前記蓋は、巻紙を抑える下蓋と、この下蓋より突出するとともに先端に巻紙を切断するための刃部を備えた上蓋との二枚蓋構造とし、
前記下蓋の基部に下部ギヤを一体的に設け、この下部ギヤに噛み合う上部ギヤを前記上蓋の基部に一体的に設け、上部ギヤ及び下部ギヤを、前記紙巻器基部に上下動可能に取付けた側板に回転可能に取付け、上蓋を上方へスイングさせたときに下蓋が上部・下部ギヤの作用で下方へスイングするようにしたことを特徴とする紙巻器。
