Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, TeThe present invention relates to a transport apparatus and method for a tissue carton.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a general tissue carton manufacturing facility, after a tissue is boxed into a tissue carton, this is sent to a packaging device via a transfer device such as a belt conveyor, and a plurality of sets are packed in a plastic bag or the like as a set. It is packed in cardboard and shipped as a product.
[0003]
In such tissue paper manufacturing equipment, the transfer direction of the transfer device may be bent or the transfer surface of the transfer device may be inclined according to the arrangement and height of various devices provided in the line.
[0004]
Further, when the tissue carton is transported, it may be decelerated or accelerated depending on the processing speed of an apparatus provided in the line. In this deceleration or acceleration, for example, as a tissue carton deceleration or acceleration transport device, an upstream transfer device that transfers the tissue carton in a loaded state, and a tissue carton delivered from the upstream transfer device are placed. This can be achieved by providing a downstream transfer device that transfers the carton in a mounted state at a slower or faster speed than the upstream transfer device.
[0005]
On the other hand, since the height of the tissue carton is shorter than the depth, the posture is such that the front surface or the back surface is downward and the height direction is lower than the posture in which the bottom surface is downward and transported along the depth direction. The transfer efficiency is improved by the transfer. For this reason, in the conventional equipment, a tissue carton that is sent in a posture in which the bottom surface is down and along the depth direction is received at the start end portion of the tissue carton transfer device, and the front or back surface is in a posture that is low. A carton erecting device that sends out along the vertical direction was provided.
[0006]
On the other hand, so-called ultra-compact tissue cartons with a height of less than 6 cm have recently been developed and are becoming mainstream.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as will be described in detail below, the conventional transport method has a problem in that the tissue carton may fall or the posture may be disturbed.
[0008]
(A) When a tissue carton transported in a mounted state is transported on a curved or inclined transport surface without any support, the posture of the tissue carton may be disturbed or fall down.
[0009]
This problem can be solved by lowering the transfer speed of the transfer device (that is, the moving speed of the transfer surface), but it is inevitable that the conveyance efficiency is lowered and consequently the production efficiency is lowered. On the other hand, if the above-mentioned standing delivery device is used and a transporting form in which the tissue carton is transported along the height direction in a posture where the front or the back is down is adopted, a decrease in transport efficiency and manufacturing efficiency can be avoided. Since a normal tissue carton has a smaller front or back area than the bottom surface, posture disorder and falling easily occur.
[0010]
In particular, the above-mentioned ultra-compact type tissue carton has an extremely small area on the front or the back, so that the transfer speed of the transfer device is not lowered in the form in which the front or the back is transported along the height direction. I can't avoid falling.
[0011]
(B) As described above, when the tissue carton transport speed is decelerated or accelerated with a difference in the transport speed between the downstream transport apparatuses with respect to the upstream transport apparatus, it is placed on the upstream transport apparatus. If a tissue carton is placed on a downstream transfer device with a lower or faster transfer speed without any support, the posture of the tissue carton may be disturbed or fall down due to the change in speed. There was also a problem.
[0012]
This problem can be solved by reducing the speed difference between the upstream and downstream transfer devices, but the speed of the transfer device with the slower transfer speed becomes dominant, resulting in a decrease in production efficiency. Is inevitable.
[0013]
On the other hand, even when performing decelerated conveyance or accelerated conveyance, it is possible to employ a conveyance form in which the tissue carton is conveyed along the height direction with the front or back being down using the above-described standing delivery device. it can. Also, since the processing speed from the tissue boxing to the standing device is relatively fast, it may be necessary to reduce the feeding speed when transferring the tissue carton from the standing delivery device to the downstream feeding device. The upright delivery device constitutes the upstream transfer device. However, transport in such a posture avoids a decrease in transport efficiency and manufacturing efficiency, but normal tissue cartons have a smaller front or back area than the bottom surface, so posture disorder and falls are likely to occur. turn into.
[0014]
Furthermore, even when carrying out decelerated conveyance or accelerated conveyance in this way, the super-compact type tissue carton has an extremely small area on the front or the back, so it is transported in a posture where the front or the back is down and along the height direction. However, in the form of decelerating, the fall is unavoidable unless the difference in speed of deceleration or acceleration is significantly reduced to reduce the production efficiency.
[0015]
(C) On the other hand, as described above, the ultra-compact type tissue carton has an extremely small area on the front or back surface, and is placed on the transfer surface in a posture where the front or back surface is down and along the height direction. When adopting the conventional transfer form that transfers while maintaining the posture, the tissue carton falls over when the moving speed of the transfer surface (hereinafter also simply referred to as the transfer speed) changes, especially when the line starts and stops. There are also problems.
