Description
【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a writing instrument cap, and more particularly to a writing instrument cap comprising an inner cap, a middle cap, and an outer cap for reducing a pressure change inside the cap when the cap is attached and detached.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various problems have occurred with respect to pressure changes inside the cap when the cap is attached and detached. In particular, in writing instruments such as a sign pen and a ballpoint pen that have liquid ink having a comb-like ink supply member arranged at the rear, the comb-like ink supply tool is vulnerable to air compression and decompression, ink ejection, and leakage. It is the cause. In most cases, the cap is fitted into the pen tip in order to seal the pen tip. In order to seal the cap and the pen tip with this press fit, the pen tip and the cap must be attached. When pressed and press-fitted, since one of the caps is a closed end, the gas in the cap is compressed, and the pressure in the writing instrument and the cap is increased.
[0003]
Further, when the cap is removed, the pressure change in the cap is generated and removed as opposed to the compression at the time of mounting. Then, since the cap is removed from the writing instrument body, the volume in the cap increases, which suddenly reduces the pressure, sucks ink in the direction of the pen tip, and ejects ink and excessive ink to the pen core. The inflow causes ink bleed or ink droplets at the time of writing, resulting in soiling of the writing object.
[0004]
In order to prevent such a situation, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-21584 (hereinafter referred to as (A)), Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-136708 (hereinafter referred to as (B)), Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 62-154848. No. (hereinafter referred to as (C)) and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-45779 (hereinafter referred to as (D)). In addition, Japanese Laid-Open Patent Application No. 60-84544 (hereinafter referred to as (e)) and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-290882 (hereinafter referred to as (f)) are devised not considering the pressure when the cap is attached. .
[0005]
(A) has an outer cap and an inner cap, and an air circulation hole is provided on the side opposite to the opening end of the inner cap, and the air circulation hole is closed and opened by packing by sliding back and forth of the inner cap. Therefore, (a) uses a packing and therefore has a different configuration from the present invention. In addition, there is a problem with the durability of the packing due to the time and temperature. Furthermore, the number of parts increases and it becomes difficult to assemble.
[0006]
(B) is a liquid cosmetic applicator that presses against the center hole of the head to ensure airtightness, but keeps the main body airtight in the same direction as inserting and removing from the cap. The above-mentioned problem occurs as a result of sucking ink when the air is compressed or removed.
[0007]
(C) When the pen nib body is installed with two outward air passage tubes and an inward air passage tube on the side opposite to the opening end of the cap, compressed air from the outer air passage tube is sent to the outside. Extrude. Further, the space inside the cap is brought into the same state as the outside by sucking and exhausting air through the two air passage pipes depending on temperature and atmospheric pressure. Furthermore, when the cap is removed, the inward air passage tube acts to prevent pressure reduction due to suction of the space inside the cap, but it is not easy to provide a valve at the tip of such a cap. Not only is the top complicated, but it is difficult to design a small cap. This also increases costs.
[0008]
(D) closes the ventilation hole provided on the top surface of the cap with an elastic seal in accordance with the cap mounting operation of the writing instrument body, and the direction in which the elastic seal closes the ventilation hole and the direction in which the writing instrument body is inserted are the same. It is on a straight line. Therefore, since the writing tool body is inserted toward the cap after the vent hole is slightly blocked, the air in the cap is compressed. When removing the cap, first, the main body moves and then the packing is separated from the vent hole, so that air is slightly sucked. Therefore, even in the configuration (d), it is impossible to keep the air pressure inside the cap constant by attaching and detaching the cap, and it is obvious that the configuration is particularly different from the present invention.
[0009]
(E) prevents the drying of the nib by allowing the ink vapor to pass through the porous body in the upper part of the cap by penetrating a hole provided on the peripheral surface for preventing the drying. When the writing instrument body is not attached to the cap, the hole provided on the peripheral surface is closed to prevent evaporation of the ink impregnated in the porous body provided at the tip of the cap. Therefore, the present invention is different from the object and configuration.
[0010]
(F) is intended to protect the pen core when the cap is attached. Therefore, the inner cap moves when the writing instrument body is attached to the cap. However, since the inner cap has no air pressure adjustment structure, the inner cap is attached while the pressure of the inner cap is compressed. Therefore, the problem of the present invention is not a solved structure, and is completely different from the present invention.
[0011]
As described above, air compression in the cap when the writing instrument body and the cap are attached, and air decompression in the cap when the cap is removed, which are problems in the past, cause ink ejection and the pen core. Bleeding ink droplets are generated due to excessive inflow of ink, and the writing object is soiled.
[0012]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the pen tip provided at the tip of the writing instrument by compressing or depressurizing the air inside the cap, especially when preventing the drying of the pen core at the tip of the writing instrument, when the cap and the writing instrument main body are attached and detached. Ink flow into the ink is excessive, causing ink to splatter and squirt when the cap is removed, and to cause writing due to excessive ink at the time of writing and smearing of the writing object due to ink droplets.
[0013]
To solve this the problem, the writing instrument body without causing pressure increase in the cap which requires airtight when detaching the cap to the final state of the gas-tight seal, furthermore, the cap also when removing the cap A cap that does not depressurize the pressure is provided. In addition, a writing instrument designed for conventional caps that can be used to temporarily secure air circulation in the throat even when an infant accidentally swallows a cap, is easy to create on the mold, and has cost merit. A cap is provided.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

Thus, since the pressure change of the internal space A does not occur, excessive supply of ink from the ink chamber behind the writing instrument body to the ink occlusion body or the comb-like ink supply tool is prevented. Therefore, when the cap and the writing instrument body are attached and detached from the past, the pen core at the tip of the writing instrument, particularly the pen core at the tip of the writing instrument, is prevented from drying and the air in the cap is compressed or decompressed to the pen tip provided at the tip of the writing instrument. It is possible to prevent ink from splashing and ejecting when removing the cap by excessive ink inflow, and bleeding due to excess ink during writing and smearing of the writing object due to ink droplets. Further, the assembled intermediate assembly is convenient to handle and easy to assemble.

【effect】
Since it is such a structure, when attaching a writing instrument main body to a cap, the pressure increase in a cap which requires airtightness does not arise to the final state of airtight maintenance, and also the pressure in a cap is reduced when removing a cap. This eliminates the excessive inflow of the ink into the pen core and the ink supply tool, and enables a cap for a writing tool that does not generate ink droplets. Furthermore, since the elastic member is provided in double, the sliding of the
