Description

The present invention relates to a diaphragm for a portable device speaker provided on a screen of a portable device, a manufacturing method for manufacturing the diaphragm, and a manufacturing apparatus used in the manufacturing method.

In general, a mobile device such as a mobile phone is provided with a screen for displaying images, characters, and the like and a speaker for outputting sound such as a ringtone. In recent years, the size of the screen has been increased in order to increase the amount of information that can be displayed at one time, while the size of portable devices has been reduced in order to facilitate carrying. Therefore, the space for disposing the speakers is becoming narrower in portable devices. As a result, the diaphragm of the speaker must be made small, and it becomes difficult to ensure a sufficient sound pressure.

Therefore, in a portable device, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a transparent resin diaphragm provided on a screen is vibrated by a vibration source including a permanent magnet and a voice coil. Thus, a speaker that converts an electrical signal into sound may be used.

The diaphragm disclosed in Patent Document 1 is divided into a plate-like vibrating part that is vibrated by a vibration source and a frame-like holding part that is held by a portable device. An elastic part made of an elastic material is provided between the vibrating part and the holding part, and the elastic part is joined to the vibrating part and the holding part. Thus, by providing the elastic part between the vibration part and the holding part, the vibration part is elastically supported by the holding part, and the vibration of the vibration part is allowed.
JP 2002-252895 A

By the way, a resin-made diaphragm like patent document 1 is often manufactured using an injection molding method. Since this injection molding method is a method in which a resin material is caused to flow into the mold cavity through the resin material passage, the downstream end of the resin material passage opens in the molding surface. By opening the resin material passage on the molding surface, the resin material in the vicinity of the cavity of the resin material passage is separated from the surfaces of the vibration portion and the holding portion when the vibration portion and the holding portion are separated from the molding surface after molding. It will be. As a result, a trace of a resin material passage called a gate trace remains on the vibrating portion and the holding portion. Among these vibrating parts and holding parts, the traces of the resin material passage remaining in the vibrating part are conspicuous and easily noticeable by the user because the vibrating part covers the screen, deteriorating the appearance of the diaphragm. It becomes a factor. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the trace of the resin material passage remaining in the vibration part, and it is difficult to reduce the number of manufacturing steps of the vibration plate.

The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and the object of the present invention is to prevent the trace of the resin material passage from appearing on the appearance of the vibration part when the vibration plate is manufactured using an injection molding method. Thus, it is necessary to improve the appearance of the diaphragm while eliminating the work of removing the trace of the resin material passage, and to reduce the number of manufacturing steps of the diaphragm.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, as the invention of the diaphragm of the speaker for portable equipment, a joint surface to which the elastic portion is joined is provided on the vibration portion, and a trace of the resin material passage is left on the joint surface. I did it.

Specifically, the diaphragm of the speaker for portable devices provided on the screen of the portable device is the target.

And it is formed in the shape of a plate that covers the screen, and is provided with a resin-made vibration part that is vibrated by a vibration source and spaced from the outer periphery of the vibration part, and is held by the case of the portable device. And an elastic portion that is provided between the vibrating portion and the holding portion and elastically supports the vibrating portion with respect to the holding portion, and the vibrating portion is provided with a joint surface to which the elastic portion is joined. In addition, the joint surface has a structure in which a trace of a resin material passage formed when the vibrating portion is molded with a molding die is left.

According to this configuration, since the elastic portion is bonded to the bonding surface of the vibration portion, the trace of the resin material passage remaining on the bonding surface is covered and hidden by the elastic portion. Thereby, the trace of the resin material passage does not appear on the appearance of the vibration part.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, as a manufacturing method of manufacturing a diaphragm for a speaker for a portable device, when a resin material is allowed to flow into the vibration part molding cavity after forming the vibration part molding cavity, the elastic part of the vibration part It was made to flow in from the part corresponding to the surface which joins.

Specifically, a vibration part that is formed in a plate shape that covers the screen and is vibrated by a vibration source, and a holding part that is provided at a distance from the outer peripheral part of the vibration part and is held by the case of the mobile device, And manufacturing a diaphragm for a speaker for a portable device provided with an elastic portion provided between the vibrating portion and the holding portion, joined to the vibrating portion and the holding portion, and elastically supporting the vibrating portion with respect to the holding portion. The manufacturing method is intended.

