本発明は空気調和機の室内ユニット据付板に関するもので、特に据付性の改善に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来この種の空気調和機の据付板として、特開平2−21134号公報に掲載された技術がある。図7は上記公報に掲載された据付板の斜視図である。図7において、据付板1に壁面固定用穴2及び上部フランジ3を設ける。フランジ3左右にはさらに室内ユニット係合用突起4を設け、中央にはおもり6が付いた下げ振り糸5を取り付ける突起7を設けると共に切り欠き8を形成している。据付板1の中心部にビーム9の一端を回動自在に固定する。ビーム9の他端にはアーム10の一端を回動可能に固定している。また、据付板1の下部フランジ30には突起30aを設けると共にアーム10の他端には突起30aと係合する係合部10aを設ける。

この発明に係る空気調和機の据付板は、上部にフランジ及び空気調和機本体を係合する突起を有し、下部に前記空気調和機本体固定時に前記空気調和機本体をガイドするガイド片を有し、据付時におもりの付いた下げ振り糸を用いて水平基準出しを行う空気調和機の据付板において、前記ガイド片を含む前記据付板の一部を切り欠いて配管取出口を形成し、前記据付時に前記配管取出口の上方から垂直に垂らされる前記下げ振り糸の垂直合わせ目印用マークまたはラインを前記配管取出口の上方に表示したものである。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図に基づいて説明する。図1はこの実施の形態における空気調和機の据付板を示す斜視図、図2は図1の据付板の要部拡大図、図3は図1の据付板の側面図である。また、図4は図1〜3の据付板に取り付けられる空気調和機本体(より詳細には室内機および室外機から構成されるセパレート型空気調和機の室内機本体)を示す背面斜視図、図5は同据付板に取り付けられ、右方に配管引き出しされた空気調和機本体を示す正面斜視図、図6は同据付板に取り付けられ、右下方に配管引き出しされた空気調和機本体を示す正面斜視図である。

フランジ部3とガイド片11との長短相違分確保される据付板1下部左右の切り欠きは、空気調和機本体20の種類によって必要とされる冷媒配管およびドレン配水管等の配管類25を通すための壁穴26径以上の上下左右幅を有し、穴13は切り欠きのガイド片11側から壁穴26の半径以上水平方向に離れている。即ち、この切り欠きは壁穴26が収まるような大きさに切り欠かれている。尚、空気調和機本体20は背面左側(背面からみて)にフレキシブルな冷媒配管25b、cおよびドレン排水管25aが設けられており、ここから、直接後方へ引き出すことができるが、空気調和機本体20下部の空間を利用して背面右側から直接後方へ引き出すことも可能である。これに合わせて据付板1も左右に切り欠き部を形成したものである。

本実施の形態では、下げ振り糸5とガイド片11とが干渉しないため、下げ振り糸5の長さを据付板1の縦寸法より長くしても何ら影響がない。このため下げ振り糸5を充分長くすることにより、下げ振り糸5が大きく揺れたりするのを防止でき、位置出しの作業性が向上する。また、下げ振り糸5の長さを自由に設定できるから、例えば空気調和機本体20背面から後方へ直接冷媒配管およびドレン排水管などの配管類25を引き出す場合には、壁穴26の中心位置を穴13からLcm下方とサービスハンドブック等に記載しておくことで、下げ振り糸5をLcmにすれば簡単に据付板1と壁穴26との位置関係を特定できる。また、空気調和機本体20底面から下方へ冷媒配管およびドレン排水管などの配管類25を引き出す場合には、壁穴26の中心位置を穴13からLcm(L>L)となるように下げ振り糸5をLcmにすればやはり簡単に据付板1と壁穴26との位置関係を特定できる。尚、壁穴26が先に空いている場合には壁穴26の中心は特定しにくいので、予め空気調和機の機種毎に規定された壁穴半径Rcm分を下げ振り糸5長さに足しても良い(L+R、L+Rなど)。