[0016]
For this reason, when transferring an ultra-compact type tissue carton, it is also possible to adopt a mode in which a high-speed transfer is performed in a stable posture with the wide bottom face down. However, there is a limit to the transfer speed due to the processing speed of the delivery device, and even if the transfer speed is 35 m / min, the carton depth is 110 mm or more, so the transfer efficiency is about 230 carton / min. However, this is the limit, and a decline in production efficiency is inevitable.
[0017]
Therefore, a main problem of the present invention is to prevent falling and disorder of posture without reducing the transport efficiency when transporting a tissue carton.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.

[0019]
(Function and effect)
In the transport of the tissue carton in such a posture, although the manufacturing efficiency is high, the posture is easily disturbed or falls due to the speed difference. <About Tissue Carton>
(General tissue carton configuration)

It is. In general, in the case of a so-called two-ply product, the tissue paper 2 is laminated with 300 sheets (150 sets) to 500 sheets (250 sets), particularly 360 sheets (180 sets) to 400 sheets (200 sets), and the weight of the

And as specifically noted in FIG.First reference formIn the tissue carton, in order to prevent toppling or the like, ranges AR of width direction ± 10 mm, depth direction ± 10 mm, height direction ± 5 mm with respect to the center points c1, c2 and c3 of width, depth and height, respectively The center of gravity of the carton as a whole exists.
[0051]
With such a center of gravity characteristic, even when transported along the height direction with the front or back surfaces 1F and 1B being down as described above, it is difficult to cause a fall or disorder of the posture. Become.
[0052]
Further, the coefficient of dynamic friction is 0.15 to 0.25, particularly 0.20 to 0.22, and the coefficient of static friction is 0.18 to 0.33, particularly 0.28 to 0.30 on the front or back of the tissue carton. It is preferable to be configured so that the effect of preventing falls and the like is further improved. For this reason, for example, a printing pattern or a coating pattern on the surface of the paper box, a printing paint / coating paint, or the like can be appropriately selected.
[0053]
Also, a normal tissue carton paper box has a thick portion 1X in which paper is overlapped and joined to one side 1B of the front or back to make it into a cylindrical shape, and the center of gravity of the tissue carton has this thick portion 1X. Since it is biased to the surface side it has, it is preferable to carry it in a posture in which the thick portion 1X side is at the bottom, since it can be carried at a lower center of gravity.

In the present invention, one of the upstream side transfer device and the downstream side transfer device may be provided with a posture regulating member spaced above the transfer portion of the transfer device, and the other may be provided on both sides of the transfer device.
[0078]
In the above example, the standing device is configured to correspond to the upstream transfer device, but the present invention is not limited to this. Therefore, for example, the upstream transfer device can be configured by a belt conveyor. Further, the decelerating and conveying apparatus of the present invention may be provided anywhere in the tissue carton conveying apparatus that needs to be decelerated. For example, the decelerating and conveying apparatus may be provided upstream of a line distribution apparatus, an inspection apparatus, a packaging apparatus, or the like. it can.

Now bookThird reference formIs 0.01 to 1.00 m / s when the transfer speed is changed on the premise of the above-described tissue carton, its transfer posture, and transfer device.2, Particularly preferably 0.10 to 0.30 m / s2It is changed at a rate of.
[0087]
An example of operation control of the tissue carton processing line to which this is applied is shown in FIG. That is, 0.01 to 1.00 m / s from 0 m / min to 35 m / min or more at the start of line operation.2Then, steady operation is performed while maintaining the speed s of 35 m / min or more, and when the line is stopped, the moving speed s of the transfer surface of 35 m / min or more during steady operation is 0 m / min. 0.01 ~ 1.00m / s2The operation control for decelerating at the ratio b is performed. Of course, the transfer speed can be changed at the same rate as required even when the operation is not started or stopped.
[0088]
By performing such change control of the transfer speed, as will be apparent from the examples described later, an ultra-compact type tissue carton having a height of less than 6 cm is placed on the transfer surface of the transfer device in an upright posture with the front or back side down. Even when the tissue carton is placed and moved while moving the transfer surface while maintaining the placement posture, the tissue carton is changed when the transfer speed changes, that is, in this case at the start and stop of operation. It will be possible to reliably prevent falls. Further, since the tissue carton can be transferred in an upright posture with the front or back side down, the transfer efficiency can be maximized.
