Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a distribution board.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the conventional distribution board, the load name entry plate 113 is attached to the surface of the wiring oil 116 as in the distribution board 101 shown in FIG. Then, like the distribution board 101 shown in FIG. 3B, when the wiring oil 116 was removed, the charging unit 112 extending from the main breaker 110 to each branch breaker 111 was exposed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
For this reason, when performing the connection work at the time of construction, it is not easy to check the connection load of the branch breaker 111 as the work target because the work is performed by removing the wiring oil 116 to which the load name entry plate 113 is attached. There was a risk of incorrect connections. Also, if you want to work while looking at the load name entry board 113, you must place the removed wiring oil 116 at a position that is easy to see next to the distribution board 101. It was necessary to take extra care in addition to the wiring work, such as avoiding mishandling. In addition, sufficient attention must be paid to an electric shock accident in the exposed charging unit 112.
[0004]
In view of these problems, the present invention can easily check the connection load when connecting the electric wire to the branch breaker when installing the distribution board, and eliminates the exposure of the charging part with the wiring oil removed. Therefore, it is an object to realize a distribution board that can prevent accidents such as electric shock.
[0005]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a load in which a front surface of a charging unit extending vertically to connect the branch breaker is connected to the branch breaker among charging units extending from the main breaker to each branch breaker. Covered with a load name entry board that can fill in the name of the wiring, and provided a window that matches the load name entry board on the wiring oi that covers other than the operation part of the equipment installed in the distribution board, and mounted the wiring oi In the state, the load name writing plate can be exposed or seen through , and the upper load name writing plate is formed by integrally forming a claw piece and a pressing piece by elastic materials on the upper and lower sides of the load name writing plate, respectively. [0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. In the following, the same constituent elements in the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 1 (a), a distribution board 1 of this embodiment is hinged to a main body 2 that houses a main breaker 10, a branch breaker 11, and electric materials such as electric wires, and is freely hinged to the main body 2. The external appearance is constituted by a distribution board door (not shown, the same applies hereinafter) that protects the operation unit 15 of the main breaker 10 and the branch breaker 11. When the distribution panel door is removed and the wiring oi 16 that protects the wiring portion such as the electric wire and the exposed conductor is attached, the operation unit 15 of the main breaker 10 and the plurality of branch breakers 11 is provided on the wiring oi 16. It is exposed from the arrangement opening 33 and can be operated, and the operation portions 15 of the plurality of branch breakers 11 are provided on the left and right sides, and a rectangular window 17 is punched and formed between them. The punched window 17 can be seen through so that the wiring load 16 and the rectangular load name entry plate 13 attached to the straight portion of the charging unit 12 form a flat surface, or a transparent resin plate is fitted. It is good to make it. By doing so, there is no possibility that rainwater, dust, or the like enters from the gap between the window 17 and the load name entry plate 13, and maintenance of the distribution board 1 becomes easy.
[0008]
FIG.1 (b) shows the front view of the distribution board 1 of the state which removed both the distribution board door and the wiring oil 16. FIG. The main breaker 10 in FIG. 1B is a circuit breaker that also serves as a leakage breaker connected to a commercial power supply. An overcurrent exceeding the rated current due to a leakage in the secondary circuit of the main breaker 10 or a short circuit accident. When it is detected, it operates to cut off the current, stops the entire power supply from the commercial power supply to the distribution board to prevent secondary disasters such as electric shock and fire, and power transmission equipment on the power supply side Protect etc.
[0009]
A plurality of branch breakers 11 provided in accordance with the rated current for the connection load are circuit breakers connected by branch wiring to the output end of the main breaker 10 at the charging unit 12. When an overcurrent exceeding the rated current is detected due to a load connection or short circuit accident, it operates to cut off the current and protects the connection load and wiring equipment of lamps, electrical equipment, etc.