And a step of closing the movable mold and the fixed mold, and forming a vibration part molding cavity and a holding part molding cavity by the first molding surface of the movable mold and the second molding surface of the stationary mold, and resin A step of flowing material into the vibrating portion molding cavity from a position corresponding to a surface to which the elastic portion of the vibrating portion is joined by a resin material passage, and a flow of resin material into the holding portion molding cavity through the resin material passage. And the movable mold and the fixed mold in a state where the primary molded product obtained by solidifying the resin material flowing into the vibration part molding cavity and the holding part molding cavity is held on the first molding surface. And opening the movable mold holding the primary molded product until the primary molded product faces the third molding surface of the fixed mold to close the movable mold and the fixed mold. Elastic part molding carrier Forming a tee and allowed to flow into the elastic material in the elastic portion molding cavities a structure and a step of integrally molded with the primary molded product.

According to this configuration, the movable mold and the stationary mold are opened after the resin material flowing into the vibrating section molding cavity and the holding section molding cavity formed by closing the mold is solidified. Then, the resin material in the vicinity of the vibration part molding cavity in the resin material passage is separated from the vibration part, and the resin material in the vicinity of the holding part molding cavity in the resin material passage is separated from the holding part. At this time, since the resin material is caused to flow into the vibration part molding cavity from a position corresponding to the surface to which the elastic part of the vibration part is joined, the vibration part has a resin material passage on the surface to which the elastic part is joined. Traces remain. Then, when the elastic material is caused to flow into the elastic part molding cavity formed by closing the movable mold and the fixed mold after moving the movable mold, the elastic material is joined to the elastic part of the vibration part. The elastic part is formed by spreading so as to cover the surface. Therefore, the trace of the resin material passage remaining in the vibration part is covered with the elastic part. Thereby, the trace of the resin material passage does not appear on the appearance of the vibration part.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, as a manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a diaphragm for a portable device speaker, a resin material passage is provided in a fixed mold, and a communicating portion with a vibration portion molding cavity in the resin material passage is provided as an elastic portion of the vibration portion. The part is positioned at a location corresponding to the surface to be joined.

Targeting manufacturing equipment.

Then, a movable mold having a first molding surface for molding one of the front side and the back side of the primary molded product provided with the vibrating part and the holding part, and a second molding for molding the other of the front side and the back side of the primary molded product. A fixed mold having a surface and a third molding surface for molding the elastic portion, and a position of the movable mold, a first position where the first molding surface of the movable mold and the second molding surface of the fixed mold face each other. A movable mold moving means for switching to a second position where the first molding surface of the movable mold and the third molding surface of the fixed mold are opposed to each other, and the movable mold is in the first position. Sometimes the movable mold and the stationary mold are closed to form a vibration part molding cavity and a resin material passage communicating with the holding section molding cavity, the fixed mold is provided, and the movable mold is in the second position. The elastic part formed by closing the movable mold and the fixed mold when the An elastic material passage communicating with the shaping cavity, a resin material injection means connected to the upstream end of the resin material passage, and an elastic material injection means connected to the upstream end of the elastic material passage, the resin material The communicating part of the passage with the vibrating part forming cavity is positioned at a location corresponding to the surface to which the elastic part of the vibrating part is joined.

According to this configuration, when the movable mold is moved to the first position by the movable mold moving means and the movable mold and the fixed mold are closed, the vibration part forming cavity and the holding part forming cavity are formed. The resin material injected from the resin material injection means flows into the vibration part molding cavity and the holding part molding cavity through the resin material passage. At this time, the resin material flowing into the vibration part forming cavity flows in from a position corresponding to a surface to which the elastic part of the vibration part is joined. When the movable mold and the fixed mold are opened after the resin material flowing into these cavities is solidified, the resin material in the vicinity of the vibration portion molding cavity of the resin material passage is separated from the vibration portion, and the holding portion of the resin material passage The resin material in the vicinity of the molding cavity is separated from the holding portion. At this time, since the resin material is caused to flow into the vibration part molding cavity from a position corresponding to the surface to which the elastic part of the vibration part is joined, the vibration part has a resin material passage on the surface to which the elastic part is joined. Traces remain. Thereafter, when the movable mold is moved to the second position by the movable mold moving means and the mold is closed, an elastic portion forming cavity is formed. The elastic material injected from the elastic material injection means flows into the cavity through the elastic material passage. When the elastic material flows into the elastic part molding cavity, the elastic material is spread and molded so as to cover the surface to which the elastic part of the vibration part is joined to become an elastic part. Therefore, similarly to the invention of claim 2, the trace of the resin material passage of the vibration part is covered with the elastic part and does not appear on the appearance of the vibration part.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the vibration portion is provided with a joining surface to which the elastic portion is joined, and a trace of the resin material passage formed when the vibrating portion is molded with the molding die is left on the joining surface. Therefore, the trace of the resin material passage can be covered and hidden by the elastic portion. Thereby, a good-looking diaphragm can be obtained without removing the trace of the resin material passage, and the number of manufacturing steps of the diaphragm can be reduced.

