In the apparatus of the present invention, the plurality of cut flat foods are held together in a row and placed on the belt conveyor by the first holding means.
Thereafter, an interval between the individual flat foods is opened on the belt conveyor by the interval changing means. Thereby, it is possible to sufficiently secure the inclination angle of each flat food during the subsequent leaning operation.
The flat foods that have been subjected to the leaning step are collectively grasped by the grasping means as they are and transferred to the container. As a result, a plurality of flat foods are stored in the container in a row and leaning diagonally.

In addition, when the end-side flat food is brought down on the belt conveyor surface, it is desirable that the uncut end surface with unevenness is brought into contact with the belt conveyor surface so as to fall down. Accordingly, when the flat food is collectively grasped by the second grasping means and transferred to the container, the non-cut end face can be disposed so as to be in contact with the inner surface of the container so that it cannot be seen from the outside.

Furthermore, the food serving apparatus of the present invention is:
In an apparatus for placing a plurality of flat foods obtained by cutting a bar-like food into a circular shape in a container,
A belt conveyor that is horizontally disposed to place the plurality of flat foods and perform operations of each step, and a gripping member whose food gripping surface is prevented from sticking in a state in which the plurality of flat foods are arranged in a line First gripping means for collectively gripping and placing on the belt conveyor,
Means for opening intervals between the plurality of flat foods placed in a row on the belt conveyor;
A means for defeating the flat food located on the end side of the flat food on the belt conveyor surface and leaning the other flat food on the end flat food;
A second holding means for holding the flat food in a lump and transferring it to a container in the leaning posture ;
The leaning means is
A push bar is inserted into each of the end flat food and the adjacent flat food and the non-cut end face side of the other end flat food, and the push bar is horizontally placed on the end flat food side. A defeat means for moving and defeating the end flat food,
Presser means for lowering the presser plate to press the upper surface of the adjacent flat food when the push bar moves to the end flat food side,
A push bar is inserted between the flat foods so as to sandwich flat foods other than the end flat foods, and the push bars are horizontally moved to the end flat foods side so that the flat foods are moved to the end side. And a means for leaning on the flat food .
In the apparatus of the present invention, preferably, the interval changing means is
A plurality of gripping tools arranged in parallel so as to face the plurality of flat foods placed in a row on the belt conveyor and capable of changing each other's interval;
In a state where the individual flat foods are gripped by the plurality of gripping tools, a gap is formed between the flat foods by widening the interval between the gripping tools.

According to the method of the present invention, a first step of placing the plurality of flat foods in a state of being arranged in a row on a horizontally arranged belt conveyor, and a step of opening a gap between the plurality of flat foods. And a third step of pushing the plurality of flat foods in the row direction, pushing down the flat foods located on the end side onto the conveyor surface, and leaning the remaining flat foods against the end side flat foods And a fourth step in which the flat foods are collectively held in the leaning posture and transferred to a container, and a plurality of flat foods are leaned to one side in a row. It can be stored in a container as it is.

This posture is beautifully aligned as if it was manually placed and is appetizing, and according to the method of the present invention, such placement can be automated by a machine. Therefore, the work efficiency can be greatly improved and the labor cost can be greatly reduced.
Further, according to the method of the present invention, by providing the second step of opening a gap between a plurality of flat foods, a sufficient inclination angle for leaning other flat foods on the fallen end side flat food, For example, an inclination angle of 45 degrees can be taken.

Further, according to the method of the present invention, preferably, in the first step, the plurality of flat food groups are divided into a plurality, and one of the flat food groups having an uncut end surface is divided into half of the divided flat food groups. After rotating and reversing the direction so that the two non-cut end faces are directed in the same direction, the divided flat food groups are arranged in parallel with each other on the belt conveyor. By pushing down the cut end surface so as to be in contact with the conveyor surface and transferring the cut end surface to the container while maintaining its posture, the uneven non-cut end surface can be in contact with the inner surface of the container so that it cannot be seen from the outside. This can further enhance the beauty.

According to the method of the present invention, preferably, in the third step, after the end-side flat food is pushed down on the conveyor surface, another flat-shaped food is leaned against the end-side flat food. Thus, a time difference is provided between the pushing-down step of the end-side flat food and the leaning step of the remaining flat food, so that the operations of both steps can be performed reliably.

