【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、光硬化方式による下水道管補修用材料のアウターフィルム(遮光フィルム)に使用される分野において、遮光性、スチレンガス遮断性、機械的強度、シール性に優れた多層フィルムに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
下水道管等の補修方法として、FRPのUV硬化を利用する方式が行われている。補修用材料は、インナーフィルム/FRPプリプレグ/アウターフィルムからなり、チューブ状のインナーフィルムにFRPを巻き付け、更にアウターフィルムでヒートシールして作られる。FRPプリプレグは、樹脂成分としてビニルエステル系樹脂、架橋剤、スチレン等を含む。
補修作業は、下水道管等の破損部分付近の下水道管内に補修材料をセットし、空気圧により膨らませ拡径し既設管に押しつけ、この状態で内側からUV照射ランプを走らせFRPを硬化させ、その後インナーチューブフィルムのみ抜き取ることで行う。
補修作業に際して、セット時にアウターフィルムの遮光性が劣ると、太陽光等の外側からの光によりFRPが硬化する不具合が発生して、好ましくなかった。また、FRPを硬化させた時の反応熱によりスチレンガスが発生し、作業環境上好ましくなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、従来の多層フィルムでは遮光性、スチレン遮断性が不十分であったものに対し、より遮光性、スチレン遮断性の優れた多層フィルムを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、(A)厚みが10〜200μmのナイロンからなる層、(B)エチレン、プロピレンから選ばれたαオレフィン共重合または多元共重合からなる軟質ポリオレフィンの層、エチレンとアクリル酸エステルまたはメタクリル酸エステルの共重合体、及びそれらの部分イオン架橋物から選ばれた共重合体からなる軟質ポリオレフィンの層、又はそれらの軟質ポリオレフィンの混合物からなる層、(C)エチレンビニルアルコール共重合樹脂からなる層を、A−B、又はA−B−Cの順に積層し、かつ遮光性を有している層フィルムである。
好ましい実施形態としては、(B)層が顔料を含有しており、(B)層が紫外線吸収剤及び光安定剤を含有している前記多層フィルムである。
別の好ましい実施形態としては、最外層及び/又は最内層に印刷層を有する前記多層フィルムである。
又本発明は、前記多層フィルムを使用した光硬化FRP用アウターフィルムである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の多層フィルムの(A)層に使用するナイロンは、6,6ナイロン、6−66ナイロン、6−ナイロン、6,10−ナイロン、7−ナイロン、11−ナイロン、非晶性ナイロン等が挙げられ、強度を保つために必要である。
ナイロン層の厚みは、10〜200μmであることが必要である。10μm未満では、機械的強度が低くなり、又スチレン遮断性も悪くなる。200μmを越えると成形性が悪くなる。

本発明の多層フィルムの(B)層に使用する軟質ポリオレフィンは、エチレン、プロピレンから選ばれたαオレフィン共重合または多元共重合からなる軟質ポリオレフィン、エチレンとアクリル酸エステルまたはメタクリル酸エステルの共重合体、及びそれらの部分イオン架橋物から選ばれた共重合体からなる軟質ポリオレフィン、又はそれらの軟質ポリオレフィンの混合物であり、強度、伸び、シール性を保つために必要である。好ましくはポリエチレンである。

本発明の多層フィルムの(C)層に使用するエチレン・ビニルアルコール共重合樹脂(EVOH)は、エチレン含有量が20〜60モル%のものを使用するのが好ましい。20%未満だと成形性が悪く、60%を越えるとスチレン遮断性が悪くなる。
エチレン・ビニルアルコール共重合樹脂の厚みは、1〜100μmであることが好ましい。1μm未満だとスチレン遮断性が悪く、100μmを越えると吸湿により発泡する。

本発明の多層フィルムは、A−B、又はA−B−Cの順に積層される。A−B−CのようにC層があるほうが、よりスチレン遮断性が優れている。

本発明に使用する顔料は、赤、燈、黄、緑系等の光遮断性が優れたものが好ましく、更に好ましくは赤、燈、黄色系である。赤色はポリアゾ、ジメチルキナクリドン等、黄色はポリアゾ、モノアゾ、イソインドリノン等が挙げられる。顔料の添加量は特に規定しない。

本発明に使用する紫外線吸収剤は、ベンゾトリアゾール系、ベンゾフェノン系、ベンゾエート系等が挙げられる。その添加量は特に規定しない。

・光安定剤MB;光安定剤含有量10%
・赤色インキ ;ポリアゾ(大日精化(株)製)
・黄色インキ ;ポリアゾ(大日精化(株)製)

多層フィルムは、押出機にそれぞれの樹脂を供給し、ダイス内で積層一体化して作成した。各層の厚みを表中に示した。各顔料MB(マスターバッチ)、紫外線吸収剤MB、及び光安定剤MBは、ポリエチレン層に表中の配合量を添加した。なお、印刷は、ナイロン面にグラビアロールにて表中の厚みで行った。
