【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、様々な使用形態に対応できるシステムふとんに関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来の一般的なふとんは、上下の生地間に羽毛等の中綿体を所定量内包した一体構造（非分割構造）となっている。このため、一般の家庭用洗濯機では到底洗濯をすることができず、洗濯を業者に依頼せざるを得ない上に、ふとんの一部が汚れた場合でも、ふとん全体を洗濯しなければならず、結果的に、維持費が嵩んでしまうという問題点がある。

このため、複数のふとん体をファスナーにより着脱自在に連結してふとんを構成することが考えられ、このような構成により、洗濯の際にファスナーを解いて複数のふとん体を家庭洗濯機で個別に容易に洗濯を行うことが可能となる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記したようにふとんを複数のふとん体から構成するとしても、従来のものは、掛けふとんあるいは敷きふとん、それぞれ単体のみを対象としていた。そして、単に、複数のふとん体を洗濯等のために着脱するのみであり、例えば、敷きふとんと掛けふとんとの隙間からの冷気の侵入を防いだり、部分的に保温性を高めることを目的として、様々なバリエーションを構成することのできるシステマティックなふとんは、未だ提供されていないのが現状である。
本発明は、上記従来技術の有する問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、様々なバリエーションを構成することのできるシステムふとんを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１に係る発明は、少なくとも掛けふとんを備えて構成されるシステムふとんであって、前記掛けふとんが、その頭側となる部分と足側となる部分とを結ぶ方向において、複数の分割ふとん体の端部どうしを連結することによって構成され、前記各分割ふとん体は、表裏の生地によって形成された袋体の内部に羽毛を収容し、かつ、その頭側端部と足側端部の少なくとも一方が、表裏の前記生地の端にマチ布の周縁が結合された閉塞構造になっているとともに、前記マチ布の表側端部と裏側端部とにそのほぼ全幅にわたる表側のファスナー部材と裏側のファスナー部材とが設けられ、前記表側のファスナー部材および裏側のファスナー部材には、反対側のファスナー部材、他の分割ふとん体に設けられた表側ファスナー部材および裏側ファスナー部材、その他のオプションパーツに設けられた表側のファスナー部材および裏側ファスナー部材等が着脱自在に連結可能とされ、前記掛けふとんの前記頭側端部に位置する前記分割ふとん体の頭側端部において、前記表側のファスナー部材および裏側のファスナー部材に、それぞれふとん体またはオプションパーツに設けられた前記表側のファスナー部材または裏側のファスナー部材が連結可能とされて、前記掛けふとんの前記頭側端部に前記ふとん体が２重に装着される構成となっていることを特徴としている。

これにより、例えば頭側あるいは足側の端部に位置する分割ふとん体等において、表側のファスナー部材と、反対側のファスナー部材つまり裏側のファスナー部材とを連結すれば、この部分を閉塞することができる。また、表側のファスナー部材または裏側のファスナー部材に、他の分割ふとん体を連結すれば、分割ふとん体どうしを連結でき、しかも表裏一対のファスナー部材により、各分割ふとん体の端部間に空気が封じ込まれた形態になる。その結果、この空気本来の持つ断熱性により前記端部間での熱の発散が低減する上に、分割ふとん体間で熱が伝導しにくくなって、分割ふとん体の熱が外部に発散されにくくなる。結果的に、掛けふとんが分割構造であるにもかかわらず、その保温性の低下を極力抑えることができる。また、表側のファスナー部材または裏側のファスナー部材に、その他のオプションパーツ、例えば後述する連結用ふとん体、エリ専用ふとん体等、のファスナー部材を連結することにより、これらのオプションパーツを掛けふとんに着脱自在に装着することができる。
また、表側のファスナー部材と、裏側のファスナー部材とに、それぞれふとん体を連結し、掛けふとんの頭側端部にふとん体を２重に装着することにより、この部分の保温性を高めることができる。そして、就寝者が裏側のファスナー部材に装着したふとん体の上に腕を出しても、その上には表側のファスナー部材に装着したふとん体が被さることになり、肩の冷えを防止できる。しかもこのようにすれば、腕は、表裏のファスナー部材に装着された２枚のふとん体の間の袋状の空間内に位置するため、非常に温かい。