According to the invention of claim 2, after the movable die and the fixed die are closed, the resin material is caused to flow into the vibrating portion molding cavity from a position corresponding to the surface where the elastic portion of the vibrating portion is joined. Therefore, the vibration part can leave a trace of the resin material passage on the surface where the elastic part is joined. And since the trace of the resin material passage remaining in the vibration portion can be covered and hidden by the elastic portion, a good-looking diaphragm can be obtained without removing the trace of the resin material passage, and vibration can be obtained. It is possible to reduce the number of manufacturing steps of the plate.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the communicating part of the resin material passage with the vibration part molding cavity is located at a position corresponding to the surface to which the elastic part of the vibration part is joined, the vibration part is molded after the vibration part is molded. The part can leave a trace of the resin material passage on the surface where the elastic part is joined. Thus, similarly to the effect of the second aspect of the invention, a diaphragm having a good appearance can be obtained without removing the trace of the resin material passage, and the number of manufacturing steps of the diaphragm can be reduced.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Further, the separation distance between the third molding surface 34 and the lower second molding surface 33 is also set to be substantially the same as the separation distance between the upper first molding surface 30 and the lower first molding surface 31.

The upper second molding surface 32 and the lower second molding surface 33 are flat surfaces 32a and 33a, and annular ridge portions 32b and 33b that mold the outer peripheral portion of the vibration portion 2 and the inner peripheral portion of the holding portion 3, respectively. It consists of The third molding surface 34 is a flat surface.

The movable mold 25 is moved in the vertical direction by a slide device 36 as a movable moving means. The slide device 36 is composed of a fluid pressure cylinder that operates with fluid pressure. By this slide device 36, the movable mold 25 is switched between the first position of the rising end shown in FIG. 7 and the second position of the lowering end shown in FIG. When the movable mold 25 is in the first position, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, the upper first molding surface 30 faces the upper second molding surface 32, and the lower first molding surface 31 is the third molding. Opposite the surface 34. On the other hand, when the movable mold 25 is in the second position, as shown in FIG. 9, the upper first molding surface 30 faces the third molding surface 34 and the lower first molding surface 31 is the lower second molding. Opposite the surface 33.

As shown in FIG. 7, when the movable mold 25 and the fixed mold 26 are closed with the movable mold 25 as the first position, the upper part first molding surface 30 and the upper second molding surface 32 cause the vibration part molding cavity 40. And the holding part forming cavity 41 is formed. Further, at this time, when the primary molded product 27 is held on the lower first molding surface 31, an elastic portion molding cavity (not shown) is formed by the third molding surface 34.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 9, when the movable mold 25 is closed at the second position, the vibrating portion molding cavity 40 and the holding portion molding cavity are formed by the lower first molding surface 31 and the lower second molding surface 33. 41 is formed. Further, at this time, when the primary molded product 27 is held on the upper first molding surface 30, an elastic portion molding cavity 44 is formed by the third molding surface 34.

An upstream resin material passage 45 to which the resin material injection device 22 is connected is formed in the fixed mold 26. Further, in the fixed mold 26, an upper resin material passage through which resin material flows into the vibration part molding cavity 40 and the holding part molding cavity 41 formed by closing the movable mold 25 when it is in the first position. 46 and a lower resin material passage 47 that allows the resin material to flow into the vibration part molding cavity 40 and the holding part molding cavity 41 formed by closing the mold when the movable mold 25 is in the second position. ing.

The upper resin material passage 46 is branched downstream into a first passage 46a and a second passage 46b. The downstream end of the 2nd channel | path 46b is opening to the part which shape | molds the vibration part side plane part 2b in the protrusion part 32b. That is, the downstream end of the upper resin material passage 46 is a communication portion between the vibration part molding cavity 40 and the holding part molding cavity 41, and as shown in FIG. 5B, the resin material is the first passage 46a. By this, it flows into the holding part molding cavity 41 from a location corresponding to the surface to which the elastic part 4 of the holding part 3 is joined. In addition, the resin material flows into the vibration part molding cavity 40 from a position corresponding to a surface to which the elastic part 4 of the vibration part 2 is joined by the second passage 46b.

