【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図面に基づいて本発明の実施の形態につき説明する。
図1は本発明の樹脂製パイプとアルミニューム製タンクとの接続構造の分解斜視図であり、図2はその取付け状態を示す平面図、図3は同要部斜視図、図4は同縦断面図、図5は樹脂製パイプ4の正面図である。
この樹脂製パイプとタンクとの接続構造は、パイプ取付口1aを有するタンク1とそのパイプ取付口1aにろう付け等の手段で液密に固定される接続用カップ2と、その接続用カップ2にOリング9を介して先端部が嵌着され、接続用カップ2のカシメ部7によってカシメ固定される樹脂製パイプ4とを有する。

次いで、樹脂製パイプ4の嵌着部5の外周にOリング9が嵌着され、その嵌着部5が接続用カップ2の嵌入部5a内に挿入される。このとき、逆L字状部8は図3の如く回り止め用欠切部8aにその付根部が嵌着する。次いで、カシメ部7が半径方向中心側に塑性変形され、その縁部が外フランジ部3の外面を圧接して接続構造を完成する。

【発明の作用・効果】
本発明の樹脂製パイプとタンクとの接続構造は、接続用カップ2の回り止め用欠切部8aに樹脂製パイプ4の逆L字状部8の付根部が嵌着され、その付根部と接続用カップ2の段付部6aとの間にOリング9が保持されるOリング保持部10を有し、前記樹脂製パイプ4の嵌着部5の外周には環状溝が設けられていないことを特徴とするから、射出成形体よりなる樹脂製パイプ4を確実に回り止め保持すると共に、嵌着部5に環状溝を設けなくてもOリング9を軸線方向の特定位置に位置決めし、シール性を保持できる。それにより、従来の環状溝を設けた場合に樹脂製パイプ4のその溝内に生じるパーティングラインの発生を防止し、信頼性の高いシール構造を提供できる。
