Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a panel coupling apparatus, and more particularly to a panel coupling apparatus suitable for use in panel coupling on side walls of a prefabricated assembly shed used at a construction site, a mobile phone relay base, or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Simple prefabricated houses such as prefabricated houses that are extremely easy to assemble and disassemble are used in various fields. For example, in a building site such as a building building, a prefabricated simple assembly office is constructed adjacent to the building site until the main building is completed. In the event of a disaster, it will be constructed as an emergency house in a vacant lot.
[0003]
These buildings that can be assembled and disassembled usually have multiple panels of several square meters, sandwiched between two plastic plates or metal plates, sandwiched with foam insulation and sandwiched in a sandwich shape. Form a surface. Between the column and the panel, for example, an end edge of the panel is waterproofly fitted and fixed in a groove provided in the column.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
With regard to the connection structure between panels, a number of proposals for extremely complicated shapes have been made in the past in consideration of performance such as water tightness and heat insulation. However, there is no structure with a simple structure and excellent watertightness and heat insulation. Also, a simple structure in which the edges of the panels are joined at a right angle is not so common.
[0005]
In order to eliminate the above inconvenience, on November 11, 1998, the applicant filed an invention of a panel coupling device as Japanese Patent Application No. 10-320183. Next, the present invention will be described.
FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional perspective view showing in detail the cross-sectional shape of the panel assembly constituting the panel coupling device. In FIG. 4, the panel combination 1 has a vertically long and flat core plate 2. On both side edges of the core plate 2, fitting portions 3, 3 having a Chinese character “mountain” shape are formed. The back surface of the fitting portion 3 has an exposed surface 4 orthogonal to the core plate 2. The exposed surface 4 forms a surface substantially parallel to the surface of the joined panel after assembling.
[0006]
A pressure contact portion 5 parallel to the core plate 2 is formed on both edge sides of the exposed surface 4, and a contact protrusion 6 is formed on the tip edge. The core plate 2, the exposed surface 4, and the pressure contact portion 5 are made of a synthetic resin that is strong in tension or stretch, such as polypropylene resin or ABS resin, and has high heat insulating properties. Further, the close contact protrusion 6 is formed of an elastic body that is stretchable and rich in elastic force like a polyurethane resin foam. The panel assembly 1 is produced by injecting two types of synthetic resins from separate nozzles.
[0007]
Next, a panel coupling structure using the panel assembly 1 will be described. In FIG. 5, reference numerals 7 and 7 denote two panels arranged side by side to constitute a wall surface or the like. In the panel 7, the core 8 portion is made of polystyrene foam, and the front surface side and the back surface side are covered with the outer surface plates 9 and 10. The end portions of the outer plates 9 and 10 are bent along the core portion 8, and the tips thereof are bent in a curl shape to form a U-shaped engaging portion 11.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 5, two panels 7, 7 are juxtaposed at an appropriate interval, and this panel combined body 1 is juxtaposed so that its close projection 6 is fitted with the engaging portion 11. , 7 from above. Since the distance between the engaging portions 11 of the panel 7 is formed to be slightly larger than the distance between the contact protrusions 6 of the panel assembly 1, the outer plates 9, 10 on the front and back of the panel are pushed by pushing the panel assembly 1. The engaging portion 11 is pressed inward. For this reason, the contact protrusion 6 is in airtight contact with the inside of the engaging portion 11. In addition, since the upper and lower ends of the panel assembly 1 driven into the two panels are closed with a caulking agent or the like, the space 12 formed between the fitting portions 3 and 3 of the panel assembly 1 is sealed. Kept. Moreover, since the panel coupling body 1 is formed from the synthetic resin with high heat insulation properties, the front surface side and the back surface side of the panel 7 are hermetically sealed and also thermally insulated.
[0009]
However, in this panel coupling device, since the exposed portion 4 of the fitting portion 3 is exposed to wind and rain or sunlight with the panels 7 and 7 coupled together, the strength is weakened and fragile, and the caulking is prevented. Even if the material is applied, the caulking material is easily peeled off because the width of the exposed portion 4 is wide. Moreover, since the width of the core plate 2 straddling between the fitting portions 3 and 3 is relatively wide, and the tensile force applied to this portion is large, there is also a drawback that the core plate 2 is torn after many years of use.
[0010]
The present invention is intended to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional disadvantages. The purpose of the present invention is to allow the panels to be joined together in an airtight and adiabatic manner with a simple structure and to allow the two panels to be joined together. It is an object of the present invention to provide a panel coupling device that can be coupled as close as possible and reduces the decrease in strength due to deterioration.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the object of the present invention as described above, in the invention according to claim 1 of the present application, in the panel coupling device for coupling the edges of a plurality of panels, the cross section of the concave portion of the Chinese character is used. Fitting having two arms (25) provided with close contact ridges (26) which are bent and extended in directions facing each other from the edges of the base (24) in a shape lacking a base, and having elasticity at their tips Two joined portions (23) are arranged so that their base portions (24) face each other, and these base portions (24) are respectively attached to the edge portions of the plate-like core plate (22) ( 21), the outer plate (29), (30) is bent, and the connecting portion (31) of the panel (27) having the connecting portion (31) formed with the connecting piece (32) at the tip is arranged facing each other. ,
The arm portion (25) of the panel coupling body (21) is inserted inside the bending portion (33) of the bending connecting piece (32) formed in the connecting portion (31), and the bending of the tip of the connecting piece (32) is performed. A panel coupling device is provided, in which the contact ridge (26) is pressed against the portion (33) and the two panels (27), (27) are coupled by the panel coupling body (21) .