Similarly to the upper resin material passage 46, the lower resin material passage 47 also branches into a first passage 47a and a second passage 47b. The downstream end of the 1st channel | path 47a is opened to the part which shape | molds the holding | maintenance part side plane part 3b in the protrusion part 32b. The downstream end of the 2nd channel | path 46b is opening to the part which shape | molds the vibration part side plane part 2b in the protrusion part 32b. That is, the downstream end of the lower resin material passage 47 is a communication portion between the vibration part molding cavity 40 and the holding part molding cavity 41, and the resin material is sent to the elastic part 4 of the holding part 3 by the first passage 47 a. Flows into the holding portion molding cavity 41 from a location corresponding to the surfaces to be joined. In addition, the resin material flows into the vibration part molding cavity 40 from a position corresponding to a surface to which the elastic part 4 of the vibration part 2 is joined by the second passage 47b.

The fixed mold 26 is provided with a passage switching device 50 that allows the upstream resin material passage 45 to communicate with one of the upper resin material passage 46 and the lower resin material passage 47. The passage switching device 50 includes a cylinder 51 extending in the vertical direction and having an upper end opened, a piston 52 inserted into the cylinder 51, and a piston drive device 53 that moves the piston 52 in the direction of the center line of the cylinder 51. Yes. A downstream end of the upstream resin material passage 45 is opened on the inner surface of the cylinder 51. Further, on the inner surface of the cylinder 51, an upstream end of the upper resin material passage 46 and an upstream end of the lower resin material passage 47 are opened on the side opposite to the opening of the upstream resin material passage 45. . The upstream end of the upper resin material passage 46 is located above the upstream end of the lower resin material passage 47.

An upper passage 54 is formed in the upper half of the piston 52, and a lower passage 55 is formed in the lower half. The piston driving device 53 is composed of a fluid pressure cylinder that operates with fluid pressure. In the piston drive device 53, the piston 52 is positioned such that the upper passage 54 communicates with the upper resin material passage 46 and the upstream resin material passage 45, as shown in FIG. The side resin material passage 47 and the upstream resin material passage 45 are configured to be switched to a rising end position (shown in FIG. 9) communicating with the side resin material passage 47. When the position of the piston 52 is the lower end position, the lower passage 55 is not communicated with the lower resin material passage 47 and the upstream resin material passage 45, and is also the upper end position. The upper passage 54 does not communicate with the upper resin material passage 46 and the upstream resin material passage 45 when the upper passage 54 is in the open position.

The fixed mold 26 is formed with an elastic material passage 56 to which the elastic material injection device 23 is connected. The elastic material passage 56 is for allowing the elastic material to flow into the elastic portion forming cavity 44. The elastic material passage 56 extends around the outside of the cylinder 51. The downstream end of the elastic material passage 59 is opened at a location corresponding to the elastic part forming cavity 44 of the third forming surface 34.

The resin material injection device 22 and the elastic material injection device 23 are well-known injection molding machines conventionally used in this type of manufacturing apparatus 20. That is, the resin material injection device 22 and the elastic material injection device 23 include a cylinder and a screw (not shown) for kneading the material, and nozzles 22a and 23a for injecting the fluid material in the cylinder. Yes.

Next, the point which manufactures the diaphragm 1 using the manufacturing apparatus 20 comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated. First, as shown in FIG. 7, the position of the movable mold 25 is set to the first position by the slide device 36, and the movable mold 25 and the fixed mold 26 are closed. As a result, a vibration part molding cavity 40 and a holding part molding cavity 41 are formed in the molding die 21. Further, the position of the piston 52 is set to the lower end position by the piston driving device 53, and the upstream resin material passage 45 and the upper resin material passage 46 are communicated by the upper passage 54.

Then, a resin material in a fluid state is injected by the resin material injection device 22. The resin material injected from the nozzle 22a of the resin material injection device 22 passes through the upstream resin material passage 45, the upper passage 54, and the upper resin material passage 46 in this order. The resin material flows into the holding portion molding cavity 41 from the first passage 46 a of the upper resin material passage 46, and the resin material that has flowed into the holding portion molding cavity 41 enters the holding portion molding cavity 41. Go around. Further, the resin material flows into the vibration part molding cavity 40 from the second passage 46 b, and the resin material that has flowed into the vibration part molding cavity 40 spreads into the vibration part molding cavity 40.

