BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a filling apparatus for aligning rod-shaped articles and filling a container or the like. For example, the present invention relates to a filling apparatus for aligning predetermined weights of food-like rod-shaped confectionery into a container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of the above-described conventional filling apparatus will be described with reference to FIG. 15 (see JP-A-8-271327). This filling device is for filling a predetermined container (not shown) with a plurality of rod-shaped articles 1 weighed and discharged by a conventionally known combination weigher (not shown). The swing guide tube 3 is provided below the outlet of the
[0003]
According to this filling device, the plurality of bar-shaped articles 1 that are weighed in combination and discharged from the outlet of the
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional filling device, the upper bar-shaped article 1a is gated by swinging the lower bar-shaped article 1b on the gates 7 and 7 in the vertical direction so as to swing left and right. 7 and 7, the lower bar-shaped article 1b is swung in the left-right direction, and the lower end of the upper bar-shaped article 1a is moved to the upper end of the lower bar-shaped article 1b. In the abutted state, the upper bar-shaped article 1a may swing following the lower bar-shaped article 1b. Therefore, there is a problem that the bar-shaped article 1a on the upper side of the bar-shaped articles 1a, 1b that are overlapped in the vertical direction cannot be reliably dropped onto the gates 7, 7. Thereby, for example, when a predetermined weight or number of rod-shaped articles 1 are filled in a predetermined container, the rod-shaped article 1 may overflow from the container, or it is filled in a state where it stands up next to each other. May not look good.
[0005]
In the conventional filling device, for example, when the number of the rod-shaped articles 1 filled at one time is large or when the length of the rod-shaped articles 1 is short, a plurality of rod-shaped articles falling on the gates 7 and 7 are raised. Since the total lateral width of the article 1 is increased, it is necessary to increase the inner diameters of the swing guide cylinder 3 and the fixed
However, if the inner diameter of the swing guide cylinder 3 is made larger than a certain value, the upper part of the bar-shaped article 1 standing upright on the gates 7, 7 does not reach the inner side surface of the swing guide cylinder 3, thus swinging. The guide tube 3 may not be held but may be held in contact with the inner surface of the
[0006]
The present invention allows the rod-shaped articles to stand cleanly in a state adjacent to each other in the filling hopper regardless of the length and the filling amount of the rod-shaped articles, and can be filled into a container or the like in this aligned state. An object is to provide an apparatus.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the first inventionSuch a filling apparatus is supplied to a filling hopper having a short cylindrical main body that receives a plurality of rod-shaped articles from an upper opening, a gate for opening and closing the lower opening of the main body, and the filling hopper. And a drive unit that vibrates the filling hopper so that each rod-like article stands up next to each other, and the vibration component of the vibration by the drive unit of the filling hopper is a component in the vertical direction. , And a horizontal component.
[0011]
Furthermore, the filling device according to the first invention is:A lifting part that is driven by the driving part and moves up and down along the vertical direction; and a pivot part that is provided in the elevation part and swingably supports the filling hopper, the position of the pivot part and the filling The center of gravity of the hopper is located at a predetermined interval in the horizontal direction.
[0012]
Second inventionIn the first aspect of the filling apparatus according to the present invention, the lowering speed of the vibration of the filling hopper by the driving unit is higher than the free fall speed of the rod-shaped article accommodated in the filling hopper, and the filling hopper is Lower and horizontallyIs to be moved.
[0013]
Third inventionThe filling device according toIn the first or second invention,A rod-shaped article supplied to the filling hopper in a state where the filling hopper is moved downward by vibration is applied to the gate.It is a collision.
[0014]
A filling method according to a fourth aspect of the present invention includes a step of supplying a plurality of rod-shaped articles into the filling hopper, a first vibration stage for vibrating the filling hopper containing the rod-shaped articles in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction, and A first discharge stage in which a bar-shaped article is discharged by opening and closing a gate provided in a lower opening of the filling hopper after stopping the vibration of the filling hopper; and the filling hopper in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction. A second vibration stage for vibrating, and a second discharge stage for discharging the rod-shaped article by opening and closing the gate provided in the lower opening of the filling hopper after stopping the vibration of the filling hopper. 1 fillingIs what you do.