Further, according to the apparatus of the present invention, the belt conveyor that horizontally arranges the plurality of flat foods and performs the operation of each step, and the plurality of flat foods are collectively held in a row. A first gripping means placed on the belt conveyor, a means for opening the plurality of flat foods placed in a row on the belt conveyor, and positioned on an end side of the flat foods The flat food is brought down on the belt conveyor surface, the other flat food leans against the end-side flat food, and the flat food is held in the leaning posture and transferred to the container. By providing the second gripping means, each step of the method of the present invention can be executed to realize an appetizing arrangement of flat food in a container such as a lunch box, Such a serving machine Since can be automated, it is possible to greatly reduce the labor costs.

In the apparatus of the present invention, preferably, the interval changing means is arranged in parallel so as to face the plurality of flat foods placed in a row on the belt conveyor and is capable of changing the interval between them. By providing a gripping tool, and configured to open a gap between the individual flat foods by widening the interval between the gripping tools in a state where the individual flat foods are gripped by the plurality of gripping tools, The interval changing step can be reliably performed with an inexpensive configuration.

Further, according to the apparatus of the present invention, preferably, the leaning means grips and rises the end-side flat food, rotates the end-side flat food horizontally, and places it on the belt conveyor surface. A flat bar is inserted between the flat foods so as to sandwich flat foods other than the end means flat foods, and the flat bars are moved horizontally to the end flat foods side so as to sandwich the flat foods. By the means for leaning on the end-side flat food, the step of leaning the end-side flat food and the leaning step of the other flat food can be performed reliably.

Alternatively, the leaning means inserts a push rod between the end flat food and the adjacent flat food and horizontally moves the push rod to the end flat food side to defeat the end flat food. Tilt means, presser means for lowering the presser plate to move the upper surface of the adjacent flat food when the push bar moves to the end flat food, and a flat shape other than the end flat food Means for inserting a push rod between the flat foods to sandwich the food, horizontally moving the push rod to the end flat food side, and leaning the flat food against the end flat food As a result, it is possible to carry out the step of tilting the end-side flat food and the step of leaning another flat food with a simpler and cheaper configuration than the leaning means.

1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a work belt conveyor that performs each work step until the laver roll cut in the axial direction on the conveyor surface is stored in a tray 13 such as a lunch box. No. 2 is a laver roll cutter installed on the work start side of the belt conveyor 1, and the laver roll cutter according to the first embodiment is arranged along the longitudinal direction when the long laver roll before cutting is thrown into the lower throwing portion 2a. It is cut into eight short laver rolls and discharged to the upper discharge portion 2b. The structure of the laver roll cutter 2 is conventionally known, and is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-103283.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a first station. Here, eight short columnar laver rolls cut from the laver roll cutter 2 and discharged from the upper discharge section 2b are divided into 4 pieces each on the conveyor surface 1a of the belt conveyor 1. Placed on. 1 and 2, 8 is a mounting table for the laver roll cutter 2, 9 is a frame for installing the equipment of the first embodiment, and 10 is a frame for installing the equipment of each station, 10 is a support for the fifth station 7. Frame 11 is a caster provided on the leg of frame 9 or 10, and 12 is a tray supply conveyor arranged in parallel with work conveyor 1 in fifth station 7, and each four laver rolls are stored. The tray 13 is loaded and conveyed.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing the conveyor arrangement of the first embodiment. In FIG. 3, one long laver roll is cut into 8 short laver rolls n1 to n8 by the laver roll cutter 2, and 4 laver rolls n1 to n4 and n5 to n8 are divided by 4 at the first station 3. 4 pieces of seaweed rolls are arranged on the work belt conveyor 1 and conveyed from the first station 3 to the fourth station 6, and four laver rolls are placed on the tray 13 arranged on the tray supply conveyor 12 at the fifth station 7. Indicates the state of storage. The work belt conveyor 1 and the tray supply conveyor 12 move in the same conveyance direction a.

