Description

The present invention relates to a domestic water purifier that is mainly used at home and filters tap water.

In recent years, when drinking tap water, in order to obtain safe and delicious water, there is an increasing tendency to filter the odor, mold odor, trihalomethane, and the like in tap water with a water purifier. A water purifier is generally used with a cartridge filled with a filter medium such as activated carbon or a hollow fiber membrane. When the capacity of the filter medium is reduced, the user replaces the cartridge.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a water purifier has been known that has a function that allows a user to replace a cartridge by displaying the time when the filtration capacity of the cartridge is reduced in advance on the water purifier (Patent Document 1). However, the display method using a liquid crystal display has a problem that it is expensive to manufacture and the water purifier becomes expensive.
As a water purifier that displays the replacement time without using a liquid crystal display, it displays the month numbers from 1 to 12 in a dial arrangement on the dial or ring, and indicates the month when the next cartridge replacement is to be performed by an indicator such as an arrow. (Patent Document 2). However, in order for the user to set the next replacement month, there is a problem that it is troublesome because it is necessary to investigate the period during which the filtration capacity of the cartridge is lowered and calculate the next replacement month. There was also the problem of not realizing that safe and delicious water could not be obtained due to incorrect calculations. There was also a problem that the exchange month indicated by the arrow was wrong.
In order to prevent the user from making a mistake in the calculation and displaying the next replacement month in error, there is a product in which the other arrow indicates the next replacement month when the use start time of the cartridge is aligned with the arrow. However, since all the arrows and month numbers are visible, the next exchange month is not clear and difficult to understand.
On the contrary, in order to prevent mistakes, the water purifier has been improved so that only the next replacement month of the cartridge is displayed from the window, with a cover provided with a window on the dial or ring displaying the month number from 1 to 12. Is also known (Patent Document 3). However, it is the same that the user needs to investigate the period when the filtration capacity of the cartridge is lowered and calculate the next replacement month, and the problem that it is troublesome remains. Further, in this known example, characters indicating the next replacement time are provided on the side surface of the disk-shaped dial, and unevenness is provided on the flat surface of the disk. The rotating disk-shaped dial is positioned by bending the unevenness of the member having the unevenness facing the unevenness. However, according to the knowledge of the present inventors, in this structure, it is necessary to increase the thickness of the disk-shaped dial in order to make the characters large and easy to see. Many pot-type water purifiers are intended for refrigerator storage, and it is difficult to increase the external shape. Therefore, when a dial is installed on the lid, the mainstream pot-type water purifier is used. There is a drawback that the capacity of the water purifier is reduced. Moreover, when the structure which provides unevenness on the flat surface of the disk is applied to a pot-type water purifier, it is necessary to provide the cover with a convex / concave portion that fits the unevenness on the flat surface of the disk. However, if the thickness of the lid is reduced to bend the unevenness of the lid, there is a problem that the strength of the lid is reduced. If the lid is bent with the lid thickness maintained and bent, not only the appearance problem but also water purification Problems such as dust or other foreign matter entering the chamber.

Hereinafter, an example of the best embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, taking as an example a case where the present invention is applied to a pot-type water purifier. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below, and may be any means as long as the object of the present invention can be achieved.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of a pot type water purifier which is an embodiment of the present invention. The pot type water purifier includes a main body 1 and a cartridge 2, and the main body 1 includes a main body container 11, a funnel 12, a lid 13, a spout cover 14, and an exchange display dial (display member) 15. A funnel 12 is attached above the main body container 11, and a purified water reservoir 31 is located below. The lid 13 is disposed above the main body container 11 and the funnel 12. The spout cover 14 is connected to a spout cover connecting portion 50 provided on the front side of the lid 13, and an exchange display dial (display member) 15 is disposed on the back side of the lid 13. The cartridge 2 is used in a state in which it is inserted into the cartridge fitting portion 32 opened on the bottom surface of the funnel 12.
FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of a pot type water purifier cartridge according to an embodiment of the present invention. The cartridge 2 includes a cap 21, a filtration filter 22, and an outer case 23. The filtration filter 22 is connected to the lower center position of the cap 21, and the outer case 23 is connected to the lower side of the cap 21 so as to cover the filtration filter 22.
The filtration filter 22 has a cylindrical outer mesh member 33 and an inner mesh member 34, and the inner space of the inner mesh member 34 serves as a raw water collecting portion 35, and the space between the outer mesh member 33 and the inner mesh member 34 is filled with a filter medium. Part 36.
In the state of FIG. 1, when the lid 13 is removed and tap water is put into the funnel 12, the tap water passes through the cartridge 2 by its own weight, free residual chlorine and the like are removed, and the purified water is stored in the purified water reservoir 31 below the main body container 11 as purified water. Accumulate. When the lid 13 is attached to the funnel 12 attached to the main body container 11 with the purified water stored, and the main body container 11 is tilted, the purified water pushes out the spout cover 14 and flows out to obtain purified water.
In FIG. 2, the tap water put in the funnel 12 passes through the upper opening mesh member 38 from the upper opening 37 of the cap 21, and simultaneously passes through the inner mesh member 34 which is the raw water collecting part 35, and the filter medium filling part. 36. The purified water purified by the filter medium in the filter medium filling section 36 is stored in the purified water storage section 31 through the outer mesh member 33 and six slits provided in the length direction extending to the lower end of the outer case 23.
The main body container 11 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 is a top view of a main body container according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a front view of the main body container according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a left side surface of the main body container according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of a portion A in FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is a right side view of a main body container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The main body container 11 is a substantially quadrangular prism-shaped liquid storage container consisting of a bottom and a side. A handle 41 is held on one side and held by a user during water injection, and a semicircular cutout is formed on the upper end of the handle 41 side. 77 has a spout 42 which is an inclined portion for pouring purified water on the side surface facing the handle portion 41 and is made of polystyrene. The pot-type water purifier is conveniently a transparent container in which the filtration state and the amount of purified water can be easily confirmed, and highly transparent polystyrene and AS resin (acrylonitrile styrene resin) are preferable. In addition, resin molded products such as polypropylene, polycarbonate, acrylic resin, polyethylene, and ABS resin (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin) may be used.

Conventionally, a main body container has many shapes in which the handle is provided from the advantage of carrying around and pouring ease (patent document 6). However, due to the presence of the handle, the entire main body container becomes large. In particular, when storing in a limited space such as a refrigerator, there arises a problem that other things cannot be stored. Therefore, a main body container without a handle was devised (Patent Document 7). In this case, the side surface of the main body container is often recessed to make it easy to hold. Since the main body container made by injection molding becomes larger as it approaches the upper end, the upper end is narrower and has a large depression so that it can be easily held in the upper part, but the lower end is narrower and the overall capacity is reduced. is there. Since the pot type water purifier has a funnel in the upper half, the purified water can be collected only in the lower half, and it is difficult to secure the capacity of the purified water storage section. Therefore, adopting a shape that increases the volume of the tap water storage part even if it is shallow without providing a recess in the funnel, and providing a recess only in the purified water storage part to ensure capacity, etc. (Patent Document 7). However, since there is no depression above the main body container, it cannot be gripped with a finger, and there is a problem that it is difficult for the user to use.
In the present embodiment, the handle portion 41 may have a handle shape generally employed in a cold water cylinder, but has a shape utilizing the side surface of the main body container 11 as shown in FIG. When stored in the refrigerator, it is space-saving and easy to use. There is also an advantage that it is easy to carry because the holding section 41 is provided with a horizontal cross-section recess 43 that can be put on a finger. In order to provide a draft in the mold of the main body container, the width of the handle portion 41 becomes wider as it goes upward, but a part of the convex portion 76 adjacent to the horizontal cross-section concave portion 43 is made small and the horizontal cross-section concave portion 43 is made large. Since the handle position 65 is provided and a part of the width of the handle portion 41 is narrowed, the shape is easy to hold even above the handle portion 41. If the handle portion 41 is carried with a narrow and easy-to-hold lower part, the center of gravity of the entire water purifier will be higher than the position of the user's hand when the purified water is stored in the purified water storage unit 31 and the cartridge 2. Although it becomes stable, a user's hand is above the center of gravity of the entire water purifier by providing a horizontal recess 65 on the upper half side of the handle portion 41 and making it easier to hold a part of the width of the handle portion 41 narrower. The effect that it is located in and can be carried stably is acquired.