請求項２に係る発明は、請求項１記載のシステムふとんであって、前記システムふとんとして、その足側端部にファスナー部材を設けた敷きふとんが備えられるとともに、前記オプションパーツとして、その両端部にそれぞれファスナー部材を備えた連結用ふとん体が備えられ、前記掛けふとんの足側端部に位置する前記分割ふとん体と、前記敷きふとんとが、前記連結用ふとん体を介して着脱自在に連結可能とされていることを特徴としている。

これにより、掛けふとんと敷きふとんとを、オプションパーツである連結用ふとん体を介して連結することができる。これにより、足元からの冷気の侵入を確実に防止することができ、また掛けふとんのズレも防止できることから、保温性の向上を図ることが可能となる。

請求項３に係る発明は、請求項１または２記載のシステムふとんであって、前記掛けふとんの頭側端部に、前記オプションパーツとして、その足側端部にのみ前記ファスナー部材が設けられたエリ専用ふとん体が、着脱自在に連結可能とされていることを特徴としている。

このようにエリ専用ふとん体を装着することにより、汚れやすいエリ部分のエリ専用ふとん体のみを取り外して洗濯することが可能となる。しかも、エリ専用ふとん体は、その足側端部にのみファスナー部材が設けられていることから、就寝者が触れるエリの部分にファスナー部材が存在せず、肌触りが良好となる。

請求項４に係る発明は、請求項１から３のいずれかに記載のシステムふとんであって、前記掛けふとんを構成する前記分割ふとん体の表側の前記ファスナー部材と、裏側の前記ファスナー部材とに、それぞれ別々のふとん体が連結可能とされて、その部分が複数重とされることを特徴としている。

これにより、例えば、腹部、あるいは足元部分のみ等、特定部分においてふとん体を２重にすることができ、その保温性を部分的に向上させることができる。また、例えば２重となった２枚のふとん体間に、さらにふとん体を挿入し、ふとん体を３重以上とすることも可能である。

請求項５に係る発明は、請求項１から４のいずれかに記載のシステムふとんであって、前記システムふとんとして、肌掛けふとんが備えられ、該肌掛けふとんが、複数の前記分割ふとん体から構成されていることを特徴としている。

請求項６に係る発明は、請求項１から５のいずれかに記載のシステムふとんであって、前記システムふとんとして、敷きふとんが備えられ、該敷きふとんが、複数の前記分割ふとん体から構成されていることを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係るシステムふとんの実施の形態の一例を、図１ないし図１３を参照して説明する。ここでは、システムふとんを、掛けふとんと、敷きふとんと、肌掛けふとんとを基本としたシステムとし、さらに各種オプションパーツを必要に応じて装備可能な構成とする場合の例を上げる。

［掛けふとん］
図１ないし図４に示すものは、本発明に係るシステムふとんを構成する掛けふとんＡである。
各図に示すように、本実施形態の掛けふとんＡは、その長さ方向に直列に配列された複数、ここでは例えば３つの分割ふとん体１０，１０，１０が互いに連結されることによって構成されている。

各分割ふとん体１０は、平面視における外観形状がほぼ矩形状でかつ互いにほぼ同じ大きさになっている。各分割ふとん体１０は、羽毛の吹出防止加工を施されたそれぞれ矩形状の上下２枚のダウンプルーフ生地１１ａ，１１ｂ（以下、それぞれ上生地、下生地という）の幅端二辺が互いに縫着されてなるほぼ筒状とされ、分割ふとん体１０の開口する残り二辺部（他の分割ふとん体１０との連結部）には、それぞれ、上生地１１ａおよび下生地１１ｂの端部にマチ布１２の全周縁が縫着されて結合された閉塞構造の袋体となっており、その内部には、所定量の羽毛１３が収納されている。また、分割ふとん体１０には、その製造段階で、公知のキルティング縫合部１４が桝目状に施される。これにより、分割ふとん体１０内での羽毛１３の偏りを防止できる。なお、本例のキルティング縫合部１４は、上生地１１ａに縫い付けられた上生地片１５ａと、下生地１１ｂに縫い付けられた下生地片１５ｂとの縫着された立体キルティングとなっているが、上生地１１ａおよび下生地１１ｂを直接的に縫着するような通常のキルティングを採用してもよい。

