本発明は、電柱を支えている支線によじ登り電柱に装備してある変圧器などで地絡、短絡(ショート)が起こす原因である蔓性植物のよじ登りを未然に防ぐために使われる蔓性植物のよじ登り防止具に関する。(以下、防止具という。)

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の防止具としては、円筒状の箱体やお椀状のキャップであったりしたものが種々提案されている。

それら防止具は蔓性植物の行き先を阻むように直径を大きくしたりして障害物となり上部の変圧器などへは到達できないという効果があった。

しかしながら、これらの従来の防止具は支線をよじ登らないように蔓性植物の立ち上がり高さに合わせて略円筒体の長さや直径を決めて取り付けられているが、まれに強風や鳥類などのいたずら等や蔓性植物の種類(クズ、ツタ、カズラ等)や成長の著しいものが乗り越えたりすることがあったりして蔓性植物が防止具を徐々に防止具を乗り越えてしまうことがあった。

また、蔓性植物のよじ登り状況を電柱の管理者が巡回により監視をしてよじ登り状況によっては蔓性植物の伐採を実施する必要があるため伐採業者により伐採作業をするときは、伐採準備や伐採費用、作業者の負担が増えてしまう。

また防止具の直径を大きくすることは確実に蔓性植物のよじ登りを防ぐことが出来るが、隣り合う支線との距離がないときは防止具が取り付けることが出来なくなる。また、直径を大きくするのには全くの新規金型を製作することになり製造側の経済的な負担が発生した。

また、万が一よじ登られたとしても上方の変圧器等への到達時間を遅らせることができるため伐採業者の作業間隔を軽減することができることに着目して防止具の全長を伸ばす必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はこうした問題に鑑みなされたものであり、少しでも蔓性植物の防止の効果を持続させ、また金型投資を抑えた形状の変更ができる防止具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段及び発明の効果】
かかる目的を達成するためになされた請求項1記載の発明は、電柱などを支える支線に取り付けられ蔓性植物のよじ登りを防止できる防止具であって、
支線に固定できる固定具と、該固定具を内蔵させて支線の所定長さを覆うことができる略円筒体が、長手方向に対して連結可能な構造を略円筒体内部に持った蔓性植物のよじ登り防止具。

つまり本発明(請求項1)の防止具によれば、固定具の全長を長くすることによって万が一防止具を蔓性植物が乗り越え始めても完全に乗り越えるまでには時間がかかる。その為、上方の変圧器等までに到達するまでの時間がかかるため、伐採業者が伐採するまでの時間稼ぎができるようになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の実施例を組み付け手順に合わせながら図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は本発明が適用された第1実施例の防止具の2連結するときの組み付け前状態であり、内部を示す斜視図である。

図1に示す如く、本実施例の防止具本体1半円柱状ボス部2と向かい合わせたもう一方の防止具本体11の対向する半円柱状ボス部12を合わせて円柱状とした後、係止具6を形成した円柱状ボス部5の先端部から挿入し分離しないようにする。他のボス部3と13、4(図示無し)と14も同様にする。その後、防止具本体1の穴付きボス部8と防止具本体11の穴付きボス部18にビス10にて連結板7を取り付ける。もう一方の穴付きボス部9(図示無し)と穴付きボス部19に同じように連結板7を取り付ける。

連結板7及び係止具6を組み付けた後、防止具本体1および11に支線用固定具21を穴付きボス部8、18と同形状の穴付きボス部22、23にそれぞれ取り付ける。

その後、半円柱状防止具26ともう1組の半円柱状防止具27を蝶番部(メス部)24と蝶番部(オス部)25をはめ込む。そして蝶番部を中心に回転させる。この時の防止具の大きさは直径20cm、長さ110cmである。

防止具の29の支線通し口30、31に支線を通し、また支線固定具の支線用通し部33、34にも支線38が通るようにした後フック部28をはめ込む。以上で支線38への取付けを完了する。