In the invention according to claim 2, in addition to the invention according to claim 1, there is provided a panel coupling device characterized in that the plate-like body covering both surfaces of the panel is made of a metal plate.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the first aspect of the invention, a panel coupling device according to the first aspect is provided in which the side edges of the panels are coupled by a panel coupling body .
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional perspective view showing in detail a cross-sectional shape of a panel assembly constituting a panel combination apparatus according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, the panel combined body 21 has an elongated vertically long core plate 22. On the two longer edges of the vertically long core plate 22, there is a base portion 24 at the center of the back outer side of the fitting portions 23 and 23 having a shape that is a "concave" shape with a cross-section and lacking the bottom of the recessed portion. It is attached integrally.
[0013]
The fitting portion 23 has a base portion 24 that is coupled to the core plate 22 and two arm portions 25 that extend to the tips on both sides thereof. One of the arm portions 25 is bent and extended inward from one edge of the base portion 24, and a contact protrusion 26 is formed at the tip thereof. The other edge of the arm portion 25 extends from the other edge of the base portion 24 facing the one edge so as to bend inward in contrast to the arm, and a contact protrusion 26 is formed at the tip thereof. The core plate 22, the base portion 24, and the arm portion 25 except for the contact protrusions 26 are made of a synthetic resin that is resistant to pulling or stretching, such as polypropylene resin or ABS resin, and has high heat insulating properties. Further, the contact protrusion 26 is formed of an elastic body that is elastic and rich in elastic force like a polyurethane resin foam. The panel assembly 21 is produced by injecting two types of synthetic resins from separate nozzles.
[0014]
Next, a panel coupling structure using the panel assembly 1 of the present invention will be described. In FIG. 2, 27 and 27 are two panels which comprise a wall surface. In the panel 27, the core 28 portion is made of polystyrene foam, and the front surface side and the back surface side are covered with outer surface plates 29 and 30. The end portions of the outer plates 29 and 30 further extend from the core portion 28 to form a coupling portion 31, and the tips thereof are bent inward to form a connection piece 32.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 2, the two panels 27 and 27 are juxtaposed so that their end portions are close to each other, and the panel combined body 21 according to the present invention is formed in the connecting portion 31 of the panels 27 and 27. Push in from above. At this time, the contact protrusion 26 formed at the distal end of the arm portion 25 of the panel combined body 21 presses the curved portion 33 at the distal end of the connection piece 31 so as to press the inner side. For this reason, the contact protrusion 26 having elasticity is in airtight contact with the inside of the bending portion 33. When the two panels 27, 27 are joined by the panel combination 21, a caulking material 34 made of silicon synthetic resin or the like is packed into the gap formed between the connection pieces 32. Moreover, since the upper and lower ends of the panel coupling body 21 driven into the panel 27 are closed with a caulking material, the space 35 formed between the panels 27 is kept in a sealed state. Moreover, since the panel coupling body 21 is formed from a synthetic resin having a high heat insulating property, the front surface side and the back surface side of the panel 27 are hermetically sealed and also thermally insulated.
[0016]
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the panel 27 that is in one plane and the panel 36 that is orthogonal to the panel 27 are coupled by the panel combination according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the outer surface plate 37 of the panel 36 is bent at a right angle from the surface side, and becomes the same plane as the outer surface plates 29 of the other panels 27. The distal end portion of the outer surface plate 37 further extends from the core portion 38 to constitute a coupling portion 31, and the distal end thereof is bent to constitute the connection piece 32. The other outer surface plate 39 extends upward from the end of the core 38 and forms a connection piece 32.
[0017]
The panel 36 is disposed at a right angle to the panel 27. And the panel coupling body 21 which concerns on this invention is inserted in the space which the coupling | bond part 31 of the panels 29 and 36 forms like the said embodiment. At this time, the contact protrusion 26 formed at the distal end of the arm portion 25 of the panel combined body 21 presses the curved portion 33 at the distal end of the connection piece 32 so as to press the inner side. For this reason, the contact protrusion 26 having elasticity is in airtight contact with the inside of the bending portion 33. When the two panels 27, 27 are joined by the panel assembly 21, a caulking material 34 made of silicon synthetic resin or the like is packed into the gap formed between the connection pieces 32.
[0018]
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, various modifications and applications are possible within the scope of the present invention, and these modifications and applications are not excluded from the scope of the present invention.
[0019]

The arm portion (25) of the panel coupling body (21) is inserted inside the bending portion (33) of the bending connecting piece (32) formed in the connecting portion (31), and the bending of the tip of the connecting piece (32) is performed. Since the contact protrusion (26) is pressed against the part (33) and the two panels (27) and (27) are connected by the panel combined body (21) , the panels are hermetically and thermally insulating. The two panels can be coupled as close as possible. In addition, since the panels can be arranged close to each other as described above, the panel joined body has few portions that directly contact the outside air even when the gap between the panel tubes is not filled with the coking material. There is little deterioration due to exposure to sunlight or the like, and the strength can be maintained for a long time.
