Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tube container made of synthetic resin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A container body that erects the mouth and neck from the upper end of the torso provided to be elastically squeezed through the shoulder, and sandwiches and seals the lower end of the torso in a plate shape, and a cap fitted to the mouth and neck A tube container made of synthetic resin is widely used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The tube container contains a viscous cream-like fluid, and its dispensing is done by squeezing the trunk with the cap removed, but it is poured until the viscous fluid disappears. This is difficult because the elastic deformation of the shoulder portion of the container main body is difficult, and therefore, it is to be discarded while leaving a considerable amount of storage in the shoulder portion.
[0004]
The above disadvantages should be solved by making the nozzle mouth part have a large inner diameter, but in this way, the viscous cream-like product poured out from the nozzle mouth part by pressing the trunk part exceeds the amount used. Therefore, it is impossible to increase the inner diameter.
[0005]
In the present invention, the container body and the nozzle corresponding to the neck of the mouth and neck are formed as separate members so as to be detachable so that the stored items remaining in the shoulder portion can be used up and cannot be dispensed by squeezing the trunk. After that, the nozzle is removed and the stored item remaining in the shoulder can be used.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a first means,
Mounted on the upper end surface of the nozzle fitting cylinder 4 from the upper end surface of the nozzle fitting cylinder 4 is an upward flange 12 attached to the lower end cylinder part. The lower end cylinder portion is stood up in a watertight and detachable manner to the nozzle fitting cylinder 4 so that the inner diameter of the nozzle port formed by the upper end cylinder section is larger than the inner diameter of the upper end portion of the nozzle fitting cylinder 4. A nozzle 11 having a small inner diameter, and an inward flange 23 is attached to the upper end of the peripheral wall 22 screwed to the outer surface of the nozzle fitting cylinder 4. Formed by a connecting member 21 sandwiching the outward flange 12 and a cap 31 fitted to the nozzle 11,
The cap 31 includes an inner cylinder member 31a including a toped inner cylinder 32 with a through hole and an outer cylinder member 31b, and a seal member 31c provided in the upper part of the inner cylinder.
The sealing member 31c is provided so that the upper surface of the mouth tube 15 of the nozzle 11 can be closed, and has a bar portion 40 that stands upward, and this bar portion cannot be pulled out into the through hole of the top wall of the inner cylinder 32. And are fitted so as to be slightly movable up and down.
[0007]
As a second means, the short means has the first means and the upper end portion of the nozzle fitting cylinder 4 as a small outer diameter portion 5 is hung from the outer periphery of the outward flange 12 of the nozzle to the outer surface of the small outer diameter portion. The cylinder 13 was fitted, and the small outer diameter portion 5 and the short cylinder 13 were provided with engagement means for preventing the nozzle from rotating.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a container body that erects the nozzle fitting cylinder 4 from the upper end of the body part 2 through the shoulder part 3. The nozzle fitting cylinder 4 is formed as a male screw cylinder, and the upper end portion is a small outer diameter portion 5, and several protrusions 6 are provided vertically on the outer surface. The inner diameter of the upper end of the nozzle fitting cylinder is a large inner diameter into which a brush or a finger can be inserted.
[0009]
A nozzle 11 is detachably fitted to the nozzle fitting cylinder 4. The nozzle is provided with an outward flange 12 at the lower end cylinder part, and the cylinder part below the flange is watertightly fitted to the inner surface of the upper end part of the nozzle fitting cylinder 4 so that the outward flange is located on the upper end face of the nozzle fitting cylinder 4. The short cylinder 13 is suspended from the outer periphery of the outward flange, and the short cylinder is fitted to the outer surface of the small outer diameter portion 5 of the nozzle fitting cylinder 4 described above. The short cylinder has a split groove for fitting the protrusion 6 described above, and the nozzle 11 does not rotate with respect to the nozzle fitting cylinder 4 by fitting the protrusion 6 into the split groove. It is provided as follows. An upper portion of the nozzle 11 is erected with a mouth tube 15 provided short via an inward flange 14, and the inner diameter of the nozzle port formed by the inner surface of the mouth tube is smaller than the inner diameter of the nozzle fitting tube 4 described above. In the illustrated example, a ridge 16 is provided around the upper end of the mouth tube to further reduce the inner diameter of the nozzle mouth so that a small amount of the stored viscous cream-like material can be dispensed.
