Description

The present invention relates to a direct-mounted lighting fixture in which a main body is fixed to a ceiling or a wall surface. More specifically, the present invention relates to a direct-mounted lighting fixture having an indirect lighting function.

For direct-mounted lighting fixtures whose main body is fixed to the ceiling or wall surface, etc., which have a lighting effect that takes into account the decorativeness of light in addition to the main light-emitting illumination functions such as fluorescent lamps, incandescent lamps, halogen lamps, etc. is there. That is, various combinations of light sources for illumination, such as fluorescent lamps, incandescent lamps, halogen lamps, etc. and control of the lighting circuit, these light sources can be dimmed or indirect light from the reflected light of the light source can be used. Creates a beautiful appearance and has a decorative or directing effect.

Further, a plurality of different types of light sources may be used in combination for the lighting fixture. For example, in the technique of Patent Document 1, a discharge lamp and a plurality of visible light emitting diodes are combined as an illumination light source and arranged in a fixture main body, and the discharge lamp and the plurality of visible light emitting diodes can be switched and turned on.

Other methods for combining a discharge lamp or the like with a light emitting diode or the like include the following. In Patent Document 2, a light-emitting diode is arranged as a nightlight facing the ceiling so that the light from the nightlight does not directly enter the eyes. Patent Document 3 describes a technique for changing the color temperature of a lighting fixture by combining a fluorescent lamp and a dimmable light emitting diode.

Patent Document 4 describes that a light guide bar connected by a light source part case to form a light guide ring and a light source that introduces light into an end of the light guide bar are provided so that the light guide bar can emit light. Has been. The light guide ring-shaped portion is disposed on the outer periphery of the globe provided on the lower surface of the luminaire main body. The technology of Patent Document 6 includes a plurality of light-emitting decorations that emit decorative light when light from a light-emitting diode that is attached to surround a lighting fixture body is incident on a cover that covers the fluorescent lamp of the lighting fixture body.

In recent years, a display device such as a television receiver has become thinner and larger, and a facility for viewing images in a living room of a general house has been used as a home theater. Also, in business activities, presentations using video have been made even in small conference rooms.

In home theaters or presentations using images, soft lighting that does not interfere with the viewing of images and lighting that illuminates only the hand are required. Moreover, in a home theater, a decorative or staging effect of lighting matched to the interior is required. The home theater and the conference room have different decorative or staging effects that are naturally required.

Corresponding to the various lighting functions required, it is not easy to provide different lighting fixtures because the room is remodeled. For safety reasons, it is not preferable to branch the ceiling illumination wiring and attach a plurality of lighting fixtures. Moreover, it is desirable for the lighting fixture to have a small height from a mounting surface such as a ceiling.

Each of the related technologies described above is a combination of one type of illumination with a light emitting diode or the like in addition to a fluorescent lamp or the like. A single lighting device does not provide various decorative or production effects.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and it aims at providing the direct-attached lighting fixture which can produce various light effects with one lighting fixture.

The direct-mounted lighting fixture according to the first aspect of the present invention is:
A lighting fixture body having a fluorescent lamp and a lighting circuit;
A downward-facing light emitting diode that illuminates a direction perpendicular to a mounting surface to which the luminaire body is attached, at the periphery of the luminaire body;
An obliquely upward light emitting diode that illuminates the outer mounting surface from the periphery of the luminaire main body at the periphery of the luminaire main body,
It is characterized by providing.

Preferably, the downward light emitting diode and the diagonally upward light emitting diode are disposed at the same location on the periphery of the lighting fixture body.

Preferably, the downward light emitting diodes and the obliquely upward light emitting diodes are arranged at equal intervals on the periphery of the luminaire body.

In particular, the downward light emitting diodes and the oblique upward light emitting diodes disposed at the same location are attached to one heat sink.

Preferably, the radiator plate to which the downward light emitting diode or the oblique upward light emitting diode is attached is connected to the lighting fixture body.

Preferably, a frame having a cross-sectional shape substantially the same as a cross-sectional shape of the exterior covering the downward light-emitting diode or the obliquely upward light-emitting diode is used, and a shape of the exterior covering the downward-light-emitting diode or the obliquely upward light-emitting diode is It is provided in the peripheral part of the said lighting fixture main body between the said downward light emitting diode and the said diagonally upward light emitting diode so that it may continue to a periphery.

According to the direct-mounted lighting fixture of the present invention, various rendering effects can be exhibited by a combination of light from a downward light emitting diode and a diagonally upward light emitting diode in addition to a fluorescent lamp.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will not be repeated.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a configuration example of a direct-mounted lighting fixture 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the direct-mounted luminaire 1 of FIG.