[0010]
Next, the charging unit 12 is formed of a stripped conductive material such as copper to connect the main breaker 10 and the branch breaker 11, and the connection portion with the branch breaker 11 is formed by a straight copper bar 18. It is. A load name entry plate 13 made of an insulating material is mounted between the left and right branch breakers 11 so as to cover the front surface of the copper bar 18. The load name entry plate 13 is formed so that the name of the load connected to each branch breaker 11 can be entered at a position corresponding to the branch breaker 11.
[0011]
Thus, even if it is in the state where the wiring oil 16 is mounted by mounting the load name writing board 13 so as to cover the charging unit 12 and providing the wiring oil 16 with the window 17 matched to the load name writing board 13. The load name entry plate 13 is exposed from the window 17 and the operation unit 15 can be operated while confirming the load name and the like of the connection destination, so that the reliability of the maintenance inspection work of the distribution board 1 can be increased. On the other hand, even when the wiring oil 16 is removed, the connection work can be performed while confirming the load name of the connection destination, so that erroneous connections can be reduced. Moreover, since the charging part 12 is not exposed, it acts as a protective cover, can prevent accidents such as electric shock due to contact with the copper bar 18, and can improve safety. In addition, since there is no need for the removed wiring oil 16 in the wiring work, there is no need to pay attention to anything other than the wiring work, such as to prevent the wiring oil 16 from being accidentally knocked down and damaged, thereby concentrating on the wiring work. As a result, erroneous connections can be further reduced.
[0012]
Here, attachment of the load name entry plate 13 to the charging unit 12 will be described. For example, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the load name entry plate 13 is loaded by an upper load name entry plate support 25 and a lower load name entry plate support 27 protruding from the bottom of the distribution board. By holding and sandwiching the upper and lower ends of the name entry plate 13, it is mounted so as to cover the front surface of the copper bar 18 between the left and right branch breakers 11 of the charging unit 12.
[0013]
More specifically, the knob 30, the claw piece 31, and the plate-like push piece 32 are mounted by an upper load name entry plate support 25 and a lower load name entry plate support 27 that are integrally formed using an elastic material. That is, the load name entry plate 13 is placed on the load name entry plate 13 while the lower end portion of the load name entry plate 13 is matched between the claw piece 31 and the push piece 32 of the lower load name entry plate support 27, and the downward direction. At the same time, the lower load name entry plate support 27 is pushed and spread, and at the same time, the upper end portion of the load name entry plate 13 is aligned with the claw piece 31 of the upper load name entry plate support 25 and is attached to the charging unit 12 by elastic action. The On the other hand, the load name entry plate 13 is detached from the charging unit 12 by pushing the knob portion 30 of the upper load name entry plate support 25 or the lower load name entry plate support 27 and moving the load name entry plate 13 to the front. At the same time as releasing from the claw piece 31 that has been restricted, the push piece 32 is pushed out by pushing the load name entry plate 13 forward.
[0014]
In the above embodiment, the present invention is also applied to a distribution board having a configuration in which the number of arrangements of the branch breakers 11 arranged in the left and right two rows is a single row or a plurality of rows such as 3, 4 rows. In addition, even in a distribution board with different number of breakers and arrangement directions, a load name entry plate 13 is attached to the charging unit 12 configured accordingly, and the shape of the load name entry plate 13 is changed. In addition, it is also possible to implement the present invention by appropriately changing the shape and configuration of each part without departing from the spirit of the present invention, such as providing a plurality of windows 17 in the wiring oil 16.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the invention of claim 1, since it is possible to connect to the branch breaker while confirming the connection load, it is possible to prevent erroneous connection and to prevent an accident. In addition, even when the wiring oil is opened, the charged part is not exposed, so that accidents such as electric shock can be prevented and safety can be improved. Furthermore, since no wiring odor is required in the wiring work, if it is placed in a place where it does not interfere with the work, it can be concentrated by the wiring work, so that it is possible to further reduce erroneous connections.
