Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an endoscope treatment tool holding device used when storing an endoscope treatment tool.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many of the endoscope treatment tools have a structure in which an operation unit is connected to the base end of an elongated flexible shaft, and use a very large space when stored on a flat holding table or the like. .
[0003]
Therefore, in general, the endoscope treatment tool holding device includes a plurality of operation unit support means for vertically supporting the operation unit of the treatment tool so that the flexible shaft of the treatment tool is suspended downward. Has a structure arranged in an annular shape at intervals.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional endoscope treatment tool holding device as described above, when the interval between the adjacent operation portion support means is narrowed, the operation portion of the treatment tool supported by the treatment device is in a forested state without a gap. Since it becomes difficult to take out, it is necessary to provide a considerable space between the operation unit support means.
[0005]
For this reason, if a large number of treatment tools can be supported, the arrangement of the operation unit support means expands and the size of the operation unit support unit increases, and at the same time, the surroundings touch the flexible shaft hanging from the operation unit. As a result, the inconvenience that the flexible shaft becomes dirty or damaged easily occurs.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention can support a large number of treatment tools in an easy-to-take-out state without increasing the size of the operation unit support, and it is also possible that the surroundings are difficult to touch the flexible shaft of the treatment tool being stored. It is an object of the present invention to provide an endoscope treatment tool holding device in which a flexible shaft is hardly soiled or damaged.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the endoscope treatment tool holding device according to the present invention has a proximal end of the flexible shaft so that the flexible shaft of the endoscope treatment tool is suspended downward. In the endoscope treatment tool holding device in which a plurality of operation part support means for supporting the operation part connected to the endoscope are arranged in an annular shape with a space therebetween, the operation part of the endoscope treatment tool includes a plurality of Each of the operation unit supporting means is supported by being inclined obliquely inward from above to below.
[0008]
The operation unit support means may be a hole formed in a plate-shaped support member, and the operation unit of the treatment tool may be inserted and supported from above, and the support member may support the vertical column. You may arrange | position rotatably at the center.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a state in which a biopsy forceps 20 which is one of endoscopic treatment tools is supported by a treatment tool holding device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and a vertical column 11 of the treatment tool holding device 10. Is erected in a stand shape on a base or cart not shown.
[0010]
An operation unit support disk 13 for supporting the operation unit 21 of the biopsy forceps 20 is horizontally attached to the collar 12 formed on the vertical column 11 so as to be rotatable around the axis of the vertical column 11. .
[0011]
A plurality of (for example, about 3 to 30) operation unit support holes 14 (operation unit support means) for inserting and supporting the operation unit 21 of the biopsy forceps 20 from above are supported in the vicinity of the outer edge of the operation unit support disk 13. ) Are annularly arranged at equal intervals with a space between each other.
[0012]
Each operation portion support hole 14 is formed obliquely inward from above to below, and the inclination angle θ is, for example, about 20 to 50 ° with respect to the vertical column 11. And the outer edge vicinity part of the operation part support disc 13 is formed in the shape bent so that it might become a surface perpendicular | vertical to the axial direction of the operation part support hole 14 over the full length.
[0013]
As a result, the operation portion 21 of the biopsy forceps 20 is inserted into the operation portion support hole 14 from above, and a portion 21 a having a diameter larger than the operation portion support hole 14 comes into contact with the upper surface of the operation portion support disk 13. The support portion 14 is supported in a state of being inclined obliquely inward from above to below in the same direction as the axis of the operation portion support hole 14.
[0014]
When the operation portions 21 of the plurality of biopsy forceps 20 are supported in this state by the operation portion support holes 14, the interval between the adjacent operation portion support holes 14 is narrowed as schematically shown in FIG. 2. Even if formed, the protruding end portion 21b of the operating portion 21 of each biopsy forceps 20 spreads outward and is in a state of being spaced from the protruding end portion 21b of the adjacent operating portion 21. It can be easily taken out from the operation portion support hole 14 without interfering with the adjacent operation portion 21.
[0015]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the flexible shaft 22 that is suspended from the operation unit 21 is brought closer to the inward position closer to the vertical support 11 than just below the operation unit support hole 14, so that it is being stored. The surroundings are hard to hit and are not easily damaged or damaged.
[0016]
Further, if the receiving frame 15 surrounding the lower end of the flexible shaft 22 is provided so as to protrude from the vertical support column 11, the flexible shaft 22 can be prevented from spreading outward. It is only necessary to form the support disk 13 smaller than the support disk 13.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the operation unit of the endoscope treatment tool is supported by each of the plurality of operation unit support means so as to be inclined obliquely inward from above to below, thereby supporting adjacent operation units. Even if the interval between the means is formed narrow, the protruding end portion of the operation part of each treatment tool spreads outward and is in a state spaced from the protruding end part of the adjacent operation unit, A large number of treatment tools can be easily taken out without increasing the size, and the flexible shaft of the treatment tool being stored is moved inward, making it difficult to touch the surroundings. It is possible to obtain an excellent effect that is difficult to get dirty or damaged.
[Brief description of the drawings]
