Description

The present invention relates to a busbar connection device that can facilitate connection between panels of switchgears arranged in a row.

。   As a conventional bus connecting device for connecting switchgear panels in this type of electrical equipment, a solid insulation type formed by molding various insulating materials such as epoxy resin and insulating rubber is known ( For example, see Patent Document 1.)

As shown in FIG. 4, this busbar connection device 1 includes a first ceiling plate 4a of a first box 3a that houses a first electric device 2a such as a circuit breaker, a first electric device 2a, It is provided between the 2nd ceiling boards 4b of the 2nd box 3b which accommodated the same 2nd electric equipment 2b. The busbar connection device 1 is housed in a third box 3c provided at the upper part of the first box 3a and the second box 3b. Thereby, the main circuit of the 1st electric equipment 2a and the 2nd electric equipment 2b accommodated in the box bodies 3a and 3b arranged in a line can be connected.

In addition, in FIG. 4, although the box bodies 3a and 3b arranged in a row are shown with two boards, it can be used with two or more boards. Moreover, the bus-bar connection apparatus 1 has shown the part for one phase.

As shown in FIG. 5, the bus connecting device 1 includes a first bus bushing 5 a, a second bus bushing 5 b, and an insulated bus 6.

Embedded conductors 7a and 7b are embedded in the first bus bushing 5a and the second bus bushing 5b, respectively, and the exposed portions thereof are arranged to face each other. The exposed portions of the buried conductors 7a and 7b are formed in stepped portions 8a and 8b facing upward in the drawing, respectively, and are provided with screw portions 9a and 9b. Further, tapered interface connection portions 10a and 10b are formed on the bus bushings 5a and 5b, respectively.

The insulating bus 6 is provided with an insulating layer 12 formed by molding an insulating material such as polyethylene resin or epoxy resin around the central conductor 11. Further, at both ends of the center conductor 11, downwardly-facing stepped portions 13a and 13b, which are fitted into the stepped portions 8a and 8b of the embedded conductors 7a and 7b, and holes 15a and 15b into which bolts 14 are inserted are provided, respectively. It has been.

On the other hand, presser covers 16a and 16b made of insulating rubber such as EP rubber are provided at both ends of the insulating layer 12, respectively. Further, tapered interface connecting portions 17a are formed at the end portions of the respective presser covers 16a and 16b so as to be in close contact with the interface connecting portions 10a (10b) of the bus bushings 5a and 5b.
JP 2002-152930 A (pages 15 to 16, FIG. 27)

The above conventional busbar connection device 1 has the following problems.

If the distance between the first bus bushing 5a and the second bus bushing 5b is different from the length of the central conductor 11 of the insulated bus 6, as shown in FIG. 5, at least one bolt 14 and the screw portion 9b are The bolts 14 are not matched and the bolts 14 cannot be tightened. This can occur due to the difference in the outer shape of the first box 3a and the second box 3b, the flatness of the floor surface on which these are installed, and the like.

In this case, the center conductor 11 is processed to match the distance between the first bus bar bushing 5a and the second bus bar bushing 5b, or between the first ceiling plate 4a and the second ceiling plate 4b. The position was finely adjusted to adjust the distance between the first bus bushing 5a and the second bus bushing 5b.

For this reason, in connecting the insulating bus 6 between the panels, it is necessary to process the holes 15a (15b) of the central conductor 11 and finely adjust the positions of the ceiling plates 4a and 4b, which requires a great deal of time. It was necessary and was a difficult connection work.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a busbar connection device that can facilitate connection between boards.

In order to achieve the above object, a busbar connecting device according to the present invention is arranged so as to face a first busbar bushing fixed to one board, the first busbar bushing, and fixed to the other board. A second bus bushing, an insulating bus having a flexible conductor connecting between the first bus bushing and the second bus bushing, one end of the first bus bushing and the insulating bus, and A second cover having a pressing cover that insulates the outer periphery of each of the other ends of the insulating bus, and the flexible conductor includes a central conductor provided with a recess in the axial direction of at least one end; The connection conductor is inserted through a contact, and a spring biased to push out the connection conductor between the bottom of the recess and the connection conductor end .

According to the present invention, since the axially movable connecting conductor is provided in the central conductor of the insulated bus connecting the boards, the connection work between the main circuits of the bus bushings between the one board and the other board can be performed. It becomes easy.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

First, a busbar connection device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view of the configuration of the busbar connection device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a connection method of the busbar connection device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the same reference numerals are given to the same components as those in the prior art. Further, the configuration of the switchgear in which the busbar connection device is installed is the same as that in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the busbar connection device 1 includes a first busbar bushing 5 a, a second busbar bushing 5 b, and an insulating busbar 6.

Columnar embedded conductors 7a and 7b are embedded in the first bus bushing 5a and the second bus bushing 5b, respectively, and the exposed portions thereof are arranged to face each other. The exposed portions of the embedded conductors 7a and 7b are formed in stepped portions 8a and 8b facing upward in the drawing, respectively, and are provided with screw portions 9a and 9b. The bus-line bushings 5a and 5b are respectively formed with convex tapered interface connecting portions 10a and 10b.

The insulating bus 6 is provided with an insulating layer 12 formed by molding an insulating material such as polyethylene resin or epoxy resin around a cylindrical central conductor 11. At least one end of the center conductor 11 has a substantially axial center formed in the recess 11a.

