Description
The present invention relates to an automatic weaving apparatus and an automatic weaving method for separating warps one by one from a group of warps in which warps for preparing a woven fabric are gathered, and passing a weft string between the separated warps.
The warp used for the production of the woven fabric is usually a warp group wound around a warp beam. There is a tying process in which warp yarns are tied to seed yarns as one of the preparatory processes before producing a woven fabric with a loom. In the tying process, it is important to tie the corresponding warp and seed yarns one by one accurately. Therefore, before performing this tying step, warping may be performed in which warps are separated one by one from a group of warps wound around a warp beam, and a weave string is passed between the separated warps.
The above-mentioned twilling is often performed automatically using an automatic twilling device. As an example, there has been an automatic weaving device that separates warps one by one from a group of warps wound around a warp beam using a separating needle (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The automatic weaving device of
By the way, there are a wide variety of warp yarns used for woven fabrics. For example, there are a plurality of types of yarns having different colors, twisting directions, tensile strengths, elasticity, thicknesses, and the like. These warps can be used in various ways according to the requirements of the material, design, characteristics, etc. of the woven fabric that will be the finished product. For this reason, in the conventional automatic weaving device represented by
However, depending on the type of warp, it is very troublesome to exchange parts finely each time, and the work efficiency is reduced. In addition, since it is necessary to always stock a plurality of parts for replacement, there is a problem that maintenance costs are required.
In addition, since the automatic weaving device using a separation needle represented by
On the other hand, the automatic weaving device of
Thus, in the present situation, it is not easy to efficiently separate the yarns one by one without damaging the warps from the warp group and smoothly perform the weaving. In addition, it is not easy to reliably and inexpensively separate and weave warp yarns from the warp group. An apparatus and a method for solving these problems have not been developed yet.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its purpose is to separate the warp yarns from the warp group one by one in the preparation stage of the woven fabric and perform the weaving without damaging the warp yarns. It is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic weaving apparatus and an automatic weaving method capable of performing efficient and low-cost and stable separation and carrying out the weaving.
The characteristic configuration of the automatic weaving device according to the present invention for solving the above problems is as follows:
An automatic weaving device that separates the warps one by one from a group of warps in which warps for preparing a woven fabric are gathered, and passes a twill between the separated warps,
An adsorbing part that adsorbs the warp by applying a negative pressure to the warp group;
A sensor unit for contacting the warp adsorbed to the adsorbing unit and detecting the tension of the warp;
From the detection result of the tension of the warp, an arithmetic unit that determines whether the warp is separated by one correct number or a plurality of incorrect numbers is separated;
It is in having.
As described in the above problem, various types, designs, and characteristics are required for woven fabrics manufactured by a loom.For this reason, colors, twist directions, tensile strength, A plurality of types of yarns having different elasticity and thickness are used.
In this regard, with the automatic weaving device of this configuration, the warp can be separated by applying a negative pressure to the warp group by the suction unit and adsorbing the warp, so the warp group can be separated regardless of the type of warp. One warp can be easily separated. Further, since the warp is not physically hooked, it can be separated from the warp group without damaging the warp. Further, unlike the prior art, it is not necessary to replace parts such as the separation needle in detail according to the thickness of the thread, so that the working efficiency can be improved and the maintenance cost can be reduced.
Further, in the case of the automatic weaving device of this configuration, the warp tension is detected by bringing the warp adsorbed by the adsorbing part into contact with the sensor part, and the warp is the correct number based on the detection result. Since it has a calculation unit that determines whether it has been separated by the number of pieces, or a plurality of pieces that are not the correct number have been separated, in the unlikely event that the adsorption unit has adsorbed multiple warps, It is possible to determine the problem instantaneously and then deal with it appropriately.
In the automatic twilling device according to the present invention,
When the arithmetic unit determines that a plurality of warp yarns having an incorrect number have been separated, once the suction of the warp yarn is released, and the warp yarn returns to the original state, the warp yarn is adsorbed again. It is preferable to cause the adsorption unit to perform a retry operation.
According to the automatic weaving device of the present configuration, when the calculation unit determines that a plurality of warp yarns having an incorrect number have been separated, the suction unit once cancels the suction of the warp yarns, After returning to the original state (that is, in the vicinity of the position of the warp group), a retry operation for attracting the warp again is executed, so that it is possible to prevent a plurality of warp yarns from being accidentally taken. In addition, even if the warps are entangled with each other, the entanglement is gradually solved by repeating the retry operation, so that only one warp is surely separated from the warp group and appropriate weaving is executed. Can do.
In the automatic twilling device according to the present invention,
A storage unit for sequentially storing data on the warp tension detected by the sensor unit;
The arithmetic unit averages a plurality of data immediately before being stored in the storage unit, and based on the average value, the warp yarn is separated by the correct number, or the number is incorrect It is preferable to determine whether a plurality of lines have been separated.
According to the automatic tally device of this configuration, the arithmetic unit averages a plurality of data immediately before being stored in the storage unit. By performing such an averaging process, the influence of the variation in the warp tension and the change over time of the sensor unit is averaged. Therefore, based on the obtained average value, the warp is separated by one that is the correct number. The reliability of the determination is improved by determining whether or not a plurality of lines that are incorrect numbers are separated. As a result, the twill can be executed more accurately. The average value of a plurality of immediately preceding data is an appropriate determination criterion that accurately reflects the state of the currently used warp and can be easily obtained.
In the automatic twilling device according to the present invention,
It is preferable that an elastic body is provided on the detection surface of the sensor unit.
According to the automatic weaving device of this configuration, since the elastic body is provided on the detection surface of the sensor unit, the tension (stress) of the warp with a small contact area is dispersed and uniform, and an appropriate detection result is obtained. Can do. In addition, since the warp does not directly contact the sensor unit, for example, even when a delicate piezoelectric element or the like is used as the sensor unit, they can be appropriately protected and the life can be extended.

According to the automatic weaving method of this configuration, the same operational effects as those of the automatic weaving device can be obtained. 〔

The

FIG. 4 shows an example of data relating to the tension detected by the
By the way, in the present invention, in order to improve the accuracy of the determination as to whether or not the warp yarns S are correctly separated, the
In order to make the determination of separation more reliable, it is also effective in the present invention to provide an elastic body (not shown) such as a metal plate on the detection surface of the

[Automatic Ayatori Method]
The automatic weaving method of the present invention is executed using the
In the present invention, since the warp S can be separated by applying a negative pressure to the warp group G and adsorbing the warp S in the adsorption step, one warp from the warp group G regardless of the type of the warp S. S can be easily separated. Further, since the warp S is not physically caught, the warp S can be separated from the warp group G without being damaged. Further, unlike the prior art, it is not necessary to replace parts such as the separation needle in detail according to the thickness of the thread, so that the working efficiency can be improved and the maintenance cost can be reduced. In addition, the tension of the warp S is detected by bringing the warp S adsorbed in the adsorbing step into contact with the
In particular, in the calculation step, when it is determined that the warp S has not been correctly separated, the suction of the warp S is once released and the warp S returns to the original state (that is, near the position of the warp group G). Since the retrying process for adsorbing the warp yarn S again is executed, it is possible to prevent a plurality of warp yarns S from being traversed in advance. Even if the warps S are intertwined, the entanglement is gradually solved by repeating the retry process, so that only one warp S is surely separated from the warp group G, and appropriate weaving is performed. Can be executed
In the calculation step, it is also effective to average a plurality of data immediately before measurement and determine whether or not the warp S is correctly sucked based on the average value. By performing such an averaging process, the influence of the variation in the tension of the warp S and the change over time of the
