Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention holds a bathroom chair suspended from a floor on a latch provided under a counter that opens below the side wall of the washing place to improve aesthetics, cleanability and hygiene, and at the washing place. The present invention relates to a hanging structure of a bathroom chair for improving workability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a washbasin used in a washroom such as a bathroom unit or a bathroom chair to be seated when washing the body has been placed on the floor without any specific place.
Recently, a counter has been provided on the bathroom side wall, and a basin is also provided to be placed on this. However, the bathroom chair is left on the floor, so It was in an environment where mixed sewage was frequently applied. Therefore, it is not preferable from the viewpoint of hygiene because it causes dirt to adhere to the floor and the vicinity of the installation surface or to cause slime.
In addition, bathroom chairs are both useless and obstructive when cleaning in the bathroom, and when taking showers throughout the bathroom, washing pets and leisure goods, etc.
[0003]
In order to solve the above problems, means shown in FIG. 3 of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-155694 and FIG. 1 of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-54394 have been proposed.
In consideration of the convenience and size of the bathroom, these chairs store bathroom chairs in a space under the counter provided on the side wall of the washroom.
However, in the above-mentioned means, since the bathroom chair is in contact with the floor surface of the washing place, the above-mentioned problems have not been solved fundamentally.
That is, even when stored, sewage mixed with soap and dirt stains the lower end of the leg and contact surface of the bathroom chair, and the installation surface is difficult to dry. When cleaning the washing area, it was troublesome because it was moved from under the counter.
In general, a shallow bowl-shaped drainage channel is formed under the counter to guide drainage from the washroom, but bathroom chairs tend to obstruct the flow.
[0004]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-88359 (FIG. 7) discloses a means for hanging a bathroom chair on the wall surface of a washing place.
This is because the storage device 1 for the bathroom chair 3 is provided on the wall panel 2 on the washroom side, and the bathroom chair 3 has a box shape with an open bottom surface. The main body 4 has a main body 4 that accommodates a part thereof. The main body 4 has a triangular cross section having a top portion 5. Specifically, the main body 4 has a container shape in which a surface facing the top portion 5 is an opening 6. Yes.
When the peripheral side wall 3a of the bathroom chair 3 is hooked on the hook piece 5a so that the hook piece 5a is inserted from the open lower surface of the bathroom chair 3, the hook position of the peripheral side wall 3a by the hook piece 5a In the lower position, the outer surface of the peripheral side wall 3a is pressed downward (diagonally downward) by the pressing portion 5b, and is stored and held in the storage device 1 in a state in which the bathroom chair 3 is prevented from falling off. is there.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the outer surface of the peripheral side wall 3a of the bathroom chair 3 is pressed downward (diagonally downward) by the pressing portion 5b, it is stored and held in a downward (diagonally downward) dimension with respect to the sitting height of the bathroom chair 3. The Rukoto.
When the storage chair 1 is stored in and removed from the storage device 1, the size of the downward (diagonal downward) dimension is larger than the plane dimension of the bathroom chair 3, and the size of the storage and removal is larger than the downward (diagonal downward) dimension. .
[0006]
If this storage device 1 is mounted below the counter, for example, the height of the counter itself will be unnatural when used, and if the depth of the counter is not lengthened, it will protrude unnaturally to the front. As a result, the beauty will be impaired. In any case, since the bathroom chair 3 protrudes into the bathroom washing place with the stored and held state, it is inevitable that the bathroom chair 3 is accidentally contacted with the bathroom chair 3, and the bathroom chair 3 is deformed or injured. There was a fear.
In particular, recent bathroom chairs are large and large, so it is not appropriate to tilt and hang up, and it will lift up in an unnatural form, and it will protrude greatly toward the bathroom washing area. It can be said.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present invention proposes a bathroom chair latching structure that solves the various problems described above.
In the drawer structure according to the first aspect of the present invention, a counter is mounted on the side wall of the washroom side of the bathroom unit, and a latch having a substantially L-shaped cross section is provided below the counter with a horizontal plate and a mounting plate to the wall surface. Then, the bathroom chair is formed in a box shape with the bottom and one side open, and the back of the seat is a hooked part into which the horizontal plate of the hook is inserted, and the bathroom chair is suspended and held below the counter. It is characterized by doing so.
[0008]
The drawer structure according to the invention of claim 2 is characterized in that the leading edge of the horizontal plate of the latching tool is a guide surface inclined downward, and can be suspended and held by pushing a bathroom chair. Is.
The invention of claim 3 is characterized in that the counter and the latch are integrally formed.
[0009]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the bathroom chair is attached to the side wall below the counter and provided with a substantially L-shaped latching device that protrudes horizontally above the bathroom chair in the bathroom. Since it is formed in a box shape with the side open, and the back part of the seat is almost horizontal, the hanging part is inserted in the upright position without tilting the bathroom chair below the counter. It can be suspended and held by.
Therefore, bathroom chairs are stored and stored in an orderly manner without being obstructed by a specific place under the counter. Therefore, it becomes very good in terms of hygiene.
