Description

The present invention relates to a transport vehicle for transporting a vehicle body of a railway vehicle, and belongs to the field of transport technology for a rail vehicle body.

Railway vehicles such as trains, passenger cars, and freight cars are composed of a carriage for active or passive running on the track and a vehicle body mounted on the carriage to accommodate passengers and cargo. There are things that can be separated. In such a vehicle, the carriage and the vehicle body may be manufactured at different locations, or the carriage and the vehicle body may be separated and maintained separately.

For this purpose, there is a transport vehicle for transporting the body of the railway vehicle. The transport vehicle has a size capable of mounting a body of a railway vehicle.

However, a transport vehicle for a railway car body requires a large waiting area because of its size. For example, when there are a plurality of different transport vehicles for transporting the bodies of various railway vehicles in a maintenance factory, the factory needs to have a place where a plurality of transport vehicles stand by in addition to a place where maintenance is performed. is there. This limits the number of vehicle bodies that can be simultaneously maintained in the maintenance factory, which is economically disadvantageous.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a transport vehicle for a railway vehicle body that can stand by in a small place when not in use.

To solve the problems described above, the invention described in claim 1 of the present application is a transport vehicle for a railway vehicle body for carrying the railway vehicle both body, loading platform portion mounting the front portion of the railway car body And a first vehicle portion having a pair of left and right wheels provided at a lower portion of the loading platform portion, a loading platform portion on which a rear portion of a railcar body is mounted, and a pair of left and right wheels provided at a lower portion of the loading platform portion. And the first and second vehicle parts have removable auxiliary wheels for running independently in a state of being removed from the railway vehicle body, and the first and second vehicle parts have Each of the vehicle parts has steering means for giving a steering angle to each of the two wheels, and the steering means of one of the vehicle parts includes a traction tool for towing the vehicle part, and the first and second The car part has a connecting part that faces the parallel direction of both car parts. Rutotomoni, characterized in that both ends of these connecting portions are provided with a bar member that is coupled respectively rotatably and detachably.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the transport vehicle includes two vehicle parts each including a pair of left and right wheels, and the first vehicle part places the front part of the railway vehicle body and the second vehicle part. Transports the vehicle body with the rear part of the vehicle body mounted. This transport vehicle has a structure in which the distance between wheels in the longitudinal direction of the railway vehicle body is not constant, so that when not in use, the distance between the wheels can be kept to a minimum, and a plurality of different longitudinal lengths can be used. The railway car body can be transported. As a result, for example, the standby place for the transport vehicle for the railway vehicle body in the maintenance factory can be reduced.

Further, according to the present invention , the first vehicle portion that carries the front portion of the railway vehicle body and the second vehicle portion that carries the rear portion and conveys the steering means that gives the steering angle to the pair of left and right wheels. have a, the steering angle is given to one of the vehicle parts by traction tool, a steering angle in the opposite direction is applied to the other vehicle part via a bar member. Thereby, the conveyance vehicle can change a moving direction during conveyance of a rail vehicle body.

Furthermore, according to this invention , the two vehicle parts of the transport vehicle have removable auxiliary wheels. Since each vehicle part has only a pair of left and right wheels, it falls over when no railcar body is mounted, but it can stand on its own and run by attaching auxiliary wheels. Moreover, after each vehicle part has mounted the railway vehicle body, it is possible to secure a large work area for the operator by removing the auxiliary wheels.

( Reference example )
FIGS . 1-6 has shown the conveyance vehicle which conveys the vehicle body of the rail vehicle based on the reference example provided with the basic composition of embodiment of this invention. 1 includes a vehicle portion 10a on which a front portion of a railway vehicle body S is placed and a vehicle portion 10b on which a rear portion of the vehicle body S is placed. The railway vehicle body S is transported to the transport vehicle 10 with the front portion mounted on the vehicle portion 10a of the transport vehicle 10 and the rear portion mounted on the vehicle portion 10b.