[0023]
In the first inventionAccording to such a filling apparatus, when the rising speed of the filling hopper containing a plurality of rod-shaped articles decreases and when the descending speed increases, it is applied to the weight of the rod-shaped articles on the gate and other rod-shaped articles. The weight becomes relatively small, which reduces the frictional force between the rod-shaped article and the gate, and the frictional force between the contact parts of the rod-shaped articles. At this time, by changing the horizontal speed, , And can stand up on the gate in parallel with each other next to each other.
[0024]
Further, according to the first inventionAccording to the filling device, since the position of the pivot portion and the center of gravity of the filling hopper are located at a predetermined interval in the horizontal direction, when the filling hopper vibrates in the vertical direction, the filling hopper is pivoted by its inertial force. Swings around the center.
[0025]
According to the second inventionAccording to the filling device, for example, as shown in FIG. 15, when two rod-shaped articles are stacked in the vertical direction while standing, the filling hopper is more than the free fall speed of the rod-shaped articles accommodated in the filling hopper. Each bar-shaped article can be lifted from the filling hopper by being lowered at high speed. Then, by lowering the filling hopper and moving it horizontally, the filling hopper can collide with the rod-shaped article, and the upper rod-shaped article overlapping in the vertical direction can be dropped onto the gate.
[0026]
According to the third inventionAccording to the filling device, when the rod-shaped article is supplied to the filling hopper and collides with the gate due to free fall, the filling hopper is in a state of moving downward due to vibration, so the impact when the rod-shaped article collides with the gate is reduced. be able to.
[0027]
According to the fourth inventionAccording to the filling method, after the rod-shaped article is supplied into the filling hopper (feeding stage), the filling hopper is vibrated to align the rod-shaped articles in the filling hopper so as to stand next to each other (first step). (Oscillation stage), and then the gate is opened and closed to discharge (first discharge stage). Then, once again, the filling hopper is vibrated to open and close the gate (second vibration stage, second discharge stage), and the rod-like article that is caught in the filling hopper is shaken off and discharged. Can do.

[0065]
According to the first inventionAccording to the filling device, since the vibration component of the vibration by the driving unit of the filling hopper is composed of a vertical component and a horizontal component, the bar-shaped articles intertwined in the filling hopper are parallel and adjacent to each other. It can be made to stand on a gate, and can fill a container etc. in the state where a rod-shaped article was arranged in this way.
[0066]
further,By positioning the position of the pivot portion and the center of gravity of the filling hopper at a predetermined interval in the horizontal direction, the filling hopper can be swung over the horizontal range only by vibrating the filling hopper in the vertical direction. Can be moved. Therefore, the filling hopper can be vibrated in both the vertical direction and the horizontal direction by a simple and compact mechanism for vibrating the filling hopper in the vertical direction.
[0067]
According to the second inventionAccording to the filling apparatus, by moving the filling hopper in the horizontal direction in a state where the rod-shaped article in the filling hopper is lifted from the filling hopper, the filling hopper collides with the rod-like article, and the upper stick-like shape overlapped in the vertical direction. Articles can be dropped onto the gate. Thereby, the rod-shaped articles in the filling hopper can be aligned as described above, and containers or the like can be filled in this aligned state.
[0068]
According to the third inventionAccording to the filling apparatus, since the impact when the rod-shaped article is supplied to the filling hopper and collides with the gate due to free fall can be reduced, it is possible to prevent the rod-shaped article from jumping up due to the collision with the gate. In the filling hopper, they can be prevented from being entangled with each other.
[0069]
According to the filling method of the fourth invention,All the rod-shaped articles supplied to the filling hopper can be reliably discharged. In other words, even if the filling hopper containing a large number of rod-shaped articles is vibrated, the rod-shaped articles are difficult to move in the filling hopper, and the rod-shaped articles caught in the filling hopper may not be shaken off. When most of the rod-shaped articles in the filling hopper are discharged at the first discharging stage and the filling hopper is vibrated again in a state where a wide space is created (second vibrating stage), the hook remains in the filling hopper. It is possible to reliably eject the stick-shaped article being shaken off (second discharge stage).
