【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、魚介類を相場から乖離することなく適正な価格で電子的に買い付けを行うことができる新規、かつ、合理的な魚介類電子取引の相場順応システムに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
時々刻々と品質の劣化が進行する魚介類は、漁場等から水揚げされると直ちに輸送(空輸を含む)されて翌日の早朝(午前2時〜3時まで)に中央卸売市場の店頭に並べられ競売に掛けられるのであり、毎日、競売に参加して仕入れをする魚介類取扱業者(魚介商品の小売店、量販店、料亭、レストラン、仕出屋、弁当屋など)の仕入担当者の労働は、厳寒の冬、特に辛く、所謂「3K(きつい、汚い、危険)」の中の“きつい”、“汚い”の2つにまで該当する。そして、この事が原因して、楽を求める風潮の現代社会では、この種の業界に若者が集まらず後継者にも事欠く有様であって、当業界が現代人の食生活を担う重要な産業分野であるにも拘わらず、衰退を余儀無くされているのである。

従来、売り手と買い手とが相対して行われる魚介商品の競売取引を合理化しようとする提案としては、生産地(例えば、魚介類の水揚地)にて直接売り手側が希望の売値を値付けし、その値付け過程について、その商品(魚介商品)の価値を判定するように当該商品の精細な高詳細テレビ映像や当該商品の品質が把握できる計測データ等のメディア情報をB−ISDN回線を介して買い手側に送り、買い手側では送られた当該メディア情報に基いて商品の価値を判定して、購入の可否及び希望買値等を決定して売り手側に送り、売り手と買い手との間で希望売値と希望買値とを交信を繰返しながら購入価格を買い手側が決定して取引を行うという“購買情報システム”(特開平7−182419号公報参照)が知られている。

しかしながら、この“購買情報システム”は、多数台のハイビジョンカメラや大量情報高速伝送施設(通信衛星、地上通信局、高性能コンピュータなど)といったハイテク設備が必要であって、固定費とランニングコストとが著しく高額になるところから、実際に実施するには危険負担が大き過ぎるし、また売り手側と買い手側との間に信頼関係を築くことも容易ではない。それゆえ、未だに特開平7−182419号公報記載の“購買情報システム”は普及するに至っていない。

これに対し最近、複数のビデオカメラで競市場内に撮影して競売の状況を映像と音声による取引情報を実況的に取り込み、こうして得られた実況的な取引情報を高速電話回線を介し、多方面の遠方からテレビ電話方式で同時的に確認できるように構成すると共に、発信元の競り市場へは各テレビ電話の秘話モードで個別的に注文折衝できるようにした“遠距離競り市場注文ネットシステム”(特開平11−213059号公報参照)という提案も為されるようになった。

しかしながら、この“遠距離競り市場注文ネットシステム”は、上記の“購買情報システム”に比較する場合には、設備費的には大分安価になるとは言い得るものゝ、競り市場の実況をテレビ電話で観察しながら競売に参加せねばならないことから、次のような不便があった。
1) 市場の開設時間内にしか情報交換ができないため、魚介商品の競売に職業的に参加する場合には、毎日、早朝(午前3時頃)に起きてテレビ電話に齧り付いて監視していなければならず、労働負担が大きく辛い。
2) 売り手側にあっては、買い手側からの予約等をテレビ電話の秘話モードにて受付けなければならず、テレビ競りに長けた競売人員を多数必要とするため人件費負担が大きくなる。
3) 入荷した魚介商品の量(供給量)と、秘話で受け付けた買い手側から受注量(需要量)とが一致しないことが生じ、納品に支障が起こり易い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、従来における魚介商品の競売取引に前述のごとき問題点があったのに鑑みて為されたものであり、その目的とするところは、日常的に魚介類を仕入れて転売又は加工販売することを業とする魚介類の取扱業者が毎日早朝に起きて一々競り市場で競りの遣取りをしなくても、競り相場に沿った適正な価格で確実に電子買い付けを行える画期的な魚介類電子取引の相場順応システムを提供するにある(第1課題)。

また、本発明の他の目的は、運営コストが安価にして、取引自体にも間違いや悪戯(成り済ましによる虚偽注文など)が殆んど起らない資本節約的で合理的な魚介類の電子取引システムを提供するにある(第2課題)。