分割ふとん体１０の前記マチ布１２の上下端（分割ふとん体１０の表側端部と裏側端部）には、隣接する他の分割ふとん体１０と連結するため、その幅方向全域に延びる一対のスライドファスナー（ファスナー部材）１６，１７の一方のテープ１６ａ，１７ａがそれぞれ縫着されており、一方のスライドファスナー１６には、スライドファスナー１７との噛合・解除用のスライダ１６ｃ（移動駒）が備えられている。なお、各分割ふとん体１０において、一方（例えば頭側端部）のマチ布１２と、他方（例えば足側端部）のマチ布１２とでは、スライドファスナー１６，１７が互い違いとなるように設けられている。

これにより、互いに隣接する分割ふとん体１０，１０で互いに対向する端部同士において、一方の分割ふとん体１０の裏側のスライドファスナー１６と他方の分割ふとん体１０の裏側のスライドファスナー１７とを連結し、一方の分割ふとん体１０の表側のスライドファスナー１７と他方の分割ふとん体１０の表側のスライドファスナー１６とを連結することにより、分割ふとん体１０，１０どうしを着脱自在に連結することができるようになっている。

このようにして、例えば３つの分割ふとん体１０，１０，１０を互いに連結することにより、掛けふとんＡを構成することができ、この掛けふとんＡは、その幅方向に延びる分割線（スライドファスナーに沿った線）により３つの分割ふとん体１０，１０，１０に適宜分離することができるようになっている。このとき、掛けふとんＡを単体で用いる場合には、掛けふとんＡの頭側端部と、足側端部において、それぞれの分割ふとん体１０の表裏一対のスライドファスナー１６，１７を互いに連結することにより、ここを閉じることができる。

そして、この掛けふとんＡが長期間の使用により全体的に汚れた場合には、各スライドファスナー１６，１７をそれぞれ解いて各分割ふとん体１０，１０，１０を互いに分離し（図４の状態）、すなわち、掛けふとんＡを小さな各分割ふとん体１０，１０，１０に分割し、これらを家庭用洗濯機により個別に洗濯できる。また、掛けふとんＡの一部が汚れた場合には、この一部を含む分割ふとん体１０のみを取り外して洗濯すればよい。結果的に、掛けふとんＡを業者に依頼することなく、容易に洗濯でき、維持費が嵩まない。

また、使用時には、各分割ふとん体１０，１０，１０の隣接する端部はスライドファスナー１６，１７により連続して接続されているので、各分割ふとん体１０，１０，１０間に使用者の足が入り込むことはない。

また、本実施形態の掛けふとんＡは上記のように分割構造であるにも係わらず、その隣接部（分割部）における熱の発散や伝導が抑制される。すなわち、図２および図３に示した使用状態において、分割ふとん体１０，１０の端部間、すなわち分割ふとん体１０，１０の互いに対向するマチ布１２，１２およびその上下一対のスライドファスナー１６，１７により囲まれた空間Ｋに空気が封じ込まれた形態になり、この空気本来の持つ断熱性により、前記空間Ｋでの熱の発散が低減する上に、この空間Ｋを介しての分割ふとん体１０，１０間の熱の伝導が低減される。結果的に、分割ふとん体１０，１０，１０の熱が外部に発散されにくくなって、掛けふとんＡ全体の保温性が向上する。

［敷きふとん］
次に、本発明に係るシステムふとんを構成する敷きふとんＢについて、図５を参照して説明する。
この図に示すように、本実施形態の敷きふとんＢは、その長さ方向に直列に配列された複数、ここでは例えば３つの分割ふとん体２０，２０，２０が互いに連結されることによって構成されている。

これにより、互いに隣接する分割ふとん体２０，２０で互いに対向する端部同士において、一方の分割ふとん体２０のスライドファスナー２６と他方の分割ふとん体２０のスライドファスナー２７とを連結することにより、分割ふとん体２０，２０どうしを着脱自在に連結することができるようになっている。

このようにして、例えば３つの分割ふとん体２０，２０，２０を互いに連結することにより、敷きふとんＢを構成することができる。この敷きふとんＢは、前記掛けふとんＡと同様、その幅方向に延びる分割線（スライドファスナーに沿った線）により３つの分割ふとん体２０，２０，２０に適宜分離することができるようになっており、容易に個別に洗濯でき、維持費が嵩まない。

