本願発明は、起立状態と走行状態に変形させることができる人形玩具に関する。特に、走行可能な人形玩具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、走行する人形玩具として実公平5−43825号に開示された人形玩具が知られている。当該人形玩具は、起立状態と走行状態に変形することができるものであるが、駆動輪が連結されたフライホイール式の動力ユニットが胴体内に設けられ、頭部を後方に回動させると、付勢輪を兼ねる駆動輪が露出し、この駆動輪を付勢することで人形玩具を走行させるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の人形玩具は、動力ユニットが胴体内に設けられていたため、胴体が太くなってしまい、昨今の流行である人形本体の胴体を細くしたデザインにすることができなかった。
また、従来の人形玩具は、走行時に、つま先を引きずりながら走行するため、接地面との摩擦により着色部分が剥がれたり、すり減ったりすることがあり、また、走行時の抵抗となっていた。

本願発明は、上記の点に鑑み発明されたものであって、頭部に動力ユニットを収納するようにしたため、胴体を細く形成することができ、また、脚部に車輪を設けたため、摩擦により脚部の着色部分が剥がれたり、すり減ったり、また走行時の抵抗となったりすることがない人形玩具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を達成するために、請求項1記載の人形玩具は、以下の要件を備えたことを特徴とする。すなわち、
(イ)少なくとも頭部と胴体部とを有した人形本体からなり、前記頭部内には駆動輪を有した動力ユニットが設けられていること。
(ロ)前記頭部は、胴体部に対して前後方向へ回動自在に取り付けられていること。
(ハ)前記駆動輪は、前記頭部を後方へ回動させると頭部下端部から当該駆動輪の一部が前面側に露出するように設けられていること。
(ニ)前記胴体部の下端には、脚部材が設けられていること。
(ホ)前記脚部材の下端前部には、車輪が回転自在に取り付けられていること。
(ヘ)前記脚部材の下端には、人形本体を起立させる接地面を有する足部材が設けられていること。
(ト)前記足部材は、前記車輪が出没自在となるように、当該足部材の踵側を回動支点としてつま先側が前後方向へ回動自在に取り付けられていること。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本願発明に係る一実施の形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
図1は、本願発明に係る人形玩具(人形本体)1の構成斜視図であり、図2は、当該人形玩具(人形本体)1の分解構成図である。
図1中、3は頭部、5は胴体部、7は胴体部5に設けられた一対の脚部、9は胴体部5に設けられた一対の腕部である。
また、図2において、11は前記頭部3内に設けられた動力ユニット、13は動力ユニットにより付勢され駆動する駆動輪(付勢輪)、15は脚部材、17は脚部材15に取り付けられる車輪、19は前記車輪17が収納可能に設けられた足部材である。

人形玩具(人形本体)1は、胴体部5と頭部3からなり、胴体部5の上方に頭部3が正面(前面)から上後方に向けて回動自在に取り付けられたものである。
この頭部3は、本実施の形態では、その内側が中空であり、前記動力ユニット11が収納されている。また、後部下方には該頭部3が前後方向に回動した際に前記胴体部5と所定範囲で接触しないように、切欠部3aが設けられている。この切欠部3aの両縁部分と前記胴体部5の上部後方がピン等で回動自在に取り付けられて回動支点となるように構成されている。そして、頭部3は、前面が顔となるように所定の形状に成形され顔部品(目や口等)が描かれている。

本願発明の人形玩具1は、通常は頭部3の顔を正面方向に向かせ、脚部7に設けられた足部材19の接地面が所定面上に接するように設置すると、当該人形玩具1を起立状態にすることができる(図1、図3(a)参照)。

この起立状態の人形玩具1の頭部3を前面から上後方へ回動すると、頭部3の下端部から駆動輪13が露出する。また、脚部7に設けられた足部材19を前面から下後方へ回動すると脚部材15に設けられた車輪17が露わとなる。
そして、前記駆動輪13と該車輪17を所定面上に接することにより、当該人形玩具1は走行状態に形成される。このような走行状態において、腕部9を頭部3側に回動することであたかも空を飛んでいるような姿勢に見せることができる(図3(b)参照)。

走行状態に形成された人形玩具1は、駆動輪13を付勢することにより、進行方向へ走行する。このとき、駆動輪13とともに脚部材15に設けられた車輪17も回動するため、三点支持による安定した走行が行えるようになる(図4参照)。

なお、上記実施の形態では、動力ユニット11をフライホイール式として説明したが、動力ユニット11に設けられた駆動輪13を駆動することができれば、電池によるものでもよく、動力源は特に限定されない。
また、上記実施の形態では、頭部3および足部材19を単に回動するとして説明したが、頭部3の後部や足部材19の後方に回動用の突起を設けて、この突起を操作することにより回動するようにしてもよく、回動方法は特に限定されない。

【発明の効果】
本願発明によると、人形玩具の頭部に動力ユニットを収納するようにしたため、昨今の流行に沿って胴体部を細く形成することができる。また、本願発明によると、脚部下端に車輪を設けたため、従来のように走行時につま先を引きずりながら走行することがなくなり、接地面との摩擦により着色部分が剥がれたり、すり減ったりすることがなく、また、走行時に抵抗とならず従来に比して長時間走行することができるようになる。
