Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a fishhook, and more particularly, to a rod-shaped fishhook suitable for fishing without catching a large fish without escaping it.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A fishing hook manufactured by bending a round rod-shaped steel wire into a bowl shape is a substantially straight shaft portion (shank) on which a fishing line or the like is moored, and a ft roller portion (vent) curved from the shaft portion into a substantially U-shape. And the tip of the hook (point) that extends from the Futokoro part, and the overall shape of the fishhook varies depending on the type of fish being fished, such as the sleeve shape and the Ise flax shape. A strong part having a large part size, a so-called deep roller and a large wire diameter is used. Such a deep fishing hook has a tip that is easily hooked to the mouth of a large fish, and the load from the fish is concentrated on the landing gear when landing the fish. If the load concentrates on the landing gear part during landing, the possibility of deformation or breakage of the bending roller part increases, so the curved shape of the entire roller part can be devised to strengthen the roller part, or the cross-sectional shape of the wire of the roller part And devised such as strengthening the material of the Futokoro part.
[0003]
For example, FIG. 4 (A) shows a conventional shape of a rod-shaped fishhook 11 with a reinforced roller section, which is composed of a round rod-shaped shaft section 12, a shaft section 13 and a needle tip section 14, and is substantially U-shaped. As shown in FIG. 4 (B), the curved roller part 13 is finished into a vertically long substantially elliptical cross-sectional shape in which both side surfaces 13a, 13a of a round bar steel wire are two-dimensionally pressed. In this way, when the two-dimensional press process is performed so that the substantially elliptical cross-sectional shape is vertically long in the bending direction, the weight of the fish body applied from the needle tip part 14 to the futokoro part 13 is enhanced along with the reinforcement of the futokoro part 13 by press forging. The load resistance of the ft roller portion 13 with respect to the load is increased so that it is difficult to deform even during landing.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
4 has been achieved for the time being by strengthening both sides 13a, 13a by pressing both sides 13a, 13a, but various kinds of fishing devices using this fish hook 11 can be used. Depending on the form, or due to the way of catching or catching the fish, the Futokoro part 13 may be deformed or broken due to insufficient strength. Moreover, when the fish caught on the fishhook 11 escapes underwater, the inner side apex portion of the semicircular cross section of the ft roller portion 13 is intensively bitten into the mouth of the fish, and the mouth of the fish is easily damaged by the ft roller portion 13, Since fish fights to run around underwater for a long time, it can be severely damaged during this fight. Such scratches on the fish may make smooth riding difficult and result in escape of the fish, and the appearance and commercial value of the fish that have been caught are deteriorated.
[0005]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a fishing hook that has a further strengthened ft roller portion and that is less likely to damage a fish that is hung.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The fishhook of the invention of claim 1 which achieves the above object of the present invention is such that both side surfaces and inner and outer surfaces of the curved shaft roller portion are substantially flat, and the base end portion of the burrs is subjected to burring processing to the base end portion of the burrs. It is characterized in that the flat portion is extended by eliminating the resulting depression . The cross-sectional shape of the fish roller portion of the fishhook is substantially square, and the two opposite sides thereof are both side surfaces of the flat face roller portion, and the remaining two opposite sides are the inner surface and the outer surface of the foot roller portion.
[0007]
Further, in the method for manufacturing a fishhook according to claim 2 of the present invention, the both side surfaces and the inner and outer surfaces of the round bar-shaped linear portion forming the curved shaft-shaped roller portion are cut into the base end portion of the fly up to the base end portion of the fly. As a result, the flat part is extended and the flat part is formed into a substantially square cross section by pressing, and this square bar-like straight part is curved so that its inner surface is a concave curved plane. It is characterized by that.
[0008]
Here, for example, the hook-shaped fishhook having the curved shaft-shaped futokoro part is subjected to two-dimensional pressing on both side surfaces of the futokoro part in the same manner as the conventional fishhook shown in FIG. The outer surface is also pressed, and as a result, the Futokoro part is three-dimensionally pressed so as to have a substantially square cross section. With this three-dimensional press process, the Futokoro part is forged in two stages and strengthened, and the inner surface becomes a curved plane and comes into surface contact with the fish's mouth. It will be hard to hurt.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A fishing hook 1 according to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 (A) and 1 (B) is applied to a rod-like fishing hook similar to that shown in FIG. 3, and has a substantially straight shaft portion 2 and a substantially U-shaped curved portion 3. And a sharp needle tip 4. The overall shape of the fishhook 1 is not limited to the Ise ama type as shown in FIG. 1A, and a chimoto 5 for anchoring a fishing line is formed at the tip of the shaft portion 2. The shape may be arbitrary. Further, FIG. 1 shows a single hook type (single needle) fishing hook, but it may be a double hook type or a multiple hook type fishing hook. As shown in FIG. 1B, the roller 3 is two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally pressed, and both side surfaces 3a, 3a, the inner surface 3b, and the outer surface 3c are planarly finished.