さらに要すれば、本発明の付加的な目的は、卸元に分別して集積してある魚介商品を注文会員に引渡すに際し、当該会員が所望するときには所要商品に同会員の希望する調理又は加工を施して確実に届けることを可能にする実用的な魚介類電子取引の相場順応システムを提供するにある(第3課題)。

【課題を解決するために採用した手段】
そこで、本発明者が上記の課題を解決するために採用した手段を説明するならば、次のとおりである。

魚介類を売捌く主催者のホストコンピュータと、この主権者に対しネット取引資格を有する顧客会員のコンピュータとがインターネットを介して電子取引可能なシステムであって、
主権者のホストコンピュータは、
卸売市場における競り売買の少なくとも前日には、取引の当日に魚介類卸元へ入荷が見込まれる各種魚介商品の種別、その魚介商品毎のサイズ・鮮度区分別の入荷量、産地などの商品情報に基づき、卸元と売捌き主催者との間で前受りの相対価格である売出価格値が仮決定されると、入荷当日の受注を待機可能とするべく、これら各魚介商品毎のサイズ・鮮度区分別の売出価格値を当該主催者のホームページにおける会員専用販売メニューにおいて表示する受注メニュー掲示手段;
を有し、
顧客会員のコンピュータは、
顧客会員に、当該ホームページの販売メニュー欄にアクセスさせ、其処に表示された各々の魚介商品の品目の中から所望する注文品目と注文数量とを当該メニュー欄に注文事項として入力させ、入力されたデータを発注確認させて主権者のホストコンピュータへの送信を実行する発注決定手段;
を有し、
主権者のホストコンピュータは、さらに、
受注時間の終了後、各顧客会員からホームページの販売メニュー欄に書込み入力され受信した各々の注文品目と注文数量とを各々顧客会員別に整理して、前記仮決定の売出価格値に基づく仕切伝票データと顧客会員別の配達商品一覧表データと発注合計一覧表データとを表計算処理し、顧客会員毎の仕切伝票と配達商品一覧表とを配送業者に交付可能とするべく、前記仕切伝票データに基づいて仕切伝票をプリント出力すると共に、前記顧客会員別の配達商品一覧表データに基づいて配達商品一覧表をプリント出力する一方、卸元のコンピュータに前記発注合計一覧表データを送信するか、
あるいは前記仕切伝票データを該当する顧客会員のコンピュータに送信して仕切伝票を電子交付すると共に、前記顧客会員別の配達商品一覧表データを配送業者のコンピュータに送信して配達一覧表を電子交付し、更に卸元のコンピュータに前記発注合計一覧表データを送信する納品仕切および商品分別・配送指示手段と;
前記発注合計一覧表データに基づいて卸元が配送業者に引き渡した分別魚介商品を、同配送業者が各顧客会員に納品し終えた後、前記卸売市場において成立した実際の相場価格に基づいて卸元と当該主催者との間の取引金額値が確定し、かつ、各魚介商品のサイズ・鮮度区分別の前記仮決定された売出価格値に対し当該各区分別の前記取引金額値が一定の金額幅を下回ったとき、適宜な日に調整割戻し金額値に基く金額を精算処理可能とするべく、その下回った金額を基準として各顧客会員毎の調整割戻し金額値を算出記録する下落時精算処理手段と;
前記仮決定された売出価格値よりも前記取引金額値が一定の金額幅を上回って高騰したとき、その差額によって生じた損失を主催者が全額負担することによって売出価格値をそのまま精算金額として精算することが可能な一方で、顧客会員の納得が得られる場合には高騰した差額に応じた金額を当該取引に参加した顧客会員の負担として精算金額を算出し精算することも可能とするべく、前記仮決定された売出価格値と前記取引金額値の差額を算出記録する高騰時精算処理手段と;
を前記各課題の解決手段として採用し、これらを統合することによって“魚介類電子取引の相場順応システム“を構築した点に特徴がある。

また、本発明は、上記した受注メニュー掲示手段の販売メニューに、持帰り希望欄が設けておき、特定会員が、当該ホームページにアクセスしたときに、前記販売メニュー欄に表示された各々の魚介商品の品目の中から所望の注文品目につき、注文数量と持帰りの希望意思とを当該メニュー欄に入力できるようにしておくことによって、当該会員が卸元において分別集積されている注文該当商品を自己の都合の良い時間に引取って持ち帰れるようにすることもでき、配送費用の負担軽減を図ることも可能である。