［肌掛けふとん］
次に、本発明に係るシステムふとんを構成する肌掛けふとんＣについて、図６を参照して説明する。なお、以下に示す肌掛けふとんＣは、そのサイズや羽毛収納量等は異なるものの、基本的な分割構造については、上記敷きふとんＢと同様である。

すなわち、図６に示すように、本実施形態の肌掛けふとんＣは、その長さ方向に直列に配列された複数、ここでは例えば３つの分割ふとん体３０，３０，３０が互いに連結されることによって構成されている。

これにより、互いに隣接する分割ふとん体３０，３０で互いに対向する端部同士において、一方の分割ふとん体３０のスライドファスナー３６と他方の分割ふとん体３０のスライドファスナー３７とを連結することにより、分割ふとん体３０，３０どうしを着脱自在に連結することができるようになっている。

［オプションパーツ；連結用ふとん体］
図７に示すものは、本発明に係るシステムふとんのオプションパーツとしての連結用ふとん体である。
本実施形態の連結用ふとん体Ｄは、平面視における外観形状がほぼ矩形状で、例えば掛けふとんＡとほぼ同じ幅を有している。各連結用ふとん体Ｄは、羽毛の吹出防止加工を施されたそれぞれ矩形状の上下２枚のダウンプルーフ生地の三辺が互いに縫着され、開口する残り一辺部（掛けふとんＡとの連結部）には、それぞれ、上下の生地の端部にマチ布４２の全周縁が縫着されて結合された閉塞構造の袋体となっており、その内部には所定量の羽毛が収納されて、さらに公知のキルティング縫合部４４が施されている。

連結用ふとん体Ｄの一端部側において、前記マチ布４２の上下端（連結用ふとん体Ｄの表側端部と裏側端部）には、掛けふとんＡと連結するため、その幅方向全域に延びる一対のスライドファスナー（ファスナー部材）４６，４７の一方のテープ４６ａ，４７ａがそれぞれ縫着されており、一方のスライドファスナー４６には、スライドファスナー４７との噛合・解除用のスライダ４６ｃ（移動駒）が備えられている。
また、連結用ふとん体Ｄの他端部には、敷きふとんＢと連結するため、その幅方向に延びるスライドファスナー４８のテープ４８ａが縫着されている。このテープ４８ａは、敷きふとんＢ側のスライドファスナー２７に対応する長さで、スライドファスナー２７との噛合・解除用のスライダ４８ｃ（移動駒）が備えられている。ここで、通常、掛けふとんＡの幅は敷きふとんＢよりも大きく設定されており、これに応じて掛けふとんＡ側のスライドファスナー１６よりも敷きふとんＢ側のスライドファスナー２６の方が短くなっている。

これにより、図８に示すように、連結用ふとん体Ｄの一端側に、掛けふとんＡの足側端部をスライドファスナー１６，１７とスライドファスナー４７，４６とで連結し、また連結用ふとん体Ｄの他端側に、敷きふとんＢの足側端部をスライドファスナー２７とスライドファスナー４８とで連結することにより、掛けふとんＡと敷きふとんＢとを連結用ふとん体Ｄを介して着脱自在に連結できるようになっている。
このようなシステム構成とすることにより、足元からの冷気の侵入を確実に防止することができ、また掛けふとんＡのズレも防止できることから、保温性の向上を図ることが可能となる。

［オプションパーツ；エリ専用ふとん体］
図９に示すものは、本発明に係るシステムふとんのオプションパーツとしてのエリ専用ふとん体である。

本実施形態のエリ専用ふとん体Ｅは、平面視における外観形状がほぼ矩形状で、例えば掛けふとんＡとほぼ同じ幅を有している。各エリ専用ふとん体Ｅは、羽毛の吹出防止加工を施されたそれぞれ矩形状の上下２枚のダウンプルーフ生地の三辺が互いに縫着され、開口する残り一辺部（掛けふとんＡとの連結部）には、それぞれ、上下の生地の端部にマチ布５２の全周縁が縫着されて結合された閉塞構造の袋体となっており、その内部には、所定量の羽毛が収納され、さらに、公知のキルティング縫合部５４が施されている。

