前記装置本体の幅方向に渡って前記画像読取部に併設された画像形成操作を行うための操作パネルと、
を備えた画像形成装置において、
前記操作パネルに、前記装置本体の幅方向に渡って延び、前記記録紙排出部に収容される記録紙を視認可能な開口穴を備え、使用者への案内を表示するディスプレイを前記開口穴の幅方向の一部に配置するとともに、前記ディスプレイを前記開口穴の幅方向に移動可能としたことを特徴とする画像形成装置。
