touch point does not change, and a stable sharpness can always be ensured. In addition, since it is possible to adjust the degree of contact between the touch points only on the blade member side, for example, when the blade member is separated and deposited to request maintenance such as sharpening processing, the manufacturer side It is possible to return to the customer after adjusting the touch point. Furthermore, in the past, the contact point had to be formed after welding the blade member and the finger ring member, whereas the contact point was formed on the blade member side before joining the blade member and the finger ring member. Therefore, the manufacturing process can be simplified.

FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating a method for joining the finger ring member 110 and the blade member 120 together. FIG. 11 is a view of the joint portion between the finger ring member 110 and the blade member 120 as seen from the AA cross section of FIG. In order to join the finger ring member 110 and the blade member 120, first, as shown in FIG. 11A, the joint convex portion 113 formed on the finger ring member 110 is formed on the joint housing portion 124 formed on the blade member 120. Plug in. At this time, since the joint convex portion 113 is formed in a substantially wedge shape, the joint convex portion 113 is received in close contact with the inner surface of the joint housing portion 124. Next, as shown in FIG. 11 (b), after engaging the locking claws 131 and 131 at both ends of the connecting member 130 with the finger ring member side locking portion 115 and the blade member side locking portion 125, respectively. When the screw 140 is screwed into the screw holes 117 and 127 and tightened, as the connecting member 130 is pressed against the finger ring member 110 and the blade member 120, the third of the locking claws 131 and 131. The tapered portions 132, 132 begin to slidably contact the first tapered portion 116 formed inside the finger ring member side locking portion 115 and the second tapered portion 126 formed on the blade member side locking portion 125, respectively. Then, the finger ring member 110 and the blade member 120 are respectively moved in the direction of arrow B shown in FIG. 11B, and finally, as shown in FIG. 11C, the finger ring member 110 and the blade member. 120 can be joined in close contact with each other. As a result, a stable joined state free from backlash and distortion can be obtained.

On the other hand, since the connecting member 130 can be easily removed from the finger ring member 110 and the blade member 120 if the screws 140 and 140 are loosened, even after the finger ring member 110 and the blade member 120 are joined, the connecting member 130 The finger ring member 110 and the blade member 120 can be separated by removing 130 and pulling out the joint protrusion 113 from the joint housing part 124.

FIG. 12 shows a barber / beauty salon 20 according to the second embodiment, and FIGS. 13 and 14 show a blade 200 constituting the barber / beauty salon 20. Further, a screw hole 215 through which a screw 240 for attaching a connecting member 230 described later is inserted is formed between the protrusions 213 and 213.

FIG. 17 shows the blade member 220. The blade member 220 is pivotally mounted with a blade portion 221 in which a substantially straight cut blade is formed and a pivot hole 223 into which the bolt 300 is inserted when the two blade bodies 200 and 200 are pivotally mounted. Part 222.

FIG. 18 shows an enlarged view of the portion 222 of the blade member 220. As shown in FIG. 18, a fitting portion 224 is formed on the end surface 222 a of the pivot attachment portion 222, and a fitting recess 225 is formed on the flat surface 222 b of the pivot attachment portion 222. The fitting portion 224 is a portion that is inserted into the projection 213 formed on the finger ring member 210 and is joined to the finger ring member 210, and the internal shape thereof is substantially U-shaped so as to correspond to the shape of the projection 213. Is formed.

The fitting concave portion 225 is formed on the flat surface 222b of the pivot attachment portion 222, and the fitting convex portion 232 formed at the other end of the connecting member 230 described later is fitted thereto. Further, a first longitudinal taper portion 226 and a first width direction taper portion 227 are formed in the fitting recess 225. The first longitudinal taper portion 226 is inclined downward from the end surface 222a side of the pivot attachment portion 222 toward the blade portion 221 side. On the other hand, the first width direction taper portion 227 is disposed on both sides of the first vertical taper portion 226 so as to be orthogonal to the first vertical taper portion 226 and inclined downward toward the inside of the fitting recess 225. Do it. The fitting recess 225 is formed with a screw hole 228 through which a screw 240 for attaching a connecting member 230 described later is inserted.

Further, a touch point is formed on the back surface of the blade member 220 as in the first embodiment. This touch point is not formed on the finger ring member 210 but only on the blade member 220.

A connecting member 230 is shown in FIGS. The connecting member 230 spans between the finger ring member 210 and the blade member 220 in a state where the protrusion 213 formed on the finger ring member 210 is fitted in the fitting portion 224 formed on the blade member 220. It is attached to prevent the protrusion 213 from detaching from the fitting portion 224, and to bring the end surface 212a of the handle portion 212 of the finger ring member 210 into close contact with the end surface 222a of the pivot attachment portion 222 of the blade member 220. Is. One end of the connecting member 230 is formed with a locking claw portion 231 that is locked to the locking groove portion 214 of the finger ring member 210, and the other end is a fitting protrusion that is fitted into the fitting recess 225 of the blade member 220. A portion 232 is formed. Further, the fitting convex portion 232 includes a second vertical taper portion 233 corresponding to the first vertical taper portion 226 and the first width taper portion 227 formed in the fitting concave portion 225 of the blade member 220, respectively. A second width direction taper portion 234 is formed. Further, two screw holes 235 and 235 are formed in the flat surface 230a of the connecting member 230. As shown in FIG. 22, screw holes 215 and 228 respectively formed in the finger ring member 210 and the blade member 220 are screwed. By screwing 240, the finger ring member 210 and the blade member 220 are attached.

