【0028】
接合シート体の反身体側面に塗布される「粘着剤」には、SBS(スチレン‐ブタジェン‐スチレンブロック共重合体)、SIS(スチレン‐イソプレン‐スチレンブロック共重合体)などの合成ゴムを主体としたホットメルトから選ぶことが望ましい。
【0037】
本発明に使用できる「弾性伸縮部材」としては、SEBS(スチレン‐エチレン・ブタジエン‐スチレンブロック共重合体)、SIS(スチレン‐イソプレンースチレンブロック共重合体)、ポリウレタン、SEPS(スチレン‐エチレン・プロピレン‐スチレンブロック共重合体)等の合成ゴムを主体としたフィルム、不織布又は天然ゴムから得られる帯状、糸状のものを用いることができる。
【0038】
伸縮性シートとしては、SEBS(スチレン‐エチレン・ブタジエン‐スチレンブロック共重合体)、SIS(スチレン‐イソプレン‐スチレンブロック共重合体)、ポリウレタン、SEPS(スチレン‐エチレン・プロピレン‐スチレンブロック共重合体)等の合成ゴムを主体としたフィルム、不織布又は天然ゴムから得られる帯状、糸状のものが挙げられる。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an auxiliary pad for attaching an absorbent article that prevents the leakage of body fluids due to the displacement of an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a sanitary article that absorbs body fluids, absorbent articles containing an absorbent body such as a sanitary napkin have been widely used. Here, particularly for sanitary napkins with a thick demand layer, great efforts are made to prevent menstrual blood leakage. In addition, various devices have been devised to prevent the displacement of the mounting position.
[0003]
However, a sanitary napkin is originally attached to the undergarment and is not worn in close contact with the wearer's inner crotch, so there is a gap between the vaginal opening and the napkin, causing menstrual blood Easy to leak. In this regard, as a means for assisting menstrual blood absorption of a sanitary napkin, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-119631 discloses a small napkin that is used in an overlapping manner with a sanitary napkin, and in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-127692 Discloses a rod-shaped auxiliary absorber that is sandwiched between buttocks and used in combination with a sanitary napkin. All of these assisting tools fill a gap generated between the wearer's inner crotch and the napkin, and therefore can be said to have a higher function of preventing menstrual blood leakage compared to the case of using the napkin alone.
[0004]
However, these assistive devices may lose shape due to compression accompanying the movement of the wearer's body such as walking or wet due to prolonged wear, and the surface of the assisting device in contact with the crotch of the wearer And may not fit. In such a case, there is a gap between the assisting device and the body, and menstrual leakage is likely to occur therefrom. Therefore, the function of preventing the leakage by assisting the sanitary napkin is not sufficiently exhibited. Become.
[0005]
As an improvement to the deformation after wearing of such an auxiliary tool, a rod-shaped pad made of an elastic layer having a hollow inside is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-325395. However, since this auxiliary tool is merely a structure having a hollow elastic member, the elastic layer may be crushed when worn. It will not be enough to prevent blood leakage.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In addition, since all of the above-mentioned assisting devices are assumed to be fixedly used on the sanitary napkin, the sanitary napkin is deformed such as misalignment or twisting according to the wearer's activity. In some cases, positional displacement and deformation may occur together.
[0007]
Furthermore, since the above-mentioned auxiliary device is fixed to the sanitary napkin, even when the sanitary napkin is not dirty, not only the auxiliary device but also the sanitary napkin must be replaced. On the other hand, there is a problem that the burden on the wearer is increased.
[0008]
For the above reasons, the conventional auxiliary tools for absorbent articles as described above have not yet achieved a sufficient reduction in the generation of body fluid leakage due to wearing misalignment and sufficient adhesion to the inner crotch. Currently.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the problems as described above, and its purpose is to maintain the adhesiveness with the wearer's inner crotch, even when wearing displacement occurs. An object of the present invention is to provide a sanitary product that can reduce the occurrence of leakage.
[0010]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a sanitary product that can adequately prevent menstrual leakage without being affected by crushing or deformation caused by pressure applied by the wearer's thigh.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, the auxiliary tool is made small and can be moved flexibly, thereby improving the absorption efficiency by the absorber and following the movement of the wearer. By making the auxiliary tool freely moveable, the possibility of leakage of body fluid has been significantly reduced, more specifically, the absorbent sheet body positioned in close contact with the crotch is connected via the connecting stem body. It is characterized by being attached to an absorbent article.
[0012]
And it is characterized by making only the auxiliary | assistant tool replaceable by making the said connection stem body detachable, leaving an absorbent article as it is.
