Description
The present invention relates to a rolling guide device in which a track rail and a moving block are assembled via a large number of balls, and a mounted object fixed to the moving block can freely reciprocate along the track rail. In particular, the present invention relates to a rolling guide device in which the moving block has an infinite circulation path for balls, and the moving block can continuously move along a track rail while circulating the balls infinitely.
In a work table of a machine tool and a linear guide portion of various conveying devices, a rolling guide device in which a moving block on which a movable body such as a table is continuously moved along a track rail is frequently used. In this type of rolling guide device, the moving block is assembled to the track rail via a large number of balls, and the ball moves by applying a load between the moving block and the track rail. The movable body mounted on the block can be moved lightly with very little resistance along the track rail. In addition, the moving block is provided with an infinite circulation path for the ball, and by circulating the ball in the infinite circulation path, the moving block can move continuously along the track rail without interruption. It has become.
The track rail is formed with a ball rolling groove along the longitudinal direction, while the moving block is formed with a load rolling groove facing the ball rolling groove of the track rail. A load rolling path of the ball is formed by the rolling groove and the load rolling groove on the moving block side. That is, the ball is configured to contact the ball rolling groove on the track rail side and the load rolling groove on the moving block side and roll while applying a load acting between them. Further, the moving block is formed with a no-load rolling passage in parallel with the load rolling groove, and further, both ends of the no-load rolling passage are formed by a pair of direction changing paths formed in an arc shape. It is connected to the passage. The ball is released from the load at the end of the load rolling path, leaves the ball rolling groove of the track rail, enters the direction changing path, and rolls from the direction changing path to the no-load rolling path. In addition, the ball that has rolled in the no-load rolling path returns to the ball rolling groove of the track rail through the opposite direction change path, and rolls in the loaded rolling path again while applying a load. In this way, the moving block has an infinite circulation path of the ball that is continuous with the load rolling path, the direction change path, the no-load rolling path, and the direction change path. By repeating the load state and the no-load state, the moving block can continuously move along the track rail without any stroke limitation.
However, in the configuration of the infinite circulation path applied to such a conventional rolling guide device, a lot of processing steps and parts are required to provide the moving block with a no-load rolling path and a direction changing path. There was a problem that the manufacturing and assembly of the block took time and the production cost naturally increased.
In addition, since the ball rolls in the load rolling groove of the block body while applying a load, it is necessary to increase the surface hardness of the load rolling groove, and the load rolling groove formation part in the block body is quenched. Processing is essential. On the other hand, if the entire block body is hardened, it becomes difficult to process the no-load rolling passage or the tap hole for fixing the movable body. For this reason, conventionally, carburizing and quenching or the like has been performed only on a portion such as a loaded rolling surface that requires quenching, but the process is troublesome and also leads to an increase in production cost.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and the object of the present invention is to easily provide an infinite circulation path of the ball with respect to the moving block, and to reduce the number of parts and processing man-hours. An object of the present invention is to provide a rolling guide device that can be easily and inexpensively manufactured by reducing the number of the rolling guides.
In order to achieve the above object, a rolling guide device according to the present invention includes a track rail in which ball rolling grooves are formed along the longitudinal direction, and is assembled to the track rail via a plurality of balls. The moving block has an infinite circulation path and is movable along the track rail. The moving block includes: a block main body to which an attached body is fixed; and a ball circulation plate that is attached to the block main body at a position facing the ball rolling surface of the track rail to form the infinite circulation path. It has become a preparation. The ball circulation plate is formed with at least a load straight groove facing the rolling groove of the track rail and a no-load straight groove parallel to the load straight groove and opened toward the track rail. Then, the ball rolls while applying a load to the rolling groove of the track rail in the load straight groove of the ball circulation plate, and is guided to the track rail in the unloaded straight groove. However, it rolls with no load.
According to such a rolling guide device of the present invention, as for the block main body constituting the moving block, it is sufficient to form only the mounting surface of the transported body such as a work table and the mounting position of the ball circulation plate. Since it is not necessary to form a no-load rolling passage for infinite circulation in the block main body, it is possible to easily process the block main body. Also, since the ball rolls in the load straight groove formed in the ball circulation plate instead of the block body, there is no need to perform heat treatment such as quenching treatment on the block body, and an inexpensive material such as mild steel is used. It becomes possible to form.
On the other hand, the ball circulation plate attached to the block body is formed with a load straight groove facing the rolling groove of the track rail, and a no-load straight groove parallel to the load straight groove. Can be easily formed by a machining method such as cutting before the ball circulation plate is assembled to the block body, and a general-purpose machine can be used without using a dedicated machine tool. It can be machined. As a result, the ball circulation plate can also be formed at a low cost, and the entire moving block can be produced inexpensively and easily.
In addition, a pair of direction changing grooves for moving the ball between the loaded linear groove and the unloaded linear groove can also be formed in the ball circulation plate. These loaded linear groove, unloaded linear groove, and pair of direction changing grooves. However, if a continuous track groove is formed in the ball circulation plate, it is possible to form an infinite circulation path of the ball with only the ball circulation plate, and it is possible to easily settle the moving block at a lower cost.

DESCRIPTION OF
Hereinafter, the rolling guide device of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 and 2 show a first embodiment of a rolling guide device to which the present invention is applied. The rolling
The
On the other hand, the moving
A
When the
Since the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
On the other hand, the unloaded
Further, the
When the moving
Since the
Further, when the
In this way, the

Further, since the
Furthermore, the
Furthermore, since there is no need to fix other parts for forming an infinite circulation path of the
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the pair of
Further, in the example shown in FIG. 1, the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a second embodiment of the rolling guide apparatus of the present invention.
The
As shown in FIG. 10, the
On the other hand, the
The
Also in the rolling guide device of the second embodiment, the
However, in the rolling guide device of the second embodiment, the
FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view showing a third embodiment of the rolling guide apparatus of the present invention.
In the first and second embodiments described above, the
On the surface of the ball circulation plate 80, as in the first embodiment, a track groove comprising a load
According to such a rolling guide device, a biaxial rolling guide device is provided in parallel on a mounted portion such as a bed or a column, and a movable body such as a common table is provided for the moving
FIG. 14 is a sectional view showing a fourth embodiment of the rolling guide apparatus of the present invention.
In the rolling guide device of the fourth embodiment, the inner surface of each
The center of curvature O of the concave
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily provide the moving