Conventionally, when the main body container is tilted and poured, the structure that covers the spout is provided separately from the lid and attached to the lid so that the cover on the spout can be opened without permission by the flow of purified water (Patent Document 1). ). However, according to the knowledge of the present inventors, when the cover on the spout is opened and closed only with the force of flowing clean water, there is a problem that smooth opening and closing cannot be performed if the cover on the spout is large or heavy. In particular, since the cover on the spout is not sufficiently opened at the beginning of pouring, there is a problem that the purified water flows out in a wide state close to the size of the cover on the spout and is difficult to pour. Furthermore, when the upper end of the spout is wet, the main body container and the cover on the spout are stuck due to the surface tension of water, and it takes time to open the cover on the spout. After clean water has accumulated in the cover on the spout, the spout cover suddenly opens and it is difficult to pour because the clean water comes out at once. If the pour spout of the main body container is protruded greatly, the clean water flows out vigorously and the force for opening the pour spout cover increases, so that the pour spout cover does not hinder the outflow of clean water and can be poured easily. However, it takes a storage space and is inconvenient. If the cover on the spout is not a separate part and the top of the spout is covered with a part of the lid, it is inconvenient because the lid needs to be opened and closed each time it is used. In addition, there is a shape in which the spout of the main body container is greatly cut out so that the user does not need to open and close the lid during use, and when the main body container is tilted, purified water flows out from the notch. However, since this shape has a large notch, there is a problem that dust and foreign substances are likely to enter the purified water even in a stored state.
In this embodiment, the spout 42 which is an inclined part for pouring purified water protrudes from the purified water storage part 31 and is provided with a notch 44 at the top end. By providing the notch 44, the contact area between the spout 42 and the spout cover 14 is reduced.
Even when the upper end of the spout is wet, since the sticking force between the main body container and the cover on the spout becomes small, the opening and closing of the spout cover 14 becomes smooth when pouring clean water. Further, even when the pour spout cover 14 is not fully opened, the purified water flows out through the notch 44. Therefore, the purified water flows out more vigorously than the case where there is no notch 44, and the spout cover 14 can be easily opened with this momentum. There is. After the purified water has accumulated in the cover on the spout, the problem that the spout cover 14 suddenly opens and the purified water comes out at once can be solved, and there is no need to project the spout 42 of the main body container 11 so that the space-saving design is eliminated. It becomes possible. In particular, the notch 44 is intended to reduce the contact area between the spout 42 and the spout cover 14 and to secure a purified water flow path at the beginning of pouring. In particular, it is preferable that the maximum width D and the maximum height H of the notch 44 satisfy 0.1 <H / D <10, since both the above-mentioned purpose and prevention of foreign matter contamination during storage can be satisfied. Furthermore, it is more desirable that the notch 44 is substantially triangular or substantially semicircular when the main body container 11 is viewed from the side of the spout 42 because the momentum of the purified water flowing out increases.
The funnel 12 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 is a top view of the funnel according to the embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 9 is a front view of the funnel according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a front sectional view of the funnel according to the embodiment of the present invention. 11 is a bottom view of a funnel according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG.
The funnel 12 is composed of a bottom surface and a side surface, and is a plastic container having a cartridge fitting portion 32 for inserting a cartridge into the bottom surface. The funnel 12 is fitted to the main body container 11 on the upper outer side and the lid 13 on the upper inner side. Since the material uses polystyrene with excellent transparency, it is easy to confirm the filtered state of tap water. Polypropylene, AS resin, polycarbonate, acrylic resin, polyethylene, ABS resin, or the like may be used.
