Description

The present invention relates to a sterilizing and cleaning method for sterilizing and cleaning an indoor unit of an air conditioner that needs to be sterilized and cleaned, a resin sterilization pack used in the method, and an indoor unit that can be sterilized and cleaned by the method.

Currently, nosocomial infections are a problem for hospitals, but infections may spread through the air conditioner indoor units. As a general countermeasure, a medium / high performance filter is installed in the indoor unit and sterilized by the medium / high performance filter. However, sterilization with a medium-high performance filter alone may leave an infection source inside the indoor unit, which is insufficient as a measure to prevent the spread of nosocomial infections.
Therefore, the indoor unit is covered with a covering sheet so that the gas containing the medicine does not leak to the outside, and the inside of the indoor unit is sterilized by circulating the medicine having a sterilizing action inside the indoor unit together with the gas (for example, Patent Document 1). reference).

However, when trying to sterilize the indoor unit, in order to prevent the spread of infection, the sterilization must be performed for a long time in order to eliminate the possibility that the infection source remains in the indoor unit. Therefore, for example, there is a problem that a patient in a hospital room has to be moved to another hospital room for a long time.
In addition, simply circulating the chemicals inside the indoor unit together with the gas cannot clean the dust that may contain the infection source clogged in the medium / high performance filter, resulting in a new medium / high performance filter. Must be replaced. And since dust may be scattered when taking out the medium / high performance filter, there is a problem that it takes time and effort to move the patient and isolate the hospital room where the indoor unit is installed.

An object of the present invention is a method for sterilizing and cleaning an indoor unit of an air conditioner that sterilizes and cleans the indoor unit of an air conditioner by a short-term operation at a site where the indoor unit is installed, with a low risk of spread of nosocomial infections An object of the present invention is to provide a resin sterilization pack used in the method and an indoor unit that can be sterilized and washed.

The air conditioner indoor unit sterilization cleaning method according to the present invention is a method of removing an indoor unit of an air conditioner to be sterilized and cleaned, sealing and storing it in a resin sterilization pack, and preparing an indoor unit prepared for replacement. A step of attaching, a step of conveying the removed indoor unit while sterilizing the resin sterilization pack by filling the resin sterilization pack, and taking out the transferred indoor unit from the resin sterilization pack, And separating the medium and high performance filter, washing the indoor unit main body, and installing the new or regenerated medium / high performance filter on the indoor unit main body that has been cleaned, and sealing and packing it in a storage pack. And a process.

The effect of the air conditioner indoor unit sterilization cleaning method according to the present invention is that the indoor unit that has been pre-sterilized locally is removed and accommodated in a resin sterilization pack, and sterilized in the resin sterilization pack between transports. Therefore, even if bacteria are attached, the risk of contamination between the site and the washing plant can be minimized.
Further, if the replacement indoor unit is attached subsequent to the removal of the target indoor unit, the work at the site is completed, so that the time for occupying the site for the replacement work can be shortened. For example, when targeting an indoor unit installed in a hospital room, conventionally, a patient had to be moved to another hospital room for several days. Since it only needs to be moved, the burden on hospital staff can be reduced.

FIGS. 1-4 is a figure for demonstrating the sterilization washing | cleaning method of the indoor unit of the air conditioner concerning Embodiment of this invention. FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a state in which an indoor unit to be sterilized and washed is removed and accommodated in a resin sterilization pack. FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the indoor unit removed and accommodated in the resin sterilization pack is conveyed while being sterilized. FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the indoor unit main body and the medium / high performance filter are separately cleaned. FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a state in which a new medium / high performance filter after cleaning is mounted and packed in a storage pack.

As shown in FIG. 1, an air conditioner 1 to which the present invention can be applied is an air that can be connected and separated by an attachment 5 in which a refrigerant circuit 4 between an outdoor unit 2 and an indoor unit 3 includes an opening / closing mechanism and a joint. The indoor unit 3 can be individually removed by separating the refrigerant circuit 4 with the attachment 5 and cutting the electrical wiring (not shown) with a connector (not shown).

