Description
The present invention relates to a headrest, a vehicle seat, and a headrest manufacturing method, and in particular, a headrest formed by covering a cushion material and a frame with a substantially bag-shaped skin material having an opening, a vehicle seat using the headrest, and a headrest. It relates to the manufacturing method.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, a headrest formed by covering a cushion material and a frame with a substantially bag-shaped skin material having an opening is known as a headrest for a vehicle seat.
In general, in order to manufacture the headrest, first, a foamed resin is injected into the skin material from the opening, and the foamed resin is foamed to form a cushion material inside the skin material.
And the process which coat | covers a cushion material with a skin material is completed by sealing the opening part of a skin material in the state which coat | covered the cushion material with the skin material (for example, refer patent document 1, patent document 2).
For example, in the example described in Patent Document 1, an opening is formed in this portion without sewing the lower edge of the front member formed on the skin material and the front edge of the lower surface member, and the skin material is formed from the opening. The raw material of the cushioning material is injected into the interior of.
And the raw material of the cushion material injected into the inside of the skin material is foamed, and the opening is sealed by sandwiching the lower edge of the front member and the front edge of the lower surface member by the foamed cushion material. .
However, as described in Patent Document 1, in the method of sealing the opening by pinching the lower edge of the front member and the front edge of the lower surface member with the foamed cushion material, the opening is caused by the pressure of the foam of the cushion material. The department sometimes opened.
For this reason, the lower edge of the front member and the front edge of the lower surface member may not be joined. As a result, a hole is formed in the joined portion of the opening, or wrinkles or local bulging occurs around the opening. Sometimes happened.
Therefore, in the method described in Patent Document 1, it is difficult to improve the appearance of the sealed portion between the lower edge of the front member and the front edge of the lower surface member.
Moreover, in the example of patent document 2, the 1st skin terminal and the 2nd skin terminal which were formed in the opening peripheral edge of the skin material were overlapped via the adhesive, and the 1st skin terminal and the 2nd skin terminal were combined. Heating is performed with pressure applied from the outside.
Then, the adhesive is melted by heating in a state where the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal are pressure-bonded, and the melted adhesive is cooled and solidified to join the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal, To seal the opening.
However, as described in Patent Document 2, in the method of joining the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal with an adhesive and sealing the opening, the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal are bonded from each other. The agent sometimes protrudes and the adhesive sometimes oozes from the first and second epidermal terminals.
Further, when the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal are heat-treated, there are cases where the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal are displaced or wrinkled.
Therefore, as described in Patent Document 2, in the method of bonding the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal with an adhesive and sealing the opening, the sealing portion of the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal is It was difficult to improve the appearance.
Furthermore, in the process of attaching the adhesive to the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal and the process of heat-treating the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal, the finish of the sealed portion of the opening varies depending on the operator. It was easy and it was difficult to keep the appearance quality of the headrest constant.
Therefore, in order to solve the above-described problems, a headrest has been proposed in which the sealing portion of the opening is covered using an external mounting member (see, for example, Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4). .
For example, in the example described in Patent Document 3, fasteners are provided on the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal formed on the periphery of the opening of the skin material. And the 1st skin terminal and the 2nd skin terminal are joined by closing a fastener in the state where the cushion material has been arranged inside the skin material.
Then, by attaching a finisher as an external attachment member from above the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal joined by the fastener, the sealing portion of the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal is covered, thereby opening The part is covered.
As described above, in the example described in Patent Document 3, since the sealed portions of the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal are covered with the finisher, the sealed portions of the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal are covered from the outside. It is possible to hide.
On the other hand, in the example described in Patent Document 4, a connecting frame is used as an external mounting member that connects the horizontal flanges of the frame. On the outer peripheral surface of the connection frame, a fitting groove for fitting a skin terminal at the periphery of the opening formed in the skin material is formed.
And the opening part of a skin material is sealing-processed by fitting the skin terminal of the opening part periphery formed in the skin material in the fitting groove | channel of a connection frame.
Further, since the coupling frame is provided with a fitting groove for sandwiching the skin terminal of the opening, it is possible to cover the sealing portion of the opening.
However, in the example described in Patent Document 3, the process of closing the fastener and joining the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal in the assembling process of the headrest is very troublesome for the operator.
Therefore, it has been desired to simplify the process of joining the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal at the work site where the headrest is assembled.
Moreover, in the example described in Patent Document 4, skill is required for the operation of fitting the skin terminal of the opening into the fitting groove of the connection frame. For this reason, some workers with little work experience may cause wrinkles or slack in the skin terminal when the skin terminal of the opening is fitted into the fitting groove of the connection frame.
