本発明は、椅子の座席やベッド等におけるクッション体を、その支持部分において引き込ませて支持するための引き込み具、及びこれを用いたクッション体支持構造に関する。

従来、例えば特開平6−142352号公報や特開平11−47464号公報等に記載されているようなクッション体の引き込み具が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、このような従来のクッション体の引き込み具は、構造が複雑で高価であり、かつ表皮材を引き込んで張設するに際しての作業性が悪いなどの問題がある。

本発明は、上述の問題点に鑑み、単純かつ簡単な構造であって、合成樹脂による一体成形が可能であり、しかも安価で、作業性がよいクッション体の引き込み具と、これを用いたクッション体の支持構造を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
(1) 前後方向を向く係止孔を穿設した鍔片の前面に、少なくとも先端部に通孔を有する前方を向く差し込み片を突設した引き込み具本体と、可撓性部材からなるほぼU字状の巻き付け片の両端に、互いに内向きに弾性撓曲させることにより、前記鍔片の係止孔に後方より挿入係止しうる係止片を有する連結具とを備えるクッション体の引き込み具における前記差し込み片を、クッション体の裏面より表面側へと差し込み、クッション体の表面側より出た前記差し込み片の通孔に押え手段を通すことにより、この押え手段と鍔片とにより、クッション体を表裏より挟み、かつ前記引き込み具本体の鍔片の係止孔に巻き付け片を支持部分に跨がせた連結具の係止片を弾性的に挿入係止させたことを特徴とするクッション体支持構造。

【発明の実施の形態】