Next, equipment and materials that are prepared and used in the sterilization cleaning of the indoor unit 3 will be described.
In the method of sterilizing and cleaning the indoor unit 3 according to the present invention, since the replacement indoor unit 3 prepared in advance is attached after the indoor unit 3 to be sterilized and cleaned is removed, as shown in FIG. Then, the new indoor unit 3 packed in the storage pack 7 or the regenerated product that has been sterilized and washed is carried in.

Moreover, in order to isolate the indoor unit 3 from outside air when conveying the removed indoor unit 3 to a washing factory, the resin sterilization pack 8 which can seal-pack the indoor unit 3 is prepared. The resin sterilization pack 8 is provided with a fastener 9 that can be opened and closed on the upper surface so that it can be accommodated as it is when the indoor unit 3 is removed. Then, the fastener 9 is opened to form an opening through which the indoor unit 3 can pass, the indoor unit 3 is accommodated through the opening, and the fastener 9 is closed and sealed.
In addition, the resin sterilization pack 8 is used for sterilization in order to sterilize the indoor unit 3 and reduce the risk of infection until the resin sterilization pack 8 is opened at the washing factory using the time between conveyance. A disinfectant kit 10 is provided. The bactericide kit 10 contains a bactericide 11 inside, and has an opening on one side surface, and the opening is sealed with a seal sheet 12.
When the removed indoor unit 3 is accommodated in the resin sterilization pack 8, as shown in FIG. 2, when the seal sheet 12 is peeled off, the sterilant 11 evaporates from the opening so that the sterilizer is in the resin sterilization pack 8. To charge.
The resin sterilization pack 8 is washed with water after the indoor unit 3 is taken out at the washing factory, and the sterilant 11 is newly stored in the sterilizer kit 10, and the opening is sealed with the seal sheet 12. Be prepared for.

Further, in order to remove the indoor unit 3, preliminary sterilization of the curtain 13 and the floor sheet 14 for curing the periphery of the indoor unit 3 and dust attached to the surface of the indoor unit 3 when the indoor unit 3 is removed is performed. Prepare sterilizing spray (not shown), goggles, masks, clothes, etc. that workers wear to prevent infection.

Next, the cleaning factory will be described.
In the washing factory, as shown in FIG. 3, a separation process for separating the conveyed indoor unit 3 into an indoor unit main body 20 and a medium / high performance filter 21 for cleaning, a main body cleaning process for cleaning the indoor unit main body 20, There is a filter cleaning process for cleaning the medium / high performance filter 21.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the washing factory has an assembly process in which a new or recycled medium-high performance filter 21 is attached to the indoor unit main body 20 that has been cleaned and assembled as a replacement indoor unit 3.

The separation process is performed in an airtight chamber (not shown) in which airtight measures are taken against the outside air so that bacteria and the like do not leak outside. Then, the conveyed indoor unit 3 is taken out from the resin sterilization pack 8, and the indoor unit main body 20 and the medium / high performance filter 21 are separated.

The main body cleaning process is performed in a washing place (not shown) that can detoxify the waste liquid used for cleaning. And the chemical | medical agent is sprayed on the indoor unit main body 20 by the high pressure spray 22, and the dirt adhering to the inside is washed away. In particular, the dirt adhering to the gaps of the heat exchanger is washed away. And it dries.

In the filter cleaning process, the medium / high performance filter 21 is immersed in the vacuum deaeration tank 23, and the air contained in the medium / high performance filter 21 is forcibly replaced with cleaning water by a vacuum pump (not shown) to thereby change the surface of the medium / high performance filter 21. Wet with water evenly so that the detergent can attack the dirt. Then, the medium-high performance filter 21 is immersed in the ultrasonic cleaning tank 24 and irradiated with ultrasonic waves from the ultrasonic vibrator 25, whereby the dirt strongly adhered to the surface of the medium-high performance filter 21 is peeled off, and the cleaning water is removed. Float on. Then, after drying, if the filter characteristics are inspected and passed, it is used as a recycled product.