The funnel 12 is fitted by the main body container 11 and the main body container fitting portion 45. The main body container fitting portion 45 has a main body container fitting rib 46 with a convex protruding outward. Since the fitting strength with the main body container 11 is increased by adjusting the thickness of the main body container fitting rib 46, when the lid 13 is removed, the funnel 12 and the main body container 11 are fixed and easy to use. Since the main body container fitting rib 46 is provided on the handle 41 side, the main body container 11 on the spout side and the funnel 12 are firmly fitted, and water can be poured stably without leaking from the gap. it can. Instead of the main body container fitting rib 46, a convex portion is provided in the funnel and a concave portion is provided in the main body container so that the fitting strength is further increased.
The funnel 12 and the lid 13 are fitted using the entire circumference of the funnel lid fitting portion 47 and the funnel fitting portion 49 of the lid. It is preferable to provide a dimension management linear portion 48 in a part of the funnel 12 because the dimensions can be easily and accurately measured with a contact device such as a caliper.
As shown in FIG. 12, the upper end outer shape of the funnel 12 has a shape that opens the spout 42 of the main body container 11 in a substantially circular shape when viewed from above. By setting it as a substantially circular space, the collection of the purified water flowing out can be improved, and a purified water shape that is easy to pour can be obtained regardless of the size and shape of the spout cover 14. For example, when the spout cover 14 has a wide shape, the clean water flows out in the same wide shape as the spout cover 14 if the outer shape of the funnel 12 is a shape that cannot provide a substantially circular space. When a substantially circular space is provided by the funnel 12 as shown in FIG. 11, the purified water flows out with a substantially circular cross section, so that it is easy to pour water without being affected by the width of the spout cover 14. It becomes possible.
As for the lower external shape of the funnel 12, the side surface corresponding to the spout 42 side of the main body container 11 is recessed in the horizontal direction as shown in FIG. By recessing the lower part, the space with the spout 42 becomes larger as shown in FIG. 13, and there is an effect that the water can flow smoothly even when purified water is poured at once.
Next, the lid 13 will be described with reference to FIGS. 14 is a top view of a lid according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 15 is a front view of the lid according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 16 is a right side view of the lid according to the embodiment of the present invention. 17 is a front sectional view of a lid according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 18 is an enlarged view of a portion B in FIG. 17, FIG. 19 is a bottom view of the lid according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. A partially enlarged view is shown.
The lid 13 is a plastic member to which the spout cover 14 and the exchange display dial 15 are attached, and high impact polystyrene is used as the material. Since many members are attached and repeatedly attached and detached, it is preferable to form the resin with high molding accuracy and a resin that does not crack or chip, and high impact polystyrene or ABS resin is desirable. In addition, polypropylene, AS resin, polystyrene, polycarbonate, acrylic resin, polyethylene, and the like can be used.
The lid 13 is an elliptical flat member having substantially the same outer periphery as that of the main body container 11. There is a spout cover connecting portion 50 at one end of the top surface of the lid 13, and a lid connecting portion 66 of the spout cover 14 can be attached from above the lid 13. There is a large top surface concave portion 63 for placing a finger on the spout cover connecting portion 50 side, and the cartridge provided on the replacement display dial (display member) 15 is disposed on the bottom surface of the top surface concave portion 63 near the spout cover connecting portion 50. A display window 52 for making the time visible is provided in an elliptical shape. A funnel fitting portion 49 that fits with the funnel 12 wraps around the lid 13 in a thin rib shape on the back surface. On the opposite side to the spout cover connecting portion 50, a thin rib-like finger hook portion 64 is provided on the outer periphery of the funnel fitting portion 49, and the lid 13 can be held by the top concave portion 63 and the finger hook portion 64 on the top surface. It has a shape. An exchange display dial connection portion 51 is formed on the shaft near the spout cover connection portion 50 from the center of the back surface. The shaft has a tip having a diameter larger than that of the central portion of the shaft and is radially divided into four parts, and can be bent in the axial center direction, so that the replacement display dial 15 can be attached and detached. When the exchange display dial 15 is attached, the exchange display dial storage section 53 for storing the exchange display dial 15 is configured by surrounding the entire circumference of the exchange display dial 15 with a rib-shaped exchange display dial storage side surface 54. A cutout 55 for removing the exchange display dial 15 is provided on the exchange display dial storage side surface 54 on the hanging portion 64 side.