4 to 6 show the first station 3. In FIGS. 4 to 6, 101 is an air cylinder, and the piston rod 101a can be slid up and down to move the gripping portion 102 connected to the piston rod 101a up and down. The air cylinder 101 itself is also rotated by 180 degrees and a half by a driving means (not shown) to support the grip portion 102 so as to be able to rotate half a turn.
As shown in FIG. 6, the grip portion 102 is divided into a first grip portion 103 and a second grip portion 104, each having four pairs of grip pieces 105, and the first grip portion 103 and the second grip portion 102. The grip piece 105 of the grip portion 104 is driven separately by the air cylinder 108 or 109. Further, the first grip portion 103 and the second grip portion 104 are configured to be slightly separated from each other in the direction of the rotation shaft 111.

The pair of gripping pieces 105 is connected to a fixed gripping piece 106 fixed to the support portion 110 and a piston rod of the air cylinder 108 or 109 via a link 112, and rotates and rotates about a rotating shaft 111. It consists of a piece 107. The grip piece 105 is provided in a number corresponding to each laver roll so that the cut laver rolls n1 to n8 can be gripped without being removed, and the rotating piece 107 does not crush the laver roll, Made of spring material to ensure gripping.
Since the laver roll shaped by a machine such as Patent Document 2 has a relatively uniform shape, there are cases where the laver roll can be reliably gripped without providing as many gripping pieces 105 as the number corresponding to each laver roll. In this case, it is only necessary to prepare one grip piece that can grip the laver rolls n1 to n4 and n5 to n8 together. Also in this case, a rotating piece 107 made of a spring material is provided so that the laver roll piece can be securely gripped without being crushed.
In addition, since the laver roll that is the object to be gripped is sticky, the surface of the gripping pieces 106 and 107 that comes into contact with the laver roll is coated with an anti-adhesion coating such as Teflon (registered trademark) or Teflon (registered trademark). ) The board is pasted.

FIG. 7 shows a work procedure at the first station 3. In the first station, first, a long laver roll N before cutting is set in the insertion port 2 of the laver roll cutter 2 in (a). Next, in (b), the rod-shaped laver roll N is cut into 8 laver rolls n1 to n8. In (c) to (e), the eight laver rolls n <b> 1 to n <b> 8 are collectively held by the holding unit 102 and conveyed to the work belt conveyor 1. In (e), the first gripping portion 103 and the second gripping portion 104 are separated from each other to separate the laver rolls n1 to n4 and the laver rolls n5 to n8 that are gripped by each. to be certain.

In (f) to (h), first, the rotary grip piece 107 of the first grip portion 103 is driven above the conveyor, and the four laver rolls n1 to n4 are perpendicular to the conveyor transport direction on the work conveyor surface 1a. Place in the direction. Next, after the conveyor 1 is moved by one work stroke (for example, 200 mm), the gripping portion 102 is rotated by 180 degrees and the laver rolls n5 to n8 gripped by the second gripping portion 104 are placed on the conveyor surface 1a. Placed on.
By doing in this way, the non-cut end face of the both ends of the rod-shaped laver roll N before cutting can be located on the same side.

Next, the configuration of the second station 4 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9, an air cylinder 201 is supported on the frame 4, and a gripping portion 202 is connected to the piston rod 201a. The gripping portion 202 is configured to be movable in the vertical direction by the piston rod 201a. Reference numeral 201b denotes guide rods disposed on both sides of the piston rod 201a.
Four pairs of gripping pieces 203 are attached to the gripping portion 202 and are configured to be openable and closable with each other so that each of the seaweed rolls n1 to n4 can be individually gripped by the air cylinder 204. The interval is configured to be separated or accessible with a stroke of 10 mm, for example.
That is, the piston rod 204a of the air cylinder 204 is connected to the gripping piece 203 via the link mechanism 205, and the gripping piece 203 can be rotated about the support shaft 206, whereby each laver wound piece n1 to n4 is moved. Hold it.

The work procedure at the second station 4 will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 10, the laver rolls n1 to n4 are gripped by the gripping pieces 203 and lifted in steps (a) and (b). Thereafter, in (c), the interval between the gripping pieces 203 is increased by 10 mm. Thereafter, in step (d), the grip piece 203 is opened, and the laver rolls n1 to n4 are placed on the conveyor surface 1a in a state where the distance between them is 10 mm.