[0013]
More specifically, the present invention provides the following.
[0014]
(1) An absorbent sheet body composed of an absorbent body that absorbs liquid and a cover sheet that covers the absorbent body, a bonded sheet body having an adhesive layer for attachment to an absorbent article, the absorbent sheet body, and the bonded sheet An auxiliary pad for attaching an absorbent article comprising a linking stem that connects the body, the linking stem having a flexibility capable of blocking the interlocking between the absorbent sheet and the absorbent article An auxiliary pad for attaching an absorbent article.
[0015]
According to such an absorbent pad for attaching an absorbent article according to the present invention, an absorbent sheet body for absorbing bodily fluids and a bonding sheet body for holding the absorbent sheet body on the absorbent article are these It is connected by the connection stem body provided with the softness | flexibility which can interrupt | block the interlocking | linkage between, and the absorbent sheet body is not directly fixed to the absorbent article. For this reason, even if the absorbent article attached to the underwear moves due to activities such as walking of the wearer, the absorbent sheet body does not move together therewith.
[0016]
That is, since the connecting stem body has flexibility, the absorbent sheet body can remain in the crotch without being driven by the movement of the absorbent article. Furthermore, even if the absorbent article has caused a relative positional shift with respect to the wearer's inner crotch, only the connecting stem body is deformed flexibly, and even the absorbent sheet body has a positional shift. There is no such thing as to wake you up. For this reason, the absorption sheet body can maintain the state positioned in close contact with the wearer's inner crotch, and the occurrence of body fluid leakage due to mounting displacement of the absorbent article can be significantly reduced.
[0017]
Further, according to the present invention, due to the presence of the connecting stem body, the absorbent sheet body is not in close contact with the body side surface of the absorbent article.
[0018]
In this regard, in the conventional example, the absorbent body is actually only two layers in close contact with each other, so if the surface of the assisting device facing the body reaches saturation, the assist The body fluid is not absorbed by the absorbent article in the portion where the tool is fixed, and the two-layer stack is meaningless from the viewpoint of improving the body fluid absorption efficiency.
[0019]
On the other hand, in the present invention, the absorbent article and the auxiliary pad are brought into close contact with each other from the microscopic viewpoint even when the two absorbers are stacked from the macroscopic viewpoint. Therefore, compared with the case where the auxiliary tool is directly attached to the absorbent article as in the prior art, the body fluid absorbable range of the absorbent article is widened. For this reason, both an auxiliary pad and an absorbent article can absorb a bodily fluid efficiently.
[0020]
Since the auxiliary pad according to the present invention is not integrally formed with the absorbent article, the adhesive applied to the bonding sheet body can be peeled off while suppressing fluffing on the surface of the absorbent article. By doing so, it can be made detachable. In this case, when the amount of body fluid flowing out is small, it is possible to replace only the auxiliary pad according to the present invention while leaving the absorbent article as it is. Thereby, a wearer should just carry only an auxiliary pad as a reserve, and is convenient on a carrying.
[0021]
The length dimension of the “connecting stem” in the longitudinal direction may have a length dimension equivalent to the longitudinal direction of the absorbent sheet body, but at least 2/3 or more of the total length with respect to the absorbent sheet body If so, the dimensions may be shorter than the absorbent sheet body. In addition, if it has this dimension, besides providing in series, it is also possible to provide partially. In addition, the dimension in the short direction of the “connected stem” is preferably in the range of 0.5 mm to 30 mm, although it depends on the thickness of the material. By setting it as such a length dimension, an appropriate deformation | transformation is attained according to a wearer's operation | movement.
[0022]
The external shape of the “absorbent sheet” can be appropriately selected from a rectangular shape, an elliptical shape, an hourglass shape, and the like that can be suitably worn between the wearer's crotch.
[0023]
The total length of the absorbent sheet body in the longitudinal direction is preferably in the range of about 60 to 200 mm, and more preferably in the range of 80 to 150 mm. The dimension in the short direction is preferably in the range of 10 to 50 mm, more preferably in the range of 15 to 40 mm. The volume of the absorbent sheet body is preferably in the range of 3 to 30 mm, more preferably in the range of 10 to 20 mm, in consideration of the content of the absorbent body having a suitable absorption capacity.
[0024]
In the “absorbent sheet body”, the structure in which the cover sheet encloses the absorbent body is not particularly limited as long as the absorbent body is sealed so as not to be detached, and the cover sheet surrounds the entire absorbent body. It is possible to appropriately adopt the “enclosed type” or the “bonded type” structure in which two cover sheets are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface at the periphery of the absorber and the two are joined together.
