[0044]
[Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2]
The panty liner shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 was manufactured using a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent body made of the materials shown in Table 1. An adhesive layer made of a hot melt adhesive was formed on the clothing contact surface of the panty liner. The area ratio of the joint fixing part in the obtained panty liner was as shown in Table 4. For bonding, a dot-shaped bonding pattern was formed by using pressure bonding with a pressing pin having a circular tip and heated to 180 ° C. The area of one dot is 0.8mm 2 In average, 64 dots were formed in a 3 cm × 3 cm rectangle. In addition, the area ratio of the joint fixing part was the same value on the top sheet side and the back sheet side. Table 1 shows the degree of water disintegration or water solubility of the top sheet, the back sheet, and the absorbent body (value of ease of loosening, JIS P 4501).
[0045]
Separately, using the sheet material shown in Table 2 as a raw material, the packaging materials A to F shown in Table 3 were produced by the following methods, respectively. On the packaging materials A to F, a pattern composed of uneven portions was formed by hot embossing (the pattern shape is shown in Table 3). Moreover, the area ratio of the uneven | corrugated | grooved part in the packaging materials A-F, the height H of a uneven | corrugated | grooved part, the thickness T of a packaging material, a basic weight, and the degree of water disintegration or water solubility (a value of ease of loosening, JIS P4501) are As shown in Table 3. The individual panty liner shown in FIG. 1 was obtained using the obtained panty liner and the packaging materials A to F.
[0046]
[Manufacture of packaging material A]
After the release treatment with silicone is performed on one side of the PVA sheet (A), the PVA sheet (A) is embossed between the grid-like emboss roll and the rubber roll so that the non-release treatment surface of the PVA sheet (A) faces the emboss roll. Processing (temperature 90 ° C.) was performed to obtain packaging material A.
[0047]
[Manufacture of packaging material B]
After one side of the PVA sheet (A) is subjected to a release treatment with silicone, the paper (A) is superimposed on the non-release treatment surface of the PVA sheet (A), and then these are placed between the dot-shaped emboss roll and the rubber roll. Then, the paper (A) was passed through the embossing roll so as to face the embossing roll (temperature 100 ° C.) to obtain a packaging material B.
[0048]
[Manufacture of packaging material C]
After one side of the PVA sheet (B) is subjected to a release treatment with silicone, the paper (A) is superimposed on the non-release treatment surface of the PVA sheet (B), and then these are placed between the grid-like embossing roll and the rubber roll. Then, the paper (A) was passed through the embossing roll so as to face the embossing roll (temperature 100 ° C.) to obtain a packaging material C.
[0049]
[Manufacture of packaging material D]
After the release treatment with silicone is performed on one side of the PVA sheet (B), the emboss is passed between the grid-like embossing roll and the rubber roll so that the non-release treatment surface of the PVA sheet (B) faces the embossing roll. Processing (temperature 100 ° C.) was performed to obtain a packaging material D.
[0050]
[Manufacture of packaging material E]
One side of the PVA sheet (B) was subjected to a release treatment with silicone to obtain a packaging material E.
[0051]
[Manufacture of packaging material F]
After one side of the PVA sheet (B) is subjected to a release treatment with silicone, the paper (A) is overlaid on the non-release treatment surface of the PVA sheet (B), and then these are placed between the dot-shaped emboss roll and the rubber roll. Then, the paper (A) was passed through the embossing roll so as to be embossed (temperature 100 ° C.) to obtain a packaging material C.
[0052]
[Performance evaluation]
About the individual panty liners obtained in the examples and comparative examples, the stickiness of the packaging material when the panty liner is taken out, the handling property of the individual panty liner (attachment and sticking), and the peelability of the packaging material from the panty liner are as follows: The method was evaluated. Further, the degree of water disintegration of the panty liner itself (the value of ease of loosening, JIS P 4501) was measured by the method described above. Furthermore, the fuzz prevention property at the time of liquid absorption of a panty liner was evaluated by the following method. These results are shown in Table 4.
[0053]
[A feeling of stickiness of the packaging material when taken out]
The adhesive layer of the panty liner and the release treatment surface of the packaging material were brought into contact with each other, and then a 2 kg rubber roller was reciprocated twice to bring them into close contact with each other. Subsequently, both were folded in three, and both sides were heat-sealed to form a seal portion 15 (see FIG. 1), whereby the individual panty liner shown in FIG. 1 was obtained. A 300 g weight (pressure 408 Pa) was placed on this individually packaged panty liner and left in an environment of 40 ± 3 ° C. and 80 ± 5% RH for 4 hours to prepare a measurement sample. After the elapse of 4 hours, the weight was removed, and the measurement sample was held by hand in a room under the same environment, and the stickiness of the packaging material in the measurement sample was subjected to sensory evaluation in three stages based on the following criteria (N = 3). The measurement was performed once for one sample, and three samples were measured.
○: No stickiness
Δ: Slightly sticky
×: Sticky
[0054]
[Handling panty liner handling]
In a room under an environment of 40 ± 3 ° C. and 80 ± 5% RH, the sealant 15 (see FIG. 1) of the measurement sample prepared as described above is peeled off, and the packaging material is in the process of taking out the panty liner and The sticking condition was comprehensively defined as “handleability”, and a three-step sensory evaluation was performed according to the following criteria. The measurement was performed once for one sample, and three samples were measured.
Y: No problem
Δ: Slightly difficult to handle
×: Difficult to handle
[0055]
[Removability of packaging material from panty liner]
Panty liner and packaging material in operation in a room under an environment of 40 ± 3 ° C. and 80 ± 5% RH to remove the panty liner by peeling off the seal 15 (see FIG. 1) of the measurement sample prepared as described above. The situation was evaluated according to the following criteria. The measurement was performed once for one sample, and three samples were measured.
Y: No problem
Δ: Elongation occurs in the back sheet or packaging material of the panty liner
×: Breaking occurs on the back sheet or packaging material of the panty liner
[0056]
[Fuzz prevention during liquid absorption]
A female lumbar model [manufactured by Koken Co., Ltd.], 0.5 g of 65 wt% glycerin aqueous solution [glycerin; Kanto Chemical Co., Ltd. Lot No. 17029-00, ion-exchanged water, edible blue No. 1, sold by Aisen] was injected into the center of the panty liner with a dropper (injected with 1 drop per second, completed in 7 to 10 seconds, 0.3 g injected). One minute after the start of injection, panty liners are attached to shorts (Kao-made, Laurier shorts L size), and walking evaluation is performed at 100 steps / minute for 1 hour. Move by angle). After completion of the evaluation, the condition of the surface of the portion where the liquid was absorbed was evaluated as compared with the portion where the liquid was not absorbed. The case of the same degree was marked with ◯, the case with a lot of fluff was marked with △, and the case where a tear or a hole occurred was marked with ×.

[Table 4]
[0061]
As is clear from the results shown in Table 4, the individually packaged panty liners of the respective examples (product of the present invention) had a less sticky feeling than the individually packaged panty liners of the comparative examples, and the panty liners were removed when removed. It can be seen that the handleability is good and that the panty liner and the packaging material are peeled off. In addition, it can be seen that the individual panty liners of each example also have water decomposability (water-soluble), and the individual panty liners can be discarded in a flush toilet. Furthermore, it can be seen that the panty liners in the individual panty liners of each example have reduced fuzz.
[0062]