Furthermore, when looking at the entire tissue carton processing line, particularly when a tissue carton falls over at the start of operation, it requires labor and time for the processing, which may reduce the processing efficiency. Such problems can be solved. Also bookThird reference formAs a result of the fall prevention effect due to the transfer in the standing posture and the acceleration / deceleration control, the transfer speed of steady operation can be increased to 35 m / min or more, and thus the processing efficiency can be increased to 550 cartons / min or more. Become.
[0089]
【Example】
A large number of tissue cartons were placed side by side on the belt conveyor, and acceleration / deceleration at different accelerations was performed 10 times each, and the situation of the tissue cartons falling over was examined. Table 1 shows the experimental conditions and the falling situation.
[0090]
[Table 1]
[0091]
Thus, the acceleration / deceleration rate isThird reference formIt turns out that Examples 1-5 which are in the range are remarkably excellent in the fall prevention effect compared with Comparative Examples 1 and 2. In particular, in Examples 1 to 3, the tissue carton did not fall over at all.
[0092]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when a tissue carton is transported, it is possible to prevent falls and disturbances in posture without reducing transport efficiency.
Next, a reference invention related to the present invention and its effects are described.
<Invention of
A transfer device that transfers the tissue carton in a mounted state, and a carton posture regulating member that moves along the tissue carton on the transfer device at a speed within a range of ± 10% of the transfer speed of the transfer device;
A tissue carton transport device characterized by the above.
(Function and effect)
The inventions described in the
As described in the first aspect of the present invention, the posture of the tissue carton placed on the transfer device is disturbed by providing a carton posture regulating member that moves along the carton at a speed close to or equal to the transfer speed of the corresponding transfer device. Even in this case, the carton posture regulating member having the same moving direction and the same moving speed or the same moving speed as this regulates the posture of the tissue carton, so that the posture of the tissue carton is not disturbed or falls down. Further, by mechanically supporting the tissue carton according to the transport speed in this way, the posture of the tissue carton can be stabilized without lowering the transport speed of the transport device, and the transport efficiency and manufacturing efficiency are reduced. There is nothing.
<Invention of Reference Invention 2>
The transport apparatus for a tissue carton according to the
(Function and effect)
When the tissue carton is transported in such a posture, the transport efficiency and the manufacturing efficiency are increased, but the posture is easily disturbed or falls. However, in the present invention, the posture restriction member of the present invention described above can effectively prevent the posture from being disturbed and falling.
<Invention of
The carton posture regulating member is provided above the transfer device so as to be spaced apart, and is configured to transfer the tissue carton while being positioned between the carton posture regulating member and the transfer device. Or the transport apparatus of the tissue carton of 2.
(Function and effect)
The carton attitude regulating members can be provided on both sides of the transfer device, respectively. However, as described in the
Further, when the carton attitude regulating members are provided on both sides of the transfer device, the device configuration is likely to be complicated, and the installation location is likely to be restricted. On the other hand, there are many cases where there is nothing above the transfer device such as a normal belt conveyor. Therefore, by arranging the carton posture regulating member above the transfer device as in the invention described in the third aspect of the present invention, the device configuration can be simplified and attachment without restriction is possible.
<Invention of Reference Invention 4>
An upstream transfer device that transfers a tissue carton in a loaded state and a tissue carton delivered from the upstream transfer device are loaded, and the tissue carton is in a loaded state and is slower or faster than the upstream transfer device. A transport device for a tissue carton, comprising a downstream transfer device for transferring in
An upstream carton posture regulating member that moves from a predetermined position along the tissue carton of the upstream transfer device to the delivery site at a speed within a range of ± 10% with respect to the transfer speed of the upstream transfer device;
A downstream carton posture regulating member that moves from the delivery site to a predetermined position along the tissue carton of the downstream transfer device at a speed within a range of ± 10% with respect to the transfer speed of the downstream transfer device is provided.
A tissue carton transport device characterized by the above.
(Function and effect)
The invention described in the fourth aspect of the invention is intended to prevent the tissue carton from being overturned or the posture of the body being disturbed by mechanical support, particularly in a transport device that decelerates or accelerates the tissue carton.
Thus, each upstream side and downstream side transfer device is mounted on the upstream side transfer device by providing a carton attitude regulating member that moves along the carton at a speed close to or equal to the transfer speed of the corresponding transfer device. The direction of movement is the same even if the posture of the tissue carton is likely to be disturbed due to the effect of deceleration or acceleration when placed on a downstream transfer device having a slower or faster transfer speed. In addition, since the upstream side or downstream side posture regulating member having a similar moving speed or the same movement rate regulates the posture of the tissue carton, the posture of the tissue carton is not disturbed or falls down. In addition, by supporting the tissue carton mechanically in response to the deceleration or acceleration of the conveyance speed in this way, even if the speed difference is large, the tissue carton can be decelerated without disturbing the posture of the tissue carton, and the production efficiency may be reduced. Absent.