The direct lighting fixture 1 includes a lighting fixture body 2, a fluorescent lamp 3, a lighting circuit 4, a decorative frame 8, an exterior 9 and a light emitting unit 10. The fluorescent lamp 3, the lighting circuit 4, the decorative frame 8, the exterior 9, and the light emitting unit 10 are fixed to the housing of the lighting fixture body 2. In the example of FIG. 1, the direct lighting fixture 1 includes two large and small circular fluorescent lamps 3.

The direct lighting fixture 1 is attached to a mounting surface 20 such as a ceiling surface or a wall surface by a connector 16 that also serves as a hook. A spacer 17 is interposed between the luminaire main body 2 and the mounting surface 20 in order to stabilize the direct luminaire 1. The direct lighting fixture 1 is connected to a power line via a connector 16 and supplied with, for example, 100V AC power. The lighting circuit 4 is connected to the power line and lights the fluorescent lamp 3 and the light emitting unit 10.

As shown in FIG. 1, the direct lighting fixture 1 includes a remote control receiving unit 15. The remote control receiver 15 receives a signal from a remote controller (not shown) using, for example, weak radio waves or infrared rays, and controls the lighting circuit 4 to turn on / off the fluorescent lamp 3 and the light emitting unit 10. Control dimming.

The light emitting units 10 are arranged at equal intervals on the periphery of the lighting fixture body 2. In the example of FIG. 1, the light emitting units 10 are arranged at three locations. Since the light emitting units 10 are arranged at equal intervals, there is no restriction on the mounting direction in the mounting surface 20, and there is no need to worry about the orientation of the connector 16 in the mounting surface 20.

Each of the light emitting units 10 includes a downward light emitting diode (hereinafter referred to as a downward LED) 5 and an obliquely upward light emitting diode (hereinafter referred to as an oblique LED) 6. The downward LED 5 and the diagonal LED 6 are attached to one heat sink 7. The downward LED 5 emits light in the vertical direction D with respect to the mounting surface 20. The oblique LED 6 irradiates light in the direction C of the outer mounting surface 20 from the outer periphery of the direct-mounted lighting fixture 1.

FIG. 3 is a view for explaining the irradiation direction of the light emitting unit in the direct-mounted lighting fixture 1 of FIG. The downward LED 5 emits light downward from the ceiling when the direct lighting fixture 1 is attached to the ceiling. That is, the downward LED 5 is a downlight. The oblique LED 6 irradiates light from the peripheral edge of the direct-mounted lighting fixture 1 toward the outer mounting surface 20. That is, the light of the oblique LED 6 is indirect illumination that is reflected by the mounting surface 20.

The exterior 9 is made of a material that transmits light, such as acrylic. The fluorescent lamp 3 irradiates light through the exterior 9. The sheath 9 can be removed to replace the fluorescent lamp 3. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the exterior 9 is removed. The fluorescent lamp 3 illuminates the entire room.

The direct lighting fixture 1 includes a fluorescent lamp 3, a downward LED 5, and an oblique LED 6. That is, a separate light source is provided for the illumination of the entire room and for each of the downlight and the indirect illumination. Therefore, the entire illumination, downlight, and indirect illumination can be independently turned on, turned off, and dimmed. And lighting which has various production effects can be performed by changing those combinations.

It is desirable that the lighting circuit 4 can dimm the fluorescent lamp 3 and the downward LED 5 and the oblique LED 6 independently. For example, when the luminance of the fluorescent lamp 3 is slightly lowered and the luminance of the oblique LED 6 is increased, the softness of the indirect illumination is produced while ensuring a certain level of brightness. Moreover, the downlight effect by downward LED5 and the indirect illumination effect of diagonal LED6 can be combined. Furthermore, it is possible to provide only downlight or only indirect illumination. The above is an example of the light effect of the direct lighting fixture 1, and various effects can be obtained by dimming the fluorescent lamp 3, the downward LED 5 and the oblique LED 6 independently in multiple stages.

FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the light emitting unit 10. The downward LED 5 is mounted on the substrate 5a. The oblique LED 6 is mounted on the substrate 6a. Both the substrate 5a and the substrate 6a are attached to the heat sink 7 with screws 5b, 6b and the like. The heat sink 7 is fixed to the exteriors 9 a and 9 b of the light emitting unit 10 with screws 9 c and the like. The heat generated with the light emission of the downward LED 5 and the oblique LED 6 is transmitted to the heat radiating plate 7 and dissipated. Furthermore, heat is conducted from the heat radiating plate 7 to the exterior 9 and is also emitted therefrom.