In the assembly process, as shown in FIG. 4, the medium to high performance filter 21 is attached to the cleaned indoor unit body 20, accommodated in the storage pack 7, and the air inside the storage pack 7 is evacuated and stored. The storage pack 7 is a resin bag, and if the hose of a vacuum cleaner is inserted into the mouth of the resin bag and air is sucked in, the storage pack 7 can be easily evacuated and the price is low.

Next, the procedure of replacement sterilization washing of the indoor unit 3 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing a procedure for exchanging and sterilizing the indoor unit 3.
In S101, the worker wears clothes, masks and goggles to prevent infection.
In S102, the surroundings of the target indoor unit 3 are cured by the curtain 13 and the floor sheet 14.
In S103, the target indoor unit 3 is preliminarily sterilized by sterilization spray.
In S104, the refrigerant circuit 4 of the target indoor unit 3 is separated by the attachment 5, removed by cutting the electrical wiring with a connector, accommodated in the resin sterilization pack 8, the seal sheet 12 is peeled off, and the sterilant 11 is evaporated. To do.
In S105, the refrigerant circuit 4 of the prepared replacement indoor unit 3 is connected by the attachment 5, and the electric wiring is connected and attached by the connector, and the work at the site is completed.
In S106, as shown in FIG. 2, the resin sterilization pack 8 in which the sterilizing agent 11 is evaporated is conveyed to a washing factory by a car or the like, for example.
In S 107, the indoor unit 3 is taken out from the resin sterilization pack 8 and separated into the indoor unit body 20 and the medium / high performance filter 21.
In S108, the separated indoor unit main body 20 is sprayed with washing water with a high-pressure spray 22 to wash off dirt, and then dried.
In S109, the separated medium / high performance filter 21 is immersed in the vacuum deaeration tank 23 to wet the surface of the medium / high performance filter 21 with water. Next, it is immersed in the ultrasonic cleaning tank 24, irradiated with ultrasonic waves, and the dirt adhering to the medium / high performance filter 21 is peeled off and washed off, followed by drying.
In S110, a new or recycled medium-high performance filter 21 is attached to the indoor unit body 20 that has been cleaned and dried, and is stored in a storage pack 7 by vacuum packaging. The indoor unit 3 stored in this way is used as a replacement indoor unit 3 at the next replacement. If the same model can be used, the replacement time can be shifted to reduce the number of replacement indoor units 3.

In such an air conditioner indoor unit sterilization and cleaning method, the preliminarily sterilized indoor unit 3 is removed and accommodated in the resin sterilization pack 8, and is sterilized in the resin sterilization pack 8 during transportation. Therefore, even if bacteria are attached, the risk of contamination between the site and the washing plant can be minimized.
Further, if the replacement indoor unit 3 is attached subsequent to the removal of the target indoor unit 3, the work at the site is completed, so that the time for occupying the site for the replacement work can be shortened. For example, when performed in a place such as a hospital room, conventionally, a patient had to be moved to another room for several days. However, according to the method of the present invention, the patient can be moved about half a day at the longest. Because it is fast, the burden on the hospital staff can be reduced.

Moreover, since the removed indoor unit 3 is cleaned in a dedicated cleaning factory, the risk of infection is extremely small compared to the case of sterilizing and cleaning on site.
In addition, since the indoor unit body 20 is washed by blowing a high-pressure water flow, even when there is dirt that is difficult to fall in a narrow gap, such as a heat exchanger, the dirt can be completely washed away.

Further, since the medium / high performance filter 21 is taken out from the indoor unit 3 transported in the washing factory and cleaned in the vacuum degassing tank 23 and the ultrasonic cleaning tank 24, conventionally, only the medium / high performance filter 21 is taken out. The medium-to-high performance filter 21 that has been disposed of due to a large risk of contamination during transportation can be regenerated.
Moreover, since the refrigerant circuit 4 is contacted / separated in the attachment 5, it can remove | desorb for every indoor unit.
