従来のこの種のぬめり取り器として、例えば特願2000−262818号に記載されているように、水に溶解して溶液になると、この溶液が付着した部分のぬめりの発生を防止し、あるいは既に発生したぬめりを除去する薬剤を収納した薬剤ケースと、この薬剤ケースが下面に装着された状態で流し台のシンク底面に開口した排水口に装着されるゴム蓋とからなるぬめり取り器が知られている。このぬめり取り器では、ゴム蓋に開口部を形成している。一方、薬剤ケースの上面には、ゴム蓋に装着された状態でゴム蓋の開口部を介して上方に露出する位置に、薬剤ケース内に排水を導入する導入口が形成されている。シンク内の排水は排水口に向かって流れるが、排水口にはぬめり取り器が装着されているので、排水はゴム蓋の開口部を通って薬剤ケースの導入口に流れる。すると排水はこの導入口から薬剤ケース内へと流れ込み、内部の薬剤を溶解させ、ぬめりに対する防除効果を有する溶液となって薬剤ケースから流出する。そしてこの流出した溶液は排水口の内壁を伝って下方に流れ、排水口内部の全域に行き渡ってぬめりを防除する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来のぬめり取り器では、ゴム蓋の開口部に合わせて薬剤ケースの上面に導入口を形成するが、この導入口が形成されない部分はゴム蓋の開口部が形成されていない部分によって覆われ、閉塞されることになる。薬剤ケース内で生成される溶液は排水口の内壁に伝うように流出されるので、この閉塞部までは殆ど行き渡らない。そのため、閉塞部周辺にはぬめりが発生し、ぬめり取り器を長時間使用した後、薬剤ケースの交換等によりぬめり取り器を排水口から取り外すと閉塞部周辺が思いのほか汚れている印象を受け、好ましくない。

なお、薬剤ケースに塩素系の薬剤を充填し、薬剤の溶液ではなく薬剤から発生する塩素ガスによりぬめりを防除すれば、閉塞部のぬめりの発生も合わせて防除できる。ところが、塩素系の薬剤を使用すると排水に混ざる漂白剤やその他の薬品と反応して塩素ガスが思いのほか多量に発生することも考えられ、薬剤を塩素系のものにすることは好ましくない。

そこで本発明は、上記の問題点に鑑み、薬剤が溶解した溶液でぬめりを防除するぬめり取り器であっても、ゴム蓋に覆われた閉塞部にぬめりが発生しないぬめり取り器を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明によるぬめり取り器は、内部にぬめり取り用の薬剤が充填された環状の薬剤ケースと、該薬剤ケースが下面に装着された状態で流し台のシンク底面に開口した排水口に装着されるゴム蓋とからなるぬめり取り器であって、ゴム蓋に開口部を形成すると共に、薬剤ケースの上面の、ゴム蓋に装着された状態で開口部を介して上方に露出する位置に、薬剤ケース内に排水を導入する導入口を形成し、該導入口から導入された排水に薬剤を溶解させた溶液を排水口内壁に導いて排水口内部のぬめりの発生を防止するものにおいて、上記薬剤ケースの上面の、ゴム蓋で覆われる閉塞部分に、該閉塞部分の略全域に薬剤ケース内の溶液を導く孔部を形成したことを特徴とする。

導入口から多量の排水が薬剤ケース内に流れ込むと、上記孔部が例え薬剤ケースの上面に形成されていても孔部から溶液が溢れ、閉塞部に導かれる。そのため閉塞部にはぬめりに対して防除効果を有する溶液が常に供給されぬめりが発生することがない。

ところで、閉塞部のほぼ全域にわたる大きさの開口部を形成してもよいが、あまり大きな孔部を形成すると孔部から薬剤が露出するので、上記閉塞部分に、該閉塞部分の略全域にわたる凹部を形成すると共に上記孔部を該凹部内に溶液を供給し得る位置に形成し、孔部自体はそれほど大きくならないようにしてもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1を参照して、1は本発明によるぬめり取り器である。このぬめり取り器1はゴム蓋2と、ゴム蓋2に対して下方から装着される薬剤ケース3とから構成されている。ゴム蓋2には本実施の形態では6個の開口部21が設けられている。
一方、薬剤ケース3には、ゴム蓋2に下方から装着した状態で開口部21を介して露出する位置にスリット状の導入口31が形成されている。

このように構成することにより、導入口31に多くの排水が流れ込むと、薬剤ケース3内の溶液が流出口30から流出しきれず、孔部33・35から凹部32・34へと溢れ出す。このようにして凹部32・34内には溶液が充満するので閉塞部分のぬめりが防除される。また、薬剤ケース3の上面とゴム蓋2の裏面とはそれほど強く密着しているわけではないので、凹部32・34内に充満した溶液はゴム蓋2と薬剤ケース3との間の隙間を伝って、その他の部分にも行き渡る。そのため、ゴム蓋の裏面全面に対してくまなくぬめりが防除される。

以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明は、薬剤ケースの上面であって、ゴム蓋によって覆われる閉塞部分にも薬剤ケース内の溶液を導くようにしたので、塩素系の薬剤を用いなくても閉塞部分のぬめりを防除することができる。