The vehicle portion 10a of the transport vehicle 10 includes a loading platform portion 12a on which the railway vehicle body S is placed, and a pair of left and right wheels 14a provided at the lower portion of the loading platform portion 12a. Similarly, the vehicle portion 10b also includes a loading platform portion 12b on which the railway vehicle body S is placed and a pair of left and right wheels 14b.

Details of the vehicle section 10a of the transport vehicle 10 are shown in FIGS. FIG. 2 shows the vehicle portion 10a viewed from the railcar body S side in FIG. FIG. 3 shows the vehicle portion 10a viewed from the front side of the railway vehicle body S.

As shown in the figure, the loading platform portion 12a of the vehicle portion 10a is configured to be able to mount the front portion of various railway vehicle bodies S, and the vehicle body S is fixed by bolts and nuts (not shown). A plurality of through holes 16a. The reason why there are a plurality of through holes 16a is to enable various railway vehicle bodies S to be fixed to the loading platform 12a. In the present invention, the method of fixing the loading platform 12a to the vehicle body S is not limited to bolts and nuts.

Each of the two wheels 14a of the vehicle portion 10a of the transport vehicle 10 is supported on the axle 20a of the base 18a at the lower portion of the loading platform 12a via a bearing 22a. Thereby, each of the wheels 14a can rotate differently.

The loading platform 12a and the base 18a are connected via a turntable 24 . The turntable 24 is configured to rotate the base 18a about the rotation axis CL extending in the vertical direction with respect to the loading platform 12a.

As shown in FIG. 4, the steering angle θ is given to the wheel 14 a by rotating the base 18 a about the rotation axis CL with respect to the loading platform 12 a via the turntable 24 (FIG. 4B). reference.). Thereby, the conveyance vehicle 10 can change a conveyance direction during conveyance of the rail vehicle main body S. FIG.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a traction tool 26 for towing the vehicle portion 10a fixed to the railway vehicle body S is attached to the base 18a. The traction tool 26 extends in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis CL, and the base 18a is rotated by rotating the traction tool 26 about the rotation axis CL. That is, the traction tool 26 also functions as a steering means.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the loading platform 12 b of the vehicle section 10 b of the transport vehicle 10 can be loaded with the front portion of various vehicle bodies S as in the loading platform 12 a of the vehicle section 10 a. The vehicle body S has a plurality of through holes 16b for fixing the vehicle body S with bolts and nuts (not shown).

Each of the two wheels 14b of the vehicle section 10b of the transport vehicle 10 is supported via a bearing 22b on an axle 20b provided in a base 18b attached to the lower part of the loading platform 12b. Thereby, each wheel 14b can rotate differently. The vehicle portion 10b does not include the turntable 24 unlike the vehicle portion 10a.

According to this reference example , the transport vehicle 10 includes two vehicle portions 10a and 10b each including a pair of left and right wheels 14a and 14b. Transports the vehicle body S with the rear portion of the vehicle body S placed thereon. The transport vehicle 10 is structurally structured such that the distance between the wheels (the distance between 14a and 14b) in the longitudinal direction of the railway vehicle body S (the direction indicated by L in FIG. 1) is not constant. It is possible to stand by with a minimum distance, and it is possible to transport a plurality of railway vehicle bodies S having different lengths in the longitudinal direction. As a result, for example, the standby place of the transport vehicle 10 in the maintenance factory can be reduced.

( Embodiment )
A transport vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. The difference from the reference example is that a turntable (steering means) is also provided in a vehicle portion on which the rear portion of the railway vehicle body S is mounted.

The vehicle portions 110a and 110b of the transport vehicle 110 have substantially the same configuration as the vehicle portion 10a of the transport vehicle 10 of the reference example .

The difference between the vehicle portion 110a and the vehicle portion 10a of the reference example is that a link arm 130a extending from one wheel 114a side of the base 118a toward the vehicle portion 110b is provided.

On the other hand, the vehicle portion 110b is configured by removing the traction tool 26 from the vehicle portion 10a of the reference example , and further includes a link arm 130b extending from the other wheel 114b side of the base 118b toward the vehicle portion 110a. The turntable 124b is the same as the turntable 26 of the reference example .

