Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dropout prevention device for a storage shelf represented by a steel shelf or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view showing a configuration of a conventional typical steel shelf.
The storage shelf includes four support columns (1), a plurality of shelf plates (2), a side plate (3), a rear plate (4), a connecting member (5), and the like.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this storage shelf, as shown in the figure, the receiving plate (6) is attached to the front edge of the shelf plate (2), so that the stored items can be prevented from falling off from the front surface of the shelf plate (2).
However, when the fixed receiving plate (6) is attached, the receiving plate (6) becomes an obstacle when the stored items are put in and out of the shelf plate (2), and the storing operation becomes extremely inconvenient. . Further, even when a detachable receiving plate is used, there are many cases where there is no place for temporarily placing the removed receiving plate.
[0004]
On the other hand, conventionally, as a means to replace the fixed receiving plate, there is one provided with a fence that can be switched between a drop-off prevention state and an open state (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-4603).
However, in this configuration, when a large vibration such as an earthquake occurs, the fence jumps up and can be easily switched from the drop-off prevention state to the open state, and the drop-off prevention function may not be exhibited.
[0005]
In view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, the present invention is a storage shelf with a simple structure that prevents the drop-off prevention state from being released even when subjected to a large vibration such as an earthquake. The object is to provide a drop-off prevention device.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the above problem is solved as follows.
(1) A pair of left and right receiving devices provided on the left and right struts on the front side of the storage shelf, and the left and right end portions are engaged with the receiving device so that the shelf is positioned above the front of the shelf. In a dropout prevention device for a storage shelf comprising a dropout prevention member that prevents the stored items on the plate from falling forward, the dropout prevention device is engaged with the catcher above the catcher on the front surface of either the left or right column. Stopper means for preventing the upward movement of the end of the fall-off prevention member, a blocking position for preventing the upward movement of the end of the fall-off prevention member, and the upward movement of the end of the fall-off prevention member are allowed. It is provided so that it can move to the release position.
[0007]
(2) In the above paragraph (1), the stopper means is provided with a blocking piece at the lower end for blocking upward movement of the end of the drop-off prevention member, and the upper end is pivotally attached to the front surface of the support column. Can be pivoted between a blocking position that faces substantially downward and a release position in which the blocking piece is lifted laterally or upward to allow upward movement of the end of the drop-off prevention member.
[0008]
(3) In the above paragraph (1), the stopper means is brought into contact with the rear upper part of the end portion of the fall-off prevention member whose front-facing projection is locked to the receiving member, so that the end portion of the fall-off prevention member It is formed of an elastic member that applies a resistance to the upward movement of the protrusion and elastically deforms the protrusion backward to allow the upward movement of the end of the drop-off prevention member.
[0009]
(4) In the above item (1), the stopper means is attracted to the front surface of the support column by a magnetic force so as to prevent the upward movement of the end portion of the drop-off preventing member locked to the catch at the lower end. A permanent magnet.
[0010]
(5) In the above item (4), a magnet holder that abuts the upper end of the permanent magnet and prevents the permanent magnet from moving upward is provided above the holder on the front surface of the support column.
[0011]
(6) In any one of the above items (1) to (5), the drop-off prevention member is a horizontal reed whose left and right end portions are locked to the receiving device, and a horizontal reed A vertical shaft hanging from the vicinity of both left and right ends and a pivot that is bent outward from the lower end of each vertical shaft. The pivot is vertically movable on the front of the left and right support columns and around the axis. The drop-off prevention member is attached to the drop-off prevention position where both ends of the recumbent are respectively locked to the receiving device, and both ends of the recumbent member are removed from the receiving device, and Is movable to an open position where it hangs downward from the pivot.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1-3 shows a storage shelf provided with the 1st Embodiment of this invention. In the storage shelf shown in FIG. 7 described as a conventional example, the structure excluding the receiving plate (6) is the same as that of the first embodiment of the present invention, and these are denoted by the same reference numerals. It is attached and illustrated.
[0013]
Each support column (1) has an angled shape, and a bracket or a support fitting (both shown) supports the shelf plate (2) at the center of each of the two side pieces (1a) (1a) perpendicular to each other. A large number of rectangular engagement holes (10) for locking (substantially) are formed at equal intervals in the vertical direction.
[0014]
At the position above the desired shelf board (2) on the front of the left and right support columns (1) and (1) on the front side of the storage shelf, a receiving part (11) projecting forward with an L-shape at the upper end And a receiving tool (13) having a pivot guide portion (12) having a rearward U-shape at the lower end, and a rectangular shape that complements the engaging hole (11) secured to the middle portion of the rear surface. The projection (14) is fitted into the appropriate engagement hole (10), and the backing plate (15) is brought into contact with the rear surface of the support column (1) from the rear, and penetrates the projection (14) from the front. The set screw (16) is firmly fixed by being screwed into a screw hole (17) provided in the contact plate (15) and tightened.
[0015]
By fixing the receiving device (13) to the support column (1) in this way, the pivot guide part (12) of the receiving device (13) and the front surface of the support column (1) prevent the dropout described below. A long hole (18) is formed in the vertical direction in which the pivot (22) of the member (19) is fitted. An upward piece (not shown) may be connected to the rear end of the lower end of the catcher (13) so that the complete elongated hole (18) is formed by the catcher (13) itself.