[0010]
A fishhook 1 having a curved shaft-shaped roller section 3 is manufactured from a round bar-shaped steel wire, and a round bar-shaped straight portion 3 ′ of the steel wire as shown in FIG. As shown by the arrows, the straight portions 3 ′ are forged into a substantially square cross section by pressing simultaneously or sequentially from four directions in two orthogonal directions. The outer periphery of the pressed straight portion 3 ′ is formed by four continuous planes (3a-3b-3b-3c), and the straight portion 3 ′ is bent so that the inner surface 3b of the four planes becomes a concave curved surface. The fishhook 1 is manufactured by molding.
[0011]
As described above, when the bottom roller section 3 of the fishhook 1 is pressed so as to have a substantially square cross section, the inside of the curved bottom roller section 3 is forged in two stages from left, right, top and bottom, and the conventional one shown in FIG. It is further strengthened compared to. In addition, both side surfaces 3a and 3a parallel to the bending direction of the bottom roller portion 3 become forged and strengthened flat portions, and when the fish hook is hooked and pulled, the both side surfaces 3a and 3a are indicated by arrows e in FIG. Since the load of the fish applied to the surface direction is applied, the load resistance of the side surfaces 3a and 3a with respect to the direction of the bent roller portion is increased, and the two-dimensional or three-dimensional press machined portion 3 is the substantial strength of the fishing hook 1. Increase.
[0012]
Further, when the fish mouth is applied to the tip of the fishhook 3, the mouth of the fish reaches from the tip 4 to the bottom roller 3, and when trying to lift the fish in this state, the inner surface 3 b of the bottom roller 3 strongly hits the mouth of the fish. At this time, since the inner surface 3b of the Futokoro part 3 is a curved plane, the planar inner surface 3b comes into surface contact with the mouth of the fish as indicated by the arrow f in FIG. Therefore, even when the fish is landing to lift the hung fish, the fish's mouth is not significantly damaged by the Futokoro 2 even if the fish is long-termed. This makes the fish landing more smoothly and the appearance of the fish caught. Is less likely to be damaged.
[0013]
In addition, although the cross-sectional shape of the Futokoro part 3 is desirable for the production of three-dimensional press working from two directions, depending on the thickness and material of the fishhook, a trapezoidal cross section or both side surfaces 3a, 3a of the Futokoro part 3 The polygonal cross-sectional shape which chamfered four corner parts of the outer surfaces 3b and 3c may be sufficient.
[0014]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1 (A), by making the side surfaces 3a and the inner and outer surfaces 3b and 3c into a flat shape over almost the whole of the ft roller portion 3, the holding force from the burrs portion to the ft rollers portion is increased. Further, on the side of the needle tip 4, the flat portion extends to the base end portion of the burrs 6, so that the base end portion of the burrs 6 can be formed as a result of burring (see FIG. 4A). It is possible to increase the holding power of the fishhook by eliminating the above.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, both side surfaces and inner and outer surfaces of the curved Futokoro part are planarly finished by two-dimensional or three-dimensional pressing, so that the Futokoro part is forged in two stages to increase the strength, Therefore, it is possible to provide a highly reliable fishhook that is less likely to be deformed and therefore has less looseness to escape the hung fish. Also, since the inner surface of the fish roll part of the fishhook, where the load of the fish's mouth is concentrated when landing the fish that hung, is a curved plane, the inner surface of this fish roller part comes into surface contact with the fish's mouth, etc. Even if fighting for a long time, there is less risk of damaging the fish, smooth landing is possible, and there is an effect that it is possible to provide a fishing hook that improves the appearance and commercial value of the fish that has been caught. Such an effect becomes more conspicuous as the fish to be fished is a heavyweight fish.