更に、本発明は、上記の各手段に加えて、受注メニュー掲示手段における販売メニューの項目中に、仮決定の前売の売出価格を基準として定めた当該調理又は処理の種別毎の特注値段表目と調理・処理の特注記入項目とを設けて、会員が特定の調理又は処理が施された調理商品又は加工商品を指定して注文できるように構成でき、そうすることによって、上記第3の課題を解決することが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい実施形態を、添附図面に基づいて詳しく説明する。

〔第1実施形態〕
本発明の第1実施形態を、図1および図2を参照しながら具体的に説明する。図1において、符号Dは魚介商品の電子取引システムを運営する主催者であり、インターネット上に主催者ホームページHPを開設している。符号Sは前記主催者Dとの間で魚介商品の取引契約を締結している卸元であり、魚介類の中央卸売市場に所属している。符号Uは、魚介商品を購入することについて主催者Dとの間で魚介商品の電子取引契約を締結している鮮魚店、量販店、料亭、レストラン、仕出屋、弁当屋などで構成されている魚介類取扱業者のグループであって、会員U1・U2・U3・U4・U5・U6・・・Unらが所属している。符号Tは、配送業者であって、主催者Dの配送依頼に応じて、卸元Sから引渡された主催者指示の魚介商品を魚介類取扱業者たる会員U1・U2・U3・U4・U5・U6・・・Unへ配送する。

しかして、上記主催者Dの事務所には 1.5〜2GHz程度のCPU、メモリ(256MB )、通信機能、および印刷機能を備えたパソコン(本実施形態では、富士通:FM V-7000 TX) が設置されており、プロバイダー(本実施形態では、ヤフー・ジャパン)に主催者ホームページHPをアップロードしている。また、卸元Sの事務所には、850 MHz程度のCPU、メモリ(64MB)、通信機能、および印刷機能を備えたパソコン(本実施形態では、富士通:FM V-6000CLs) が設置してあり、主催者Dの前記パソコンとはEメールにて相互にデータ通信でき、表計算ソフト(本実施形態では、マイクロソフト社:EXCEL 2000)で作成した表計算データ等の遣り取りをすることができる。そして、会員U1・U2・U3・U4・U5・U6・・・Unも各々、850 MHz程度のCPU、メモリ(64MB)、通信機能、および印刷機能を備えたパソコン(本実施形態では、富士通:FM V-6000CLs) を有しており、インターネットを介して主催者DのホームページHPにアクセスして魚介商品の発注に関連した電子処理を自由に行うことが可能である。さらに、配送業者Tの事務所にも、卸元Sのパソコンと同程度の機能を備えたパソコン(本実施形態では、富士通:FM V-6000CLs) が設置してあり、主催者Dからの配送依頼をEメールによって受けることが可能になっている。本実施形態にあっては、配送業者Tが会員U1・U2・U3・U4・U5・U6・・・Unに魚介商品を配送した配送料は主催者Dから支払われる方式が採られているが、各会員から着払い方式で徴収するように運用することも可能である。

この第1実施形態において主催者Dは、中央卸売市場が開市される前日中に、翌日に入荷見込みの各種魚介商品の種別、魚介商品各々のサイズ・鮮度区分別の入荷量、産地、漁獲法などの商品情報に基づき、卸元と売捌き主催者との間で会員に前売りするにあたっての売出価格を売出価格値として仮決定して、主催者ホームページHPの会員専用商品一覧表を掲示した販売メニューを記録公表する。この販売メニュー欄には各種の魚介商品の種別、魚介商品各々のサイズ・鮮度区分別の入荷量、産地、漁獲法などの商品情報と共に、これら魚介商品各々についてのセット単価、バラ売り単価(何れも仮決定の相対価格値に基づく)、ならびに注文品項目、注文数量項目、確認決定ボタンが設けられている。