<Invention of Reference Invention 5>
The upstream carton attitude regulating member is provided on both sides of the upstream transfer device, and the downstream carton attitude regulating member is provided on both sides of the downstream transfer device, respectively.
The upstream carton attitude regulating member is configured such that the interval between the upstream carton attitude regulating members is constant in the transfer direction, and
The tissue carton conveying device according to Reference Invention 4, wherein an interval between the downstream carton attitude regulating members is narrowed toward the downstream side.
(Function and effect)
With this configuration, the tissue carton can be smoothly delivered from the upstream transfer device to the downstream transfer device.
<Invention of Reference Invention 6>
The transport apparatus for a tissue carton according to any one of
(Function and effect)
Such an ultra-compact tissue carton has an extremely small area on the front or back surface, so it is inevitable to fall down unless the production efficiency is lowered due to a decrease in transport speed or a decrease in speed difference. Occurrence of posture disorder and falling are effectively prevented by the function of the regulating member.
<Invention of Reference Invention 7>
7. The tissue carton transport device according to any one of
(Function and effect)
Thus, by making the moving speed of the carton attitude control member substantially the same as the transfer speed of the corresponding transfer device, the above-described attitude control action is more effectively performed.
<Invention of Reference Invention 8>
A method for transporting a tissue carton in a loaded state,
Moving the carton attitude regulating member along the tissue carton on the transfer device at a speed within a range of ± 10% with respect to the transfer speed of the transfer device;
A method of transporting a tissue carton characterized by the above.
(Function and effect)
The same effects as those of the invention described in
<Invention of Reference Invention 9>
A transport method for transferring a tissue carton while maintaining a placed state, and delivering or transferring the tissue carton from an upstream transfer device to a downstream transfer device having a lower transfer speed in the transfer process to decelerate or accelerate the tissue carton. ,
The upstream carton attitude regulating member is moved from a predetermined position along the tissue carton of the upstream transfer device to the delivery site at a speed within a range of ± 10% with respect to the transfer speed of the upstream transfer device,
The downstream carton posture regulating member is moved along the tissue carton of the downstream transfer device from the delivery site to a predetermined position at a speed within a range of ± 10% with respect to the transfer speed of the downstream transfer device.
A method of transporting a tissue carton characterized by the above.
(Function and effect)
The same effects as those of the invention described in Reference Invention 4 can be achieved.
<Invention of
A tissue carton with a height of less than 6 cm is placed on the transfer surface of the transfer device in an upright position with the front or back side down, and the transfer surface is moved to transfer the tissue carton while maintaining the above-described position. In doing so, a method for transporting a tissue carton for controlling the moving speed of the transfer surface,
When changing the moving speed of the transfer surface, it is changed at a rate of 0.01 to 1.00 m / s2.
A method of transporting a tissue carton characterized by the above.
(Function and effect)
The inventions described in
As described in
<Invention of
A tissue carton with a height of less than 6 cm is placed on the transfer surface of the transfer device in an upright position with the front or back side down, and the transfer surface is moved to transfer the tissue carton while maintaining the above-described position. A method of transporting a tissue carton by a tissue carton processing line configured to:
At least at the start of operation of the line, the moving speed of the transfer surface is 0.01 to 1.00 m / s from 0 m / min to 35 m / min or more. 2 Then, steady operation is performed while maintaining the speed of 35 m / min or higher. When the line is stopped, the moving speed of the transfer surface of 35 m / min or higher during normal operation is reduced to 0 m / min. 01-1.00m / s 2 Control the operation to decelerate at a rate of
A method for transporting a tissue carton, comprising:
(Function and effect)
When viewed as a whole tissue carton processing line, acceleration / deceleration of the transfer speed occurs particularly when the line starts and stops.
However, in the present invention, 0.01 to 1.00 m / s at the start and stop of operation. 2 Since acceleration / deceleration is performed at the rate of, the operation can be started and stopped without the carton falling down. Acceleration / deceleration rate is 0.01m / s 2 If it is less than 1, the fall of the carton can be prevented, but it becomes difficult to compensate for the decrease in processing efficiency by improving the transfer speed.
In particular, if the tissue carton falls over at the start of operation, labor and time are required for the treatment, and the treatment efficiency may be reduced. However, according to the present invention, such a problem is solved.
Moreover, the transfer speed in steady operation can be increased to 35 m / min or higher by the effect of preventing falling by the transfer in the standing posture and acceleration / deceleration control of the present invention, thereby increasing the processing efficiency to 550 cartons / min or higher. Will be able to.
