Description

The present invention relates to a shade elevating device that opens and closes a window frame and a shielding member such as a roman shade, which is disposed on the indoor side of the window frame, by elevating and lowering with a lifting string.

The apparatus described in the above-mentioned publicly known document 1 uses a curtain rail to which a cap for decoration is attached at both ends, and a gap corresponding to the length of the cap for decoration is provided between the vertical edge of the curtain and the indoor side wall surface. Occurs and the window cannot be completely covered. Therefore, a curtain rail receiving structure for attaching a curtain rail to which a decorative cap is attached has been invented so that the window can be completely covered with the curtain.

Therefore, in the known document 1, a curtain rail receiver is installed in a state in which the curtain rail receiving portion is brought close to the indoor side wall surface at the corner between the indoor side wall surface and the window side wall surface, and the curtain of the curtain rail receiver is installed. The rail receiving portion receives the end portion on the corner of the curtain rail without attaching a decorative cap. In order to allow the curtain rail receiving portion to receive the corner end portion of the curtain rail, the curtain rail receiving portion may be provided with a receiving hole for inserting the corner end portion of the curtain rail. You may make it make a side edge part and the said receiving hole into a screw, and screw both together.

In the structure configured as above, the corner end of the curtain rail is in the state of being close to the indoor side wall surface of the corner by the curtain rail holder that receives the corner end without the decorative cap. Installed.
JP-A-5-91940

Although the technique described in the above-mentioned publicly known document 1 is concerned only with the width of the window frame and the curtain when using a curtain rail to which a decoration cap is attached at both ends, the gap and distance between the window frame and the curtain There is nothing to be solved.

That is, there is a space that forms a window frame between the window and the curtain, but the space formed by the window frame is open on the curtain side, and convection is freely integrated with the indoor space. ing. In reality, the gap between the window frame and the curtain is involved in the convection of the indoor space, and is a factor that changes the temperature of the indoor space. Therefore, it is a factor that reduces the thermal efficiency of the indoor air conditioning.

Further, when the window frame is viewed from an oblique direction, the window frame or the outside of the window can be seen from the gap between the window frame, and the visual field blocking function is not performed, so that the appearance is not good.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such a fact, and can completely cover the inside of the window frame opening or more so as not to generate a gap between the shielding member and the window frame opening. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a shade lifting device that looks good even when viewed from above.

The shade lifting / lowering device according to claim 1 is formed in a window frame width size or formed slightly longer than the window frame width size, and includes a decorative member made of a metal plate attached to the indoor side surface side of the window frame; The lower end of the lifting / lowering string is lifted / lowered by winding or unwinding one end of the string, and the whole is attached in the window frame rather than the indoor side surface of the window frame on the counter-design surface side of the decorative member A lifting mechanism, and a lower end of the lifting strap attached to the lower part, arranged on the indoor side of the lifting mechanism, blocking visual perception between the room and the outdoors, and covering the upper part with the design surface of the decorative member And a member.

Therefore, the elevating mechanism arranged in the window frame has the lower end of the elevating string attached to the lower part of the shielding member with respect to the hanging direction of the shielding member attached to the indoor side of the window frame. The vector force acts in the direction of the window frame rather than the hanging direction, the window frame and the lower part of the shielding member are naturally gathered, and no gap is created between the shielding member and the window frame, thus blocking the influence of the outside air temperature, It is not involved in indoor convection, and the thermal efficiency of the indoor air conditioner can be improved. Further, since the window frame opening can be completely covered, and no gap is formed between the shielding member and the window frame opening, it is planar with respect to the indoor side window frame or the indoor side wall surface. Is wide, looks good from the inside, and does not represent an unnatural design on the window frame plane. And since the room | chamber interior and the outdoor are interrupted | blocked by the shielding member, it is effective with respect to crime prevention, and privacy can also be maintained. Even if the vector force does not act more in the window frame direction than the shielding member's hanging direction, it will be in the hanging direction of the mounting position, and it will look good and represent an unnatural design from the inside. The above-described effects can be achieved. And since the upper end of a shielding member is covered with the design surface of a decoration member, the appearance of the upper end of the said shielding member becomes good. In particular, the upper part of the shielding member is attached to the anti-design surface side of the decorative member through a member attaching means that can be separated and integrated, and covers the upper end of the shielding member with the indoor surface as the decorative surface. Is easy. Therefore, since the attachment position of the shielding member can be adjusted on the back surface of the decorative member, the height adjustment is easy, and the attachment state of the lifting mechanism is not questioned.

As described above, in the shade lifting device according to the first aspect, the window frame width size or the window frame width size is slightly longer, and the decorative member attached to the window frame and one end of the lifting string are wound or wound. The lower end of the hoisting string is lifted and lowered, and the elevating mechanism attached to the inside of the window frame on the counter-design surface side of the decorative member, and the lower end of the hoisting string is attached to the lower part, It is arrange | positioned indoors and comprises the shielding member with which the upper part is covered with the design surface of the said decoration member while interrupting the vision of the said room | chamber interior and the outdoor.

Therefore, the elevating mechanism disposed in the window frame opening has the lower end of the elevating string attached to the lower side with respect to the hanging direction of the shielding member attached to the indoor side window frame or the indoor side wall surface. Since the vector force acts in the window frame direction rather than the hanging direction of the member, the window frame and the lower part of the shielding member are naturally gathered, and there is no gap between the shielding member and the window frame. It is possible to block the influence of the outside air temperature in the window frame and improve the thermal efficiency of the indoor air conditioning equipment. Further, since the window frame opening can be completely covered, and no gap is formed between the shielding member and the window frame opening, it is planar with respect to the indoor side window frame or the indoor side wall surface. Is wide, looks good from the inside, and does not represent an unnatural design on the window frame plane. In particular, the upper part of the shielding member is on the counter-design surface side of the decorative member and covers the upper end of the shielding member with the indoor surface as the decorative surface, so that the assembly is easy. Therefore, since the decorative member is configured with the decorative attachment means, various means can be selected as a means for attaching the upper portion of the shielding member, and a firm and attractive attachment is facilitated.

Therefore, it can cover completely so that a clearance gap does not arise between a shielding member and an indoor side window frame or an indoor side wall surface, it looks good from the room, and the room looks wide. In addition, since the indoor and outdoor light shielding is complete, it is suitable for crime prevention and privacy is protected. Furthermore, since the mounting position of the shielding member can be adjusted on the back surface of the decorative member, the height adjustment is easy, and the mounting state of the lifting mechanism is not questioned from the viewpoint of appearance. .

Hereinafter, the shade raising / lowering apparatus of embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. Here, in each embodiment, the same code | symbol or the same symbol shows the component which is the same or corresponds.
Embodiment 1

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a shade lifting apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is used for a balloon-type roman shade of the shade lifting apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention and covers the outside of the window frame. FIG. 6A is an explanatory diagram when the shade is lifted and the flat type roman shade of the shade lifting apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention is an explanatory diagram when the outside of the window frame is covered. FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an attached state of the shielding member of the shade lifting apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.

In the figure, the shade elevating device of the present embodiment is used as a roman shade, and is an example of a case where a wooden window frame 1 embedded in a wall 2 such as concrete or earth wall is formed. A glass door 3 or the like is disposed on the window frame 1. The wooden window frame 1 may be provided with a metal sash such as an aluminum sash or an iron sash, or may be constructed directly without using the wooden window frame 1 or provided with a shelf board. Sometimes. When implementing the present invention, since the usage modes are basically the same, here, the description will be made on the assumption of the wooden window frame 1 without distinguishing them. The window frame opening means a spatial region through which light is transmitted.