[0025]
Since the “cover sheet” is in direct contact with the wearer's skin, a soft and liquid-permeable sheet that does not impair the wearing feeling is used. For example, it can be selected from fiber sheets, perforated fiber sheets, perforated foam films, and the like. Specifically, a fiber with a 2.2 dtex hydrophilic treatment having a PE / PP structure, 25 g / m 2 It is preferable to use a through air sheet formed into a sheet with a basis weight of. In addition, when the “bonding type” structure is adopted for the absorbent sheet body, it is also possible to use a liquid-permeable material on the body side surface and a liquid-impermeable material on the non-body side surface.
[0026]
The form of the “absorber” is not particularly limited, and any cross-sectional form such as a plate, a circle, a square, a triangle, a cylinder, or a hollow can be adopted. The maximum bulk size is preferably in the range of 3 to 30 mm, more preferably 10 to 20 mm. In addition, the absorption sheet body which was excellent in absorption efficiency and a feeling of wear can be formed by making the center part of an absorber have the center part which protruded slightly thickly from the edge part.
[0027]
Although the length dimension of the joining sheet body in the longitudinal direction may be the same as the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the
[0028]
The “adhesive” applied to the non-body side of the bonded sheet is mainly made of synthetic rubber such as SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer) and SIS (styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer). It is desirable to select from hot melts. Such an adhesive is applied over almost the entire surface of the non-body side surface in a pattern such as a surface shape, a streak shape, a dot shape, or a spiral shape.
[0029]
In addition to sanitary napkins, the absorbent article in the present invention can be widely used for sanitary products such as postpartum napkins and postoperative napkins for the purpose of absorbing body fluids.
[0030]
(2) The absorbent article mounting auxiliary pad according to (1), wherein the connecting stem body is mounted so as to be positioned substantially at the center of the absorbent article mounting auxiliary pad.
[0031]
According to the absorbent article mounting auxiliary pad according to the present invention, the connecting stem is attached so as to extend in the longitudinal direction at substantially the center in the short direction of the absorbent sheet body. For this reason, even at the time of wearing, the absorbent sheet body does not tilt to the left or right, and is supported on the absorbent article in a stable state. For this reason, even if an absorbent article produces position shift with respect to a wearer's body, a favorable contact state can be maintained with respect to the inner crotch of the said absorbent sheet body.
[0032]
(3) The connecting stem body has a length dimension in the range of 1 to 15 mm, more preferably a length dimension in the range of 3 to 10 mm (1) or ( 2) Auxiliary pad for attaching absorbent articles.
[0033]
According to such an absorbent article mounting auxiliary pad according to the present invention, the height dimension of the connecting stem body is a length dimension in the range of 1 to 15 mm. If the height dimension of the connecting stem is shorter than 1 mm, the absorbent sheet body follows the movement of the absorbent article, and is the same as the case where the absorbent sheet body is closely attached as in the conventional example. Result. On the other hand, if it is longer than 15 mm, it is difficult for the connecting stem to support the absorbent sheet while maintaining its shape to some extent, and it becomes easy to bend. Moreover, there is a possibility that a feeling of wearing may be harmed.
[0034]
In this respect, according to the present invention, even when the phase amount of the absorbent article with respect to the absorbent sheet body has increased, the absorbent sheet body can maintain the state of reliably contacting the wearer's inner crotch, It is possible to further reduce body fluid leakage.
[0035]
(4) The absorbent pad mounting auxiliary pad according to any one of (1) to (3), wherein the connecting stem body includes an elastic elastic member.
[0036]
According to such an auxiliary pad for attaching absorbent articles according to the present invention, since the connecting stem body contains the elastic stretchable member, it is possible to have moderate stiffness. For this reason, even if a connection stem deforms with movement of an absorptive article, it is easy to return to the shape at the time of wearing.
[0037]
Examples of the "elastic elastic member" that can be used in the present invention include SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer), SIS (styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer), polyurethane, SEPS (styrene-ethylene-propylene). -Styrene block copolymer) and other films mainly made of synthetic rubber, non-woven fabrics, or strips or threads obtained from natural rubber can be used.
[0038]
The attachment area of the elastic expansion and contraction member in the connection stem may have the same length as that of the connection stem, but at least if the attachment length of 50% or more is provided in the connection stem, the connection stem It may be in a range shorter than the body. By attaching an elastic elastic member in such a range, the above-described deformation recovery function can be secured.
