Claims (3)

原稿を載置する原稿台ガラスと、
原稿を照射する光源と、
前記光源の電源装置と、
原稿からの反射画像光を反射する複数の反射部材と、
前記反射部材を介して原稿の画像光を結像する結像手段と、
結像された画像光を読み取る読取手段と、
前記光源と反射部材を支持し一定の速度で原稿の画像を移動走査する第1走査手段と、
反射部材を支持し原稿と読取手段までの物像間距離を一定に保ちつつ前記第1走査手段の1/2の速度で移動走査する第2走査手段と、
前記第1走査手段及び前記第2走査手段を移動支持する少なくとも1つの走査支持手段と、
前記原稿台ガラス及び前記走査支持手段を支持する枠体と、
を備える画像読取装置において、
一辺で前記電源装置を支持し、他辺に前記枠体に着脱可能に取り付ける取付部を有するL字型に折り曲げられた板状の支持部材と、
前記支持部材の前記取り付け部を前記枠体に固定する固定手段と、
前記電源装置から前記光源に電力を伝達する伝達手段と、
前記電源装置と前記伝達手段を着脱自在に接続する接続手段と、を有し、
前記電源装置を、前記枠体内部の、前記走査支持手段及び支持部材と前記枠体との間に設置し、前記固定手段を取り外すことで、前記電源装置を前記支持部材と共に前記枠体から抜き差し可能に構成したことを特徴とする画像読取装置。

前記電源装置と前記伝達手段を着脱自在に接続する接続手段と、を有し、
前記電源装置を、前記枠体内部の、前記走査支持手段及び支持部材と前記枠体との間に設置し、前記固定手段を取り外すことで、前記電源装置を前記支持部材と共に前記枠体から抜き差し可能に構成し、
前記接続手段は、前記支持部材に固定された部分と、前記枠体に固定された部分とからなるドロワコネクタであり、前記支持部材及び前記電源装置を前記枠体から抜き差しする動作に伴って、前記電源装置と前記伝達手段とを着脱することを特徴とする画像読取装置。