Next, the configuration of the third station 5 will be described with reference to FIGS. In FIGS. 11 and 12, reference numeral 301 denotes an air cylinder attached to the frame 4 of the placing apparatus main body, and a grip portion 302 is connected to a piston rod 301a of the air cylinder 301. Reference numeral 303 denotes a guide rod attached to the sliding plate 304 of the gripping portion 302 on both sides of the piston rod 301a. The guide rod 303 slides in the hole 305a of the substrate 305 attached to the air cylinder 301 to move the upper and lower sides of the sliding plate 304. Guide direction movement.

A grip portion 302 is attached to the sliding plate 304, and a pair of brackets 308 to which a grip piece 307 is attached via a rotation shaft 306 are rotatably attached to the lower end of the grip portion 302. A pair of air cylinders 309 are attached to the bracket 308, and a pair of gripping pieces 307 are attached to the piston rod of the air cylinder 309. The pair of gripping pieces 307 are driven by the air cylinder 309 in a direction in which they can approach or separate from each other.
An air cylinder 310 is attached to the grip portion 302, and its piston rod 310a slides in the vertical direction. The tip of the piston rod 310a is connected to the bracket 308 via the connector 311. The bracket 308 is configured to rotate 90 degrees from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction about the rotation shaft 306 by sliding.

The operation procedure in the third station 5 having such a configuration will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 13, with respect to the laver rolls n1 to n4 conveyed to the third station 5 by the belt conveyor 1, the gripping pieces 307 descend in step (a), and the gripping pieces 307 approach each other in step (b). The laver roll n1 (the laver roll having an uncut end face s) located on the end side among the plurality of laver rolls n1 to n4 arranged in a row in step (c) is gripped and raised. . In steps (d) and (e), the gripping piece 307 is rotated 90 degrees, and the nori roll n1 is rotated horizontally with the uncut end face s on the lower side and then lowered.

Thereafter, the gripping pieces 307 are separated from each other in step (f), and the laver roll piece n1 is placed on the conveyor surface 1a with the uncut end face s facing down, and then the gripping piece 307 is raised in step (g). Thus, in the 3rd station 5, operation which falls down the laver winding piece n1 located in the end side which has the non-cutting end surface s on the conveyor surface 1a with the non-cutting end surface s down is performed.

Next, the configuration of the fourth station 6 will be described with reference to FIGS. 14 and 15, an air cylinder 403 is attached downward to a frame 402 attached to a support frame 401 that constitutes the arrangement device main body. An air cylinder 406 is attached to the bracket 405 in the horizontal direction. A guide rod 404 guides the sliding of the piston rod 403a in the vertical direction.

A left and right sliding portion 407 is connected to the piston rod 406a of the air cylinder 406, and the left and right sliding portion 407 is configured to be slidable in the horizontal direction (direction b perpendicular to the conveying direction a of the belt conveyor 1). A fitting portion 407 a attached to the left and right sliding portion 407 is loosely fitted and guided in a guide groove 405 a provided in the bracket 405. Four tilting rods P1 to P4 are attached to the left and right sliding portions 407 at regular intervals in the vertical direction, and horizontal bars h1 to h4 are horizontally attached to the lower ends of the respective tilting rods P1 to P4. .
The operation procedure of the fourth station 6 having such a configuration will be described. The tilting rods P1 to P4 are lowered to the position shown in FIG. 15 and then moved in the direction of the arrow b, whereby the laver rolls n2 to n4 are moved to the laver roll n1. It leans to the side and inclines to a position inclined approximately 45 degrees as shown in FIG.

Next, the configuration of the fifth station 7 will be described with reference to FIGS. 16 to 18 show a gripping device that grips the laver rolls n1 to n4 on the conveyor surface 1a and conveys them to the tray supply conveyor 12. In FIGS. 16 to 18, reference numeral 501 denotes a support portion having a fixed grip piece 506 and a movable grip piece 505 at the bottom for collectively holding the laver rolls n1 to n4, and an air cylinder 502 directed downward is attached. A movable gripping piece 505 is attached to the tip of the piston rod 502a via an L-shaped link piece 503, and the movable gripping piece 505 is rotated by rotating the link piece 503 about the support shaft 504. It is configured to be possible.
On the other hand, a fixed grip piece 506 constituting the other grip piece is fixed to the support portion 501. The gripping device 500 having such a configuration is moved by the driving device 16 shown in FIGS.

