本発明は、文具などに於いて、ノックバネで後方に附勢され、ノック釦と連動して前後動する押し棒を有したノック構造の改良に関する。

従来から鉛筆の削り上がりの芯径を変化できるようにした鉛筆削り器が存在し、その芯径調節の手段として、鉛筆の芯の先端が当接する芯当て板と、その芯当て板の位置を変化させるために該芯当て板に先端を当接させる押し棒と、該押し棒を前進又は後退させるためのノック釦やノックバネ等から構成されるノック機構とを備えた構造のものが存在する。ところで、そのような構造の鉛筆削り器(図1及び図2に示される)に於いて、鉛筆の削り上がりの芯径を設定する為にノック釦を押して押し棒を前進させることになるが、鉛筆削り器の構造上から押し棒の前端が切刃に干渉する問題がある。そのため、押し棒の前方部の片側を切り欠いて、断面を扁平になすことにより切刃が干渉しないようにしている。しかしながら、押し棒の前方部を扁平と成したが故にノックバネの変形やノックバネの内径に対する大きな遊びによって押し棒の前端が前後動の軸心方向に対して偏心し、切刃に干渉して切刃を傷めたり、ノック棒あるいは切刃を破損する事故がある。

以下、本発明の一実施例を図面に基づき説明する。図1及び図2は鉛筆削り器の切削機構部を示したもので、図1はその全体を示す外観図、図2は要部の構造を一部段面して示した図である。まず、回転軸4は手動式ハンドルの操作によって回転するようになっており、この回転軸4には切刃3が円錘状に回転するように傾けて取付けられている。

切刃3の後端部の傍で、鉛筆挿入孔の奥には、鉛筆の芯の先端を当接させる芯当て板6が配設され、この芯当て板6は切刃3の円筒面に対して平行に移動可能となっている。この芯当て板1の後方の回転軸9において鉛筆挿入孔の延長線上には横孔9が設けられ、この横孔には押し棒1が挿入されると共に、その押し棒を前進又は後退させるためのノック機構10が取付けられている。このノック機構10は、いわゆるカーン式と称されて、一般的なノック式ボールペンに採用されているもので、ノック釦5と、内面にカムや溝(図示せず)を形成した筒体と、筒体の内部に収容された回転子(図示せず)と、押し棒1の外周に取付けられて押し棒と共に回転子やノック釦5を後方へ付勢するノックバネ2とによって構成されている。