[0039]
In addition, it is preferable that an elastic expansion-contraction member expands and fixes 1.1 to 1.5 times, and the stress at the time of this expansion | extension becomes 300 to 1000 mN. The stress of the elastic stretchable member can be confirmed by setting the elastic stretchable material at a chuck interval of 100 mm with a Tensilon tensile tester, pulling it at a speed of 100 mm / min, and reading the load when the expansion magnification is reached. The elastic elastic member is fixed by applying an adhesive on the surface of the elastic elastic member or the inner surface of the connecting stem with a coater or a spray of mist, mesh, or Ω, and applying nip pressure to bond them together. By doing. By using the stretching magnification, stress, and fixing method as described above, it is possible to prevent the connecting stem body from being excessively deformed.
[0040]
(5) The auxiliary pad for attaching an absorbent article according to any one of (1) to (4), wherein the connection stem is formed of a connection sheet.
[0041]
According to such an absorbent article mounting auxiliary pad according to the present invention, the connection stem is formed by stacking one or more fibrous connection sheets. That is, according to the present invention, since the connecting stem and the cover sheet are made of different sheets, it is possible to appropriately select a connecting sheet of a material suitable for the connecting stem regardless of the cover sheet.
[0042]
As the connection sheet that can be used in the present invention, a cylindrical, square, plate-like or laminated fiber sheet or foam sheet can be used. These sheets are preferably subjected to hydrophilic treatment so that they can function as an absorbent.
[0043]
The fiber sheet is, for example, selected from fibers having a core-sheath structure such as PE / PP and PE / PET and having a thickness of 1.1 to 3.3 dtex subjected to two-dimensional or crimp-like crimps. Can be used. In particular, a non-woven fabric formed by a manufacturing method that has excellent bulkiness and does not give a rigid intuition, specifically, a through-air method is preferable.
[0044]
The nonwoven fabric sheet is used alone or in a superimposed manner and is adjusted to have a bulk of 1 to 15 mm. For example, a fiber having a thickness of 2.2 dtex by PE / PET is 50 g / cm by a through air method. 2 By forming a sheet having a weight of about 2.2 mm and stacking five sheets with an adhesive, a connection sheet of about 10 mm can be formed.
[0045]
The foam sheet is a closed-cell or open-cell sheet in which a resin such as a mixture of PE and EVA, SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer) or polyurethane is foamed at a magnification of 10 to 30 times. The one selected from can be used. Specifically, a sheet of about 4.2 mm in volume obtained by foaming a mixture of PE and EVA by 15 times may be stacked to form a connection sheet as a connection stem of about 12 mm through an adhesive. it can.
[0046]
In the present invention, a plurality of connection sheets can be stacked to form a connection stem so that the surface portion is in contact with the absorbent sheet body. In the case of such a configuration, it is possible to finely adjust the rigidity of the connecting stem compared to the case where the connecting stem is configured by positioning one sheet perpendicular to the absorbent sheet.
[0047]
(6) The absorbent article mounting auxiliary pad according to any one of (1) to (5), wherein the absorbent sheet body includes a plurality of layers, and at least one of them is an elastic recovery sheet.
[0048]
According to such an auxiliary pad for attaching an absorbent article according to the present invention, the absorbent sheet body includes the elastic recovery sheet. For this reason, after mounting the auxiliary pad according to the present invention, the absorbent sheet body is mounted even when the absorbent sheet body in contact with the body side is deformed such as tilt, bend, or kink after the wearer's activity. It is easy to return to the shape of time. With such a configuration, the absorbent sheet body can easily maintain a stable contact state with the crotch, and a more improved fit can be maintained without impairing the feeling of use. In particular, when the thickness of the absorber becomes thin, it may make the wearer feel anxious about the mole, but according to the present invention, the thickness that gives a sense of security can be recovered. Can do it.
[0049]
The “elastic recovery sheet” preferably has a value measured by JIS L-1018 and cantilever A method in the range of 20 to 100 mm, more preferably 30 to 70 mm. By doing in this way, fit property can be maintained, without impairing a feeling of wear.
[0050]
The absorber and the elastic recovery sheet may be simply overlapped, but may be further bent or rolled up into a cylindrical shape. In addition, when it is made for the absorption sheet body to contain the fiber crimped to the coil shape, it becomes possible to improve the compression recovery property of a sheet | seat more.
[0051]
(7) The absorbent pad mounting auxiliary pad according to (6), wherein the absorbent sheet body has a gable roof-like mountain-shaped portion formed by bending the absorbent sheet body.
