一方、コンベヤベルトをパイプ状に丸めて輸送する事により、粉末、粒状の運搬物を外部に飛散させる事を低減する事が可能なパイプコンベヤが知られている。該パイプコンベヤベルトの新規な設置あるいは交換、修理に際し、コンベヤベルトを中空円形状に設置された保持ローラーに順次引込んで敷設することにより、コンベヤベルトをパイプ状に丸めていくことが行われている。しかし、コンベヤベルトをパイプ状に変形させながら曲線状のラインに引き込む関係から、コンベヤベルトの耳部や引き込み金具が保持ローラー等に引っかかり易くコンベヤベルトの引き込み抵抗を大きくしたり、設備の塗装をはがしてしまうため、補修作業が不可欠で作業工数も増加し、しかも保持ローラーや支持台からなるフレームを傷つけたりして、耐久性や外観を悪化させる原因にもなっていた。

本発明は、かかる従来の課題に着目して案出したもので、コンベヤベルトを保持ローラーや支持台からなるフレームに引込んで敷設するコンベヤベルトの引き込み方法に関し、コンベヤベルトの引き込み抵抗を軽減するとともに、コンベヤベルトの引き込み金具が保持ローラーや支持台からなるフレームに引っかかり、設備の塗装をはがしてしまう恐れ減少させるようにしたコンベヤベルトの引き込み方法を提供することに有る。

本発明は、上記のようにコンベヤベルトを保持ローラーや支持台からなるフレームに引込んで敷設するに際して、コンベヤベルト引き込み金具のプーリー側となる裏面を柔軟部材で防護する様にしたので、コンベヤベルトの引き込み抵抗を著しく低減させることが可能になる。しかも、コンベヤベルト引き込み金具の接触によりフレームや保持ローラーの塗装をはがしてしまう事が減少し、さらにフレームや保持ローラーの損傷がなく補修の必要性が減少し著しく作業効率が向上した。