一方、会員として取引資格を有する魚介類取扱業者には、入会の際に会員IDとパスワードとが付与されており、各会員は主催者Dのホームページにアクセスして各々のIDとパスワードとを所定フレームに入力することにより会員専用の販売メニュー欄を開くことができ、図2に示すフローチャートに示す順序で各々の会員(U1・U2・U3・U4・U5・U6・・・Un)が販売メニュー欄を開いて魚介商品の注文事項を記入し、発注確認をすることにより本発明の“魚介類電子取引の相場順応システム”が動作する。

即ち、上記の販売メニュー欄を開いた会員は、必要とする魚介商品(例えば、アワビ、赤カレイ、ズワイガニなど)を、単価(セット又はバラ売り)、産地、漁獲法、サイズ、格付鮮度などを斟酌しながら、発注項目に注文品目と注文数量とを記入する。記入し終えた会員は、発注項目に記入した事項について誤りの有無を確認してから、確認決定ボタンをクリックする。すると、確認決定ボタンをクリックした各々の会員の発注項目データは、インターネットを介してオンラインにより主催者Dのホストコンピュータ(図示せず)に送信される。

こうして各会員から送信されて主催者Dのホストコンピュータに入力蓄積された会員各々の発注項目データは、注文を締め切る受注時間の終了後、表計算ソフト(例えば、マイクロソフト社:エクセル2000)により各顧客別に整理し、前記仮決定の売出価格値に基づく仕切伝票データと顧客別の配達商品一覧表データと発注合計一覧表データとを生成する。そして、前記仕切伝票データが仕切伝票としてプリント出力され、前記顧客別の配達商品一覧表データが配達商品一覧表としてプリント出力され、各顧客毎の仕切伝票と配達商品一覧表とは配送業者Tに交付して後述の魚介商品の配送に供する。なお、仕切伝票は配送業者Tが各々の会員に納品した際の証として該当する会員に渡す。一方、卸元Sのコンピュータ(図示せず)には、前記発注合計一覧表データをEメールとして送信し卸元Sへの発注内容が特定される。また、卸元Sでは、送信された発注合計一覧表データをプリントして当該発注合計一覧表に基いて魚介商品を分別集積しておくならば、これを引き渡された配送業者Tと各会員への配送を能率的に行える。

かくして、卸元Sから配送業者Tに引渡された分別魚介商品が各々の顧客会員の処へ納品された後には、卸売市場において成立した実際相場価格に基づいて卸元Sと当該主催者Dとの間には取引金額値が確定することになる。この場合、各魚介商品のサイズ・鮮度区分別の前記仮決定された売出価格と当該各区分別の実際相場価格との間に格差があって、前者に較べて後者が一定の金額幅以下(例えば、10% 以下)に下落乖離したときは、主催者Dのホストコンピュータにおいては、その下落幅を基準として各会員毎の調整割戻し金額値が算出記録される。こうして算出記録された調整割戻し金値に基く金額は、各会員U1・U2・U3・U4・U5・U6・・・Unに請求書を発行する際に適宜相殺するものとする。

ちなみに、本実施形態における前記調整割戻し金額値に基く金額は、各魚介商品の相場下落幅、商品別ネット取引の出来高、一般管理費の配分率、主催者Dの危険率などを基準として算出されるものであり、相場下落を全額割り戻すわけではない。逆にまた、仮決定の前記売出価格よりも実際の相場価格が高騰したときは、その差額によって生じた損失は主催者Dが全額負担するのであり、本実施形態においては会員に分担させることはない。

〔第2実施形態〕
本発明の第2実施形態は図1および図2に示される。この第2実施形態と前述の第1実施形態との違いは、配送業者Tとして3タイプの異なった職能の業者が含まれているという点である。まず、第1のタイプの配送業者T1 は卸元Sの分別集積して呉れた魚介商品の引渡しを受けて単に各会員U1・U2・U3・U4・U5・U6・・・Unの何れかに配達するだけの通常の単純配達業務を行う。第2のタイプの配送業者T2 は、何れかの会員(例えば、U1)が鯖の三枚下ろし処理、烏賊の皮剥ぎ・ゲソ揃え、帆立貝の紐取り等の捌き処理を希望しているときに、この希望された捌き処理の魚介商品を卸元Sの分別集積して呉れた魚介商品の中から引渡しを受けて所望される捌き処理を施して配達納品することを業務とするものである。第3のタイプの配送業者T3は、何れかの会員(例えば、U6)が鮪の刺し身、鱈の照焼き、栄螺の壺焼き、ズワイガニの酢の物等といった調理加工を希望しているとき、この希望された調理加工に該当する魚介商品を卸元Sの分別集積して呉れた魚介商品の中から引渡しを受けて所望される調理加工を施して配達納品することを業務とするものである。なお、これらの配送業者T1、捌き配送業者T2、および調理配送業者T3には、主催者Dから各々違った料金体系に基づく配送料、捌き配送料、および調理配送料が支払われる。