The indoor side window frame is a region including the indoor side surface of the window frame 1, and the indoor side wall surface means a wall surface near the indoor side window frame 1.
The elevating mechanism 10 is disposed in the window frame 1 in which one end of the elevating string 12 is wound or unwound, and is an elevating device for the shielding member 20 made of a known shade or the like. The lifting mechanism 10 is disposed on the inner upper surface of the window frame 1. The attachment is performed by a known square frame type or L-shaped attachment 11 (see 70 in FIG. 10). In addition, the shielding member 20 of this embodiment is arrange | positioned by the indoor surface side of the window frame 1, and the raising / lowering mechanism 10 is attached to the upper inner surface in the window frame 1, and winds up one end of the raising / lowering string 12, and unwinds it. The balloon-type and flat-type roman shades are basically the same. In addition, as a usage form of the shielding member 20, it demonstrates here as a roman shade common to both.

Further, the other end side of the lifting / lowering string 12 having one end fixed to the lifting mechanism 10 is fixed to the lower end of the shielding member 20. A plurality of the hoisting strings 12 are usually arranged at intervals of about 20 to 50 cm in width of the shielding member 20. Between the lower end of the lifting / lowering string 12 and the lifting / lowering mechanism 10, a plurality of rings 13 b are arranged at various places on the shielding member 20, and the lifting string 12 is inserted therethrough. Accordingly, the plurality of rings 13b are integrally opened or closed sequentially. As shown in FIG. 10, the plurality of rings 13 used in this embodiment are a plurality of rings as ring tapes 13 (not shown) at intervals of about 10 to 30 cm between cloth tapes 13a (not shown). 13b is provided.

The upper end of the shielding member 20 is attached to the indoor side of the window frame 1 via a member attaching means 40 that can be separated and integrated. The member mounting means 40 is welded so that the nail foot 42 protrudes in succession a plurality of times on the metal band 41, and the metal band 41 is fixed to the window frame 1 with a wood screw 43 so that the nail foot 42 faces the indoor direction. To do. In this embodiment, the shielding member 20 has one end of the lifting / lowering string 12 attached to the lower part and the upper part attached to the indoor side of the window frame 1 via a member attaching means 40 that can be separated and integrated. Thus, since the upper part of the shielding member 20 is attached to the indoor side of the window frame 1 via the member attaching means 40 that can be separated and integrated, only the shielding member 20 is removed during washing. As a result, a single material can be obtained, which enables preferable cleaning.

The decorative member 30 of the present embodiment is made of a synthetic resin and is molded longer than the window frame size or the window frame size. The design surface 31 side, which is the interior decoration surface, is made of a hard synthetic resin, and the design surface 31 is formed by directly printing a wood pattern or a decoration pattern or attaching a printing paper or the like. Of course, there may be no pattern. The location where the nail foot 42 of the member mounting means 40 that forms the stepped portion 33 on the side of the counter-design surface 32 abuts is made of a soft synthetic resin. Therefore, the nail foot 42 of the member attaching means 40 is attached in a state where the decorative member 30 is attached to the soft synthetic resin of the step portion 33 on the counter-design surface 32 side. The decorative member 30 is attached to the window frame 1 by a plurality of decorative bolts 34. The decorative member 30 of this embodiment may be anything that covers the interior surface of the upper end of the shielding member 20 with the design surface 31 that is a decorative surface. Although not shown, the decorative member 30 is formed by extruding a synthetic resin, and only the end portion is joined and integrated with a member of an injection molded product.

In addition, the decorative member 30 of the present embodiment is made of a synthetic resin and is formed longer than the window frame size or the window frame size. However, when the present invention is implemented, the decorative member 30 is limited to the synthetic resin. It can also be made into a long decorative body formed using wood, bamboo, leather, or interlining. The elongated decorative member 30 formed using the interlining is preferably the same as or different from the shielding member 20.
Here, the plurality of decorative bolts 34 constitutes a decorative attachment means of the decorative member 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Note that this decorative bolt 34 may also be a screw that is covered with a decorative screw when the present invention is carried out.

Moreover, the well-known square frame type or L-shaped attachment 11 comprises the mechanism attachment means of embodiment of this invention.
As described above, the shade lifting device of the present embodiment has the lifting mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 that winds or unwinds one end of the lifting string 12 and the lower end of the lifting string 12 attached to the lower part. The shielding member 20 having the upper portion attached to the indoor side of the window frame 1 via a member attaching means 40 that can be separated and integrated, and the decorative member 30 that covers the interior surface of the upper end of the shielding member 20 with the design surface 31. To do.

Therefore, the elevating mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 attaches the lower end of the elevating string 12 to the lower part with respect to the hanging direction of the shielding member 20 attached to the indoor side of the window frame 1 via the member attaching means 40. Since the lifting / lowering string 12 of the lifting / lowering mechanism 10 is involved rather than the original hanging direction of the shielding member 20, the vector force acts in the window frame direction, so that the window frame 1 and the lower part of the shielding member 20 naturally move. It is settled. Even if the vector force does not act in the direction of the window frame 1 rather than the direction in which the shielding member 20 hangs down, it becomes the direction in which the mounting position hangs down, and it looks good from the inside and represents an unnatural design. There is nothing to do.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), when the shielding member 20 is placed outside the window frame 1, it extends to the entire outside of the window frame 1 and covers the entire outside of the window frame 1. Thus, no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1. In particular, in this embodiment, since the member attaching means 40 is provided on the indoor side of the window frame 1, the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b) is preferable.
As described above, since no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, the air in the window frame 1 blocks the influence of the outside air temperature and does not participate in the indoor convection. The thermal efficiency of the equipment can be improved.

Moreover, since the opening part of the window frame 1 can be covered completely and a clearance gap does not arise between the shielding member 20 and the opening part of the window frame 1, it is with respect to the indoor side window frame 1 or an indoor side wall surface. Since it is flat, the room is wide, it looks good from the inside, and it does not represent an unnatural design on the window frame plane. And the opening part of the window frame 1 can be covered completely, it is suitable for crime prevention, and privacy can be maintained.

2 (a) and 2 (b), the window frame 1 can be completely covered, and there is no gap between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, so that it can be viewed from the room. However, it does not represent an unnatural design. And since the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered by the decoration member 30 attached last, the appearance of the upper end of the shielding member 20 becomes good. And since the room | chamber interior and the outdoor are interrupted | blocked by the shielding member 20, it is effective with respect to crime prevention, and privacy can also be maintained. Even if the vector force does not act in the window frame direction rather than the hanging direction of the shielding member 20, it becomes the hanging direction of the mounting position, looks good from the inside, and represents an unnatural design. The above-mentioned effects can be achieved without any problems. And since the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered by the decoration member 30 attached last, the appearance of the upper end of the shielding member 20 becomes good.

Therefore, since the attachment position of the shielding member 20 can be adjusted on the back surface of the decorative member 30, the height adjustment is easy, and the attachment state of the elevating mechanism 10 is not questioned from the point of appearance. .
Further, since the shielding member 20 can be easily separated from the member mounting means 40, only the shielding member 20 can be washed alone during washing, so that no thread or the like is attached to the member mounting means 40.

By the way, in this Embodiment, although the shielding member 20 was demonstrated arrange | positioned in the upper chamber side of the window frame 1, when implementing this invention, the window frame 1 and a wall surface are the same plane, or the window frame 1 is the same. If it protrudes, the shielding member 20 can be constructed to the wall position extended to the left and right of the window frame 1.
Embodiment 2

FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an attached state of the shielding member of the shade lifting apparatus according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, and corresponds to the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG. Note that the same reference numerals or the same symbols as those in the above embodiment in the drawings indicate the same or corresponding components, and therefore, only the differences will be described in particular, and the items not described are the same as those in the above embodiment. Or it is a functional part to approximate.

In the figure, the shade lifting device of the present embodiment is an example in the case where a wooden window frame 1 embedded in a wall 2 such as concrete or earth wall is formed. The lifting mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 of this embodiment may be anything that can lift and lower the shielding member 20 by winding or unwinding one end of the lifting string 12. The configuration is not different from that of the first embodiment.
The decorative member 30A is made of a hard synthetic resin, and is usually formed to be the same as the window frame size or slightly longer than the window frame size. A permanent magnet 39a is embedded in the step portion 33a formed on the counter-design surface 32a of the decorative member 30A. The step portion 33 a is a projection 34 a for engaging with the upper portion of the window frame 1.