[0052]
According to such an auxiliary pad for attaching an absorbent article according to the present invention, the absorbent sheet body is bent into a gable roof so as to form a top on the body side. For this reason, an absorbent sheet body can be brought into close contact with a concave portion in the wearer's inner crotch, such as a gap in the buttocks. In particular, it is possible to effectively prevent the backward leakage that occurs when the body fluid flows out from the cracks at the buttocks along the back. In addition, it is also possible to make the absorbent sheet body come into soft contact with the wearer's body by making the top of the mountain-shaped portion have a rounded curved shape.
[0053]
(8) The absorbent article mounting auxiliary pad according to (7), wherein a regulation sheet that regulates the spread of bending is attached to both hems in the longitudinal direction of the mountain-shaped portion.
[0054]
According to such an auxiliary pad for attaching an absorbent article according to the present invention, the regulation sheet is attached so as to extend from one skirt to the other skirt in the longitudinal direction of the mountain-shaped portion. For this reason, it is prevented that the absorption sheet body folded before wearing spreads, and a wearer can keep the shape of a mountain-shaped part until it wears the auxiliary pad concerning the present invention, without requiring special attention. it can. In addition, even when worn, it is suppressed that the mountain-shaped portion is crushed and deformed into a flat shape due to pressure or the like, and the shape can be easily maintained even when used for a long time.
[0055]
It is preferable that the regulation sheet has a length range of at least 1/5 of the total length of the absorber. By setting it as such a dimension, it becomes possible to prevent reliably the folding of the bent absorption sheet body.
[0056]
As the “regulatory sheet”, either a stretchable sheet or a non-stretchable sheet can be used, but a stretchable sheet is preferably employed. Stretch sheets include SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer), SIS (styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer), polyurethane, SEPS (styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene block copolymer). Examples thereof include a film mainly composed of a synthetic rubber such as a belt, a non-woven fabric, and a strip or thread obtained from natural rubber. Such an elastic sheet is used in a state of being stretched 1.1 to 1.8 times in the lateral direction. In this case, the stress of the stretchable sheet is preferably 2 mN to 8 mN. The stress can be confirmed by setting the elastic stretchable material at a chuck interval of 100 mm with a Tensilon tensile tester, pulling the elastic stretchable material at a speed of 100 mm / min, and reading the load at the time when the expansion magnification is reached. By adopting such a structure, even when a pressure is applied, a quicker form of recoverability can be obtained with the expansion / contraction behavior of the expansion / contraction material.
[0057]
(9) A general absorbent article that can be used for general use as a body fluid absorbent, and a body fluid absorbability that is smaller than that of the general absorbent article, and is used together with the general absorbent article. A special absorptive article that functions as an auxiliary, and a linking stem that connects the general absorbent article and the special absorbent article. A featured connected stem.
[0058]
According to the present invention, the connected stem is not connected to any of the general absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin and the special absorbent article that assists the body fluid absorption of the general absorbent article, and independently. Yes. For this reason, the wearer can select the general absorbent article and the special absorbent article separately and freely combine them to make a hygiene article suitable for the wearer.
[0059]
(10) A general absorbent article that can be used for general use as a body fluid absorbent, and a body fluid absorbability that is smaller than that of the general absorbent article and is used together with the general absorbent article. A special absorbent article that functions as an auxiliary, and a connecting stem that connects the general absorbent article and the special absorbent article, and the general absorbent article and the special absorbent article are each independent. Or the sanitary goods set which is used in combination and is used in combination with the said connection stem body suitably.
[0060]
According to the present invention, a commonly used absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin and a special absorbent article for assisting the body fluid absorbing function and enhancing the anti-moisture effect are a set of It has become. For this reason, the wearer can use the sanitary article set according to the present invention while enjoying various combinations according to the amount of the body fluid flowing out or according to the mood and physical condition of the day. For example, a female wearer can use a general absorbent article alone in the same manner as a normal sanitary napkin according to the amount of menstrual blood, or a combination of special absorbent articles etc. Or can be used as
[0061]
As described above, the sanitary product set according to the present invention can be used as a sanitary product having diversified performance that is free from the restraint due to the performance of an existing absorbent product.
[0062]
Moreover, as long as the wearer has the sanitary ware set according to the present invention, an optimal absorbent article can be constructed on the spot. This releases the wearer from the annoyance of selecting a suitable absorbent article in advance in preparation for going out, and brings about the effect of expanding the wearer's activity area and activity.