One end of the connection conductor 20 is inserted into the recess 11 a via a sliding contact 21. Further, a spring 22 biased so as to push out the connection conductor 20 is provided between the bottom of the recess 11a and one end of the connection conductor 20 inserted. The other end of the connecting conductor 20 is provided with a hole 24 into which a bolt 14 is inserted, which is formed in a downwardly-facing step 23 shown in the figure so as to be fitted into the step 8a (8b) of the embedded conductor 7a (7b). Yes.

Here, the connection conductor 20 can be slidably moved from the end of the center conductor 11 by a spring 22 and moved backward, and a good connection is made through the contact 21. For this reason, the main circuit comprised of the connection conductor 20, the central conductor 11, the spring 22 and the contact 21 is defined as a flexible conductor.

On the other hand, presser covers 16a and 16b made of insulating rubber such as EP rubber are provided at both ends of the insulating layer 12, respectively. In addition, a concave tapered interface connecting portion 17a is formed at the end of each presser cover 16a, 16b, and is in close contact with and insulated from the interface connecting portion 10a (10b) of the bus bushings 5a, 5b. It is like that.

A case where the insulating bus 6 is connected between the first bus bushing 5a and the second bus bushing 5b will be described with reference to FIG.

First, the stepped portion 13b of the center conductor 11 and the stepped portion 23 of the connecting conductor 20 are directed downward in accordance with the upward stepped portions 8a and 8b of the embedded conductors 7a and 7b. Then, the spring 22 is compressed by applying the step 23 of the connecting conductor 20 to the step 8a of the embedded conductor 7a from above. As a result, the combined length of the connection conductor 20 and the center conductor 11 is temporarily shortened. When the spring 22 is compressed, the combined length of the connection conductor 20 and the center conductor 11 is set to be slightly shorter than the length between the embedded conductors 7a and 7b.

The stepped portion 13b of the central conductor 11 is placed on the stepped portion 8b of the embedded conductor 7b while keeping the length of the connecting conductor 20 and the central conductor 11 being shortened. When the spring 22 is released, the connecting conductor 20 is pushed out of the recess 11a by the spring force of the spring 22, and the center axis of the hole 24 of the connecting conductor 20 and the screw portion 9a can be made to coincide. Moreover, the center axis | shaft of the hole 15b of the center conductor 11 and the screw part 9b can also be made to correspond. That is, the total length of the center conductor 11 and the connection conductor 20 can be made to coincide with the length between the bus bar bushings 5a and 5b.

Next, bolts 14 are inserted into the holes 24 of the connection conductor 20 and the holes 15b of the center conductor 11 and tightened into the screw portions 9a and 9b to firmly connect the embedded conductor 7a and the connection conductor 20, and the embedded conductor 7b and the center conductor 11. Secure to.

Then, one presser cover 16a on the left side in the figure is moved in the left direction in the figure, and the interface connecting part 10a of the first bus bushing 5a and the interface connecting part 17a of the presser cover 16a are brought into close contact with each other. Similarly, the other presser cover 16b on the right side in the figure is moved in the right direction in the figure, and the interface connecting part 10b of the second bus bar bushing 5b and the interface connecting part of the presser cover 16b are brought into close contact with each other.

Thereby, the insulated bus 6 can be reliably connected between the first bus bushing 5a and the second bus bushing 5b. Further, the contactor 21 can perform good energization and can absorb slight vertical and horizontal dimensions of, for example, several millimeters between the first bus bushing 5a and the second bus bushing 5b.

According to the busbar connection device 1 of the first embodiment, since the connecting conductor 20 that is movable in the axial direction is provided at the end of the central conductor 11 that connects the boards, the first box 3a (one board). The connection between the first bus bushing 5a fixed to the second bushing 5b fixed to the second box 3b (the other panel) can be facilitated.

Next, a busbar connection device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view of the configuration of the busbar connection device according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the connection conductor connection method. In FIG. 3, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 3, a cylindrical embedded conductor 30a is embedded in at least one of the first bus bushing 5a and the second bus bushing 5b. A recessed portion 31 is provided in the substantially axial center portion at the end portion where the embedded conductor 30a is exposed, and a sliding contact 32 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the recessed portion 31.

A cylindrical connection conductor 33 is provided via a contact 21 in the recess 11 a at the end of the central conductor 11 of the insulated bus 6. A spring 22 is provided between one end of the connection conductor 33 and the bottom of the recess 11a. The other end of the connecting conductor 33 can be inserted into the recess 31 of the bus bushing 5a.

In connecting the insulated bus 6, first, the connecting conductor 33 is pushed into the recess 31 of the first bus bushing 5 a to compress the spring 22, and the combined length of the central conductor 11 and the connecting conductor 33 is once shortened. To do. Next, the step portions 8b and 13b on the second bus bushing 5b side are made to coincide with each other, and the bolt 14 is tightened. When the spring 22 is released, the connection conductor 33 moves in the recess 31 with a spring force and is in good contact with the embedded conductor 30a.

Here, the connection conductor 33 is movably movable from the end of the center conductor 11 by the spring 22 and is well connected via the contactor 21. For this reason, according to the busbar connection device 1 of the first embodiment in which the main circuit composed of the connection conductor 33, the central conductor 11, the spring 22 and the contact 21 is defined as a flexible conductor, in addition to the effects of the first embodiment. In addition, since the tightening work of the bolts 14 can be reduced, the connecting work is facilitated.