The stainless steel member mounting means 40A has a hinge-like shape, and an infinite number of sharp protrusions 43a are formed on the facing surface 42a that rotates about the shaft 41a, and the upper end of the shielding member 20 faces. An infinite number of sharp protrusions 43a on the surface are gripped by biting. With this hinge-shaped member mounting means 40A, the upper end of the covering member 20 is gripped and temporarily fixed at a predetermined position of the window frame 1, and when the position is determined, the hinge-shaped member is secured by the wood screw 44a or the nail. The attachment means 40A is prevented from opening and is attached to the window frame 1. When the mounting is completed, the decorative magnet 30a of the decorative member 30A is attracted to the member mounting means 40A, and the decorative member 30A is fixed to the window frame 1.

Therefore, both can be integrated with the member attaching means 40A gripping the upper end of the shielding member 20, and can be separated if necessary by opening the hinge-like member attaching means 40A. The joining of the member attaching means 40A and the shielding member 20 is not easily separated in the normal state.
Here, the permanent magnet 39a constitutes a decorative attachment means of the decorative member 30A according to the embodiment of the present invention. Further, the hinge-shaped member mounting means 40A constitutes the member mounting means of the embodiment of the present invention together with the fixing means such as the wood screw 44a or a nail or an adhesive.

As described above, the shade lifting device of the present embodiment has the lifting mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 that winds or unwinds one end of the lifting string 12 and the lower end of the lifting string 12 attached to the lower part. The shielding member 20 is attached to the interior side of the window frame 1 via a member attachment means 40A that can be separated and integrated, and the decorative member 30A covers the interior surface of the upper end of the shielding member 20 with a design surface 31a. To do.

Therefore, the elevating mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame opening attaches the lower end of the elevating string 12 to the lower side with respect to the hanging direction of the shielding member 20 attached to the indoor side of the window frame 1 via the member attaching means 40A. Therefore, the vector force acts in the direction of the window frame 1 rather than the original hanging direction of the shielding member 20, and the window frame 1 and the lower part of the shielding member 20 are naturally collected. For example, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, when the shielding member 20 is placed outside the window frame 1, the entire outside of the window frame 1 is covered, and the shielding member 20, the window frame 1, No gap is generated between them.
In particular, in this embodiment, the member mounting means 40A is provided on the indoor side of the window frame 1, and therefore the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b) is preferable.

By the way, in this Embodiment, although the shielding member 20 was demonstrated arrange | positioned in the upper interior side of the window frame 1, when implementing this invention, if the window frame 1 and a wall surface are the same plane, a window The shielding member 20 can be constructed up to the wall position extending to the left and right of the frame 1.

As described above, since no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, the air in the window frame 1 blocks the influence of the outside air temperature and is not involved in indoor convection. The thermal efficiency of can be improved. 2 (a) and 2 (b) can completely cover the window frame 1, and no gap is formed between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1. It looks good and does not represent an unnatural design. Moreover, since the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered with the decorative member 30A attached last, the appearance of the upper end of the shielding member 20 is improved. Even if the vector force does not act in the direction of the window frame 1 rather than the direction in which the shielding member 20 hangs down, it becomes the direction in which the mounting position hangs down, and it looks good from the inside and represents an unnatural design. There is nothing to do.

Further, the decorative member 30 of the present embodiment can be configured in the same manner as in the first embodiment.

Therefore, since the attachment position of the shielding member 20 can be adjusted on the back surface of the decorative member 30A, the height adjustment is easy, and the attachment state of the elevating mechanism 10 is not questioned. Therefore, since the attachment position of the shielding member 20 can be adjusted on the back surface of the decorative member 30A, the height adjustment is easy, and the attachment state of the lifting mechanism 10 is not questioned from the point of appearance. .

And since the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered with the decoration member 30A attached last, the appearance of the upper end of the shielding member 20 is improved.
Embodiment 3

FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an attached state of the shielding member of the shade lifting apparatus according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention, and corresponds to the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG.

The raising / lowering mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 of this embodiment may be anything that raises and lowers the shielding member 20 by winding or unwinding one end of the lifting / lowering string 12. The configuration is not different from that of the first embodiment.

The decorative member 30B is made of a hard synthetic resin and is usually molded slightly longer than the window frame size or the window frame size. An insert 36b made of a metal ribbon is embedded in the decorative member 30B, the design surface 31b side of the decorative member 30B is not easily deformed by temperature, and an engaging head 35bb that engages through the engaging recess 37b. Can be engaged in a stable state. One adhesive cloth 38b joined with an adhesive is disposed on the step portion 33b formed on the counter-design surface 32b side of the decorative member 30B.

An engagement pin 35b is driven into the wooden window frame 1. As described above, the engagement head portion 35bb of the engagement pin 35b is a portion that is engaged through the engagement recess portion 37b. The engagement member 37b is engaged with the engagement head portion 35bb to thereby decorate the decorative member. 30B is attached to the window frame 1.

The upper end of the shielding member 20 is attached to the indoor side on the counter-design surface side of the decorative member 30B by member attachment means 40B that can be separated and integrated. The member attaching means 40B is integrally joined by an adhesive cloth 38b joined to the counter-design surface 32b side of the decorative member 30B with an adhesive and an adhesive cloth 22 sewn to the upper end of the shielding member 20.

Accordingly, the adhesive cloth 38b of the member attaching means 40B and the adhesive cloth 22 sewn on the upper end of the shielding member 20 are joined together by the decorative member 30B being attached, and the engagement recess 37b and the engagement head 35bb are engaged. Accordingly, the adhesive cloth 38b of both decorative members 30B and the adhesive cloth 22 of the shielding member 20 are not easily separated. The decorative member 30B of this embodiment may be any member as long as the interior surface at the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered with the design surface 31b.

Here, the insert 36b made of a thin metal strip, the engagement recess 37b, and the engagement pin 35b having the engagement head 35bb that engages with the engagement recess 37b are attached to the decoration of the decoration member 30B according to the embodiment of the present invention. Means. Further, the adhesive cloth 38b of both the decorative members 30B and the adhesive cloth 22 of the shielding member 20 constitute the member attaching means of the embodiment of the present invention.

As described above, the shade lifting device of the present embodiment has the lifting mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 that winds or unwinds one end of the lifting string 12 and the lower end of the lifting string 12 attached to the lower part. The shield member 20 disposed on the indoor side of the window frame 1, and a member formed of an adhesive cloth 38b and an adhesive cloth 22 that can be separated and integrated with the upper portion of the shield member 20 on the counter-design surface 32b side. A decorative member 30B that is attached via the attaching means 40B and covers the upper end of the shielding member 20 with the interior surface as a design surface 31b is provided.

Therefore, the elevating mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 attaches the lower end of the elevating string 12 to the lower part with respect to the hanging direction of the shielding member 20 attached via the member attaching means 40B on the indoor side of the window frame 1. Therefore, the vector force acts in the direction of the window frame 1 rather than the direction in which the original shielding member 20 hangs down, and the window frame 1 and the lower part of the shielding member 20 naturally gather together, and the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1 Since there is no gap between them, the influence of the outside air temperature is blocked in the closed space of the window frame 1, and it is not involved in the indoor convection, so that the thermal efficiency of the indoor air conditioner can be improved. Even if the vector force does not act in the direction of the window frame 1 rather than the direction in which the shielding member 20 hangs down, it becomes the direction in which the mounting position hangs down, and it looks good from the inside and represents an unnatural design. There is nothing to do.