The lid 13 is fitted to the funnel 12 along the entire circumference of the rib-like funnel fitting portion 49. Since the linear portion 48 for dimension management is provided inside the funnel fitting portion 49 in the longitudinal direction of the lid 13, the dimensions can be measured easily and accurately with a contact device such as a caliper.
The lid 13 has a large top surface recess 63 on the top surface, and has a finger hook portion 64 outside the rib-shaped funnel fitting portion 49. The top recess 63 has a depth of about 10 mm and can be put on with a finger. The finger hook portion 64 is located at a position overlapping the semicircular cutout 77 provided at the upper end of the main body container 11 on the handle portion 41 side so that the outer peripheral surface is substantially the same as the outer peripheral surface of the main body container 11. Is formed in a semicircular shape substantially vertically downward from the back surface. The finger hook portion 64 may be positioned outside the outer periphery of the main body container 11, but the main body is compact and easy to store because it fits into the notch 77 and the outer peripheral surface is the same as the outer peripheral surface of the main body container 11. Is obtained. The finger hook portion 64 may have a shape that exists only above the notch 77. However, since the finger hook portion 64 has substantially the same size and shape as the notch 77, the area of the finger hook portion 64 is increased, and the lid is stabilized. Can be supported.
The top surface of the lid 13 has a large top surface recess 63 for placing a finger. Even when the lid 13 is substantially the same as the outer shape of the main body container 11 and the outer peripheral step is small and it is difficult to put a finger on the lid 13, the lid 13 can be easily attached and detached by putting the finger on the top recess 63. This is particularly effective when the outer peripheral step is 5 mm or less. Although the shape which makes it easier to put a finger by concaving the side surface of the top surface recessed part 63 in the horizontal direction can be considered, there is a problem that the mold cost required for making the lid 13 becomes high. By forming the top surface recess 63 and the finger hook portion 64 into a shape, the top surface recess 63 and the finger hook portion 64 can be put on and removed with the lid 13 interposed therebetween, so that the side surface of the top surface recess 63 is recessed horizontally. There is no need to do it. It is possible to realize a shape in which the lid 13 can be easily attached and detached while maintaining the mold cost. Since the finger hook portion 64 is a portion that supports the lid 13 with a finger applied, it is preferable that the finger hook portion 64 has a maximum width of 10 mm or more and a maximum height of 3 mm or more. The width was parallel to the top surface of the lid 13, and the height was perpendicular to the top surface of the lid 13. If the thickness becomes thinner toward the tip of the finger hook portion 64, there is an advantage that productivity is good because releasability from the mold is improved. When the top surface recess 63 is provided at the same time as the finger hook portion 64, the top surface recess 63 can be put on the finger if the width is 10 mm or more and the depth is 3 mm or more. Further, the same effect can be obtained even if the top recess 63 is convex. Even in the case of a convex shape, a finger can be placed if the width is 10 mm or more and the height is 3 mm or more, and the lid 13 can be pinched even if the height of the convex shape is small by providing it at the same time as the finger hook portion 64. Securement can also be realized.
The spout cover connecting portion 50 is structured to be connected with a shaft and a bearing so that clean water can easily push the spout cover 14 open. In this embodiment, a bearing is provided on the lid connecting portion 66 of the spout cover 14, but a bearing may be provided on the spout cover connecting portion 50 of the lid 13 and a shaft may be provided on the lid connecting portion 66 of the spout cover 14. Good.
