【0001】

In the embodiment, the spring 30 has a substantially V-shaped cross section, but a conventional compression coil spring can also be used. In addition, in the figure, 31 is a connecting frame connecting the pair of legs 21 and 21 on the same side, 32 is a substantially bead-shaped convex portion protruding on the upper peripheral surface of the attachment 26, and when the leg 21 is folded, The top plate 1 of another table to be stacked can be placed.
[0018]
The locking mechanism for the legs such as the table configured as described above requires the bracket 7, the leg joint 8 and the attachment 26 in addition to the reinforcing frame 2 and the legs 21, all of which are integrally formed of synthetic resin and special post-processing. Therefore, they can be manufactured at low cost and uniformly, and the weight can be reduced. In addition, since the locking rod 29 is not provided with a grip portion for locking operation, the configuration is simplified accordingly.
[0019]
Next, when assembling these components, for example, the top plate 1 is placed on a work table (not shown) with the back surface facing upward, and a pair of reinforcing frames 2 are screwed in parallel along the length direction on the back surface. Then, the bracket 7 is inserted into both ends of the frame 2.
At that time, the connecting rods 18 and 18 of the leg joint 8 are inserted between the bracket link 11 and the bracket plate 12, and the leg joint 8 and the bracket 7 are inserted into the reinforcing frame 2 together.
[0020]
Then, when the base block 10 comes into contact with the end of the reinforcing frame 2, the insertion is stopped, and the pin holes 5 and 13 of the reinforcing frame 2, the bracket link 11 and the bracket plate 12 are aligned, and pins are connected to them. 5, the leg joint 8 is pivotally connected to the bracket 7 and the reinforcing frame 2, and the bracket 7 is screwed to the top plate 1.
[0021]
Thereafter, the leg 21 is inserted into the joint rod 19 of the leg joint 8, the attachment 26 into which the locking rod 29 is inserted in advance is fitted to the outer end surface of the leg 23, and the pin holes 22, 23, 28 are aligned. Then, the pins 24 may be inserted into these, and the attachment 26 may be rotatably connected to the leg joint 8 and the joint rod 19.
Thus, since there are few screwing and pinning operations in the assembly, this can be done easily and quickly.
[0022]
The assembled state is as shown in FIG. 5. When the leg 21 stands up, the locking rod 29 engages with the engaging groove 16, and the leg 21 stands up, that is, the table is used.
In this case, the upper end surfaces of the connecting rods 18, 18 of the leg joint 8 engage with the upper inner surface of the reinforcing frame 2, and the outer surfaces of the connecting rods 18, 18 orthogonal to the upper end surface are perpendicular to the base block 10. Therefore, the standing posture of the leg 21 is accurately formed and the displacement of the leg 21 to the outside is prevented.
[0023]
Further, the connecting rods 18 and 18 are supported from the inside and outside by the bracket links 11 and 11 and the bracket plate 12 as shown in FIG. 6, and prevent the displacement of the legs 21 in the plate thickness direction. The support structure of the legs 21 is strengthened.
[0024]
Moreover, the attachment 26 is urged by the elasticity of the spring 30 so as to be pivotable in the clockwise direction in FIG. 5 around the pin 24, and the locking rod 29 moves to engage with the engagement groove 16. Maintain and strengthen. Moreover, the standing rotation of the leg 21 is restricted by the engagement, and the leg 21 maintains a vertical state.
Furthermore, since the engaging groove 16 is formed in the thick portion 14 and has a wide contact area with the locking rod 29, the burden per unit area of the engaging groove 16 is reduced.
[0025]
On the other hand, when the legs 21 are folded after the table is used, the table is moved to an appropriate position and turned over, the top plate 1 is appropriately placed, the one or both legs 21 are held, and this is pushed inward. .
[0026]
If it does in this way, the leg 21 and the leg joint 8 will rotate counterclockwise on FIG. 5 centering on the pin 5 along the bracket plate 12, and will be folded smoothly and stably.
At that time, the engaging groove 20 of the leg joint 8 and the gap communicating therewith are engaged in a line contact state with the projecting portions 17 projecting on both side surfaces of the bracket plate 12, so that these are engaged in a surface contact state. The legs 21 can be folded smoothly and easily as compared with the case of combining.
[0027]
Thus, the locking rod 29 moves with the leg 21 and is pulled out of the engaging groove 16 to release the engagement, and the locking rod 29 is transferred to the guide portion 12a, and the guide portion 12a is moved from the lower side. It moves upward and is dropped into the other engagement groove 15 to engage.
[0028]
This situation is as shown in FIG. 4, where the locking rod 29 is engaged with the engagement groove 15 so that the folded state of the leg 21 is maintained, and a part of the attachment 26 is located outside the reinforcing frame 2 and the leg 21. To do.
In this case, the attachment 26 is urged by the elasticity of the spring 30 so as to be pivotable in the clockwise direction in FIG. 4 around the pin 24, and the locking rod 29 moves to engage with the engagement groove 15. Maintain and strengthen. Further, the rotation of the leg 21 is restricted by the engagement, and the leg 21 is horizontally accommodated on the reinforcing frame 2.
[0029]
When the leg 21 is folded, the convex portion 32 is positioned at the uppermost portion of the attachment 26 as shown in FIG. 4, and its upper outer edge engages with the guide portion 12a, so that one end of the attachment 26 is attached. I support it.
Therefore, the top plate 1 of another table can be placed on the four convex portions 32, and the tables can be stacked.
[0030]
On the other hand, when using a table in a storage state in which the legs 21 are folded, the table is moved to an appropriate position, the top plate 1 is appropriately placed on the place, and one or both legs 21 are held and pulled up.
If it does in this way, leg 21 and leg joint 8 will rotate clockwise in Drawing 4 centering on pin 5 along bracket plate 12, and leg 21 will stand up and rotate smoothly and stably.
[0031]
At that time, the engaging groove 20 of the leg joint 8 and the gap communicating therewith are engaged in a line contact state with the projecting portions 17 projecting on both side surfaces of the bracket plate 12, so that these are engaged in a surface contact state. The legs 21 stand up smoothly and easily as compared with the case where they are combined.
[0032]
In this way, when the leg 21 is turned upright, the attachment 26 moves along with the leg 21, and the locking rod 29 is pulled out from the engagement groove 15 to release the engagement.
Then, the locking rod 29 moves from the engaging groove 15 to the guide portion 12a, moves the guide portion 12a from the upper side to the lower side, and is dropped into the other engaging groove 16.
[0033]
This situation is as shown in FIG. 5, and the locking rod 29 is engaged with the engagement groove 16, and the standing state of the leg 21 is maintained. After that, the intended use state can be obtained by inverting the table and installing the legs 21 on the floor.
[0034]