Further, if necessary, the window frame 1 can be completely covered with the shielding member 20, and no gap is formed between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1. It does not represent a natural design. And since the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered with the decoration member 30B attached last, the appearance of the upper end of the shielding member 20 becomes good. In particular, the upper part of the shielding member 20 is attached to the counter-design surface 32b side of the decorative member 30B via a member attaching means 40B that can be separated and integrated, and covers the upper end of the shielding member 20 as a design surface 31b that decorates the interior surface. Because it is a thing, assembly is easy.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), when the shielding member 20 is placed outside the window frame 1, it extends to the entire outside of the window frame 1 and covers the entire outside of the window frame 1. Thus, it is possible to prevent a gap from being generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1. In particular, in this embodiment, since the member mounting means 40B is provided on the indoor side of the window frame 1, the window frame 1 can be completely covered with the one shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and (b). Since no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, the appearance is good even when viewed from the room, and it is preferable that it does not represent an unnatural design.

As described above, since no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, the air in the window frame 1 blocks the influence of the outside air temperature and does not participate in the indoor convection. The thermal efficiency of the equipment can be improved.

Further, since the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered with the decorative member 30B to be attached last, the appearance of the upper end of the shielding member 20 is improved.

In this way, the opening of the window frame 1 can be completely covered, and no gap is formed between the shielding member 20 and the opening of the window frame 1, so that the window frame 1 on the indoor side or the side wall of the indoor side On the other hand, since it is planar, the room becomes wider, it looks good from the inside, and it does not represent an unnatural design on the window frame plane. And since the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered with the decoration member 30C attached last, the appearance of the upper end of the shielding member 20 is improved.

Therefore, since the attachment position of the shielding member 20 can be adjusted on the back surface of the decorative member 30B, the height adjustment is easy, and the attachment state of the lifting mechanism 10 is not questioned from the point of appearance. .
Embodiment 4

FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an attached state of the shielding member of the shade lifting apparatus according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention, and corresponds to the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG.

The raising / lowering mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 of this embodiment may be anything that raises and lowers the shielding member 20 by winding or unwinding one end of the lifting / lowering string 12. The configuration is not different from that of the first embodiment.

The decorative member 30C is made of a hard synthetic resin and is usually molded slightly longer than the window frame size or the window frame size. The decorative member 30C is integrally formed with a protruding portion 51 so that the decorative member 30C can be fixed to the window frame 1 with wood screws 52 or nails. Here, the protrusion 51 and the wood screw 52 located on the counter-design surface 32c side of the decorative member 30C constitute the decorative attachment means 50 of the present embodiment.

The upper end of the shielding member 20 is attached to the elevating mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 or the mechanism attaching means 14 on the indoor side. In the embodiment of FIG. 6, the lifting mechanism 10 is attached by an indoor fixture 14 a and an outdoor fixture 14 b extending in the length direction. The indoor-side fixture 14a and the outdoor-side fixture 14b have a symmetrical shape (the same shape), and are attached to the upper surface of the window frame 1 with wood screws 15. When the indoor fixture 14a protrudes, the decorative member 30C forms a recess that can absorb it.

In the embodiment of FIG. 6, an adhesive cloth 16 joined with an adhesive is provided on the indoor side of the indoor side fixture 14 a that fixes the lifting mechanism 10 in the length direction. An adhesive cloth 23 is also sewn on the upper end of the shielding member 20. The adhesive cloth 16 and the adhesive cloth 23 constitute the member attaching means 40C of the present embodiment.

Accordingly, regardless of the attachment state of the decorative member 30C, the adhesive cloth 16 on the indoor side of the fixture 14a and the adhesive cloth 23 on the upper end of the shielding member 20 are joined together, and the adhesive cloth 16 of the fixture 14a and the shielding member 20 are joined together. The adhesive cloth 23 is not easily separated. The decorative member 30 </ b> C prevents the upper end of the shielding member 20 joined by the adhesive cloth 16 and the adhesive cloth 23 from being exposed. In addition, the decorative member 30C of this embodiment should just cover the indoor surface of the upper end of the shielding member 20 with the design surface 31c.

The indoor-side fixture 14a and the outdoor-side fixture 14b extending in the length direction of the lifting mechanism 10 constitute a mechanism mounting means 14 when the present invention is implemented.

As described above, the shade lifting device of the present embodiment includes the lifting mechanism 10 disposed by the mechanism attaching means 14 in the window frame 1 that winds or unwinds one end of the lifting string 12, and the lifting string 12. The other end is attached to the lower part, the shielding member 20 attached to the indoor side of the lifting mechanism 10 disposed on the window frame 1, and the decorative member 30C that covers the upper part of the shielding member 20 with the indoor surface as the design surface 31c, The decorative member 30C is attached by a decorative attachment means 50 including a projecting portion 51 and a wood screw 52 located on the counter-design surface 32c side of the decorative member 30C.

Therefore, the lifting mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 has the lower end of the lifting / lowering string 12 attached to the lower part with respect to the hanging direction of the shielding member 10 attached to the indoor side of the window frame 1. Since the vector force acts in the direction of the window frame 1 rather than the direction in which the shielding member 20 hangs down, the window frame 1 and the lower part of the shielding member 20 naturally gather together, and no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1. Thus, the influence of the outside air temperature on the window frame 1 is blocked, and it is not involved in the indoor convection, so that the thermal efficiency of the indoor air conditioner can be improved. Even if the vector force does not act in the direction of the window frame 1 rather than the direction in which the shielding member 20 hangs down, it becomes the direction in which the mounting position hangs down, and it looks good from the inside and represents an unnatural design. There is nothing to do.

In addition, the inside of the window frame 1 can be completely closed, and no gap is formed between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, so that it looks good from the inside and represents an unnatural design. There is no.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, in the case where the shielding member 20 is placed inside the window frame 1, the shielding member 20, the window frame 1, The gap is not generated between the two. In particular, in this embodiment, since the member mounting means 40C is provided in the window frame 1, there is no gap between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, so that it looks good from the inside, It is preferable because it does not represent an unnatural design.

Moreover, since the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered with the decorative member 30C that is finally attached to the window frame 1, the appearance of the upper end of the shielding member 20 is improved. In particular, the upper part of the shielding member 20 is attached via a simple decorative attachment means 50 that can fix the protruding portion 51 located on the counter-design surface 31c side of the decorative member 30C using a wood screw 52, and the indoor surface as a decorative surface. Since the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered, the assembly is easy. Therefore, since the attachment position of the shielding member 20 can be adjusted on the back surface of the decorative member 30C, the height adjustment is easy, and the attachment state of the elevating mechanism 10 is not questioned from the point of appearance. .
Embodiment 5

FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an attached state of the shielding member of the shade lifting apparatus according to Embodiment 5 of the present invention, and corresponds to the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG. Moreover, FIG. 8 is a principal part front view which shows the member attachment means of the shielding member of the shade raising / lowering apparatus of Embodiment 5 of this invention.

The raising / lowering mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 of this embodiment may be anything that raises and lowers the shielding member 20 by winding or unwinding one end of the lifting / lowering string 12. The configuration is not different from that of the first embodiment.

The bracket 60 of the present embodiment is bent into a substantially L shape so as to be parallel to the wall surface direction on the indoor side from the upper surface position of the window frame 1, and the other end is also L-shaped so that the lifting mechanism 10 can be attached. It is bent into a shape. Two to five brackets 60 may be installed in the window frame 1 or one bracket 60 may be disposed as the length of the inner surface dimension of the window frame 1. The bracket 60 is located on the indoor side of the window frame 1 at a distance of 3 to 10 mm between the window frame 1 and a standing upright piece 61 located at the upper portion and a raised piece 62 located at the lower portion provided in a crank shape. have. Moreover, it has the engaging part 63 so that it may protrude below from the upper lower surface of the window frame 1, and the lower part of the raising / lowering mechanism 10 may be hold | maintained at the front-end | tip. The attachment portion 64 that is in close contact with the lower surface of the window frame 1 is configured to attach the bracket 60 to the lower surface of the window frame 1 with a wood screw 65a. The wood screws 65b and 65c are also attached to the indoor side surface of the window frame 1. Thus, the bracket 60 is attached to the indoor side surface of the window frame 1. Further, the auxiliary support piece having the engaging portion 66 that holds the opposite side of the engaging portion 63 that holds the lower part of the lifting mechanism 10 at the tip, on the opposite side of the engaging portion 63 that holds the lower portion of the lifting mechanism 10 at the tip. 67 is attached to the upper lower surface of the window frame 1 with a wood screw 65 a, so that the lifting mechanism 10 is fixed to the upper lower surface of the window frame 1.

