本発明は上記の問題点に鑑みて提案されたもので、上記のような線材を簡単・確実に固定できると共に、線材に大きな張力を付与した場合にも破断するおそれの少ない半硬化体の切断装置を提供することを目的とする。

上記の目的を達成するために本発明による半硬化体の切断装置は、以下の構成としたものである。

即ち、枠体内に張設したピアノ線等の線材によりALCパネル等の半硬化体を切断する半硬化体の切断装置において、前記線材の上端部と下端部にそれぞれコマを取り付け、前記線材の上端部を、上側に位置する第1の円弧状の線材案内部材に巻き掛けて、前記第1の線材案内部材の近傍に位置するU字形の係止フックに前記上端部のコマを係合し、前記線材の下端部を、スリット板の一端側のスリット溝を通し、前記スリット板の下側近傍に位置する第2の円弧状の線材案内部材に巻き掛け、前記スリット板の他端側のスリット溝を通して、前記スリット板の係合凹溝に前記下端部のコマを係合すると共に、前記第2の線材案内部材を、前記枠体の下部横桟の長手方向のほぼ全長に亘って設けることを特徴とする半硬化体の切断装置。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明による半硬化体の切断装置を図に示す実施形態に基づいて具体的に説明する。

線材4として直径0.7mmのピアノ線と、直径0.9mmのピアノ線とを用い、前記図5〜図7に示すようなコマ14のみで固定する場合と、前記図8〜図9に示すような巻取ドラム30に線材を半周および1周巻いて固定した場合、および本発明による前記図1〜図4の実施形態のように線材案内部材41,42を設けた切断装置を用いて線材4を固定した場合について、それぞれ引っ張り試験を行い、線材が破断するまでの最大引張荷重(kgf)を求めた。その結果を下記表1に示す。なお上記巻取ドラム30としては直径30mmのものを用い、線材案内部材41は直径30mm、線材案内部材42は半径75mmのものを用いた。

上記の表からも明らかなように直径0.7mmと直径0.9mmのピアノ線のいずれの場合においても本発明による切断装置の最大引張荷重が最も高いことが分かった。本発明による切断装置の最大引張荷重のバラツキも最小であった。

【発明の効果】