[0010]
According to the configuration of the invention of claim 2, since the leading edge of the horizontal plate of the latching tool is a guide surface inclined downward, it is suspended by pushing the bathroom chair without lifting the bathroom chair. You can hold it.
According to the configuration of the third aspect, since the counter and the latch are integrally formed, the number of parts is reduced and the number of attachments is not required.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
The embodiment described below is a preferred specific example of the present invention, and thus various technically preferable limitations are given. However, the scope of the present invention is particularly limited in the following description. Unless otherwise stated, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
[0012]
FIG. 1: has shown the perspective view of the bathroom unit 20 incorporating the latching structure of the bathroom chair of one Embodiment which concerns on this invention. Although not shown in detail, the bathroom unit 20 has a box shape including the ceiling to the floor.
The bathroom unit 20 may be referred to as a half unit including a bathtub 21 and a washing place 25 having a counter 22.
In the figure, 24 is a bathroom chair, 26 is a washbasin, 27 is a side wall in the bathroom, and the side wall 27 is provided with a receptacle for a shower faucet 28 and a mirror 29.
[0013]
The counter 22 with the front edge inflated in an arc shape is fixed to the side wall 27 on the side surface of the bathtub 21 and opened downward, and is arranged to be slightly higher than the height of the bathroom chair 24. The basin 26 can be placed on the left and right sides of the inflated portion with soap and detergent (not shown).
And the latching tool 30 protrudes horizontally on the upper side wall 27 of the location where the space under the counter 22 was expanded.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2, the latching tool 30 has a substantially L-shaped cross section provided integrally with a mounting board 30 b made of a horizontally long plate perpendicular to the horizontal plate 30 a that should be called a main body. Screw holes 30c and 30c are provided at the four corners of the mounting board 30b, and the screws 31 and 31 are screwed into the side wall 27 of the bathroom unit 20 above the space formed in the lower part of the counter 22 so as to be fixed. It has become.
The protruding length of the horizontal plate 30a of the latching tool 30 extends over more than half the width of the bathroom chair 24 when inserted into the opening 24c of the bathroom chair 24 described later, and a recessed portion 24e of the bathroom chair 24 described later. The dimension of the length to be inserted is selected with a dimension smaller than the dimension.
In this case, the dimensions of the upper end positions of the horizontal plate 30a and the mounting substrate 30b of the latch 30 are selected so that a bathroom chair 24, which will be described later, is floated and held from the floor surface of the washing place 25, and is placed below the counter 22. It is attached to the side wall 27 above the formed space (see FIG. 3).
[0015]
In the drawing, the latch 30 is configured to be slightly tapered in plan view from the connection base portion of the horizontal plate 30a and the mounting substrate 30b toward the leading edge of the horizontal plate 30a, thereby to be described later. It can be configured to be easily inserted into the opening of the chair 24.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 4, the bathroom chair 24 is configured to have a substantially box shape with the bottom surface and one side surface open, and the latching tool 30 is inserted from the side opening 24 c, and the seat portion serving as the top surface 24a is formed so as to be curved and recessed from the opposite side to the opening 24c side, and is configured so that water can be drained to the opening 24c side, and the back of the seat portion 24a is formed in a horizontal plane as a hooked portion 24b. .
On the inner side of the bathroom chair 24, the concave portions 24e that are positioned on the upper sides of the side plates 24d and 24d facing the opening 24c and that guide both side edges of the horizontal plate 30a of the latch 30 across the opposite side of the opening 24c, 24e is provided so that the upper and lower rattling of the bathroom chair 24 is prevented so that the bathroom chair 24 does not fall off easily.
The recessed portions 24e and 24e are formed by providing inwardly extending ridges 24f and 24f, respectively, but may be formed by providing recessed grooves from the inside of the side plates 24d and 24d.
[0017]
In addition, 24g in the figure is a hole serving as a handle provided on the side plate opposite to the opening 24c of the bathroom chair 24, and serves as a clue when pulling out the bathroom chair 24 held floating from the floor surface of the washing place 25. To do.
24h and 24h are projections protruding from the end surfaces of the side plates 24d and 24d on the side of the opening 24c. When the bathroom chair 24 is floated and held from the floor surface of the washing room 25, the projection 24h is formed on the side wall 27 of the bathroom unit 20. , 24h, prevent the bathroom chair 24 from being tilted due to the thickness of the mounting board 30b of the latch 30 and suspend it at a normal position, and receive the load of the bathroom chair 24 received by the horizontal plate 30a of the latch 30. It has a function of transmitting and dispersing to the side wall 27 of the bathroom unit 20.
In addition, concave grooves 24i and 24i are provided on the outer upper portions of the side plates 24d and 24d so that the bathroom chair 24 can be grasped with both hands when carrying it.
[0018]
FIG. 5 shows an example in which the above-described latching tool 30 is formed integrally with the counter 22, and the mounting substrate 30 b of the latching tool 30 is molded integrally with the counter 22. This eliminates the increase in the number of parts and the complexity of management due to the construction of the body, and allows easy attachment.