The member attachment means 40D of the shielding member 20 shown in FIG. 8 is made of two stainless steel plates, and a plurality of attachment holes 46 common to both attachment plates 40AD, 40BD of the stainless steel plate are formed. The plurality of mounting holes 46 are fixed together by screwing both mounting plates 40AD and 40BD into screw holes 47a formed in the mounting plate 40AD. On the mounting plate 40AD, standing pieces 48 are formed in a plurality of rows (two in the figure) that are cut and raised in a substantially triangular shape. A fitting port 49 corresponding to the upright piece 48 of the mounting plate 40AD is formed in the mounting plate 40BD. The front end of the upright piece 48 can be inserted into the fitting port 49.

The mounting plate 40AD is integrally formed by sandwiching the upper portion of the shielding member 20 by the upright pieces 48 cut and raised in a substantially triangular shape in a plurality of rows and the fitting port 49 of the mounting plate 40BD, and screwing the screws 47 into the screw holes 47a. It sticks to.

The decorative member 30D is made of a synthetic resin and is molded longer than the window frame size. The design surface 31d side, which is the interior decoration surface, is made of a hard synthetic resin and forms a step portion 33d on the counter-design surface 32d side, and the upright piece 61 of the bracket 60 is accommodated at the upper end of the step portion 33d. The fitting part 34d to be formed is formed. The fitting portion 34d has a configuration in which the upright piece 61 is accommodated so that the lower end of the decorative member 30D is closely fitted so as not to float. Of course, the lower end of the decorative member 30 </ b> D may not be lifted by using the standing piece 62 formed on the lower side. The stepped portion 33d forms a step by a thickness that can accommodate the upright piece 61 and the upright piece 62. The decorative member 30D of this embodiment may be any member that covers the interior surface at the upper end of the shielding member 20 with the design surface 31d.

Here, the upright piece 61 of the bracket 60 and the fitting portion 34d that accommodates it constitute a decorative attachment means of the decorative member 30D according to the embodiment of the present invention. Further, the mounting plate 40AD and the mounting plate 40BD made of two stainless steel plates constitute the member mounting means 40D according to the embodiment of the present invention. And the attaching part 64 which has the engaging part 63 holding the raising / lowering mechanism 10, and the auxiliary | assistant support piece 67 which has the engaging part 66 comprise the mechanism attaching means in the case of implementing this invention. Depending on the embodiment, one or more of the decorative attachment means, the mechanism attachment means, and the member attachment means can be the same part of the bracket 60.

The member attaching means 40D attached to the upper part of the shielding member 20 configured as described above is configured such that the plurality of attachment holes 46 are inserted into the upright pieces 62 provided in the crank shape of the bracket 60, so that the indoor side of the window frame 1 is provided. It attaches to the bracket 60 attached to the surface. The bracket 60 is attached by fitting the fitting portion 34d of the decorative member 30D into the standing piece 61. In addition, you may use the standing piece 62 for attachment as needed.

As described above, the shade lifting device of the present embodiment winds or unwinds the bracket 60 bent so as to be parallel to the wall surface direction on the indoor side from the upper surface position of the window frame 1 and the one end of the lifting string 12. The lifting mechanism 10 attached to the bracket 60 in the window frame 1 and the other end of the lifting string 12 are attached to the lower part, and the upper part is attached to the indoor side of the bracket 60 via a member attaching means 40D that can be separated and integrated. The shielding member 20 and the decorative member 30D attached to the indoor side of the bracket 60 that covers the indoor surface at the upper end of the shielding member 20 with the design surface 31d are provided.

Therefore, the elevating mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 attaches the lower end of the elevating string 12 to the lower side with respect to the hanging direction of the shielding member 20 attached to the indoor side of the window frame 1 via the member attaching means 40D. Therefore, the vector force acts in the window frame direction rather than the original hanging direction of the shielding member 20, and the window frame 1 and the lower part of the shielding member 20 are naturally collected. For example, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the entire outside of the window frame 1 can be covered so that no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1. It is preferable to use this for the outside of the window frame 1.

In particular, in this embodiment, since the member mounting means 40D is provided on the indoor side of the window frame 1, the window frame 1 can be completely covered with the one shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and (b). Since no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, the appearance is good even when viewed from the room, and it is preferable that it does not represent an unnatural design.

As described above, since no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, the air in the window frame 1 blocks the influence of the outside air temperature and does not participate in the indoor convection. The thermal efficiency of the equipment can be improved.

And since the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered with the decoration member 30D attached last, the appearance of the upper end of the shielding member 20 becomes good. Therefore, since the attachment position of the shielding member 20 can be adjusted on the back surface of the decorative member 30D, the height adjustment is easy, and the attachment state of the lifting mechanism 10 is not questioned from the point of appearance. .

The shade lifting device of the present embodiment is bent at least from the inner upper surface position of the window frame 1 in parallel to the wall surface direction on the indoor side, and is attached to the window frame 1 and the window frame width size or Formed slightly longer than the width of the window frame, is attached to the bracket 60 on the counter-design surface 32d side, covers the interior side end of the bracket 60 with the design surface 31d, and winds up one end of the lifting / lowering string 12. The lower end of the lifting / lowering string 12 is lifted and lowered, and the lifting / lowering mechanism 10 which is connected to the bracket 60 on the counter-design surface 32d side of the decorative member 30D and is located in the window frame 1 and the lower end of the lifting / lowering string 12 are positioned below And a shielding member 20 which is disposed on the indoor side of the lifting mechanism 10 and blocks the visual perception between the room and the outside, and the upper part is covered with the design surface 31d of the decorative member 30D. Is shall.

Therefore, the elevating mechanism 10 disposed via the bracket 60 in the window frame 1 has the lower end of the elevating string 12 attached to the lower part with respect to the hanging direction of the shielding member 20 attached to the indoor side of the window frame 1. Therefore, since the vector force acts in the window frame direction rather than the original hanging direction of the shielding member 20, the window frame 1 and the lower part of the shielding member 20 are naturally gathered, and the shielding member 20 and the window frame Since there is no gap between the opening and the opening, the influence of the outside air temperature can be blocked in the window frame 1 and the thermal efficiency of the indoor air conditioner can be improved. In addition, the window frame opening can be completely covered, and no gap is formed between the shielding member 20 and the window frame opening, so that the window frame is flat with respect to the indoor side window frame 1 or the indoor side wall surface. The interior is wider and looks good from the inside, and does not represent an unnatural design on the window frame plane. And since the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered with the decoration member 30D, the appearance of the upper end of the shielding member 20 is improved. In particular, the upper part of the shielding member 20 is attached to the bracket 60 positioned on the counter-design surface 32d side of the decorative member 30D and covers the upper end of the shielding member 20 with the indoor surface as a decorative surface, so that the assembly is easy. .

Therefore, the decorative member 30D is attached to the upper part of the shielding member 20, and various attachment means can be selected, and a firm and good-looking attachment is facilitated, and there is a gap between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1. It can be completely covered so that it does not occur, and it looks good even when viewed from the room.

Embodiment 6

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a mounting state of the shielding member of the shade lifting apparatus according to Embodiment 6 of the present invention, and corresponds to the cross-sectional view of FIG. Note that the same reference numerals or the same symbols as those in the above embodiment in the drawings indicate the same or corresponding components, and therefore, only the differences will be described in particular, and the items not described are the same as those in the above embodiment. Or it is a functional part to approximate.