The link arm 130a of the vehicle portion 110a and the link arm 130b of the vehicle portion 110b do not face the parallel direction 132 of the vehicle portion 110a and the vehicle portion 110b, but face each other so as to intersect the parallel direction. The link arms 130a and 130b are connected by a link bar 134.

As shown in FIG. 8, the link arms 130 a and 130 b have joint holes 140 a and 140 b at their tips, and the joint holes 140 a (140 b) are inserted into joint pins 142 provided at both ends of the link bar 134. . The joint pin 142 is rotatable in the joint hole 140 and is detachable. This is because, when the link bar 134 and the link arm 130a (130b) are always connected, the standby position of the transport vehicle 110 becomes large. When the transport vehicle 110 is not used, the link bar 134 is connected to the link arm 130a (130b). ).

As shown in FIG. 9, for example, when the base 118a of the vehicle portion 110a rotates clockwise about the rotation axis CLa, the link bar 134 is pushed toward the vehicle portion 118b via the link arm 130a, thereby The base 118b of the vehicle portion 110b is rotated counterclockwise about the rotation axis CLb. That is, when a steering angle is given to the wheel 114a of the vehicle part 110a, a steering angle is also given to the wheel 114b of the vehicle part 110b.

According to the transport vehicle of this embodiment, since the steering angle can be given to the wheel of the vehicle portion on which the rear portion of the railway vehicle body is placed, the turning radius is smaller than that in the reference example during transportation of the rail vehicle body. You can turn.

Having described the present invention by way of embodiments, the present invention is not limited thereto.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the steering means is a turntable, but the present invention is not limited to this.

FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 show a reference example of the steering means, and the vehicle portion 210a of the transport vehicle on which the front portion of the railway vehicle body is mounted has a steering mechanism similar to the steering mechanism of the automobile.

More specifically, each of the two wheels 214a of the vehicle portion 210a is supported by a base 218a integral with the loading platform 212 via a knuckle arm 250. The two knuckle arms 250 are respectively supported at both ends of the base 218a so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis CL2 extending in the vertical direction.

Further, the traction tool 226 of the vehicle portion 210 a is attached to the movable base 252. The movable base 252 is supported so as to be rotatable around a shaft 254 that extends in the vertical direction and is attached between the loading platform 212 and the base 218a.

The other end of a tie rod 256 having one end connected to the knuckle arm 250 is connected to the opposite side of the movable base 252 to which the traction tool 226 is attached. The other ends of the two tie rods 256 are connected to the base 252 so as to face each other with the movable base 252 interposed therebetween.

According to such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 12, when the movable base 252 is rotated about the shaft 254 via the traction tool 226, the tie rod 256 rotates the knuckle arm 250. As a result, a steering angle is given to the wheel 214a.

Moreover, in the above-mentioned embodiment, since two vehicle parts of a conveyance vehicle are two wheels, they cannot become independent. As a countermeasure, each auxiliary vehicle may be provided with a removable auxiliary wheel.

For example, FIG. 13 and FIG. 14 show a case where the vehicle portion 10b of the transport vehicle 10 includes auxiliary wheels, taking the reference example as an example . FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view of the vehicle portion 10b as viewed from the direction C shown in FIG.

As shown in the figure, the vehicle portion 10b includes two mounting pins 360 extending in the vertical direction for mounting the auxiliary wheels on the loading platform 12b. The two attachment pins 360 are provided in each of the front part and the rear part of the cargo bed part 12b.

Each of the two auxiliary wheels 362 has a mounting hole 364 inserted into the mounting pin 360 at one end and a wheel 366 at the other end.

。   When two auxiliary wheels 362 are attached to the vehicle portion 10b, the vehicle portion 10b becomes a four-wheel vehicle and can run independently. Further, after the vehicle portion 10b places the railcar body and is fixed to the loading platform 12b, the auxiliary wheel 362 can be removed to secure a large work area for the worker (the auxiliary wheel 362 allows the worker to work). Will not be disturbed.)