As shown in FIG. 2, the exterior 9 is connected to the luminaire main body 2, and the heat is transmitted to the casing of the luminaire main body 2 and is dissipated. Since the luminaire body 2 is a heat sink and simultaneously dissipates heat, the heat generated from the downward LED 5 and the oblique LED 6 is efficiently dissipated to keep the temperature of the LED in an appropriate range. Further, the heat radiating plate 7 may be directly connected to the lighting fixture body 2 in order to promote heat dissipation.

The light of the downward LED 5 is irradiated through the lens 13 in a direction perpendicular to the mounting surface 20. The lens 13 limits the beam range while appropriately diffusing the light of the downward LED 5. The lens 13 can prevent the light from the downward LED 5 from directly entering the eyes and limit the brightness range.

The light from the oblique LED 6 is applied to the mounting surface 20 through the lens 14. Depending on the shape and characteristics of the lens 14, various shades of light can be drawn on the mounting surface 20. Further, the range and shape of the irradiation light can be changed depending on the shape of the opening 9d.

The direct lighting fixture 1 includes a decorative frame 8 between the light emitting units 10 on the periphery of the lighting fixture main body 2. As shown in FIG. 2, the cross-sectional shape of the decorative frame 8 is substantially the same as the cross-sectional shape of the exterior 9 of the light emitting unit 10. The decorative frame 8 is formed so that the shape of the exterior 9 of the light emitting unit 10 is continuous with the periphery of the lighting fixture body 2.

Since the shape of the exterior 9 of the light emitting unit 10 is formed so as to be continuous with the periphery of the luminaire main body 2, the direct attachment luminaire 1 does not give the impression that the light emitting unit 10 protrudes from the luminaire main body 2. Unite to give a coherent appearance. By changing the design applied to the decorative frame 8, it is possible to make the appearance conform to and match the interior in which the direct lighting fixture 1 is installed.

FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the decorative frame 8 according to the embodiment of the present invention. The decorative frame 8 is divided and attached between the light emitting units 10. If the light emitting units 10 are arranged at equal intervals on the periphery of the lighting fixture body 2, the decorative frame 8 can be conveniently used because the same member can be used. By changing the decorative frame 8, the appearance design of the direct-mounted lighting fixture 1 can be changed.

As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, the decorative frame 8 partially blocks the light from the fluorescent lamp 3 from directly irradiating the mounting surface 20, thereby causing a dark shadow on the mounting surface 20. Therefore, there is an effect that the light of the oblique LED 6 is reflected on the mounting surface 20 and the effect of indirect illumination is highlighted.

In the embodiment, the case where it is attached to the ceiling has been described. The mounting surface 20 is not limited to a normal ceiling, but the direct lighting device 1 of the present invention can be applied to a wall, a pillar, an inclined ceiling, and the like.

In embodiment, the case where downward LED5 and diagonal LED6 were arrange | positioned in the same location of the periphery of the lighting fixture main body 2 was demonstrated. The downward LED 5 and the diagonal LED 6 may be arranged at different locations. Moreover, the number of downward LED5 and diagonal LED6 may differ. In those cases, the downward LED 5 and the oblique LED 6 may have different intervals. However, even when the downward LED 5 and the oblique LED 6 are arranged at different locations, the types of members constituting the decorative frame 8 can be reduced by arranging them at equal intervals.

Even if the number of downward LEDs 5 and oblique LEDs 6 is different, the number of parts and assembly man-hours can be reduced by attaching downward LEDs 5 and oblique LEDs 6 arranged in the same place to one heat sink 7 as in the example of the embodiment. it can.

In addition, in embodiment, the case where the fluorescent lamp 3 was circular and the lighting fixture main body 2 was circular was demonstrated. The fluorescent lamp 3 is not limited to a circular shape, and may be other shapes such as a straight tube, a U-shaped tube, or a connecting tube. Moreover, even if the lighting fixture main body 2 is square, a rectangle, a polygon, an ellipse, and other shapes, the form of the present invention can be configured without exceeding the scope of the idea of the present invention. And there exists an effect similar to embodiment.

As described above, according to the direct-mounted lighting fixture 1 of the present invention, there are various effects by combining the downward LED 5 and the oblique LED 6. Moreover, the assembly man-hour can be reduced by making the downward LED 5 and the oblique LED 6 into one unit.

By attaching the downward LED 5 and the oblique LED 6 to one heat radiating plate 7, the number of parts can be reduced while maintaining the heat radiating effect. The heat of the downward LED 5 and the oblique LED 6 can be further conducted from the exterior 9 to the lighting fixture body 2 to increase the heat radiation area.

Furthermore, since the decoration frame 8 blocks light from the main body illumination to the ceiling surface, the effect of production is high. In addition, since the design can be applied to the decorative frame 8, various changes can be made to the design of the instrument.