L-shaped metal fittings 70 (see FIG. 10 for details) are arranged at a plurality of locations in the window frame 1. This L-shaped metal fitting 70 constitutes a mechanism attaching means for attaching the lifting mechanism 10 of the present embodiment. An elevating mechanism that winds or unwinds one end of the hoisting string 12 on the anti-design surface side of the decorative member 30E by decorative mounting means (see 82 in FIG. 10 for details) including a pair of L-shaped metal fittings 80. 10 is attached. Of course, you may attach the raising / lowering mechanism 10 directly to the anti-design surface side of the decoration member 30E, without using the decoration attachment means which consists of a pair of L-shaped metal fittings 80. However, it is possible to dispose on the window side of the window frame 1 by using a decorative mounting means comprising a pair of metal fittings 80. In addition, when the raising / lowering mechanism 10 is directly screwed to the anti-design surface side of the decorative member 30E, the screw constitutes a decorative attachment means.

An adhesive cloth 39 is joined and disposed at the lower portion of the decorative member 30E on the counter-design surface side. An adhesive cloth 22 is sewn on the upper part of the shielding member 20. These adhesive cloth 39 and adhesive cloth 22 constitute member attachment means 40D.

A ring tape 13 (not shown) having a plurality of rings 13b arranged at intervals of about 10 to 30 cm is sewn on the side surface of the shielding member 20 as a ring tape 13 (not shown). . Therefore, the lifting / lowering string 12 descending from the lifting / lowering mechanism 10 is arranged to apply a force in the window side direction via the plurality of rings 13b.

In addition, since the L-shaped metal fitting 70 holding the raising / lowering mechanism 10 has the function to attach the decoration member 30E, it comprises the mechanism attachment means in the case of implementing this invention. In addition, the L-shaped metal fitting 70 constitutes a decorative attachment means for carrying out the present invention, assuming that the decorative member 30E is held. In other words, this embodiment shows that, depending on the embodiment, the decorative attachment means and the mechanism attachment means are the same part.

In the shade elevating device of this embodiment, first, an adhesive cloth 39 is bonded to the lower part of the decorative member 30E on the counter-design surface (back surface) side. And the raising / lowering mechanism 10 is attached to the counter-design side of the decoration member 30E using the mechanism attachment means which consists of a pair of metal fittings 80. Further, the adhesive cloth 22 of the member attachment means 40D is joined to the adhesive cloth 39 below the decorative member 30E. The ascending / descending mechanism 10 assembled in this way is attached to an L-shaped metal fitting 70 that has been attached to the window frame 1 in advance.

In this way, the window frame 1 is disposed by the mechanism attaching means including the L-shaped metal fitting 70, and is disposed on the side opposite to the design surface, and the lifting mechanism 10 for winding and unwinding one end of the lifting string 12. The decoration member 30E that covers the lifting mechanism 10 with a design surface and the lower end of the lifting string 12 are attached to the lower part and the upper part to the window frame 1 The shielding member 20 attached via the member attaching means 40D composed of the adhesive cloth 39 and the adhesive cloth 22 which can be separated and integrated on the counter-design surface side of the decorative member 30E arranged on the indoor side of the elevator mechanism 10 provided. It has.

Therefore, the elevating mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 attaches the lower end of the elevating string 12 to the lower side with respect to the hanging direction of the shielding member 20 attached to the indoor side of the window frame 1 via the member attaching means 40D.

As described above, since no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, the air in the window frame 1 blocks the influence of the outside air temperature and does not participate in the indoor convection. The thermal efficiency of the equipment can be improved.

2 (a) and 2 (b), the window frame 1 can be completely covered, and there is no gap between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, so that it can be viewed from the room. However, it does not represent an unnatural design. And since the upper end of the shielding member 20 is covered with the decoration member 30E attached last, the appearance of the upper end of the shielding member 20 becomes good. Therefore, since the attachment position of the shielding member 20 can be adjusted on the back surface of the decorative member 30E, the height adjustment is easy, and the attachment state of the elevating mechanism 10 is not questioned from the point of appearance. .
Embodiment 7

FIG. 10 is a component development view of the shade lifting apparatus according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 is a plan view (a) showing a mounting state of the shade lifting apparatus according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention, and a front view seen from the back. (B), bottom view (c), right side view (d), left side view (e). Moreover, FIG. 12 is the perspective view which looked at the attachment state of the shade raising / lowering apparatus of Embodiment 7 of this invention from the window side. Note that the same reference numerals or the same symbols as those in the above embodiment in the drawings indicate the same or corresponding components, and therefore, only the differences will be described in particular, and the items not described are the same as those in the above embodiment. Or it is a functional part to approximate.

L-shaped metal fittings 70 are disposed at a plurality of locations in the window frame 1. As shown in FIG. 11, the L-shaped metal fitting 70 is configured to engage the casing (curtain rail) of the elevating mechanism 10 by a claw disposed on the moving member 71 given an elastic force by a spring. Has been. By pressing the end 72, the claw disposed on the moving member 71 is disengaged from the casing of the elevating mechanism 10, and the elevating mechanism 10 can be removed from the L-shaped metal fitting 70. ing. A gap is generated between the window frame 1 and the lifting mechanism 10 due to the thickness of the L-shaped metal fitting 70 attached in the window frame 1.

An end sealing material 10A is inserted into one end of the elevating mechanism 10, and the mounting state is maintained by tightening the bolt 10C between the stopper 10B on the opening side of the elevating mechanism 10. . A string side end sealing material 10H is inserted into the other end of the elevating mechanism 10, and the mounting state is firmly secured by tightening the nut 10K and the bolt 10L between the stopper 10J on the opening side of the elevating mechanism 10. It is supposed to keep on. In the string side end sealing material 10H, a plurality of drawstrings are gathered so as not to intersect.

And in several places of the raising / lowering mechanism 10, the string conveyance member 10D which branches the string drooping from the raising / lowering mechanism 10 is arrange | positioned, and it is between the fastener 10E on the opening side of the raising / lowering mechanism 10, and nut 10F. The mounting state is firmly maintained by tightening with the bolt 10G.

An adhesive cloth 39 is joined and disposed at the lower part of the decorative member 30F on the counter-design surface side. An adhesive cloth 22 is sewn on the upper part of the shielding member 20. These adhesive cloth 39 and adhesive cloth 22 constitute the member attaching means of the embodiment of the present invention.

In addition, one or a plurality of lower attachments 82 provided with a U-shaped opening attached to the lower part of the lifting mechanism 10 are fixed to the anti-design surface side of the decorative member 30F. Then, one or a plurality of upper attachments 81 that are in contact with the upper part of the elevating mechanism 10 and hold the elevating mechanism 10 together with the one or more lower attachments 82 are fixed.

These lower fixture 82 and upper fixture 81 are assembled as follows.

Since a gap is generated between the window frame 1 and the lifting mechanism 10 due to the thickness of the L-shaped metal fitting 70 with respect to the lifting mechanism 10 attached to the window frame 1, an upper fixture 81 is inserted therein, It is brought into close contact with the upper surface of the lifting mechanism 10. At the same time, the lower attachment 82 is brought into close contact with the lower surface of the lifting mechanism 10. Here, lower attachments 82 are disposed at a plurality of locations of the lifting mechanism 10, and are firmly fixed to the opening side of the lifting mechanism 10 by tightening with nuts 82 a and bolts 82 b. Note that the L-shaped metal fitting 70 to which the lifting mechanism 10 is attached can be arranged in the reverse direction (symmetrical with respect to the vertical line) as shown.

The shade lifting apparatus according to the embodiment configured as described above is assembled as follows.

First, L-shaped metal fittings 70 are disposed at a plurality of appropriate positions in the window frame 1.

A string conveying member 10D for branching a string hanging down is attached to a plurality of places of the lifting mechanism 10, and an end sealant 10A is attached to the end, and a string side end sealant 10H is attached to the other end. It is attached and gathered so that a plurality of drawstrings do not cross from the string side end sealing material 10H.

In addition, one or more L-shaped lower fixtures 82 are fixed to the counter-design surface side of the decorative member 30F, and similarly, one or more upper fixtures 81 are fixed.