The exchange display dial connection unit 51 has a shaft to which the exchange display dial (display member) 15 is attached. The exchange display dial 15 may be attached by using a fastener such as a screw or a key. However, it is preferable that the replacement display dial 15 is fitted by fitting because the material cost and assembly cost are low.
Since the display window 52 is provided on the lid 13 to display only the replacement time of the cartridge, the replacement time is easy to understand, and a clean appearance is obtained. The display window 52 may be provided with a hole, or may be provided with a transparent resin.
Since the replacement display dial storage portion 53 is provided and the replacement display dial 15 is enclosed by the side surface 54 of the replacement display dial storage portion, water drops on the back surface of the lid 13 are not easily applied to the upper surface of the replacement display dial 15 and are not collected. It is. Moreover, the effect that the external appearance is refreshing is also acquired. Since the notch 55 for removing the exchange display dial is provided in a part of the side face 54 of the exchange display dial storage part, the exchange display dial 15 can be removed even if the exchange display dial 15 is entirely surrounded by the side face 54 of the exchange display dial storage part. Easy to do. Since the two replacement display dial support ribs 78 are provided inside the replacement display dial storage portion 53, the replacement display dial 15 can be prevented from being inclined. When a plurality of exchange display dial support ribs 78 are provided, the effect of preventing the exchange display dial 15 from tilting is further enhanced.
An exchange display dial protective rib 59 is provided for the purpose of bringing the lid 13 and the exchange display dial (display member) 15 into contact with each other at a position other than the exchange display calendar 58.

Conventionally, there are those that form a letter by molding and those that print a date, such as a replacement month. However, when a character is formed by molding, the character and the base are molded with the same resin, and since the colors are the same, it is difficult to read the character and there is a problem that the replacement time is not noticed. In order to clarify the replacement time, it is difficult to accurately color only characters even when the two-color molding is performed, resulting in a problem of low productivity. Therefore, a method of printing on a molded product has been generally used. However, when moving a member such as turning a dial, there is a problem that printed characters are scraped off due to wear and cannot be read, and a method of performing coating to protect printing (Patent Document 4) is common. . However, when the coating is applied, the cost increases, and there is a problem that the advantage of changing the liquid crystal display to a dial is offset.
In the present embodiment, there is an effect of preventing the replacement display calendar 58 from being worn by the friction of the contact portion caused by the rotation operation of the replacement display dial 15. In addition, since the cross-sectional shape of the replacement display dial protection rib 59 is semicircular, the portion in contact with the replacement display dial 15 is reduced, and the rotation operation can be performed smoothly.

Next, the spout cover 14 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 21 is a front view of a spout cover according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 22 is a bottom view of the spout cover according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The spout cover 14 is a substantially triangular flat plastic member, and is connected to the lid 13 at one side of the substantially triangular shape. The lid connecting portion 66 has a bearing shape with respect to the shaft of the connecting portion 50 to which the spout of the lid 13 is attached, and the material is high impact polystyrene. Polypropylene or ABS resin may be used. In particular, since high impact polystyrene and ABS resin are excellent in molding accuracy, shafts and bearings can be manufactured with high accuracy. In addition, since polypropylene has a low specific gravity, it is easy for purified water to push the spout cover 14 open, and since the viscosity is high, there is an effect that the shaft and the bearing are hardly chipped and the user can easily attach and detach.

The exchange display dial 15 will be described with reference to FIGS. 23, 24, and 25. FIG. 23 is a top view of an exchange display dial according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 24 is a front sectional view and a front view of the exchange display dial according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 25 is an embodiment of the present invention. The bottom view of such an exchange display dial is shown.