[0016]
In this example, the drop-off prevention member (19) includes a horizontal reed (20) that faces the left and right ends so that the left and right end portions are locked to the receiving portion (11) of the catch (13). A vertical rod (21) hanging from near the left and right ends of the rod (20) and a pivot (22) bent outward from the lower end of each vertical rod (21), the pivot (22) 1 to FIG. 3 by fitting into a long hole (18) formed in the lower part of the left and right catches (13) so as to be movable up and down and rotatable about the axis of the pivot (22). As shown in Fig. 4, the left and right ends of the horizontal bar (20) are respectively locked to the receiving part (11) of the catcher (13), and the horizontal bar (20) is located at the front upper side of the shelf (2). As shown by the phantom line in FIG. 3, the both sides of the recumbent (20) are removed from the receiving part (11) of the catch (13), and the recumbent (20) is pivoted. (22) and an open position that hangs downward from the upper surface of the shelf board (2).
[0017]
At the front of the left and right struts (1), (1) or both (in this example, only the left strut (1) in this example) above the catch (13) The upper end of a stopper (stopper means) (23) that prevents the left end of the recumbent rib (20) of the locked drop-off prevention member (19) from moving upward is rotatable about an axis that faces in the front-rear direction. It is pivotally attached.
[0018]
More specifically, a rectangular protrusion fixed to the rear surface of the vertical support plate (24) in an appropriate engagement hole (10) above the catch (13) on the front surface of the left column (1). (25) is fitted, and a shaft hole (27) drilled in the upper end of the vertical base piece (23a) of the stopper (23) is formed on the cylindrical shaft (26) projecting from the front surface of the support plate (24). A set screw (29) that is fitted so as to be rotatable and has a circular presser plate (28) provided in front of it and the center between the cylindrical shaft (26) and the projection (25) of the support plate (24). The stopper (23) of the column (1) is fixed by screwing the rear end of the column into the screw hole (31) provided in the abutting plate (30) in contact with the rear surface of the column (1). It is pivotally attached to the front.
[0019]
The stopper (23) includes the above-described vertical base piece (23a) and a drop-off prevention member (19) that is bent forward from the lower end of the base piece (23a) and locked to the receiving portion (11). It has a blocking piece (23b) for blocking the upward movement of the left end of the recumbent rib (20), and a side piece (23c) bent forward from the right edge of the base piece (23a). As shown by the solid line in FIG. 1, the blocking piece (23 b) is located at the blocking position almost directly below, but pinches the side piece (23 c) and the like, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 1. In addition, by rotating the blocking piece (23b) to the release position positioned laterally or upward, the upward movement of the left end of the recumbent member (20) of the drop-off prevention member (19) can be permitted. It has become.
[0020]
Therefore, since the stopper (23) is normally located at the blocking position, even if the left end of the recumbent rib (20) of the drop-off prevention member (19) tries to jump up due to vibration such as an earthquake, Is prevented by the blocking piece (23b), and the left end portion of the recumbent rib (20) is not detached from the receiving portion (11).
[0021]
If you want to move the drop-off prevention member (19) to the open position, first turn the stopper (23) to the release position, then lift the drop-off prevention member (19) and pull the recumbent (20) toward you. If the upper end of the receiving part (11) of the catcher (13) is moved forward, then the drop-off prevention member (19) is left to its own weight and rotated forward and downward about the pivot (22). Good.
[0022]
It should be noted that a known pressure holding means for holding the stopper (23) in the blocking position and the release position so that the stopper (23) does not move to another position due to parallax, and a stopper (23) are predetermined from the blocking position. When it is located between the intermediate position, it is biased toward the blocking position, and when it is located between the intermediate position and the release position, it is biased toward the release position. It is preferable to provide a known spring means such as a spring.
In particular, when the stoppers (23) are provided on the left and right struts (1) (1), it is desirable to provide such elastic holding means and spring means.
[0023]
FIG. 4 shows a main part of a storage shelf provided with the second embodiment of the present invention. Note that the same members as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted (in the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6). The same shall apply).
[0024]
In this embodiment, the elastic member (33) formed by a leaf spring facing upward and downward having a protrusion (32) protruding forward and having a mountain shape in a side view at the intermediate portion is used as a stopper means, and its lower part Is attached to the support column (1) by sandwiching it between the front surface of the support column (1) and the receiving device (13), and the protrusion (32) is locked to the receiving portion (11) of the receiving device (13). By attaching to the rear upper part of the left end portion of the recumbent rib (20) of the falling prevention member (19), resistance is given to the upward movement of the left end portion of the recumbent rod (20), and the protrusion (32) Is elastically deformed rearward so as to allow upward movement of the left end of the reed (20).
Even in this way, it is possible to prevent the drop-off prevention member (19) from falling off the catch (13) when subjected to a large vibration such as an earthquake.
[0025]
The elastic member (33) may be formed of, for example, an elastic body such as rubber whose side surface shape projects in a mountain shape toward the front, and this may be directly fixed to the front surface of the support column (1) with a set screw or the like.
[0026]
FIG.5 and FIG.6 shows the principal part of a storage shelf provided with the 3rd Embodiment of this invention.
In this embodiment, the stopper means is attracted to the front surface of the support column (1) by magnetic force, so that the drop-off prevention member (19) locked to the receiving portion (11) of the receiving device (13) at the lower end. The permanent magnet (34) is configured to prevent the horizontal end (20) from moving upward at the left end.
[0027]
In addition, a bowl-shaped receiving portion (35) (36) that protrudes forward with an upward L-shape and a downward L-shape at the upper and lower ends above the catch (13) on the front surface of the support post (1). ) Is fixed with a set screw (38) or the like, and the permanent magnet (34) is engaged with the lower receiving portion (36) as shown by solid lines in FIGS. This prevents the permanent magnet (34) from moving upward with the left end of the recumbent rod (20) when moving upward, and also when the permanent magnet (34) is not used. As shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the permanent magnet (34) is prevented from coming into contact with other objects and falling by being engaged with the lower receiving portion (36). Yes.
[0028]
Even with such a configuration, the same effect as in the first and second embodiments can be obtained.
[0029]