And the adhesive cloth 39 is joined to the lower part of the anti-design surface side of the decorative member 30F. Adhesive cloth 22 is sewn on the upper part of shielding member 20, and adhesive cloth 22 on the upper part of shielding member 20 is joined to adhesive cloth 39 on the lower part of decorative member 30F. At this time, when the shielding member 20 is disposed in the window frame 1, the shielding member 20 is set to a joining position having a length that makes light contact with the lower upper surface of the window frame 1. In particular, in the case where a weight is attached to the lower end of the shielding member 20, the weight of the weight is calculated as a joining position. The length when the shielding member 20 is disposed in the window frame 1 can be arbitrarily set by the joining position of the adhesive cloth 39 and the adhesive cloth 22.

With the L-shaped lower fixture 82 and the upper fixture 81 fixed to the anti-design surface side of the decorative member 30F, the adhesive cloth 22 on the upper part of the shielding member 20 is joined to the adhesive cloth 39 on the lower part of the decorative member 30F. Since the elevating mechanism 10 attached to the window frame 1 has a gap between the window frame 1 and the elevating mechanism 10 due to the thickness of the L-shaped metal fitting 70, an upper mounting tool 81 is inserted into the elevating mechanism 10. The lower attachment 82 is brought into close contact with the lower surface of the lifting mechanism 10. And the lower attachment tool 82 is arrange | positioned in the several places of the raising / lowering mechanism 10, and it is firmly fixed to the raising / lowering mechanism 10 by fastening to the opening side of the raising / lowering mechanism 10 with the nut 82a and the volt | bolt 82b. Therefore, attachment becomes possible comparatively simply (one touch). The lifting mechanism 10 is removed by pressing the end portion 72 with a screwdriver or the like so that the claws disposed on the moving member 71 disengage from the casing of the lifting mechanism 10 and the lifting mechanism 10 has an L-shape. It can be removed from the metal fitting 70.

As described above, in the shade lifting device of the present embodiment, the decorative member 30F is attached to the wall surface or the window frame indirectly (via the lifting mechanism 10) on the counter-design surface side that covers the interior surface with the design surface. A decorative member 30F having a decorative attachment means comprising an L-shaped lower fixture 82 and an upper fixture 81 disposed on the design surface side, and a mechanism comprising an L-shaped metal fitting 70 on the counter-design surface side of the decorative member 30F An elevating mechanism 10 that winds or unwinds one end of the hoisting string 12 attached by the attaching means, and a lower end of the hoisting string 12 is attached to the lower part, and the upper part is disposed on the indoor side of the elevating mechanism 10 disposed on the window frame 1. The shielding member 20 to which the member connection means which consists of the adhesive cloth 39 and the adhesive cloth 22 was attached to the back surface of the arrange | positioned decorative member 30F is comprised.

Therefore, the elevating mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 has the lower end of the elevating string 12 attached to the lower part with respect to the hanging direction of the shielding member 20 attached to the indoor side of the window frame 1 through the member attaching means. Therefore, the vector force acts in the window frame direction rather than the original hanging direction of the shielding member 20, and the window frame 1 and the lower part of the shielding member 20 are naturally collected. For example, as shown in FIG. 2A, the entire outside of the window frame 1 can be covered so that no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1. It is preferable to use it on the outside.

In particular, since this embodiment is provided with a member mounting means on the indoor side of the window frame 1, the window frame 1 can be completely covered with the one shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B. Since there is no gap between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, the appearance is good even when viewed from the room, and it is preferable that it does not represent an unnatural design.

As described above, since no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, the air in the window frame 1 blocks the influence of the outside air temperature and does not participate in the indoor convection. The thermal efficiency of the equipment can be improved. In addition, in the case where a weight is attached to the lower end of the shielding member 20, it is possible to set the joining position of the calculated length so that the weight does not collide with the window frame 1. The length when the shielding member 20 is disposed in the window frame 1 can be arbitrarily set by the relative joining position of the adhesive cloth 39 and the adhesive cloth 22.

The elevating mechanism 10 attached to the upper end of the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1 has a gap between the window frame 1 and the elevating mechanism 10 depending on the thickness of the L-shaped metal fitting 70. Since it is covered with 30F, it looks good. Therefore, since the attachment position of the shielding member 20 can be adjusted on the back surface of the decorative member 30F, the height adjustment is easy, and the attachment state of the elevating mechanism 10 is not questioned from the point of appearance. .

Further, in the present embodiment, the shielding member 20 has been described as being disposed on the upper room side of the window frame 1. However, when the present invention is implemented, if the window frame 1 and the wall surface are on the same plane, the window The shielding member 20 can be constructed up to the wall position extending to the left and right of the frame 1.
Embodiment 8

FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view showing an attachment state of the shielding member of the shade lifting apparatus according to Embodiment 8 of the present invention, and corresponds to the cross-sectional view of FIG.

10 for details) are arranged at a plurality of locations on the indoor side surface of the window frame 1. This decorative attachment means, which is attached integrally with the connector 10, can also be a U-shaped fitting. Of course, you may attach the raising / lowering mechanism 10 directly to the anti-design surface side of the decoration member 30E, without using the decoration attachment means which consists of a pair of L-shaped metal fittings 80. FIG. In addition, when the raising / lowering mechanism 10 is directly screwed to the counter-design surface side of the decorative member 30E, the screw constitutes a decorative attachment means.

An adhesive cloth 39 is joined to the lower portion of the decorative member 30E on the side opposite to the design surface by a staple needle, a screw, a nail, or the like. An adhesive cloth 22 that can be joined to and separated from the adhesive cloth 39 is sewn on the upper portion of the shielding member 20. These adhesive cloth 39 and adhesive cloth 22 constitute member attachment means 40D.

On the side surface of the shielding member 20, a ring tape 13 (see FIG. 12) having a plurality of rings 13b arranged at intervals of about 10 to 30 cm is sewn as a cloth tape 13a (see FIG. 12). . Therefore, the lifting / lowering string 12 descending from the lifting mechanism 10 is arranged to apply a force in the window side direction via the plurality of rings 13b, particularly the uppermost ring 13b.

In addition, since the L-shaped metal fitting 70 holding the raising / lowering mechanism 10 has the function to attach the decoration member 30E, it comprises the mechanism attachment means in the case of implementing this invention. Further, the same L-shaped metal fitting 70 constitutes a decoration attaching means when the present invention is implemented, assuming that the decoration member 30E is held. In other words, this embodiment shows that, depending on the embodiment, the decorative attachment means and the mechanism attachment means are the same part.

The mechanism attaching means comprising the L-shaped metal fitting 70 of the shade elevating device of this embodiment is disposed on the indoor side of the window frame 1 by the mechanism attaching means comprising the L-shaped metal fitting 70. In the case of implementing the above, not only the indoor side of the window frame 1 but also the surface located on the indoor side of the window frame 1, that is, a decorative surface such as a wall surface can be attached.

In the shade lifting device of this embodiment, first, an adhesive cloth 39 is joined to the lower part of the decorative member 30E on the counter-design surface (back surface) side, and a mechanism is attached to the counter-design side of the decorative member 30E. The lifting mechanism 10 is attached using the means. Further, the adhesive cloth 22 of the member attachment means 40D is joined to the adhesive cloth 39 of the decorative member 30E. The ascending / descending mechanism 10 assembled in this way is attached to an L-shaped metal fitting 70 that is attached in advance to the inner surface of the window frame 1 such as the indoor side surface or the indoor side wall surface.

As described above, the lifting mechanism 10 that is arranged on the indoor side surface of the window frame 1 by the mechanism attaching means including the L-shaped metal fitting 70 and winds up or unwinds one end of the lifting string 12, and the anti-design. By attaching the elevating mechanism 10 by a decoration attaching means comprising an L-shaped metal fitting 70 disposed on the surface side, the decorative member 30E that covers the elevating mechanism 10 with a design surface and the lower end of the elevating string 12 are attached to the lower part, and the upper part Is attached to the counter-design surface side of the decorative member 30E disposed on the indoor side of the lifting mechanism 10 disposed on the window frame 1 through a member mounting means 40D composed of an adhesive cloth 39 and an adhesive cloth 22 that can be separated and integrated. And a shielding member 20.

