図3〜図4に示すように、従来技術における分電盤31は、箱体32にブレーカ33等の電気機器を載置し、ブレーカ33は銅バー34で接続される。これら銅バー34で構成される充電部を主幹バー固定部品35で支持し、主幹バー固定部品35は、主幹バー固定部36を形成し、この主幹バー固定部36に銅バー34をそれぞれ載置固定させていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来の技術において、主幹バー固定部品35は銅バー34を固定させるだけの機能、形状をしており、分電盤31の上部より落下してくる塵埃等の異物が、主幹バー固定部品35の隙間37から侵入し、主幹バーの異相間を短絡してしまう事故等が発生し、発火の虞があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記問題点に鑑み、本発明は、簡単な構造で塵埃等の異物の侵入防ぎ、安全性を高めた主幹バー固定部品を提供することを目的とし、その構造は、主幹バー固定部品に主幹バー固定部と、主幹バー間の隙間を塞ぐ壁部とを形成し、垂直方向である上下方向に配置される主幹バーを支持する主幹バー固定部品を充電部の上下面に配置したことを特徴とする。

本発明に係る主幹バー固定部品は、主幹バー固定部の他に壁部を設け、主幹バーを主幹バー固定部に載置固定すると共に、壁部によって、分電盤上部から落下してくる塵埃等の異物が充電部に侵入することを防ぎ、分電盤の安全性を高める。
