本発明は、家電製品等の廃棄物や各種資源ごみなどを運搬するために使用し、空荷のときには折り畳み可能な前後左右の枠を有する比較的大型の折り畳み式コンテナーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
廃棄物や各種資源ごみなどを回収し再利用するリサイクルシステムの確立に伴い、それらを運搬する専用のコンテナーが求められ、様々な形状、機能を備えたものが出回っている。それらは浅いものや深いもの、下開き式のもの、折り畳み式のものなどがあり、主な先行技術には特開平６−１３５４４３号、同７−２９１２８５号、同１０−１１４３３４号、実開平４−２１４３３号等がある。しかしこれら先行技術はときに粗大ごみなどと呼ばれるＴＶや冷蔵庫、エアコンディショナー、洗濯機などの大型の家庭電化製品の回収には余り適さない。相対的に小型の廃棄物を収容することを目的としているからである。

前記の先行技術及び前記以外の先行技術は、折り畳み構造を持ってはいても、折り畳みのために前後左右の枠をどのように扱うかについて言及するところが少い。本発明の対称となる比較的大型のコンテナーは、例えば積載量１０ｔのトラックに数台を積み込む程度の大型であるが、このようなコンテナーでは折り畳み及び組み立ての際の前後左右の枠の取り扱いが非常に重要となる。大型になればなるほど重量が増し、組み立て、折り畳みが困難となり、ときには危険が伴なうからである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は前記の点に鑑みなされたものであって、その課題は比較的大型の折り畳み式コンテナーであっても、１人の作業者で安全に組み立て、折り畳みが行えるようにすることである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題等を解決するため本発明は、後枠及び左右の枠を荷台である床枠に下辺部を、それぞれヒンジ部にて回転により折り畳み可能に取り付け、前記それぞれのヒンジ部のうち左右の枠を荷台である床枠に下辺部にてとりつけたヒンジ部は、左右の枠の下部に内方へ向けて突出するように設けられた支片と、この支片を床枠の突出部に軸結合した支軸とからなり、支片は、左右の枠の折り畳み時に床枠上に畳まれた後枠に左右の枠が当たらないようにスペースを提供可能な長さを有するとともに、後枠及び左右の枠を床枠上に重ねられるようにし、左右の枠は組み立て及び折り畳みの途中に１個ずつ自立可能にする支持部を有し、支持部は床枠に設けられている突出部との間で係合可能な係合子を含むものとし、自立した左右の枠に後枠を掛け止め可能にする掛止部を後枠及び左右の枠との間に有し、前枠は正面開口を開閉可能な扉として左右の枠の双方又は一方に取り付けるという手段を講じたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の折り畳み式コンテナーは、家電製品等の廃棄物や各種資源ごみなどの運搬に使用する。コンテナーは前後左右の枠を有し、空荷のときにはそれらの折り畳みが可能である。大型家電製品や粗大ごみ等の収容のためにコンテナーは比較的大型であることが望まれる。ここで大型とは例えば１人では支えにくいか支えられない形状又は重さの折り畳み部材を有するものとする。