When the resin material is solidified in the vibration part molding cavity 40 and the holding part molding cavity 41, a primary molded product 27 is obtained as shown in FIG. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5B, the resin material in the first passage 46a solidifies in the vicinity of the holding portion molding cavity 41 of the first passage 46a, and the vibration portion molding cavity of the second passage 46b. In the vicinity of 40, the resin material in the second passage 46b is solidified. The primary molded product 27 is held on the upper first molding surface 30.

Next, the movable mold 25 and the fixed mold 26 are opened. 6A, the resin material solidified in the first passage 46a and the second passage 46b causes the holding portion side plane portion 3b of the holding portion 3 and the vibration portion side plane of the vibration portion 2 to be solidified. Separated from part 2b. As a result, a trace W of the resin material passage remains on the holding portion side flat portion 3b and the vibration portion side flat portion 2b.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 9, the movable die 25 is moved to the second position by the slide device 36, and the movable die 25 and the fixed die 26 are closed. As a result, an elastic portion molding cavity 44 is formed between the third molding surface 34 and the primary molded product 27, and the vibration portion molding cavity 40 and the holding portion molding are formed below the elastic portion molding cavity 44. A cavity 41 is formed. Further, the position of the piston 52 is set to the rising end position by the piston driving device 53, and the upstream resin material passage 45 and the lower resin material passage 47 are communicated with each other by the lower passage 55.

The elastic material injection device 23 injects a fluid state elastic material, and the resin material injection device 22 injects a fluid state resin material. The elastic material injected from the nozzle 23 a of the elastic material injection device 23 flows into the elastic part forming cavity 44 through the elastic material passage 56 and spreads into the elastic part forming cavity 44. Thereby, the vibration part side first vertical surface part 2a, the vibration part side flat surface part 2b and the vibration part side second vertical surface part 2c of the vibration part 2 are covered with the elastic material, and the holding part side first vertical surface part of the holding part 3 is covered. 3a, the holding | maintenance part plane part 3b, and the holding | maintenance part side 2nd vertical surface part 3c are covered. Then, as shown in FIGS. 6B and 10, this elastic material is welded and integrated with the primary molded product 27 in the process of solidifying.

On the other hand, the resin material injected from the nozzle 22a of the resin material injection device 22 sequentially passes through the upstream resin material passage 45, the lower passage 55, and the lower resin material passage 47. The resin material flows into the holding portion molding cavity 41 from the first passage 47 a of the lower resin material passage 47, and the resin material that has flowed into the holding portion molding cavity 41 flows into the holding portion molding cavity 41. Go around. Further, the resin material flows into the vibration part molding cavity 40 from the second passage 47 b, and the resin material that has flowed into the vibration part molding cavity 40 spreads into the vibration part molding cavity 40. When this resin material is solidified, it becomes a primary molded product 27 and is held on the lower first molding surface 31.

In this way, by injecting the elastic material and the resin material from the elastic material injection device 23 and the resin material injection device 22, respectively, the elastic portion 4 and the primary molded product 27 are formed on the upper side and the lower side of the movable mold 25. Can be performed simultaneously. The timing for starting the injection of the elastic material and the timing for starting the injection of the resin material may not coincide with each other, and the timing for starting the injection of the elastic material is made earlier than the timing for starting the injection of the resin material. May be slow or slow.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 11, the movable mold 25 and the fixed mold 26 are opened, and the diaphragm 1 held on the upper first molding surface 30 is removed by an eject pin. Then, the position of the movable mold 25 is set to the first position by the slide device 36. Thereafter, the movable mold 25 and the fixed mold 26 are closed. Thus, although not shown, an elastic portion forming cavity 44 is formed between the third forming surface 34 and the primary molded product 27, and the vibration portion forming cavity 40 and the elastic portion forming cavity 44 are formed above the elastic portion forming cavity 44. A holding part forming cavity 41 is formed. Further, the position of the piston 52 is set to the rising end position by the piston driving device 53. In this state, an elastic material is injected from the elastic material injection device 23, and a resin material is injected from the resin material injection device 22, whereby the elastic portion 4 is molded and a primary molded product as shown in FIG. 27 is formed.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the resin material is caused to flow into the vibration part molding cavity 40 formed by closing the movable mold 25 and the fixed mold 26 with the movable mold 25 in the first position. At this time, since the elastic part 4 of the vibration part 2 is allowed to flow from a position corresponding to the vibration part side plane part 2b, which is a surface to which the elastic part 4 is joined, the movable mold 25 and the fixed mold 26 are formed after the resin material is solidified. When opened, traces W of the second passages 46b can be formed in the vibration part 2 on the vibration part side plane part 2b. Then, the elastic material is injected into the elastic portion molding cavity 44 formed by closing the movable die 25 and the fixed die 26 with the movable die 25 in the second position, so that the elastic material becomes the vibration portion side plane portion. The elastic part 4 is formed by spreading so as to cover 2b. Accordingly, the trace W of the second passage 46b remaining in the vibrating portion 2 is covered and hidden by the elastic portion 4. Thereby, it is possible to obtain the diaphragm 1 having a good appearance without removing the trace W of the second passage 46b, and to reduce the number of manufacturing steps of the diaphragm 1.