エリ専用ふとん体Ｅの足側端部において、前記マチ布５２の上下端（エリ専用ふとん体Ｅの表側端部と裏側端部）には、掛けふとんＡと連結するため、その幅方向全域に延びる一対のスライドファスナー（ファスナー部材）５６，５７の一方のテープ５６ａ，５７ａがそれぞれ縫着されており、一方のスライドファスナー５６には、スライドファスナー５７との噛合・解除用のスライダ５６ｃ（移動駒）が備えられている。

これにより、エリ専用ふとん体Ｅの一端側を、掛けふとんＡの頭側端部に、スライドファスナー１６，１７とスライドファスナー５７，５６とで連結することにより、掛けふとんＡのエリ部分にエリ専用ふとん体Ｅを着脱自在に連結できるようになっている。

このようにエリ専用ふとん体Ｅを掛けふとんＡに装着することにより、汚れやすいエリ部分のエリ専用ふとん体Ｅのみを取り外して洗濯することが可能となる。しかも、エリ専用ふとん体Ｅは、その足側端部にのみスライドファスナー５６，５７が設けられていることから、就寝者が触れるエリの部分にはスライドファスナーが存在せず、肌触りが良好となる。
また、掛けふとんＡへの連結部は、スライドファスナー５６，５７が備えられた構成となっており、これにより掛けふとんＡを構成する分割ふとん体１０，１０どうしの連結部と同様、空間を形成して、保温性に優れた構成とすることができる。
もちろん、このエリ専用ふとん体Ｅは、前記連結用ふとん体Ｄと同時に装着することも可能である。

また、このエリ専用ふとん体Ｅの他の装着形態として、以下に示すようなものがある。
すなわち、図１０及び図１１に示すように、エリ専用ふとん体Ｅの一端側を、掛けふとんＡの頭側端部に、その裏面側のスライドファスナー１６とスライドファスナー５７のみで連結するのである。さらに、掛けふとんＡの表面側のスライドファスナー１７には、さらにもう一つの分割ふとん体１０’を、その表面側のスライドファスナー１６を連結し、加えて、分割ふとん体１０’の裏面側のスライドファスナー１７とエリ専用ふとん体Ｅの表面側のスライドファスナー５６とを連結するのである。

このように掛けふとんＡの表側のスライドファスナー１７に分割ふとん体１０’を連結し、裏側のスライドファスナー１６にエリ専用ふとん体Ｅを連結することにより、掛けふとんＡの頭側端部が２重になり、この部分の保温性を高めることができる。そして、就寝者がエリ専用ふとん体Ｅの上に腕を出しても、その上には分割ふとん体１０’が被さることになり、肩の冷えを防止できる。しかもこのようにすれば、腕は、エリ専用ふとん体Ｅと分割ふとん体１０’との間の袋状の空間内に位置するため、非常に温かい。

なお、上記分割ふとん体１０’の頭側端部については、上記分割ふとん体１０と同様、一対のスライドファスナー１６，１７を備えるようにしても良いし、またスライドファスナーの無い構成として、エリ専用のパーツとすることも可能である。

上記システムふとんの、さらに他のシステム構成として、例えば以下のようなものがある。
ここでは、図１２及び図１３に示すように、掛けふとんＡにおいて、例えば腹部を覆う部分である中間部に、肌掛けふとんＣを構成する分割ふとん体３０を二枚重ねで装着する。この時には、頭側及び足側の分割ふとん体１０，１０のスライドファスナー１６，１７に、各分割ふとん体３０を、そのスライドファスナー３６，３７で連結するのである。これにより、掛けふとんＡの腹部のみが２重となり、特定部分の保温性を高めることができる。
な。掛けふとんＡの中間部において、上記したように分割ふとん体３０を二枚重ねるのではなく、分割ふとん体１０と分割ふとん体３０を重ねるようにしても良いし、もちろん、分割ふとん体１０を２重とするのであっても良い。
この他、上記したような例において、２重にした分割ふとん体１０あるいは３０の間に、さらにもう一枚（あるいはそれ以上）の分割ふとん１０あるいは３０等を側方から挟み込み、３重以上とすることも可能である。
もちろん、掛けふとんＡの中間部に限らず、頭側あるいは足側の分割ふとん体１０についても、上記の如くして２重あるいは３重以上とすることも可能であるし、２重あるいは３重とする分割ふとん１０の位置や、数等も何ら限定するものではない。したがって、例えば掛けふとん１０全体を２重等とすることも可能である。