[0019]
In FIG. 6, a guide surface 30d that is forwardly curved is provided on the leading edge side of the horizontal plate 30a of the latch 30 and the protrusions 24f and 24f are separated so as to widen the recessed portions 24e and 24e of the bathroom chair 24. It is composed. When such a configuration is adopted, as the bathroom chair 24 is inserted into the latching tool 30, the latched portion 24b on the back of the seat portion 24a of the bathroom chair 24 follows the guide surface 30d as shown by the arrow in the figure. The bathroom chair 24 does not need to be slightly lifted up to the level of the horizontal plate 30a of the latch 30 and guided and inserted, and the bathroom chair is very smoothly and easily shown as shown by the one-dot chain line. 24 can be inserted into the latch 30 and can be held and stored by floating from the floor.
[0020]
The latching structure of the bathroom chair according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above. For example, when the latching tool 30 is configured separately, the latching structure below the counter 22 of the bathroom unit 20 is provided. Screws 31 are fixed to the side wall 27 with screws 31, 31, and in this state, the opening 24 c of the bathroom chair 24 is inserted into the hook 30 and the bathroom chair 24 is floated and held from the floor surface of the washing room 25 of the bathroom unit 20. The storage location of the bathroom chair 24 is determined and the interior of the bathroom unit 20 can be used widely without obstruction.
Further, since the bathroom chair 24 is provided with an opening 24 c for inserting the latch 30, the bathroom chair 24 is held and stored in the side wall 27 below the counter 22 and in the bathroom chair 24. A rack is provided in any one of them, and cleaning tools such as detergents and sponges can be concealed and stored as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG.
[0021]
As described above, when the bathroom chair 24 is held and stored on the latch 30 so as to float away from the floor surface, the waste water mixed with soap scum and dirt flowing from the inclined upstream side of the washing place 25 of the bathroom unit 20 is used for the bathroom. It flows without touching the chair 24, and the bathroom chair 24 can be held and stored in the latch 30 in a sanitary manner.
Thereafter, when the bathroom chair 24 is used, the bathroom chair 24 can be easily taken out simply by hooking a finger into the hole 24g of the bathroom chair 24 and pulling it out.
[0022]
In the embodiment described so far, the bathroom chair 24 has a rectangular box shape, but may have an oval shape, a circular shape, or an oval shape.
The latched portion 24b of the bathroom chair 24 is the back surface of the seat portion 24a because of the opening 24c. However, depending on the shape of the latching tool 30, a plurality of holes may be formed in the upper part of the side surface. Good.
In the illustrated example, the latching tool 30 has a substantially L-shaped cross section, but may be a plurality of pipes or a rod instead of the horizontal plate 30a. Furthermore, when a hole is made in the upper part of the side surface of the bathroom chair 24 to be a hooked portion, it can be a hook.
[0023]
In the illustrated example, recessed portions 24e and 24e for guiding both side edges of the horizontal plate 30a of the latching tool 30 are provided inside the bathroom chair 24 so that the upper and lower rattles are prevented from easily falling off. However, instead of this, the horizontal plate 30a is inclined so as to rise slightly toward the open end, and conversely, the hooked portion 24b on the back of the seat portion 24a of the bathroom chair 24 is directed downward toward the opening 24c. By attaching an inclination, it is also possible to prevent falling off to the front surface in a suspended state.
Furthermore, an upward protrusion is provided at the front edge or in the middle of the horizontal plate 30a of the latch 30, and a recess into which the protrusion enters is provided in the latching portion 24b so as to prevent falling off to the front surface. You can also
Although it is desirable for the bathroom chair 24 to be covered by the counter 22 when viewed from above in a state where it is suspended from the latch 30 in an upright position, it is not limited to this.
In addition, although the counter 22 and the latching tool 30 are separately attached to the side wall 27 of the bathroom unit 20, it can also be manufactured integrally with the side wall 27.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the invention of claim 1, the bathroom unit side wall of the bathroom unit is integrated with or separate from the counter, and has a substantially L-shaped section with a horizontal plate and a mounting plate on the wall surface below the counter. The configured latching tool is projected, the bathroom chair is formed in a box shape with the bottom and one side open, and the back of the seat is almost horizontal and is suspended below the counter. Therefore, it will be kept floating from the floor of the washroom.
Therefore, the washroom in the bathroom is orderly, without being in the way of a specific place under the counter, especially because the bathroom chair is held by floating from the floor, so it is held and stored very well for hygiene purposes. Will get.
In particular, in the case of a recent large and large bathroom chair, it is easy to use by being lifted and pushed in slightly without being tilted as in the prior art, and then being pulled out and pulled out.
[0025]
In the invention of claim 2, the front edge of the horizontal plate of the latch is a guide surface inclined downward, and the bathroom chair can be suspended and held by sliding and pushing the floor surface of the washing area. It can be done as easily as it flows.
In the invention of claim 3, since the counter and the latch are integrally formed, the number of parts as a whole is reduced, and the attaching operation can be performed efficiently.