Therefore, the elevating mechanism 10 arranged on the indoor side surface side of the window frame 1 has the lower end of the elevating string 12 attached to the lower part of the shielding member 20 attached to the indoor side of the window frame 1. As long as the lifting / lowering string 12 attached to the lifting / lowering mechanism 10 is involved rather than the hanging direction of the member 20, the vector force acts in the window frame direction, and the window frame 1 and the lower part of the shielding member 20 are naturally collected. Even if the vector force does not act in the direction of the window frame 1 rather than the direction in which the shielding member 20 hangs down, it becomes the direction in which the mounting position hangs down, and it looks good from the inside and represents an unnatural design. There is nothing to do.

Even if it is the case of the L-shaped metal fitting 70 previously attached to the inner surface of the window frame 1 such as the indoor side surface or the indoor side wall surface, it can be similarly attached. In this case, a space must be generated between the indoor surface of the window frame 1 and the shielding member 20. However, the member mounting means comprising the adhesive cloth 39 and the adhesive cloth 22 is made as short as possible from the interior side surface of the window frame 1 or the inner surface of the indoor side wall to the distance on the counter-design surface side of the decorative member 30E. By 40D, the space | interval between the indoor surface of the window frame 1 and the shielding member 20 can be decreased as much as possible.

Moreover, since the opening part of the window frame 1 can be covered completely and a clearance gap does not arise between the shielding member 20 and the opening part of the window frame 1, it is with respect to the window frame 1 or indoor side wall surface on the indoor side. Since it is flat, the room is wide, it looks good from the inside, and it does not represent an unnatural design on the window frame plane. And the opening part of the window frame 1 can be covered completely, it is suitable for crime prevention, and privacy can be maintained.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, since the shielding member 20 is provided on the indoor side of the window frame 1, the shielding member 20 extends over the entire window frame 1, and Covering the entire indoor side, the gap between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1 can be reduced as much as possible.

Therefore, since the attachment position of the shielding member 20 can be adjusted on the back surface of the decorative member 30E, the height adjustment is easy, and the attachment state of the elevating mechanism 10 is not questioned from the point of appearance. .
Embodiment 9

FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view showing the attachment state of the shielding member of the shade lifting apparatus according to Embodiment 9 of the present invention, and corresponds to the cross-sectional views of FIGS. 1 and 13. In particular, the present embodiment assumes that the basic configuration is the same as that of the embodiment of FIG. 13, and that the L-shaped metal fitting 90 and the U-shaped metal fitting 95 hold the decorative member 30E. Thus, the decorative attachment means for carrying out the present invention is constituted. That is, this embodiment is different from the embodiment of FIG. 13 in that the decoration attaching means and the mechanism attaching means are separate parts.

Note that the same reference numerals or the same symbols as those in the above embodiment in the drawings indicate the same or corresponding components, and therefore, only the differences will be described in particular, and the items not described are the same as those in the above embodiment. Or it is a functional part to approximate.

In FIG. 14, an L-shaped metal fitting 90 is formed by bending or casting a sheet metal, and on one surface, a plurality of screw holes 91 for screwing the decorative member 30E with a wood screw or the like are formed. ing. The U-shaped metal fitting 95 is formed by cutting or casting a sheet metal, and is attached to the lower surface of the window frame 1. Specifically, a plurality of screw holes 96 for screwing both side planes with wood screws or the like are formed in both side planes. In the present embodiment, the screw hole 96 is an oval hole to improve the mounting workability by the wood screw. The central step portion sandwiched between the two side surfaces forms a space for inserting the other surface of the L-shaped metal fitting 90 together with the window frame 1. When the other surface of the L-shaped metal fitting 90 is inserted in a state where the U-shaped metal fitting 95 is attached to the window frame 1, the decorative member 30E can be attached to the window frame 1. At this time, about 1 to 5 U-shaped metal fittings 95 are attached to the window frame 1 depending on the length, weight, shape, material, and the like of the decorative member 30E, and the number of L-shaped metal fittings 90 corresponding thereto is the same. It is attached to the decorative member 30E.

In addition, if the other surface of the L-shaped metal fitting 90 is inserted in a state where the U-shaped metal fitting 95 is attached to the window frame 1, the decorative member 30E can be attached to the window frame 1. However, in order to firmly attach the decorative member 30E to the window frame 1, the U-shaped metal fitting 95 is provided with a detachment prevention screw hole 97, and the screw is screwed into the L-shaped metal fitting 90. It is fixed so that it does not come out.

The shade lifting device of the present embodiment is bent at least from the inner upper surface position of the window frame 1 in parallel to the wall surface direction on the indoor side, and is attached to the window frame 1 and a window frame width size or Formed slightly longer than the width of the window frame, is attached to the metal fitting 70 on the counter-design surface side, covers the interior side end of the metal fitting 70 with the design surface, and winds one end of the lifting string 12 The lower end of the lifting / lowering string 12 is lifted and lowered, and the lifting / lowering mechanism 10 connected to the metal fitting 70 on the counter-design side of the decorative members 30E and 30F and the lower end of the lifting / lowering string 12 is connected to the metal frame 70. Attached to the lower part, disposed on the indoor side of the lifting mechanism 10, blocks visual perception of the room and the outside, and has an upper part attached to the opposite side of the decorative member 30E, 30F, and the upper part is a decorative member 30E, 3 Those comprising a shielding member 20 which is covered by the design surface of the F.

Therefore, it attaches to the metal fitting 70 to which the elevating mechanism 10 is attached on the side of the anti-design surface of the decorative members 30E and 30F, and further attaches the shielding member 20 to the side of the anti-design surface of the decorative members 30E and 30F. Therefore, since the shielding member 20 is attached to the decorative members 30E and 30F, and it is completed by simply attaching it to the metal fitting 70 provided with the lifting mechanism 10 in the window frame opening, the attachment workability is good. Moreover, since the lower end of the lifting / lowering string 12 is attached to the lower part with respect to the hanging direction of the shielding member 20 attached to the indoor side window frame, at least the vector force in the window frame direction rather than the original hanging direction of the shielding member 20 Since the window frame 1 and the lower part of the shielding member 20 are naturally gathered and no gap is formed between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, the influence of the outside air temperature in the window frame 1 is blocked. Therefore, the thermal efficiency of the indoor air conditioner can be improved. Moreover, since the window frame 1 can be completely covered and no gap is formed between the shielding member 20 and the window frame 1, it looks good from the inside and represents an unnatural design. Absent. And since the attachment position of the shielding member 20 can be adjusted on the back surface of the decorative members 30E and 30F, the height adjustment is easy, and also from the point of appearance, the attachment means for the elevating mechanism 10; The state is not questioned. Further, the metal fittings for attaching the decorative members 30E, 30F to the window frame 1 are a pair of metal fittings 70 connected to the decorative members 30E, 30F and the window frame 1, and therefore can be easily attached by the combination of the pair of metal fittings 70. it can.

Therefore, it can cover completely so that a clearance gap may not arise between the shielding members 30E and 30F and the window frame 1 on the indoor side, it looks good from the room, and the room looks wide. In addition, since the indoor and outdoor light shielding is complete, it is suitable for crime prevention and privacy is protected. Furthermore, since the mounting position of the shielding member 20 can be adjusted on the back surfaces of the decorative members 30E and 30F, the height adjustment is easy, and the lifting mechanism 10 and the mechanism mounting thereof can be viewed from the viewpoint of appearance. The means 14 and its mounting state are not questioned.

By the way, the decorative attachment means, member attachment means, and mechanism attachment means described in the above embodiments are not realizable only in specific examples, and are used in combination with each other when implementing the present invention. can do.

In addition, as described in each of the above embodiments, when the present invention is carried out, it is possible to adjust the mounting position of the shielding member on the back surface of the decorative member. And from the point of appearance, the attachment means of a raising / lowering mechanism and its state are not ask | required.