As described above, in the example described in Patent Document 4, the finish of the sealed portion of the opening tends to vary depending on the operator, and it is difficult to keep the appearance quality of the headrest constant.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, The objective is to provide the headrest which can improve external appearance quality.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a headrest capable of keeping the appearance quality constant.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat that can improve the appearance quality of the headrest in a vehicle seat including a headrest.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat that can maintain the appearance quality of the headrest at a constant level in a vehicle seat including a headrest.
Furthermore, the other object of this invention is to provide the manufacturing method of the headrest which can improve the external appearance quality of a headrest.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a headrest that can maintain a constant appearance quality of the headrest.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a headrest in which a cushion material and a frame are covered with a substantially bag-shaped skin material having an opening, and the inner member is disposed inside the skin material. And an outer member disposed on the outer side of the skin material, wherein the inner member is formed in a substantially arc shape or a substantially annular shape, and at least the region of the skin material in which the opening is formed is the skin. An inner member main body part covering from the inside of the material, a connecting part projecting from the inner member main body part , connecting the inner member main body part to the frame, and projecting inward in the radial direction of the inner member main body part , opening of the skin material a sealing portion for sealing the opening by joining the epidermis terminal formed in part periphery, is provided, wherein the outer member is formed in a substantially arcuate shape or a substantially circular table An outer member main body that covers the joint portion of the terminal, a fixing portion that fixes the outer member main body to the inner member main body, and a connection pin that is connected to the cushion material are provided, and a part of the coupling portion Is solved by forming a locking portion for locking a part of the frame and fixing the inner member main body to the frame.
Thus, according to the headrest of the first aspect, since the connecting portion that connects the inner member main body portion to the frame is provided, the inner member main body portion can be fixed to the frame via the connecting portion.
Thereby, since it can prevent that position shift etc. arise in an inner member main-body part, it becomes possible to prevent that shape deformation etc. arise in a headrest.
Further, since the inner member main body is configured to cover at least the region where the opening is formed in the skin material from the inside of the skin material, the inner member main body is fixed to the frame in a state where the inner member main body is fixed. A region where at least an opening is formed in the skin material by the main body portion can be covered from the inside of the skin material.
Thereby, it becomes possible to make the area | region in which at least the opening part was formed among skin materials into the shape (for example, arch shape or circular shape) along the shape of an inner member main-body part.
Moreover, since the inner member is provided with a sealing portion that joins a skin terminal formed on the periphery of the opening portion of the skin material and seals the opening portion, in order to seal the opening portion of the skin material It is only necessary to join the skin terminal at the periphery of the opening at the sealing portion of the inner member.
Therefore, it is possible to simplify the work of sealing the opening of the skin material as compared with the conventional case where the skin terminal is stitched or bonded.
Furthermore, according to the headrest of the present invention, the outer member is provided with an outer member main body portion that covers the joint portion of the epidermis terminal, and a fixing portion that fixes the outer member main body portion to the inner member main body portion. By fixing an outer member main-body part to an inner member main-body part with a fixing | fixed part, the junction part of an outer skin terminal can be covered from the outside by an outer member main-body part.
Further, since the outer member is provided with a connection pin connected to the cushion material, the outer member and the cushion material can be connected by this connection pin.
Thereby, since the cushion material can be fixed to the outer member, it is possible to prevent the cushion material from being deformed or displaced.
Here, as described in claim 2, the inner member main body is disposed along the shape of the region where at least the opening is formed in the skin material, and the outer member main body is in the shape of the inner member main body. When arranged along, the region of the skin material in which at least the opening is formed can be made to conform to the shape of the inner member main body and the outer member main body.
As a result, it is possible to prevent wrinkles and sagging from occurring in at least a region of the skin material where the opening is formed.
In addition, as described in claim 3, the skin terminal includes at least a first skin terminal and a second skin terminal, and the first skin terminal extension portion and the second skin terminal overlap each other on the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal. An outer skin terminal extending part is formed, a first skin terminal extending hole is formed in the first skin terminal extending part, a second skin terminal engaging hole is formed in the second skin terminal extending part, and an inner member An engagement protrusion that engages with the first skin terminal engaging hole and the second skin terminal engaging hole in a state where the first skin terminal extending part and the second skin terminal extending part are overlapped with each other on the sealing part When the first skin terminal extending portion and the second skin terminal extending portion are overlapped with each other, the engaging protrusion is connected to the first skin terminal engaging hole and the second skin terminal engaging hole. The first and second skin terminals are joined by a very simple operation of engaging. Door can be.
Therefore, it is possible to more easily perform the work of sealing the opening of the skin material as compared with the conventional case where the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal are stitched or bonded together. .
Further, since the first skin terminal engaging hole, the second skin terminal engaging hole and the engaging projection are formed at predetermined positions, positioning for joining the skin terminal when joining the skin terminal is performed. There is no need to perform work and no skill is required.