そしてまた、第2実施形態における主催者ホームページHPの販売メニュー欄には、仮決定の前売の売出価格値を基に定めた当該調理又は処理の種別毎の特注値段表目と、調理・処理の特注記入項目とが設けられており、会員U1・U2・U3・U4・U5・U6・・・Unの誰でも上記“捌き処理”あるいは“調理加工”を施した所望の魚介商品を指定して注文できるように構成してある。

しかして、第2実施形態におけるシステムの流れを図示すると、図4に表わすとおりである。本実施形態が前述の第1実施形態と異なるのは、魚介商品を配送するところの業者として、上記した単純に魚介商品をそのまゝ配達する配送業者T1、魚介商品に捌き処理を施して配達納品する捌き配送業者T2、および魚介商品に会員が所望する調理加工を施して配達納品する調理納品業者T3が登場する点だけであって、その他の流れは第1実施形態の場合と実質的な差異はない。それゆえ、配送業者T1・捌き配送業者T2・調理配送業者T3による配送手順についてのみ説明し、その他の手順については第1実施形態の説明を準用するものとする。

第1実施形態におけるのと同様に、各々の会員から送信されて主催者Dのホストコンピュータに入力蓄積された会員各々の発注項目データは、注文を締め切る受注時間の終了後、表計算ソフトにて各顧客別に整理され、前記仮決定の売出価格に基く仕切伝票データと顧客別の配達商品一覧表データと発注合計一覧表データとを生成する。そして、前記仕切伝票データは仕切伝票としてプリント出力され、前記顧客別の配達商品一覧表データは配達商品一覧表としてプリント出力されて、各顧客毎の仕切伝票と配達商品一覧表とは配送業者T1又は捌き配送業者T2、もしくは調理配送業者T3に交付する。

所定の仕切伝票と配達商品一覧表とを交付された配送業者T1、捌き配送業者T2、調理配送業者T3は、指定された魚介商品を卸元Sから引渡しを受けて、配送業者T1は引受けた魚介商品をそのまゝ、会員(図3では会員U2・U3・U4およびU5の所)へ配送し、捌き配送業者T2は卸元Sから引き受けた魚介商品に指定された捌き処理を施して所定の会員(図3では会員U1の所)へ配送し、さらに調理配送業者T3は卸元Sから引き受けた魚介商品に指定された調理加工を施して所定の会員(図3では会員U6の所)へ配送する。そして、これらT1・T2およびT3により会員U1・U2・U3〜Unの所へ配送された魚介商品、捌き魚介商品、および調理加工の魚介料理の配送料は、主催者Dのパソコンに記録の表計算データに基づいて業者毎に集計され、主催者DからT1・T2・T3に各々支払われることになる(図示せず)。第2実施形態が前述の第1実施形態と相違するのは、この点だけである。

本明細書と図面に具体的に例示する本発明の実施の形態は概ね以上のとおりであるが、本発明は前述の第1および第2の実施形態に限定されるものでは決してなく、「特許請求の範囲」の記載内において種々の変更が可能であり、例えば、次に掲げる変更形態が本発明の技術的範囲に属することは明らかである。
(1) 受注メニュー掲示手段の販売メニュー欄には持帰り希望の項目を設けておき、特定会員が当該ホームページにアクセスして、この販売メニュー欄に表示された各々の魚介商品の品目の中から所望の注文品目と注文数量と持帰りの希望意思とを当該メニュー欄に入力することを条件として、当該会員が卸元の所に分別集積されている注文該当商品を引取って持ち帰りできるようにする方式。
(2) 上記(1) の方式において、主催者から卸元に対し、持帰り希望の意思表示をした会員に関する商品引渡しの依頼データが送信されることにより、この依頼データに特定された品目の魚介商品を当該会員に引渡すことができるようにする方式。