[0010]
Among the cylinder parts excluding the lower end cylinder part and the upper end cylinder part of the nozzle, the upper half part is formed on the male threaded cylinder 17, and the lower half part 18 has a slightly larger outer diameter than the upper half part, and a number on the lower outer surface thereof. A number of ridges 19 are provided vertically.
[0011]
21 is a connecting member for connecting the container main body and the nozzle, and an inward flange 23 is provided on the upper end of the peripheral wall 22 screwed to the outer surface of the nozzle fitting cylinder 4 so that the flange and the upper end face of the nozzle fitting cylinder 4 are connected. Thus, the outward flange 12 of the nozzle is clamped. In the illustrated example, the peripheral wall 22 is formed of an inner cylinder 22a and an outer cylinder 22b that are continuous at the upper end, and the inner cylinder 22a is screwed onto the outer surface of the nozzle-fitting cylinder. As the outer diameter, the lower end surface is brought into contact with the upper surface of the outer peripheral portion of the shoulder portion 3.
[0012]
Reference numeral 31 denotes a cap. In the illustrated example, the outer cylinder 34 is erected from the lower end of the inner cylinder 32 through the outward flange 33, and the outer cylinder 34 is extended downward to engage with the engaging protrusion 35 on the outer surface of the lower end. An inner cylinder member 31a that surrounds the outer cylinder 34, an outer cylinder member 31b in which a vertical cylinder 37 hanging from the outer periphery of the top plate 36 is fitted to the outer surface of the outer cylinder 34, and a seal member 31C provided in the upper part of the inner cylinder Forming. The sealing member protrudes from the outer periphery of the convex spherical plate portion 38 provided so that the upper surface of the mouth tube 15 can be closed to protrude upward and outward, and the rod portion 40 is erected from the center of the spherical plate portion to raise the upper end of the rod portion. The portion is fitted into a through-hole formed in the center of the inner cylinder top plate so that it cannot be pulled out and slightly movable up and down. The upper end of the elastic cylinder 39 is in contact with the corner of the inner surface of the upper end of the inner cylinder 32, and the whole sealing member is made of a soft material.
[0013]
The engaging plates 41 and 41 are suspended from the lower surface of the outward flange 33 described above, and when the cap 31 is screwed into the outer surface of the nozzle 11 and tightened, the inner lower end of the engaging plate is the same as that of the nozzle described above. It is provided so that it can be positioned in contact with the ridges 19,19.
[0014]
The nozzle 11 is positioned relative to the nozzle mounting cylinder 4, the connecting member 21 is positioned relative to the nozzle mounting cylinder, and the cap 31 is positioned relative to the nozzle 11 as described above so as to be positioned when fitted. It is possible to uniformly position each outer surface of each member, for example, each front surface on the same vertical surface side, and to display the pattern, characters, etc. drawn on each outer surface in a controlled manner. .
[0015]
In addition, the cap can be formed as wide as possible on the top surface of the cap, that is, the container grounding surface in the inverted state, so that the stored item remaining in the barrel can be moved to the nozzle side by raising the container in the inverted state. desirable.
[0016]
Each of the above members is formed of a synthetic resin material. The seal member 31c may be made of rubber.
[0017]
Use of the above tube container is performed by removing the cap 31 and extracting the stored item from the nozzle 11 by squeezing the body part 2. 11 is removed from the nozzle fitting cylinder 4, and the stored item remaining in the shoulder 3 is taken out from the mouth of the nozzle fitting cylinder using a brush or the like. The stored item remaining in the shoulder may be taken out in several steps. In this case, the nozzle, the connecting member, and the cap are repeatedly attached and detached, and the used item is discarded after it has been used.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the stored item remaining in the shoulder portion 3 can be directly taken out from the nozzle fitting cylinder by removing the nozzle, and waste can be eliminated. Further, since the nozzle fitting cylinder 4 and the nozzle 11 can be connected by the connecting member 21, the nozzle 11 is not detached from the nozzle fitting cylinder 4.
[0019]
According to the second aspect, the rotation of the nozzle 11 with respect to the nozzle fitting cylinder 4 can be prevented. Therefore, when the cap is screwed and unscrewed with respect to the nozzle 11, the nozzles are rotated together. Screwing and unscrewing will not be incomplete or impossible.