Therefore, since it is possible to prevent the joining position from being varied by the operator, it is possible to prevent wrinkles, sagging and the like from occurring in the skin terminal portion of the skin material in which the opening is formed.
Furthermore, as described in claim 4, in the headrest of the present invention, more specifically, a resin injection port for injecting resin into the skin material is formed, and the opening is sealed by the inner member Thus, the cushioning material is formed by foaming the foamed resin injected into the skin material from the resin injection port.
Thus, according to the headrest of the present invention, the cushioning material is formed by foaming the foamed resin injected into the inside of the skin material from the resin inlet while the opening of the skin material is sealed by the inner member. Because it is formed, the cushioning material can be used without gaps in the frame or inner member arranged inside the skin material, compared to the case where a cushion material molded in a predetermined shape is inserted and placed inside the skin material. Can be formed. Thereby, it becomes possible to make a headrest into a desired shape.
Further, as described in claim 5, when the connection pin is connected to the cushion material via the resin injection port, a part of the cushion material can be prevented from jumping out of the skin material from the resin injection port. Is preferred.
The headrest of the present invention is preferably applied to a vehicle seat as described in claim 6.
Further, according to the invention of claim 7, the subject is a method of manufacturing a headrest by covering a cushion material and a frame with a substantially bag-shaped skin material having an opening, the frame and the substantially circular shape. An inner member having an inner member main body portion formed in an arc shape or a substantially annular shape is disposed inside the skin material, protrudes from the inner member, and is formed in a connecting portion that connects the inner member to the frame. An inner surface that connects the inner member to the frame by locking a stopper to the frame, and covers at least the region of the skin material where the opening is formed from the inside of the skin material by the inner member. A member arranging step and a skin terminal formed on the periphery of the opening of the skin material by the inner member are joined to seal the opening. Covering the joint portion of the skin terminal by attaching a mouth sealing process, the outer member having an outer member body formed in a substantially arc shape or a substantially circular from the outside of the skin material to the inner member together with the the joint portion covering step of connecting the connection pins formed in the outer member to the cushion material, further comprising: a is solved by.
Thus, according to the method for manufacturing a headrest according to claim 7, since at least the region of the skin material where the opening is formed is covered by the inner member from the inside of the skin material, thereby, at least of the skin material. The region in which the opening is formed can be formed in a shape (for example, an arch shape or a circular shape) along the shape of the inner member.
Further, as described above, when the inner member is connected to the frame, it is possible to prevent the inner member from being displaced and the like, so that it is possible to prevent the headrest from being deformed. .
Further, in the method of manufacturing the headrest of the present invention, in order to seal the opening of the skin material, it is only necessary to join the skin terminal formed on the periphery of the opening of the skin material by the inner member. Therefore, it is possible to simplify the work of sealing the opening of the skin material as compared with the conventional case where the skin terminal is stitched or bonded.
Furthermore, according to the present invention, the outer member is attached to the inner member from the outside of the skin material to cover the joint portion of the skin terminal, so that the joint portion of the skin terminal can be covered from the outside by the outer member main body. it can.
In addition, when the outer member is attached to the inner member, the connection pins formed on the outer member are connected to the cushion material, so that the cushion material can be fixed to the outer member. As a result, it is possible to prevent the cushion material from being deformed or displaced.
In addition, as described in claim 8, a headrest manufacturing method in which a cushioning material and a frame are covered with a substantially bag-shaped skin material having an opening, and the innerrest is formed in a substantially arc shape or a substantially annular shape. The inner member is connected to the frame by locking the locking portion formed on the connecting portion that protrudes from the inner member having the member main body portion and connects the inner member to the frame to the frame. The frame and the inner member are arranged inside the skin material, and the inner member placement step of covering the region where at least the opening is formed in the skin material with the inner member from the inside of the skin material; An opening sealing step for bonding the skin terminal formed on the periphery of the opening of the skin material by an inner member and sealing the opening; Together covering the junction of the epidermis terminal by mounting the outer member having an outer member body formed in a substantially arc shape or a substantially circular from the outside of the serial skin material to said inner member, formed on the outer member A connecting portion covering step of connecting the connected connecting pin to the cushion material.
Thus, according to the present invention, as described in claim 7, the frame and the inner member may be sequentially arranged inside the skin material, and then the inner member may be connected to the frame. As described above, after the inner member is connected to the frame, the frame and the inner member may be disposed inside the skin material.
In the present invention, as described in claim 9, in the opening sealing step, at least the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal of the skin terminals are overlapped with each other in the first skin terminal. The opening is sealed by engaging the engaging protrusion formed on the inner member with the formed first skin terminal engaging hole and the second skin terminal engaging hole formed on the second skin terminal. Therefore, as compared with the conventional case where the first and second skin terminals are stitched and bonded, the work of sealing the opening of the skin material can be performed more easily. Is possible.