The exchange display dial 15 is a disk-shaped member having a recess in the center. The central recess is a bowl-shaped and is a knob 73 for rotating the exchange display dial 15 from the back side. A lid connection portion 70 for inserting and attaching the shaft of the exchange display dial connection portion 51 of the lid 13 is provided in a cylindrical shape at the center of the recess. A plurality of positioning recesses 71 are provided on the side surface, and a water drain hole 72 for draining water that has entered the replacement display dial 15 is provided on the bottom surface of the recess. The surface of the disk portion is a replacement time display surface 74, and a replacement time calendar 58 is applied by pad printing. On the back side, a use start time calendar 61 is shown as a use start time display surface 75 with a mark of 0.3 mm height. The material is ABS resin with good molding accuracy, but may be polypropylene or high impact polystyrene.
Since the knob 73 is provided on the back side of the exchange display dial 15, the shape is easy for the user to move. The replacement time calendar 58 and the use start time calendar 61 may be stamped or printed. Printing on the replacement time calendar 58 has the effect of being easy for the user to see and use. On the other hand, if the use start time calendar 61 is provided by engraving, it may be manufactured at low cost. Since the use start time calendar 61 is provided at a height of 0.3 mm, it is possible to realize easy-to-read characters while preventing unevenness due to molding on the printing surface of the exchange display calendar 58.
There are notation methods such as exchange month, exchange week, exchange date, etc., but it is easy for users to understand if the exchange time is subdivided. The use start time is preferably subdivided for the same reason. The replacement display dial of this embodiment is a large disk, the replacement time is shown on the upper surface, and the use start time is shown on the back side, so that the replacement time and the use start time can be displayed more finely and clearly for the user It has the effect of telling the right time.
Positioning projections for positioning the replacement display dial 15 by fitting into a plurality of positioning recesses 71 provided on the side surface of the replacement display dial 15 on the inner side of the side surface 54 of the replacement display dial housing portion on the back surface of the lid 13 where the replacement display dial 15 is located. 56 is provided, and slits 57 are provided on both sides of the positioning convex portion 56 so that the positioning convex portion 56 can be bent as the exchange display dial 15 rotates. The user can easily rotate the exchange display dial 15.
Since the positioning convex portion 56 and the positioning concave portion 71 are semicircular, the replacement display dial 15 can be rotated more easily.
The positioning convex portion 56 and the positioning concave portion 71 are engaged with each other so that when the replacement display dial 15 is positioned, each character indicating the replacement time of the cartridge stops at the position of the display window 52. When the user rotates the replacement display dial 15, the cartridge replacement time can be easily stopped at a position where it can be seen from the display window 52, and the replacement time is not shifted and it is easy to use.
Further, when a start mark 62 is provided on the outside of the side face 54 of the exchange display dial storage portion and the character indicating the use start date of the use start time calendar 61 of the exchange display dial 15 is aligned with the start mark 62, a display window as shown in FIG. The next replacement date of the cartridge corresponding to the life of the cartridge mounted from 52 is displayed. There is no need for the user to calculate the next replacement date from the life of the cartridge, and there is no worry that the replacement date is wrong.
The exchange display dial connecting portion 51 has a shaft shape in which the outer diameter of the tip is larger than the outer diameter of the central portion of the shaft. The lid connection portion 70 of the exchange display dial 15 has a cylindrical shape that can be inserted into the exchange display dial connection portion 51 of the lid 13, and the inner diameter of the tip is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylinder central portion. Since the small diameter of the portion fits into the small inner diameter at the tip of the lid connecting portion 70 and the two members engage with each other, there is no fear that the replacement display dial 15 will come off. Further, since the exchange display dial connection portion 51 of the lid 13 is radially divided into four, it can be bent in the axial center direction, and the exchange display dial 15 can be attached and detached.
Since the water drain hole 72 is provided, it is possible to prevent the tap water from accumulating in the replacement display dial 15, and there is an effect of keeping it hygienic. Moreover, the draining effect can also be obtained by dividing the lid connecting portion 70 and forming the dividing slit so as to extend to the bottom surface of the recess.