Both the fixed grip piece 506 and the movable grip piece 505 have a planar shape and have an area enough to hold the laver rolls n1 to n4 collectively as shown in FIG. In the fifth station 7, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a tray supply belt conveyor 12 is disposed in parallel with the work conveyor 1, and the gripping pieces 505 and 506 have laver rolls n1 to n4 on the conveyor surface 1a.
In the first embodiment, the work conveyor 1 is driven intermittently for each set work stroke. For example, the length of the stroke is 200 mm. In addition, the operation devices from the first station 3 to the fifth station 7 are also arranged at the same interval as the work stroke. When the transport operation of the laver roll n stops, each step is operated simultaneously at each station. Moreover, it is comprised so that only the same working stroke may move.
Further, the tray supply conveyor 12 is also intermittently driven in synchronization with the work conveyor 1, and moves at a set distance after receiving the laver rolls n1 to n4 on the tray 13 while the tray supply conveyor 12 is stopped at the fifth station 7. Is configured to do.

According to the first embodiment, since it is possible to automate the cutting from laver winding to storage in a container such as a lunch box, labor can be significantly reduced compared to the prior art, and labor costs are greatly reduced. be able to. Furthermore, the arrangement is not limited to mere containers, and the arrangement is neatly arranged as shown in FIG.
FIG. 20 shows an arrangement example in which laver rolls n1 to n4 housed in the tray 13 according to the present invention and ginger t, balun v, and insushi w are separately arranged.
Moreover, since the uncut end surface s with the unevenness of the seaweed roll piece can be arranged so as to be invisible from the outside in contact with the inner surface of the container, the appearance is not impaired by the exposure of the uncut end surface s.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the second embodiment, the third station 5 and the fourth station 6 of the first embodiment are changed. In FIG. 21, of the four tilting rods P1 to P4 used in the fourth station 6 of the first embodiment, the presser for holding the second piece of laver roll n2 between the first P1 and the second P2 on the end side. While the plate 601 and the second piece of seaweed roll n2 are pressed by the holding plate 601, a tilt bar 602 is provided to push the end of the seaweed roll n1 to the outside in the row direction.
That is, in step (a) of FIG. 21, the presser plate 601 and the tilting bar 602 are lowered almost simultaneously, and in step (b), the presser bar 601 presses the upper surface of the laver roll n2 and the tilting bar 602 is moved to the laver roll. It is inserted into the gap between n1 and n2.

Next, in step (c), the tilting bar 602 moves in the direction of the arrow c and pushes the laver roll n1 outward in the row direction, and then in step (d), the presser plate 601 and the tilting bar 602 are retracted upward.
Next, in step (e), the three fallen bars 603, 604 and 605 arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction are integrally moved down, and the gap between the nori rolls n2 and n3, n3 and n4 It is inserted into the gap between them and the outside of n4 (the non-cut end face side of the other laver roll n4), respectively. Next, in step (f), the fall bars 603 to 605 are moved in the direction of the arrow c so that the nori rolls n2, n3, and n4 lean against the fallen nori roll n1 at an inclination of about 45 degrees. Thereafter, in step (g), the tilting bars 603 to 605 are retracted upward.

According to the second embodiment, operations at the third and fourth stations can be performed with a relatively simple configuration as compared with the first embodiment. Further, when the laver roll n1 is tilted in the row direction, since the top surface of the laver roll n2 is pressed with the presser plate 601, the laver rolls n2 to n4 are not tilted together, so that the leaning step is ensured. Can be done.

According to the present invention, the operation of arranging a plurality of flat foods, such as seaweed rolls, date rolls, kamaboko, chikuwa, soup roll eggs, etc., which are formed by cutting a rod-shaped food into a round shape and arranging them in a container such as a lunch box. Since it can be automated by machines without relying on manpower, labor costs and the like can be greatly reduced.