In addition, since it is only necessary to engage the engaging protrusions with the first skin terminal engaging hole and the second skin terminal engaging hole formed at a predetermined position, when joining the skin terminal, the skin terminal There is no need to perform a positioning operation for joining the members, and no skill in the operation is required.
Therefore, since it is possible to prevent the joining position from being varied by the operator, it is possible to prevent wrinkles, sagging and the like from occurring in the skin terminal portion of the skin material in which the opening is formed.
Furthermore, as described in
That is, prior to the opening sealing step, a cushion material molded in a predetermined shape in advance may be inserted and arranged inside the skin material. After the step, when a cushioning material is formed inside the skin material by injecting a foamed resin into the skin material and foaming the foamed resin, a cushion material molded in a predetermined shape is placed inside the skin material. Compared with the case where it is inserted and arranged, the cushion material can be formed without any gaps in the gap between the frame and the inner member arranged inside the skin material. Thereby, it becomes possible to make a headrest into a desired shape.
According to the present invention, since at least the region where the opening is formed in the skin material can be covered by the inner member from the inside of the skin material, the region where the opening is formed at least among the skin material is the shape of the inner member. (For example, an arch shape or a circular shape).
Moreover, since the outer part can be covered with the outer member from the outer side of the outer skin material, the joint portion of the outer skin terminal can be covered, so that the outer terminal body can cover the joint portion of the outer skin terminal from the outside. it can.
Furthermore, when the outer member is attached to the inner member, the connection pins formed on the outer member can be connected to the cushion material. Thereby, since the cushion material can be fixed to the outer member, it is possible to prevent the cushion material from being deformed or displaced.
Further, by connecting the inner member to the frame, it is possible to prevent the inner member from being displaced or the like, so that it is possible to prevent the headrest from being deformed.
Further, when joining the skin terminals, it is not necessary to perform a positioning operation for joining the skin terminals, so that skill in the work is not required. Thereby, since it can prevent that a worker produces dispersion | variation in a joining position, it can prevent that wrinkles, sagging, etc. generate | occur | produce in the skin terminal part of the skin material in which the opening part was formed.
Furthermore, since the cushioning material can be formed without any gaps in the gap between the frame and the inner member disposed inside the skin material, the headrest can be formed in a desired shape.
According to the present invention, these effects produce an effect that the appearance quality of the headrest can be improved as compared with the related art.
Moreover, according to this invention, the opening part of a skin material can be sealed only by joining the skin terminal formed in the opening part periphery of the skin material by the inner member. Therefore, the work of sealing the opening of the skin material can be simplified as compared with the conventional case where the skin terminal is stitched or bonded.
The first skin terminal engaging hole formed in the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal formed in the second skin terminal in a state where at least the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal are overlapped with each other among the skin terminals. Since the opening can be sealed by engaging the engagement protrusion formed on the inner member with the skin terminal engagement hole, the first skin terminal and the second skin terminal are stitched or bonded together. Compared with the case, the operation | work which seals the opening part of a skin material can be performed more easily.
As a result, it is possible to prevent variations in the finish of the sealed portion of the opening by the operator, and it is possible to keep the appearance quality of the headrest constant.

Thus, in this example, the inner cover
Further, in this example, by fixing the
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 3, the first
Thus, when the engaging
Further, at the same time that the engaging
As described above, when the fixing
Then, as described above, the
Thus, in this example, in order to seal the
Therefore, it is possible to simplify the work of sealing the
In this example, the first skin
Therefore, since it is possible to prevent the joining position from being varied by the operator, it is possible to prevent wrinkles and sagging from occurring in the skin terminal portion of the
Then, as described above, the engaging
Thereby, the
In this way, the main body portion A of the
And the front-end | tip part of the
Subsequently, the foamed resin stock solution injected into the
Thus, in this example, the
Therefore, as compared with the case where the cushion material 50 molded in a predetermined shape is inserted and arranged inside the
Thereby, since it can prevent that a dent etc. generate | occur | produce by the cushion material 50 not reaching the corner inside the
Then, after the
In this way, after the main body portion of the
At this time, the fixing

Next, a method for manufacturing the
First, the
Then, as described above, the

In this example, by fixing the inner cover

Then, as described above, the
Thus, in this example, in order to seal the
Therefore, it is possible to simplify the work of sealing the
In this example, the first skin
Accordingly, since it is possible to prevent the joining position from being varied by the operator, it is possible to prevent wrinkles, sagging, and the like from occurring at the skin end portion of the
Then, as described above, by engaging the
Thereby, the
In this way, with the
Then, a
Subsequently, the foamed resin stock solution injected into the
Then, as described above, the
In this way, after the main body of the
At this time, the
Further, the front end portions of the
Thus, in this example, since the