FIG. 23 is a diagram illustrating a method for joining the finger ring member 210 and the blade member 220 together. This figure is the figure which saw the finger ring member 210, the blade member 220, and the connection member 230 from the AA cross section of FIG. In order to join the finger ring member 210 and the blade member 220, first, as shown in FIG. 23A, the protrusion 213 formed on the finger ring member 210 is inserted into the fitting portion 224 formed on the blade member 220. Next, as shown in FIG. 23 (b), the locking claw portion 231 at one end of the connecting member 230 is locked to the locking groove portion 214 of the finger ring member 210, and the fitting convex portion 232 at the other end is set to the blade member 220. After the fitting recess 225 is fitted, the screw 240 is tightened. At this time, the second vertical taper portion 233 formed in the fitting convex portion 232 contacts the first vertical taper portion 226 formed in the fitting concave portion 225.
Then, as shown in FIG. 23C, when the screw 240 is tightened and the fitting convex portion 232 is further submerged in the fitting concave portion 225, the fitting concave portion 225 and the fitting convex portion 232 are vertically moved. In the direction in which the second longitudinal taper portion 233 is in sliding contact with the first longitudinal taper portion 226 and is attracted to each other between the finger ring member 210 and the blade member 220 at the same time as being pressed in (arrow C direction). A force that moves in a certain vertical direction (arrow D direction) works, and the joining end surfaces of the finger ring member 210 and the blade member 220 are brought into close contact with each other.
That is, as the pressure contact between the fitting concave portion 225 and the fitting convex portion 232 increases, the adhesion between the joint end surface on the finger ring member 210 side and the joint end surface on the blade member 220 side proceeds.
Here, even when the fitting concave portion 225 and the fitting convex portion 132 are in a completely press-contacted state, the fitting concave portion 225 and the fitting convex portion 232 are arranged so that the fitting convex portion 232 does not bottom out. The depth of the fitting recess 225 is formed deeper than the thickness of the fitting projection 232 so as to ensure a clearance therebetween. For this reason, the fitting convex portion 232 sinks into the fitting concave portion 225 due to the pressure contact between the fitting convex portion 232 and the fitting concave portion 225, and a step is generated between the finger ring member and the blade member and the connecting member. Is also possible. However, even if such a step occurs, the step is extremely small and does not affect the design of the blade.

Next, the effect | action of the 1st width direction taper part 227 formed in the fitting recessed part 225 and the 2nd width direction taper part 234 formed in the fitting convex part 232 is explained in full detail. FIG. 24 shows a view of the finger ring member 210, the blade member 220, and the connecting member 230 as seen from the BB cross section shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 24, the fitting convex portion 232 of the connecting member 230 is simply fitted into the fitting concave portion 225, and a screw (not shown) is tightened to press the fitting concave portion 225 and the fitting convex portion 232 together. And the 1st width direction taper part 227 and the 2nd width direction taper part 234 are slidably contacted. Then, a force to move the fitting convex portion 232 from both sides in the width direction (arrow E direction) toward the center of the fitting concave portion 225 acts, and the fitting convex portion 232 is positioned at the center of the fitting concave portion 225. In addition, the direction is determined so that the fitting concave portion 225 and the fitting convex portion 232 are parallel to each other.
When the sliding movement between the first width direction taper portion 227 and the second width direction taper portion 234 is completed, that is, when the force applied to the fitting convex portion 232 from both sides in the width direction is balanced, the fitting is performed. The convex portion 232 is fixed at a predetermined position in the width direction in the fitting concave portion 225, and at the same time, the direction is determined so that the fitting convex portion 232 is arranged straight with respect to the fitting concave portion 225.

The finger ring member 210 and the blade member 220 can be easily separated by loosening and removing the screw 140 that fixes the connecting member 230.

The present invention has been described above based on the first and second embodiments. However, each embodiment can be variously improved and modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the technical scope of the present invention. Includes these improved variants.

For example, in Example 1, the joint convex portion formed on the blade member is formed in a substantially wedge shape with the thickness gradually decreasing from the root to the tip, but is not limited to this, for example, Further, a slit may be formed on the joint convex portion to give flexibility, or a rib may be formed so that the joint convex portion can be brought into close contact with the finger ring member.

Moreover, in Example 2, the 1st vertical direction taper part of the fitting recessed part formed in a blade member, the 1st width direction taper part, and the 2nd vertical direction taper part of the fitting convex part formed in a connection member, The second width direction tapered portions are continuously provided so as to be orthogonal to each other, but may be continuously provided in a curved manner. Moreover, although the end surface of the handle | steering-ring part of a finger ring member and the end surface of the pivoting part of a blade member are each formed in circular arc shape, you may form this in linear form. Furthermore, the first width direction taper portion of the fitting recess and the second width direction taper portion of the fitting tongue piece are formed on both sides of the first vertical taper portion and the second vertical taper portion, respectively. Alternatively, it may be formed only on one side of the first longitudinal taper portion and the second longitudinal taper portion.

In addition, in Example 1 and Example 2, the connection member is attached by screw tightening so that the finger ring member and the blade member can be joined and separated freely, but when the separation function is not required. Instead of screw tightening, for example, fixing means that cannot be removed such as caulking or riveting may be employed. In this case, in order to further increase the joint strength, spot welding or partial welding may be performed together. When such a non-removable fixing means is used, it is naturally impossible to separate the blade member and the finger ring member after joining them once. It is advantageous in that it can be joined more easily than welding.