As for the cartridge 2, since the outer mesh member 33, the inner mesh member 34, and the upper opening mesh member 38 have a mesh size finer than the particle size of the filter medium, the inflow of foreign matter into the filter medium filling portion 33, Moreover, the outflow of the filter medium from the filter medium filling part 33 can be prevented. From the standpoint of flow rate maintenance and hygiene, the mesh cloth is made of a synthetic fiber with high water repellency, such as polypropylene or polyester.

The outer mesh member 33 in the cap 21 and the filter 22 and the resin portion of the inner mesh member 34 and the outer case 23 are made of polypropylene with high water repellency that is difficult for bacteria to adhere to. Since the antibacterial agent is kneaded, the bacteria hardly adhere to the resin, and the possibility of bacterial propagation can be reduced.
As an adsorbent filled in the filter medium filling portion 33, any one of activated carbon, metal silicate such as zeolite, calcium phosphate such as hydroxyapatite, titanium oxide, an ion exchanger including an ion exchange resin, or a chelate resin, or a combination thereof is used. To do. Bacteria may grow if stored for a long period of time, so it contains silver-impregnated activated carbon carrying silver ions as an antibacterial agent and / or an ion exchanger carrying silver ions, and elutes silver ions when water passes More preferably. The shape of the silver-impregnated activated carbon may be any of spherical, powdery, granular, fibrous, granular, crushed, etc. Among them, the powdery and granular are preferable because the adsorption area per unit volume is large.
In addition, the form can be modified as follows.
The handle portion 41 of the main body container 11 may be subjected to anti-slip processing such as knurled eyes or wrinkles. If anti-slip processing is applied, the possibility of slipping the hand and dropping the main body due to carrying with wet hands or carrying with condensation is reduced.
Characters indicating the use start time are printed or engraved on the lid 13, the exchange display dial 15 is provided with a mark indicating the start of use, and the mark on the exchange display dial 15 is aligned with the characters indicating the use start time of the cover 13. There may be.
The exchange display dial protection rib 59 may be provided on the exchange display dial 15.
The shaft of the exchange display dial 15 may be divided, and the exchange display dial connection portion 51 of the lid 13 may have a shape that is not divided.
The exchange display dial support rib 78 may be provided in a circumferential shape. Further, not only the rib shape but also a step may be provided on the side surface 54 of the exchange display dial storage portion.
If a convex part is provided in a part of each fitting surface of the main body container 11 and the funnel 12, and the convex part of the funnel 12 is located below the convex part of the main body container 11, the main body container 11 and the funnel 12 are in use. It can be prevented from coming off easily.
If a convex part is provided on a part of each fitting surface of the funnel 12 and the lid 13 and the convex part of the lid 13 is positioned below the convex part of the funnel 12, the funnel 12 and the lid 13 are easily detached during use. Can be prevented.
The movement and positioning of the display member can be realized by bending one of the display member or the lid 13. Therefore, the positioning convex portion 56 may be provided on the display member, and the positioning concave portion 71 may be provided on the lid 13.
The shape of the positioning projections and positioning recesses provided on the display member and the lid 13 is not limited to a semicircular shape, and various shapes such as a triangle or a rod can be used, and the click feeling and positioning accuracy can be adjusted. Can do. In order to enhance the click feeling, the exchange display dial 15 may be rotated and positioned by using a spring and a spherical member and bending the spring.
A stopper mechanism may be added so that the positioned display member is firmly fixed.
The display member need not be limited to the rotation of the disk-shaped member, but is a rectangular shape in which the replacement time calendar 58 and the use start time calendar 61 are arranged in a line, and reciprocally moves linearly in the same direction as the character string. It may be a structural form that moves.
If the replacement time calendar 58 on the display member is represented by printing and Braille, there is an advantage that the replacement time of the cartridge can be easily understood not only by a healthy person but also by a visually impaired person.
The finger hook portion 64 only needs to have a surface on which a finger can be applied, and may have a shape such as a rectangle or a substantially triangle.

Although this invention can be applied not only to a pot type water purifier but to a faucet direct connection type, a stationary type water purifier, etc., the application range is not restricted to these.