Further, in the holding portion 3, a trace W of the first passage 46a remains on the holding portion side plane portion 3b that is a surface to which the elastic portion 4 is joined. The trace W of the holding part 3 is also covered and hidden by the elastic part 4 in the same manner as the trace W remaining on the vibration part 2 described above.

In this embodiment, the downstream side of the upper resin material passage 46 is divided into a first passage 46a and a second passage 46b. However, as in the modification shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, for example, the upper resin material passage 46 is divided. A communication passage 70 extending from the downstream end of the passage 46 to the holding portion molding cavity 41 may be provided. In this modification, the downstream end of the upper resin material passage 46 is opened at a location where the vibrating portion side flat portion 2b of the ridge portion 32b is formed. The communication passage 70 is substantially V-shaped and extends obliquely from the downstream end of the upper resin material passage 46 toward the base side of the ridge portion 32b, and then the holding portion side plane portion 3b of the ridge portion 32b is formed. It extends to the part to be molded. The downstream end of the communication path 70 is open to a portion where the vibrating portion side flat portion 2b of the ridge portion 32b is formed. Further, a similar communication path may be provided in the lower resin material path 47.

In this modification, the resin material in the upper resin material passage 46 flows into the vibration part molding cavity 40 and also flows into the holding part molding cavity 41 through the communication path 70. When the movable mold 25 and the fixed mold 26 are opened while the resin material in the communication path 70 is solidified, the resin material in the communication path 70 is moved to the center of the communication path 70 as shown in FIG. The resin material passage, that is, the trace W of the communication passage 70 remains. Further, the resin material solidified in the upper resin material passage 46 also remains as a trace W of the resin material passage. Since the traces W of these resin material passages remain on the vibration part side flat part 2b of the vibration part 2 and the holding part side flat part 3b of the holding part 3, as shown in FIG. Cover and hide.

In this embodiment, the movable mold 25 is provided with an upper first molding surface 30 and a lower first molding surface 31, and the fixed mold 26 is provided with an upper second molding surface 32 and a lower second molding surface 33. Although molding of the molded product 27 and molding of the elastic portion 4 can be performed at the same time, the present invention is not limited to this, and each of the first molding surface of the movable mold 25 and the second molding surface of the fixed mold 26 is one. Also good. By doing so, in the fixed mold 26, one of the upper resin material passage 46 and the lower resin material passage 47 can be omitted, and the passage switching device 50 can also be omitted.

Further, the downstream ends of the upper resin material passage 46 and the lower resin material passage 47 may be opened to the vibration portion side first vertical surface portion 2a and the vibration portion side second vertical surface portion 2c of the protrusion 32b, or the protrusions may be protruded. You may make it open to the holding | maintenance part side 1st vertical surface part 3a and the holding | maintenance part side 2nd vertical surface part 3c in the strip part 32b.

In this embodiment, the movable mold 25 is moved in the horizontal direction so as to be brought into contact with and separated from the fixed mold 26. However, the second molding surfaces 32 and 33 and the third molding surface 34 of the fixed mold 26 are directed upward. Alternatively, the movable mold 25 may be moved toward and away from the fixed mold 26 by moving in the vertical direction.

Further, the diaphragm 1 can be used not only for a mobile phone but also for a speaker of a portable information terminal, for example.

As described above, a diaphragm for a portable device speaker according to the present invention, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing apparatus used for the manufacturing method include, for example, a speaker diaphragm provided on a screen of a mobile phone and the vibration.
